직장암 남성의 성기능 관련 요인 (Factors Related to Sexual Function in Men with Rectal Cancer)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the sexual function of male patients receiving rectal cancer and to analyze the factors related to sexual function. Methods: This study included 71 male patients undergoing outpatient treatment after surgery at C University Hospital, Chonnam, Korea from April 1 to September 1, 2014. The sexual function of males with colorectal cancer was calculated using the Korean Translation of International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF). Data analysis was performed using t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The study was IRB approved. Results: The sexual function index scores of the subjects were 33.28±19.47 points. Regression analysis showed that sexual function increased as the duration after operation increased(p=.001), higher location of cancer(p=.007), age decreased(p=.013). The explanatory power (adj. R2) of the analysis model was 0.186. Conclusion: Sexual function of males with rectal cancer differed according to duration after operation, and location of cancer, age. Therefore, medical staff think that it can be used as basic data for appropriate education and counseling by age, time, and type of treatment to improve sexual function of men with rectal cancer.

일본 분양아파트의 생활서비스프로그램 운영실태 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Operation and Management of Community Service Programs in Japanese Condominiums)

  • The Japanese housing market has implemented management and operation systems of community service ahead of the Korean market. This paper examines case studies of Japanese community services by reviewing related studies, studying homepages, and conducting in-depth interviews with management staff. The goal of this study is to find marketing strategies and the proper management practices in preparation for the upcoming low-fertility and aging society. The results of this study are as follows: 1) After Japan's bubble economy burst in 1985, so called that incorporated various community facilities with life services were introduced to the Japanese housing market in order to cope with the diversifying family types and lifestyles. This new trend was also due in part to customers' increasing demands for convenient urban condominiums. 2) In Japan, many developers and construction companies have run the management of community service programs and created new business models in collaboration with other affiliated companies. However, many of these programs have been found even more successful and reliable when the facility management companies collaborate with local service providers instead of relying solely on affiliated companies. 3) The early stage of life services began with "front-desk services", but these have evolved into more upgraded "concierge services" that can provide residents with tailored services and conveniences. Furthermore, some of the service providers have encouraged resident participation in the process of designing and implementing their community services. 4) In Korea, most construction companies and developers are still oriented toward providing hardware such as spaces and facilities in developing their community services. Therefore, companies with high market reputations must seek alternative ways to maintain and enhance their brand values by implementing new approaches in collaboration with both affiliated companies and local service providers. This can be done by finding new notions of managing and operating community services through research and development.

골프장 이용의 만족도 결정요인 - 회원제와 대중 골프장의 비교 - (A Comparative Analysis of Determinant Factors for the Level of Satisfactions Regarding Membership and Public Golf Courses)

  • Golf has emerged as one of the key leisure activities in Korea. This study examines the characteristics of golf consumption typology. A total of 256 questionnaires were collected from membership and public golf courses in the Incheon and Gyeonggi district. This study explores user satisfaction with and service at the golf course. The results of this research show that there are primary factors in user satisfaction regarding course facility, scores and operational services. Detail responses regarding these golf courses prove that the whole of the golf course, satisfaction with the course layout, landscaping and user gratification with the golf facilities are influenced by contentment with the management of the golf course. Satisfaction with scores were correlated with user contentment with the golf course. Detailed factors regarding operational services cited such aspects as ease of reservations, staff and tee time, all factors related to the smooth arrangements and progress that are influenced by operational services. This research was more concerned with course design and facility operations than marketing operations, which can satisfy users through investment in variety and expansion of the course facilities. Satisfaction in these areas is correlated to revisits and recommendations to others. The types of membership and public golf courses face difficulty in development, operation, and facilities maintenance, among other features. This paper will help separate out each quality in order to formulate difference stratagems for marketing and operation tactics in the future.

고속열차 운행에 따른 호남고속철도 궤도회로 귀선전류 영향 분석 (Analysis of Return Current Effect for Track Circuit on Ho-Nam high Speed Line)

  • 동작 특성에 따라 궤도회로 장치는 신호기 장치, 선로전환기 및 기타 안전과 관련된 장치의 직접 또는 간접 제어를 위해 설치되며, 주로 열차의 검지, 지상에서 차상으로 제어정보 전송, 궤도 깨짐 검지 및 귀선 전류 전송에 사용된다. 특히 귀선 전류는 신호시스템, 전력시스템 및 전차선 및 궤도회로장치와 관련이 있다. 신호시스템에서 가장 중요한 구성 요소 중 하나인 귀선 전류는 선로변 유지보수자의 안전 및 전철화에 따른 철도 관련 전기시스템의 보호를 위해 적합하게 처리되어야 한다. 따라서, 과전류 상태로 인한 귀선 전류 불평형과 시스템 유도 장애 및 고장을 방지하기 위해서는 귀선 전류의 정확한 분석이 필요하다. 또한, 귀선전류 고조파에 의해 오동작이 발생하면 열차 운행 중단 등의 문제가 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 귀선 전류 측정 및 분석 방법을 제시하고 고속열차 운행에 따른 호남고속철도 노선에서의 귀선전류 고조파 시험 결과를 제시하고 있다.

한식당 종사자가 인식하는 한식 세계화를 위한 한식당 품질개선 방안 (A Study on Quality Improvement of Korean Restaurants Perceived by Workers for the Globalization of Korean Food)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate workers' perception on the quality improvement of Korean restaurants for the globalization of Korean food. A total of 342 workers at Korean restaurants in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed using a self-administrated questionnaire. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 250 responses were used for data analysis. In terms of the improvement of service quality attributes, the 'sanitation management (4.51)' category received the highest score, followed by 'service skill (3.93)', 'menu development (3.90)', 'serving method (3.88)', 'facility and ambiance (3.84)', and 'food taste (3.40)'. There were significant differences of workers' perception on the improvement of service quality which were 'menu development (p<0.01)', 'service skill (p<0.001)', 'facility and ambiance (p<0.001)', and 'sanitation management (p<0.01)' by restaurant operation type, and 'service skill (p<0.001)' and 'facility and ambiance (p<0.001)' by workers' position. The mean score of each service quality category showed that Korean restaurants managed by a franchisor were ranked the highest. In each service quality category, the items which showed the highest scores for the improvement were 'developing the finest cuisine (4.08)', 'providing food seasoning according to customer requests (3.70)', 'proving ladles, tongs, and extra plates which enable customers to take as much food as they want (4.12)', 'staff's ability to explain menu (4.08)', 'using tableware appropriate to each dish (4.03)', 'sanitary management of the provided tableware (dishes, spoons and knives) (4.57)', and 'thorough toilet management (4.57)'. This research suggests that Korean restaurants need to improve service quality to globalize Korean food, and the strategies for service quality management should be developed to be applied to each restaurant operation type.

현장 실무자 대상 조사에 의한 건설공사 품질관리 관련 만족도에 관한 고찰 (Satisfaction Level of Construction Quality Management by Survey of The Field Staffs)

  • 우리나라 건설공사의 품질관리체계는 관련법에 근거한 규정의 조합과 시공자가 구축한 ISO/KS A 9001에 의한 품질경영 시스템의 운용에 의한 방법의 혼합형이다. 이 두 가지의 품질확보체계는 상호 보완적이며 통합된 체계로 운영되어야 하나, 시공자의 품질경영시스템을 활용하지 못하고 법에서 정한 기준과 방법, 절차 등의 규정에 따라 모든 공사에 있어서 일상화된 품질관리업무가 수행되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 ISO규격이 도입된 이래 지난 10여 년간 계속된 문제점으로 개선이 요구되고 있다. 품질관리의 철저를 목표로 고객 만족을 위한 예방적 품질관리사고를 정착하는 일은 건설산업의 당면과제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설현장 의 실무자를 대상으로 품질관리 관련 의식에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 건설공사 품질관리 체계의 운용에 대한 만족도를 정리하고, 나아가 향후의 개선방안에 대한 논점을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Studies have been carried out to determine the effect of sprinklers on fires typical of a number of occupancies including simulated of office furniture, supermarkets, carpet displays, libraries, video stores and liquor stores. After surveys of actual fire loads, the experiments were conducted in a specially designed sprinklered fire-calorimeter with a collecting hood 6 m x6 m leading to a vertical duct 1 m in diameter. Details of the rig are given elsewhere [1]. Only well ventilated fires were studied. Rate of heat release and production of various toxic chemicals were monitored during the tests. Both sprinklered and unsprinklered fires were used. The results were used to establish the unsprinklered burning behaviour and the fire-control effects of sprinklers. Before sprinkler operation, the rate of fire growth could be modelled as 12_fires as given in NFPA 92B (1991 Edition) [2]. It was found that operation of sprirnklers controlled but did not extinguish the fires. This was expected as parts of the fire load were shielded from the spray. Also there were significant increases in the concentration of carbon monoxide when the sprinklers operated. Sprinklers had little effect on the concentrations of other toxic products measured. The results from the tests were extrapolated to large single storey buildings for the same occupancy classes and the results used to compare the required and the available escape times for different occupancies, particularly whether the use of sprinklers would improve the chances of escape from those premises. It was found that in most of the cases studied, adequate escape times will be available without any special measures. For very rapid fire growths, however, special measures, such as availability of trained staff may be needed. Standard response sprinklers will have little impact.

주 52시간 근무제 시행에 따른 공공도서관의 개관시간 운영 방안 연구 - 김해시립도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Opening Hours of Public Libraries According to the 52-hour Working Week: Focused on Gimhae Municipal Library)

  • 연구의 목적은 근로기준법 개정으로 인한 공공기관의 주52시간 근무에 따라 공공도서관 개관시간의 합리적 운영방안을 제안하고자 함이다. 연구대상은 6개 김해시립도서관이며, 연구내용은 김해시립도서관의 효율적 운영을 위해 도서관 이용자와 직원을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였고, 김해시립도서관의 개관시간 및 휴관일의 합리적 운영 방안을 모색하였다. 연구방법은 문헌조사, 사례조사, 설문조사, FGI 조사 등을 활용하였다. 연구 결과 김해시립도서관의 휴관일과 개관시간의 운영안을 2가지로 제시하였다. 향후 일과 삶의 균형과 효율적인 도서관 운영을 위해 시민의 문화복지와 직원의 근로복지 간의 균형을 잡아가야 할 것이다.

장애영역별 학교기업에 대한 교사들의 인식 연구 (Teachers' Recognition on School-Companies for Each Field of Handicap)

  • 본 연구는 장애영역별 학교기업의 설치와 운영에 대한 교사들의 인식의 자료를 알기 위하여 대구 지역에 있는 5개 학교 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 장애영역별 학교기업 설치에 있어서 필요성이 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 운영에 있어서도 학생들의 전문 직업능력 개발 및 취업률 증대를 기대하였고. 그 방식도 산업체와 지역사회에서 의뢰한 물품을 생산하여 공급하는 방식을 선호하였다. 학생들의 교육활동 시간편성도 유연성 있게 운영하고 교과는 필요에 따라 통합교육과정으로 한다. 장애영역별 학교기업의 전담교사 및 직원도 학교 실정에 따라 지원 보조하도록 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과를 장애영역별 학교기업에 대한 실천적 함의와 후속연구의 방향을 논의하였다.

공공도서관의 조직 진단 및 운영 개선을 위한 조직모델 설계 연구 - 김해시 공공도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on Organizational Model Design for Organization Diagnosis and Operation Improvement of Public Libraries: The Case of Gimhae Public Library)

  • 본 연구는 김해시 공공도서관 조직의 진단 및 분석을 통해 김해시 공공도서관의 운영 개선을 도모하기 위한 조직 모델을 설계할 목적으로 추진되었다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 사례조사, FGI 조사 등의 연구방법을 통해 김해시 공공도서관의 조직 모델을 설계하고 조직 재편에 따른 단위도서관별 인력을 재구성하여 제안하였다. 조직 모델은 최종적으로 관련업무 통합 측면 조직, 정책기능 강화 측면 조직, 행정 효율성 강화 측면 조직의 3가지 대안을 설계하였다. 그리고 거시적 및 미시적 접근을 바탕으로 김해시 공공도서관의 필요 인력을 산출한 결과, '벤치마킹 대상 지자체 비교' 방법으로 산출된 필요인원을 가장 실증적인 방안이라고 판단하고 단위도서관별 적정인원으로 구성하였다.
