  • In this paper, I try to help the business operation so that they could continue the desirable operation despite the unfavorable conditions. It is important to reinforce for corporate growth various support measures to generate profits. However, if they are involved in criminal activities such as slush fund creation, they will have to deal with them separately. As a result, To raise awareness helps to keep the company running. Recently, the companies are in a poor condition due to overseas migration. If a company does not create profits by doing business, it is a burden to continue operating and it will eventually be hard to support and destroy. The corporate crime and white-collar crime are mostly similar types, mainly because they occur in the industry. The corporate crime proceeds throughout the company and ultimately translates into corporate profits. The white-collar crime, on the other hand, is a profitable part of the individual. In the process of generating profits, the purpose and management method of slush funds is an important issue in judging whether illegal immorality of business is intended or not. In addition, in the case of the corporate crime, it seems necessary to identify the types of slush fund raising activities in addition to the investigations of the accomplices and clinical investigations, and to apply efficient investigation methods on a case-by-case basis. At present, many companies frequently migrate overseas due to the influence of domestic regulations. In this process, if it is involved in crime such as a borrowing accounts or the purpose of slush fund creation should be treated separately.

  • A classical commercial insurance, which is used widely as the risk management methods for risk transferring and risk financing, includes the factors of interests, gambling and uncertainty, In 1985 Islamic Fiqc Academy declared that the classical commercial insurance violates the Islamic fundamental principles and beliefs, alteratively recommending a mutual insurance and takaful. A basic principle of takaful is the mutual aid in the Islamic community. On the basis of mutual aid, takaful participants (insurance policyholder) establishes the takaful fund, which is cooperation fund by participant contribution. Takaful fund is separated from shareholders' fund, and the profit and loss of takaful fund are responsible for takaful policyholder. Ownership and operation right of takaful belong to the takaful participants. In takaful, takaful company takes a role of agent or management operator. Comparing to the classical insurance, takaful has the rights of profit dividend, voting of executives, access to accounting books etc. which are additional favors for business company or individuals as takaful participants. • This study suggested a vegetation restoration plan for a coastal area where the ecosystem conservation fund return project, targeting the whole area of Dalmaji-gil, located in Haeundae, Busan. After distinguishing if it would be a proper site for the operation of the ecosystem conservation fund return project by analyzing the ecological environment, human environment, and the current status of land owners, the target species for vegetation restoration was determined, and the facilities and programs were selected in accordance with the spatial division of the biosphere reserve. The basic direction is as follows. First, is the expansion of green space and the securement of life habitats downtown. Second, is the conservation of core areas by separating the conserved area from the space for use. Third, is the establishment of ecological resting space and the reinforcement of an ecological educational programs. The significance of this study is to suggest a vegetation restoration plan of a coastal area, fully utilizing the existing vegetation of the subject area, by suggesting the land use and flow planning, environmental improvement (vegetation restoration) plan, life habitats establishment plan, planting plan, and hydrologic plan, facilities, maintenance, and monitoring plan based on the basic direction. This study would provide useful basic data for ecosystem conservation and restoration in the Korean Peninsula, surrounded by the ocean on three sides.

  • In this paper, we tested if the sewage subsidy from Korean Water Management Fund discourage sewage fee increase by Korean local governments, and consequently hinder water quality improvement. To examine this counter-incentive effect of Water manage Fund sewage subsidy, we estimated the effect of sewage subsidy on the ratio of sewage fee revenue to environmental treatment facilities' operation cost of local governments in 2009-12, using two-stage least square estimation. We found that the sewage subsidy has negative effect on the sewage fee revenue to sewage operation cost ratio. But, the statistical significance of this effect was sensitive to model specification. And the size was too small to conclude that the counter-incentive effect was economically significant.

  • The most time-consuming back-bone operation in an elliptic curve cryptosystem is scalar multiplication. In this paper, we propose a method of inducing a GF operation named point quadruple operation to be used in the quad-and-add algorithm, whith was achieved by refining the traditional double-and-add algorithm. Induced expression of the algorithm was verified and proven by C program in a real model of calculation. The point quadruple operation can be used in fast and efficient implementation of scalar multiplication operation.

  • This study reviews the current conditions of the completed 'Ecosystem Conservation Fund Return Project' sites to suggest management methods for their conservation and sustainability. For the scope of the study, five microsites of completed return projects in Seoul were selected and their project planning documents were reviewed to help with site surveying and analysis. To increase the accuracy of the site surveying and analysis, and to evaluate the management problems from different perspectives, the site managers were interviewed in-depth. The experts were surveyed as well to develop a realistic and practical improvement method. The survey results helped to categorize the post-management problems, and separate improvement methods were suggested for each category. First, the post-management guidelines are proposed for the ecosystem-based environment/ecosystem environment, user management, and monitoring. These guidelines will increase the expertise and practicality of the management principles. Second, the regulations for the participation of expert management enterprises and the development of separate monitoring or maintenance management team are suggested. These regulations will improve the participation of experts and consistency of management systems. Third, the post monitoring or maintenance management during the year after the project completion should be set as a separate project to secure budget. Furthermore, policies and/or institutions should be established to set a portion of ecosystem conservation return fund or a grant for post monitoring and maintenance management. Forth, as a way of adaptive management, at least more than three years of post-management should be evaluated under detailed categories and vigorous standard to improve the institutional operation for 'Ecosystem Conservation Fund Return Projects'.

  • Investment authorities are broad financial institutions that carefully manage investments on behalf of the national government using a long-term value development approach. To provide a stronger structure or framework for In-vestment Authorities to govern the distribution of funds to public and private markets, we've started research to create a blockchain-based prototype for managing and tracking numerous finances of such authorities. We have taken the case study of Oman Investment Authority (OIA) of Sultanate of Oman. Oman's wealth is held in OIA. It is an organization that oversees and utilizes the additional capital generated by oil and gas profits in public and private markets. Unlike other Omani funds, this one focus primarily on assets outside the Sultanate. The operation of the OIA entails a huge number of transactions, necessitating a high level of transparency and administration among the parties involved. Currently, OIA relies on various manuals to achieve its goals, such as the Authorities and Responsibilities manual, the In-vestment Manual, and the Code of Business Conduct, among others. In this paper, we propose a Blockchain based framework to manage the operations of OIA. Blockchain is a part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and it is re-shaping every industry. The main components of every blockchain are assets and participants. The funds are the major assets in the proposed study, and the participants are the various fund shareholders/recipients. The block-chain's transactions are all safe, secure, and immutable, and it's part of a trustless network. The transactions are simple to follow and verify. By replacing intermediary firms with smart contracts, blockchain-based solutions eliminate any middlemen in the fund allocation process.
