This paper proposes an application of artificial neural networks to the bus-bar separation in a substation for radial network operation. For the effective bus-bar operation, the insecurity index of transmission line load is introduced. For the radial network operation. the constraints of bus-bar switch is formulated in the performance function with the insecurity index. The determination of bus-bar switching is to find the states of 0 or 1 in the circuit breakers. In this paper, it is tested that the bus-bar separation of binary optimization problem can be solved by Hopfield networks with adequate manipulations.

In this study, the treatment of livestock wastewater using an aerobic granular sludge based sequencing batch reactor was investigated. The reactor operation was carried out by general injection and split injection methods. The average removal efficiency of organic matter after the adaptation period was 71.5 and 87.4%, respectively. Some untreated organic matter was attributed to recalcitrant organic matter. The average removal efficiency of total nitrogen was 65.6 and 88.4%, respectively. These results indicate that the denitrification reaction by split injection was carried out smoothly. As for the solids, the ratio of aerobic granular sludge/mixed liquor suspended solid can be determined as the main factor of the process operation, and the ratio increased gradually and finally reached 86.0%. Correspondingly, the sludge volume index (SVI) was also improved, reaching 54 mL/g at the end of operation, and it is believed that the application of a short settling time contributed to the improvement of settleability.

본 연구는 창원시 M 초등학교 양치교실 운영에 따른 효과를 평가하고 추후 효과적인 사업 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구대상은 양치교실이 운영되고 있는 M 초등학교 347명을 실험군으로, 양치교실이 운영되지 않는 J 초등학교 289명을 대조군으로 하여 구조화된 설문지와 DMFT index, DMFS index, 치면세균막지수를 검사하여 조사 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 양치교실 운영여부에 따라 FT index (p<0.001), SeT index (p<0.001), FS index (p<0.001), MS index (p<0.01), SeS index (p<0.001), DMFS index (p<0.001), 치면세균막지수(p<0.001)에서 실험군과 대조군 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 칫솔질 횟수가 적을수록(t=-2.704, p<0.01) DMFT index가 높아지는, 통계적으로 유의미한 부적관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 칫솔질 횟수가 적을수록(t=-2.413, p<0.05), 회전법이 아닌 경우(t=-2.003, p<0.05) DMFS index가 높아지는, 통계적으로 유의미한 부적관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 양치교실이 운영되는 경우(t=-4.010, p<0.001) 치면세균막지수는 낮은 것으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의미한 부적관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 학교 내 양치교실의 설치 및 운영은 초기 교육 이후 구강보건전문가의 계속적인 도움 없이도 아동들의 식사 후 칫솔질 습관을 지속적으로 인식시켜 학생 스스로가 구강건강관리 능력을 배양할 수 있는 구강건강 예방사업이다. 따라서 효과적인 양치교실의 지속적인 운영을 위해서는 학교장과 보건교사, 담임선생님의 학생들에 대한 꾸준한 관리 감독이 절실히 요구되며 또한 지역 내 관할 보건소와 인근 대학 관련전공학과와 체계적인 협력구축을 통한 지속적인 구강보건교육과 인근 초등학교 내 양치교실 설치사업의 확대를 제언한다.

최근 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술이 발전하면서 다양한 단말들이 인터넷에 연결되고 있다. 그로 인해 발생하는 IoT 데이터의 양 또한 증가하고 있는데, 이렇게 발생한 대용량 IoT 데이터를 빠르게 분석할 수 있는 인덱스 키를 제안한다. 기존 인덱스 키에는 시간과 공간의 정보만 존재하여 반복문이나, 조인 연산(Join operation)을 사용하여 인덱스 테이블과 인스턴스 테이블에 저장되어있는 데이터를 질의했다면, 제안방안의 인덱스 키에는 IoT 데이터를 임베딩(Embedding) 하여 시간이 지연되었던 반복문이나 조인횟수를 최소화하기 위하여 OLAP 기반의 빅테이블을 생성함으로써 시간을 단축하였다.

We propose some properties of fuzzy multivariate analysis of variance by fuzzy vector operation with agreement index. We deals fuzzy null hypotheses and fuzzy alternative hypothesis and define the agreement index for the grades of the judgements that the hypothesis is rejection or acceptance. Finally, we provide an example to evaluate the judgements.

Service engineering is a new discipline which aims at basically understanding of service and a concrete methodology using engineering approach for service design. In this paper is introduced the serviset graph [7] which is a comprehensive concept to represent service products, processes, and operation activities. The proposed concept is a degree of commonality index in a service product in order to deal with service mass customization using the input-output analysis in economic model.

This paper presents target operation voltage guidelines of each voltage control area considering both voltage stability and economical efficiency in real power system. EMS(Energy Management System) data, Real-time simulator, shows not only voltage level but lots of information about real power system. Also this paper performs optimal power flow calculation of three objective functions to propose the best target operation voltage. objective function of interchange power flow maximum and active power loss minimization stand for economical efficiency index and reactive power reserve maximum objective unction represents stability index. Then through simulation result using optimazation technique, the most effective objective function is chosen. To sum up, this paper divides voltage control area into twelve considering electric distance characteristics and estimate or voltage level by the passage of time of EMS peak data. And through optimization technique target operation voltage of each voltage control area is estimated and compare heir result. Then it is proposed that the best scenario to keep up voltage stability and maximize economical efficiency in real power system.

In the treatment of chronic adult periodontitis, scaling and root planing have been generally performed prior to periodontal flap surgery. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical significance of nonsurgical periodontal therapy prior to periodontal flap surgery in patients with chronic adult periodontitis. Fifty six molars showing bilateral bony defects and 4-6mm periodontal pocket in twelve patients with chronic adult periodontitis were selected. By randomized split-mouth design, in one side, flap operation was performed 4 weeks after scaling and root planing, in the other group, flap operation was only performed without scaling and root planing. Probing pocket depth, gingival recession, clinical attachment level, gingival index, plaque index, and tooth mobility were measured at baseline, before flap operation and post-operation

기업가들은 일반적으로 기업의 성장을 위하여 국내외 경제동향에 대하여 면밀한 분석과 판단 및 예측을 하고 기업의 경영 활동에 반영한다. 기업가들의 이와 같은 종합적인 판단, 예측, 계획 등은 생산, 투자, 고용 등 기업의 경제활동에 영향을 미치게 되며, 국민경제 전체의 경제활동 수준이라 할 수 있는 경기에도 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 기업경기 실사지수(Business Survey Index; BSI)는 이러한 기업가의 주관적이고 심리적인 요인에 대한 정보를 수집하여 경기분석에 활용하고자 하는 필요성에 의해 작성되었다. 기업경기실사지수는 과거 외환위기를 전후한 경기변동기에서 경제예측을 위한 단기시계열 모형의 매우 유용한 변수로 이용되었다. 최근의 금융위기는 과거 외환위기 당시와 유사한 급격한 경기변동올 수반하연서 기업정기실사지수의 경제예측변수로서의 중요성을 재차 부각시졌다. 본고에서는 이와 같이 유용성이 높아지고 있는 경제심리지표로서 기업경기실사지수의 의미에 대해 개괄하고 동 지수에 영향을 미치고 있는 요인에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 GUIDE 회귀나무 알고리즘을 이용하였으며, 분석한 결과 다양한 경제변수틀 중 제조업 가동률 및 소비재 판매액 등 기업의 활동과 직결된 지표와 더불어 kospi와 환율 등 금융시장의 안정성과 관련된 지표도 경제심리에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다.

This paper defines measurement index items and weight of the index for the purpose of developing a performance measurement index that balancedly measures performance of B2B electronic commerce. The deductive research is used for the development of measurement index items and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method for the development of weight of the index. This paper has four performance measurement perspectives-finance, partners, business process and human resources, which based the existing researches of balanced performance measurement. This researchers developed eleven second level criteria and twenty-six indexes under four perspectives through the deductive method and expert interviews, weighted on the perspectives, criteria and indexes in accordance with the forms of e-marketplace-vertical and horizontal. As a result, the most important indexes are the maintenance of partners and the efficiency of operation process in the vertical e-marketplace. In the horizontal e-marketplace, the collection of partners, development and prediction processes are more important than other indexes.
