교육과정 변천에 따른 보건 교과 편제의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Research of Change of Organization in Curriculum for Subject in Health under The Influence of Change of Curriculum)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction for improvement of educational curriculum for health education in future while investigating change of organization in curriculum for health education in Korea. Method: It is to analytic thinking the trend of curriculum development and organization of the health curriculum in national level. Results: As a result of this analysis of change of organization in curriculum for health education in Korea, the educational curriculum in Korea is proved to have established diverse subjects about health education in whole educational curriculum. The analysis of organization of educational curriculum in each term shows that subjects on health education has diminished in amount or weakened in content in the education of elementary, middle and high school, as they disappeared from organization of educational curriculum in 4th and 5th terms for education. Seventeen hours per year portioned for health education in revised educational curriculum for 2007, which is currently operated, has been analyzed as being very short to its full requirement. The significant increase of hours for education is demanded for health education to be systematic and practically helpful in actual field of education in schools. Conclusion: It is also demanded that the more diversified and systematic method of education should be applied to and operated for organization and operation of educational curriculum rather than strictly unified educational curriculum.

지역 어메니티 촉진을 위한 마을만들기 운영사례 비교연구 (A comparative case study of neighbourhood making for promoting a local amenity)

  • The aim of the research was to analyze programs, outcomes, promotion process, and operation methods of neighbourhood making to provide basic information for progressive improvement directions in the future. Buk-gu in Gwanju city, samdeok-dong in Daegu city and dongpirang in Tongyeong city were selected for a comparative analysis. The main bodies of neighbourhood making for promoting a local amenity were analysed for this research. The results indicated that a voluntary and continuous participation of residents was expected in the case of neighbourhood making led by the residents. However, a steady budget support from the outside was necessary for the continuous management and improvement of neighbourhood organization. For this, a voluntary agreement was required through the consultative group and committee formation. The member of civil organization has a limitation in the ability to develop and maintain continuos activities in the case of neighbourhood making led by a civil organization. This research found that operation methods including the constant checking, the search for new ideas through assessment of the resident's participation, local festivals for a community formation and real satisfactions of residents' desires were needed in the neighbourhood making led by a civil organization. A participation rate in neighbourhood making was low in the case of neighbourhood making led by administrative bodies. This result indicated that the long-term strategics for space renewal and community revitalization were important. Various easy ways of residents' participation to reflect their interests and operation systems were also needed. Finally, current local issues, active residents' participation and residents' opinions would be included in the process of neighbour making in the future.

의료기관 QI 담당자의 목표추구몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Goal-Orientation of QI Performers in the Medical Centers)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide the data base for the activation of Quality Improvement operation through investigating the status of Quality Improvement operation, and finding out factors influencing on the goal-orientation of QI performers in the medical centers of more than one hundred beds where are practicing Quality Improvement operation. In order to reach the purpose, document study was carried out grounded on the proceeding researches and formulated statistical data in relation with the status of Quality Improvement performers, and proof study was carried out through questionnaire survey. The subjects of the survey were the Quality Improvement performers working in seventy three medical centers in Pusan-Gyeongnam, Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan. Among eighty three Quality Improvement performers, fifty, five were questionnaire surveyed, on the result of which Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were made, using statistical program. The the results of the proof analysis on this research are as follows. First, in the factors influencing the devoting to goal pursuit of QI performers, organization-goal contribution(0.44) had significant positive effects, while organization conflict(-0.25) had significant negative effects. In other words, the higher the organization-goal contribution was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, while the less the organization conflict was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Second, in the aspect of goal performance types of QI performers, the process-centered type showed high level of the devoting to goal pursuit, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Third, in the aspect of QI performance degree, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, the higher the QI performance degree was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). In addition, the performers who perceived their workplaces organic structure showed much higher QI performance degree, which statistically significant.(p<0.05). Generalizing the results of this research, it is possible to offer a few suggestions as follows. First, as the competition among the medical centers is more severe recently owing to medical center evaluation system, medical centers are practicing various Quality Improvement operation in all of medical services such as clinical performance and management performance, to reach the purpose of both cost-cutting and medical quality improvement. Thus in order to practice Quality Improvement operation more efficiently in medical centers, it is essential to nuke use of problem-solving methods and statistical members. This as the willingness of chief executives and positive attitude and recognition of organization members. This requires the installation of divisions in charge and disposition of persons in charge, not to speak of persistent training of Quality Improvement. Second, the divisions in charge of QI carry out Quality Improvement operation at the medical center level, and take the role of generalizing and adjusting QI performances of various departments. Owing to this role, the division in charge of QI is considered indispensable organization in the QI operation of medical centers along with medical QI committee, while it contributes to the government's goal of reducing quality level gaps among medical centers. Therefore it is necessary for government and QI organizations to give institutional support and resources for the sake of QI operation of medical centers, besides to supply systematic trainning and informations to the divisions and persons in charge of QI. Third, it is certain that disposition of persons in charge should be determined in view of the scale and the scope of QI operation in medical centers.

수술부의 활성화와 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on Activation Management Operation Department)

  • The activation of operation department can be defined as man power, the space, energy and organization in the operation department. In this paper, we clarified the activation index of operation department and verified the relation between the activation index and the management index related to in patients. In addition, we studied the effect of the activation index on the construction and management of the operation department. As a result, we can find the followings. 1. The number of operation as the activation index of operation department regardless of the size of hospitals in Japan is smaller than in Korea and Taiwan. 2. Based on the study of the correlation between the activation index and the operation index connected to inpatient, it is found the activation of operation department is affected by average lengh of stay of inpatient. 3. It is found that plan of operation has been practically made on the basis of the number of beds. Howerver, the activation index of operation department should be utilized on the basis of the number of operation.

Control software for temperature sensors in astronomical devices using GMT SDK 1.6.0

  • The temperature control of a scientific device is essential because extreme temperature conditions can cause hazard issues for the operation. We developed a software which can interact with the temperature sensor using the GMT SDK(Giant Magellan Telescope Software Development Kit) version 1.6.0. The temperature sensor interacts with the EtherCAT(Ethernet for Control Automation Technology) slave via the hardware adapter, sending and receiving data by a packet. The PDO(Process Data Object) and SDO(Service Data Object), which are the packet interacts with each EtherCAT slave, are defined on the TwinCAT program that enables the real-time control of the devices. The user can receive data from the device via grs(GMT Runtime System) tools and log service. Besides, we programmed the software to print an alert message on the log when the temperature condition changes to certain conditions.

항만운영주체의 사회적 책임활동이 이해관계자가 지각한 브랜드자산과 평판, 관계성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of the Corporate Social Responsibility by Port Operation Organization on the Brand Asset, Reputation and Relationship Performance Perceived by Interested Parties)

  • 본 연구는 항만운영주체의 사회적 책임활동이 이해관계자가 지각하는 브랜드자산과 평판, 관계성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행 연구를 통한 문헌연구와 설문조사를 병행하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS ver. 18.0을 사용하여 Cronbach's α 계수를 이용한 측정변수의 신뢰성 검정, 요인분석을 이용한 타당성검정, 가설검정을 위한 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 실증분석 및 가설검증을 위해 설계된 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 여수광양지역을 중심으로 항만관련 종사자와 시민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 414부의 설문지를 수집하여 연구에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 항만운영주체의 사회적 책임활동은 경제적, 법률적, 자선·윤리적 책임활동 등 3개의 요인으로 구성되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 경제적 책임활동은 브랜드 인지와 평판에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 법률적 책임활동은 관계성과의 하위요소인 신뢰와 몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자선·윤리적 책임활동은 브랜드자산(브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 인지)과 평판, 관계성과(신뢰, 몰입)에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해서 항만운영주체의 사회적 책임활동은 브랜드자산과 평판, 관계성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 항만경쟁력을 높이고 지속가능경영을 위한 중요한 전략임을 확인할 수 있었다. 사회적 책임활동은 이해관계자들이 조직을 신뢰하고 몰입관계를 강화할 수 있도록 유도함으로써 장기적으로는 경제적 가치 창출에 기여하고 상생 및 동반성장을 통하여 지속가능경영이 가능해질 것이다. 본 연구는 탐색적 차원의 연구로 선행연구 고찰과 설문조사 등을 통해 자료를 수집하고 실증분석을 하였다는 데 연구의 의의가 있으며, 항만특성을 반영 한 사회적 책임활동에 대한 변수의 설명력과 영향력에 한계가 있어 좀 더 정치한 변수설정과 설문내용에 대한 보완이 필요하며, 향후 연구에서는 부산항과 인천항 등 여러 항만의 운영주체를 대상으로 재조사하여 연구의 범위를 확장할 필요가 있다.

On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

화재조사제도 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Study on Improvement of Fire Investigation System)

  • 현재 우리나라의 화재조사 제도는 소방, 경찰 등 공적영역 중심으로 이루어지고 있어, 제조물 하자에 따른 화재발생 시 화재피해 이재민들의 권익보호를 위한 '민간 화재조사관 제도'와 같은 사적영역의 화재조사 제도는 매우 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 화재조사 관련 법률이 각 기관별로 분산 적용되고 있기 때문에 유사기관간의 중복조사로 인한 민원발생, 화재조사 현장에서 타 기관을 배제하는 과잉대응, 화재조사 조직 및 인력의 중복운영으로 비효율적인 행정력 낭비 등 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구논문에서는 우리나라의 화재조사제도에 관한 전반적인 운영 실태와 문제점을 살펴보고 공적영역 및 사적영역에서 화재조사제도 개선방안을 도출하였다.

서울시 일부 국민학교의 보건교육양상 및 관련요인 (An Analysis on School Health Education Pattern and Related Factors in Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to explain the performance pattern of health education and related factors in elementary school. The data were collected from school nurses who have been working elementary school. Sample of 77 were analyzed by percent distribution, ${\chi}^2$-test, discriminant analysis. The performance rates of health education was 74%, Only 19% of total carried out health education of 6 hours per week. Important variables that was showed significant association with health education level were as follows: Perception of importance about health education among personal characteristics of school nurses and size of school c1ass, cooperation level of school administrator, operation method of school health clinic, the difficulty of school health clinic among school organization characteristics. The canonical correlation between the health education (yes or no) and important independent variables was 0.52. Among them, operation method of school health clinic. perceiveness of health education, size of school class represented the significant contribution (canonical coefficient: 0.66, 0.54, 0.52) to school health education. These findings suggest that structure and management variables of school organization are more important than personal variables of school nurses related to activation of school health education. Therefore, it is expected that the quantity and quality improvement of school health education be able to accomplish through the systematic support of school organization and government demension.

  • In recent years, many computer systems that are used for patient diagnostic and treatment purpose s are being introduced within hospitals. Therefore, being in a position to manage the hospital entirely, efforts to integrate their own unique system into one have started. A system values humans and creates the surrounding atmosphere into one which maximizes the abilities of individuals. For this, a scientific integration management operation system is required. The type of system that is demanded due to this requirement is an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Lately, even the hospital industry is beginning to show interest in efficient administrative methods. To deliver more predominant medical services, hospitals are trying to introduce scientific administrative methods, whose superiority were proven in enterprises, to the operation system of the hospital organization. ERP values humans over systems, and within a superior system, emphasizes the efficiency of the organization. This sort of process does not just evaluate and manage the working abilities of individuals, but provides an advanced working environment that increases the abilities of members within the organization by fold. Therefore, this research estimates through questionnaires and introductive cases how the introduction of ERP may change the work of customers within hospitals such as the radiologic technology department, and how it may also change the environment of medical services, thus striving to create a radiologic technology department that will not fall behind the times.
