학부 경영정보학과와 인접학문 간의 교육만족도 비교 (Comparison of Students' Satisfaction among Related Disciplines of Undergraduate MIS Majors)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the direction of the students' satisfaction improvement by comparison of related disciplines of undergraduate management information systems (MIS) majors. MIS is one of the academic disciplines that have become important as the demand for manpower for new industries in the 4th industrial revolution. We surveyed 3rd and 4th grade undergraduate students in the departments of management information systems, business administration (BA), computer engineering (CE) of C university. The results revealed that the students' satisfaction was influenced by the ability of the professor, the curriculum development, and the curriculum operation factors. Especially, it was found that the curriculum operating factors among the three departments had greater effect on the students' satisfaction. If the education environment is improved considering curriculum operating factors and the administrative and service factors and that are important in the CE departments, it will be helpful for the students' satisfaction improvement of MIS.

노인간호요양시설의 QMI 개발과 현장 실태분석 (Development of Nursing Home Quality Management Index & Application in the Field)

  • Purpose: Expecting a new system of nursing security for elderly in operation in 2007, a substantial expansion of nursing facilities for elderly and quality management of those facilities are imperative now. Therefore. specific quality management measures or schemes which could be used for the operation of small-scale nursing homes are in urgent need. The purpose of this study was to develop a Quality Management Index(QMI) to guide Nursing Home management. Method: This study developed a QMI for small-scale nursing homes, which focused on quality management in structural dimensions such as environment, staffs, local community network, atmosphere, and quality management in process dimensions such as nursing, communication, resident satisfaction. The QMI developed in this study is based on extensive review of literature and the actual experiences of nursing home operation. It consists of 7 dimensions, 39 components and 148 indexes, which have been verified by three times validity tests of experts group. Then the QMI was used to evaluate the quality management levels of nursing homes in Korea. Result: In sum, after analyzing all nursing homes in Korea operated by nurses, this study found that there were significant differences of quality management level among facilities in several dimensions such as environment, staffs, local community connections, communication. In dimensions such as nursing, atmosphere, resident satisfaction, however, little differences of quality management level among facilities were reported. It is considered that this result has to do with several factors like the size of facilities, operation expenses, operation forms, the disposition of professional human resources, and philosophy and management policy of the owners. As far as generalization is concerned, however, it needs to be noted here that the sample size for this study is not statistically big enough to generalize the results. Conclusion: Having Developed a QMI for small-scale nursing home with 7 dimensions, 39 components and 148 indexes, this study is expected to be used in developing more elaborated quality evaluation tools for nursing homes, and also function as a practical guide of quality management for those who are opening and managing nursing homes. I hope this quality index could lead to further development of a standardized quality management index, and eventually contribute to quality improvement of nursing homes.

병원 내 도서관의 이용자 만족도 및 수요조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction and Demand Survey of Libraries in Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 병원 내 도서관 이용자의 만족도를 제고시키고 향후 병원 내 도서관의 활성화 방안을 고찰하기 위해, 이용자와 비이용자를 대상으로 장서, 시설 및 환경, 직원, 서비스, 프로그램 등의 만족도 및 수요도를 조사하여, 이용자가 만족하는 도서관의 운영 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 병원 내 도서관 활성화 방안으로 첫째, 최신성을 갖춘 다양한 주제의 장서 수 확대가 필요하다. 둘째, 병원 내 도서관의 직원 수확대가 시급하며, 이와 함께 의학 전문 지식 기반 의사소통 능력 향상 및 이용자 요구에 대한 신속한 대응 능력이 필요하다. 셋째, 시설 및 환경으로 병원 내 도서관 규모 확대와 편의시설 확대가 필요하다. 넷째, 서비스 질 향상과 다양한 서비스 제공이 필요하며, 이용자 대상에 따라 전문가는 주제검색서비스, 의학관련 정보원 제공 서비스를, 일반인(환자 및 보호자 등) 건강정보서비스 등을 제공해야 한다. 마지막으로 프로그램 운영을 위한 인프라 확대와 대상의 다양화, 프로그램 지속성 등이 확보되어야 한다.

대학 온라인 튜터링 학습환경에서 교수실재감, 학업성취도 및 학습만족도 간의 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Teaching Presence, Academic Achievement and Learning Satisfaction in a University Online Tutoring Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 대학 온라인 튜터링 학습환경에서 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하여, 학생들의 대학생활 적응 및 학습역량 강화를 위한 교수방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구를 위해 2021학년도 1학기 부산시 소재 D학교 OO연구소 튜터링 프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 교수실재감, 학업성취도 그리고 학습만족도를 조사하여 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교수실재감과 학업성취도 및 학습만족도와의 관계분석에서는 학습활동의 학습관리, 참여관리, 내용구조화 순으로 높은 상관이 나타났으며, 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 영향력에서는 튜티의 학습활동 하위영역인 학습관리에서 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 기초하여 온라인 튜터링 교수설계시에 교수실재감을 반영한 운영과정과 방법에 대한 방향성을 시사하였고, 학습환경에서 학습자의 학습경험의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 학습관리 방안에 대한 심도있는 논의를 제공하였다.

항공사의 운항품질에 영향을 미치는 항공종사자의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationship of Airmen influencing Airline Flight Quality)

  • The primary purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of shared values, conflicts and balanced power that reside in the relationships between airline maintenance engineers and pilots who are considered to be core components in operating aircraft. According to the analysis, the higher the shared values, the lower the conflicts, and the more balanced power between those two parties, the higher the mutual trust and job satisfaction levels. It was also found that the quality of flight operation changes depending on the mutual trust and job satisfaction levels. These results clearly show that the quality of flight operation is directly related to the interactions among two parties and feelings for each other in an environment where mutual dependencies are highly required.

의료과오를 줄이기 위한 효율적인 병원서비스운영에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Efficient Hospital Service Operation Management for the Reduction of Medical Errors)

  • This paper presents a research model, which identifies a relationship between medical error reduction, efficiency of organizational systems, and employee satisfaction with organizational support. The proposed model was tested through hypotheses, based on data collected from 210 respondents from the medical staff of large -sized (i.e., more than 500 beds) residential hospitals in cities of South Korea. The results of the study showed that medical error reduction is associated with corrective system and employee satisfaction with organizational support. Therefore, it is very important that organizations improve their employees' satisfaction by providing sufficient support (e.g., information support and sharing, work guide book, etc.) for their work. In addition, in organizational systems, the corrective system has positive relationship with medical error reduction. In terms of corrective procedures, leaders or managers can make improvements by providing and supporting a friendly work environment where errors may be reported without blame and discussed in order to be corrected.

버스 정류장의 서비스 수준 및 평가모델 구축에 관한 연구 (Establishment about Service Level and Evaluation Model of Bus Stop)

  • 버스 정류장은 많은 승객이 이용하기 때문에 편리한 서비스 제공을 위하여 이용자 중심으로 환경을 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 GAP, IPA, 구조방정식을 이용한 버스 정류장 서비스 수준에 대한 이용자 평가모델 구축을 통하여 그 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 버스 정류장의 31개 서비스 항목에 대한 GAP 구축에서는 장애인 관련 시설, 버스 이용 관련 정보를 제공하는 항목에서 차이가 높게 나타났다. IPA의 현재 서비스의 경우는 버스 운행 관련 정보, 보조시설, 장애인 지원시설에서 우선 시정이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 서비스 기대치의 경우는 버스 운행 관련 정보 및 환승시설, 장애인 지원시설에서 지속적 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 구조방정식에 의한 버스 정류장 서비스 평가모델은 적합도가 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 버스 정류장 전체 만족도에는 시설 이용 만족보다는 대기 만족 그리고 버스 정류장 시설 이용 만족에는 버스 운행 관련 정보 만족, 보조시설 만족, 버스 운행 정보 및 환승시설, 장애인 지원시설이 상대적으로 영향을 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 현재 버스 정류장에 대한 전체 만족도가 낮을수록, 전체 만족도에 대한 기대치가 높게 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 버스 운행 관련 정보와 장애인 지원시설에 대해서는 적극적인 개선 전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

휴대폰 애프터서비스 품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of After-Sales Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Mobile Phone)

  • This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer's first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.

보금자리주택 단지와 민간분양아파트 단지의 관리 실태와 관리의식 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Condition of Management and Consciousness of Bogumjari Housing Complex and Private Condominium)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the actual condition of Bogumjari Housing Complex residents' management consciousness and to provide suggestions on ways to induce residents' volunteer participation and practice of the apartment management. This study was performed on Bogumjari Housing Complex which was occupied in 2012 and the similar-sized apartment complex of the private condominium to compare and analyze their actual condition of management and consciousness of their residents. The results of the analysis could be summarized as follows: 1) In terms of management of operation, there is no distinct difference. In terms of maintenance management, Bogumjari Housing Complex has difficulty in maintenance because of lack of management manpower. Also, the apartment complex of the private condominium has higher spontaneous participation rate, which seems to be influenced by activation of various organizations. 2) In terms of the satisfaction of management process, Bogumjari Housing Complex has have higher satisfaction with promotion of the apartment Management Rules, but it has lower satisfaction with public hygiene, community facility maintenance and operation of program than that of apartment complex of the private condominium. 3) Bogumjari Housing Complex has higher maintenance and participation consciousness, drawing conclusion that Bogumjari Housing Complexs' residents have higher expectations for apartment, a keen interest and strong will.

대학생의 이벤트 식단에 대한 선호도 조사 (A survey on Preference of the Event Menus in the Foodservice Operations for University Students)

  • The purpose of this study of was to provide basic data for preparing event menus to increase customer's satisfaction by investigating university students' participation and preference for the event menus in the foodservice operations. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 customers from August 1 to 31, 2005. 88.0% of the questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analysis of data was performed using SAS package program(version 8.2) for descriptive analysis and $χ^2$-test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan multiple range test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 50.4% of the students have participated in foodservice operation's event and the average degree of the satisfaction was 2.67 out of 5. The type of the events customers have most frequently participated in were the national holiday·subdivisions of the season event(47.3%), the day event(34.1%), environment event(26.9%) and so on. In large classification, preferred were season event(85.2%), international food event(76.9%), and healthy food event(73.1%) and so on. In small classification, orgarnic food event(53.0%), summer fruits festival(41.3%), midsummer event(36.6%) and christmas event(34.4%) and so on. From now on, the event reflecting customers' expectation and requirement should be planned and implemented.
