임대주택 커뮤니티시설의 거주자 이용현황 및 개선 요구 (Resident's Usage and needs for the improvement of Community Facilities in Public Rental Apartments)

  • Nowadays, public rental apartments' community facilities emphasize only their quantity aspect without considering residents' characteristics, leading their installation regulations to be based on only the number of households, which is problematic. As a result, in many cases, residents, after moving in, alter the facility usage or remodel the facilities for their use. Hereby, this study conducted focus group interviews with public rental apartments' residents as to find out space conditions of and improvement demands for the community facilities. Two public rental apartment complexes in Seoul and Gyeongi-do which were built after 2007 were selected for this study. As for the survey method, workshop panel was employed. Four people in each age class of infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors were formed into one group, and a total of 40 people in 10 groups were surveyed. The survey was continuously conducted from February to March in 2009. The study findings can be summarized as follows. 1) Among community facilities, there were more satisfactory outdoor facilities than satisfactory indoor facilities. Residents expressed satisfaction with the facilities linked with natural environment. The causes of unsatisfactory facilities were mostly poor management. 2) The facilities demanded by the residents included ones relevant to study, exercise, and hobbies. As public rental apartments are resided mostly by low-income families, study and hobby activities bring them cost problems. Therefore, it is needed that the apartment complexes support diverse such activities 3) As for facilities demanded for usage alteration, a residents' meeting room accounted for the most popular opinions. As it was used only once a week, its usage was very low. It should be opened to the residents and allowed to be used in various ways. 4) As for demands of changing spatial characteristics, outdoor exercise facilities accounted for the most opinions. Although they were installed in most cases, they were damaged and poorly managed, therefore being in need of improvement in operation and management. In order to maximally utilize public rental apartments' community facilities, facility planning in consideration of various age groups from residents' viewpoint and sustainable systematic management are required.

  • 글로벌 경쟁 상황에 처한 현대의 모든 기업들은 고객의 니즈를 충족시키고, 이를 통한 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 방안으로서 서비스를 이해하기 시작하면서 서비스에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있다. 기업들이 제공하는 제품이나 서비스의 가치는 주로 고객과 서비스 제공자 간의 관계에서 형성되는 만족도의 정도로 정의되는 서비스 신뢰도에 의해 크게 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는, 유형의 제품이나 시스템의 실패 유형과 영향을 평가하는데 널리 사용되는 FMEA를 서비스의 신뢰도 평가에 적용하였다. 이를 위해, 서비스의 설계와 서비스 기능과 실패 간의 관계를 용이하게 표현할 수 있는 사건중심 프로세스 모델을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 서비스 프로세스 관점에서의 서비스 신뢰도를 평가하는 방법을 제시하는 것으로서, 이를 위해 fuzzy FMEA와 grey 이론을 이용하였다. 제안된 방법은 자동차정비 프로세스 사례에 적용하여 평가하였다.

국민임대아파트단지의 거주실태 및 커뮤니티의식 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study on the Residential Conditions and the Community Consciousness of the National Rental Housing)

  • The purpose of the study is to provide basic data to be useful for living environment of National Rental Housing, through comparative analysis of residential conditions, community consciousness of residents, characteristics of 3 complexes, whose residents have lived more than 3 years, different in area and size. Deungchon 11 Complex in Seoul, Eui-wang Naeson Complex, and Incheon Samsan 4 Complex are chosen for the investigation and the survey and 242 copies of the questionnaire are analyzed for the final result. Analyzing the contents of the survey results are as follows those deriving conclusions and suggestions. 1) Housing and construction standards are required to reconsider for enhancing of community consciousness and housing satisfaction of residents of National Rental Housing. 2) Spending on residential move, and minimize the unnecessary expense of low-income housing need to do to promote stability. 3) Facilities and equipments for residents are needed considering barrier-free design which introduces universal design. 4) Welfare facilities such as culture space and after-school classroom for teenagers are needed. 5) By using the broadcast media actively pro-mote, various layers are encouraged moving into National Rental Housing, through the concept of housing opportunities for change. 6) In short-term, community space are need remodeling and various activity programs are developed to induce activation of community facilities. In long-term, users considering a community facility plan, actively promoting activities, methods and operating system support for the government in the continuing policy and management is needed, when the National Rental Housing are planned to build. Therefore, the organic aspects such as the development and operation of the community program as well as the physical aspects such as the community space and facilities for the active community of the National Rental Housing are constantly considered in the follow-up studies.

  • 최근 FTA체결 등 세계건설 시장의 개방으로 인한 국내외적인 주변 건설환경의 급속한 변화속에서 국제경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 건설업체의 품질향상을 위한 품질 및 조직관리가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 그러므로 이에 대한 실태분석을 통하여 개선방안을 마련, 양질의 건축물을 소비자에게 제공함으로써 고객만족을 이룩할 수 있는 품질 및 조직관리 측면에서 연구가 필요하여 실시한 것이다. 품질관리를 위한 전담부서의 조직은 중소건설업체가 크게 미비함으로 인하여 전담부서가 절실히 필요한것으로 나타나 이를 개선하기 위하여 AHP분석을 통한 CEO 직속의 품질전담부서의 조직구조형태가 유지관리측면에서 비용절감효과 등 품질과 조직의 운영이 뛰어난 효과를 가져올 수 있는 것으로 분석되어, 중소건설업체에 품질전담부서를 조직하여 품질개선과 함께 경쟁력 우위를 점해야 할 것으로 사료되어 실시하였다.

서울 저층주거 밀집지역 공공생활지원시설 설정방향에 관한 연구 (A Study to Set up Guideline for Public Facilities as Infrastructure of Low-rise Residential Community in Seoul)

  • Low-rise residential community is the most popular type (51%) of residential neighborhoods in Seoul. Currently, there is a shortage of public facilities needed for living conditions and the quality of life in low-rise residential areas. This study defines 'public facility' as infrastructure to improve the living environment and used by residents jointly in low-rise residential areas. In this regard, this study analyzes current legal and institutional standards, latest trends in public facility of apartments, and residents' demand and satisfaction level in order to find out the criteria for installation of priority public facilities. As a result, the essential facility basically conforms to the number of household which is the standard of the facility supply in apartment. However, considering the limitations on the accessibility due to low density, it should consider two standards at the same time: the number of household and distance (radius of neighborhood). In conclusion, it is necessary to install legally prescribed facilities according to the number of household and distance: 500 households facilities in 250m radius neighborhood and 1,000 households facilities in 400m radius neighborhood. Also, considering the reality of low-rise residential area, it is necessary to integrate some facilities that can be functionally linked to improve level of utility and efficiency of operation and management. It is expected that the output of this study can be applied to institutionalize of the legal basis for the public facility of low-rise residential community.

온라인 학습 환경에서의 블록형 교육용 프로그래밍 도구 학습에 대한 학생 인식 분석 (Analysis of student perception of learning block-type educational programming tools in online learning environment)

  • 코로나 19로 인하여 대부분 학교에서 온라인 학습을 실시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 6학년 학생을 대상으로 총 12차시의 블록형 교육용 프로그래밍 도구 수업을 온라인 학습 형태로 실시한 후 엔트리 학습에 대한 학생의 학습 경험에 대한 인식을 양적, 질적으로 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 학습자는 엔트리 프로그램 사용과 학습 내용의 난이도에 대해 쉽게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습 만족도는 높게 나타났다. 학생들은 어려움을 겪을 경우 사이트 자체에서 제공하는 힌트 기능에서 가장 많은 도움을 받은 것으로 나타났고, 엔트리를 학습할 때 선생님의 필요성에 대해 낮게 인식한 것으로 나타났다. 질적 분석 결과 학습자는 쉽고 간편한 조작을 통해 신기함과 재미를 크게 느낀 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 학습 내용과 힌트 등이 이해되지 않아 어려움을 겪었으며, 힌트 내용이 부족하다고 느낀 것으로 나타났다. 학생들은 자신이 원하는 대로 프로그램을 만들고 조작하면서 성취감을 느낀 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 국내에 경제·금융전문도서관을 대표하는 한국은행 도서관의 전반적인 운영현황 분석과 이용자 만족도 및 수요를 조사하고, 더불어 국내외 주요 도서관의 외부환경 변화에 따른 대응사례 조사하여 향후 경제·금융전문도서관의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 주요 도서관 외부환경 변화 사례조사, 이용자 설문조사 등을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 향후 과제로 미래지향적 최첨단 도서관으로의 강화에는 스마트 시스템 도입, 일부 도서관 서비스의 로봇화, 시대상을 반영한 비대면 서비스 대응공간 등을, 경제금융인을 위한 특화된 서비스 제공에는 빅데이터 분석서비스 도입, 이용자 맞춤형 시스템 강화, SNS 커뮤니케이션 활성화 등을 제시하였다. 국내외 경제·금융 도서관과 협력 네트워크 구축으로는 클라우드 서비스, 유관기관 간 협력사업 유지 및 확대, 공유체계를 통한 국가 지식정보 망라적 수집 등을, 마지막으로 전문성 강화를 위한 정보서비스를 위해 특성화 장서 개발, 온라인을 활용한 참고 및 연구지원 서비스 확대, 발간물 원문 DB 구축 및 제공을 제안하였다.

A Study on the Awareness and Need for Connected-Convergence Education among College Students in Health-Related Fields

  • Background: In modern society, rapid changes in the medical environment have required medical staff to access various information and be competent in active and effective problem-solving through collegial interactions. In line with these changes, universities are aiming to connect education. This study aimed to provide basic data of connected-convergence education by survey the awareness and needs of college students in health-related fields. Methods: This study included 122 college students from the health field. A survey regarding "the awareness and need of connected-convergence education" was conducted and general characteristics of the participants were collected from June to July 2022. Results: The awareness of connected-convergence education was low at 19.7%, but the intention to participate was high at 74.6%. Subject requirements were 18.0% for medical psychology, 13.5% for communication and counseling, 13.5% for medical artificial intelligence technology convergence, and 10.4% for sports health management. In the group showing high satisfaction with the major curriculum, the demand for connected education was also high. For efficient operation, it was investigated that it was necessary to secure specialized training courses, recognition of liberal arts credits, the right to register for courses equal to those of major students, and secure dedicated classrooms. Conclusion: Although the awareness and experience of connected-convergence education among the participants were low, the intention to participate was high. As such a plan to revitalize the university curriculum was required. It is timely to discuss the nurturing of convergence-type talents and multidisciplinary thinking skills. It is meaningful to provide basic data necessary for connected-convergence education in health-related fields at university. Universities should strive to enhance job competency in the health field by providing connected-convergence education based on student demands.

KPI 중심의 e-QMS 구현: 우주항공 및 방위 산업 사례 연구 (Implementation of a KPI Focused e-QMS: A Case Study in the Aerospace & Defense Industry)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to design an integrated informatization system that can manage quality & KPI by integrating management systems in the aerospace and defense industry, and study the effect on KPI when applied to related companies. Methods: The 7 management systems required for integration in the AS&D industry were studied, and an empirical analysis was conducted for H company in South Korea for the application of e-QMS integrated informatization & KPI system based on security environment and open quality. Results: The results of this study were analyzed to have an effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction and the positive improvement of quality failure cost in the aerospace and defense industry. And it was analyzed that it works to continuously comply with ethical management and environmental laws and prevent safety accidents. Conclusion: The greatest significance of this study is that it attempted to build an e-QMS integrated system in the aerospace and defense industry. Considering that the case of integrated management system and integrated operation of KPI in related industries has not been introduced in the existing literature, the results of this study will be shared as a meaningful preceding study in the era of digital quality information. In addition, the fact that the open-quality quality innovation methodology emphasizing measurement(M), tracking(T), and connection(C) was actually applied in an AS&D company and its effectiveness was objectively proven. It is expected that it will be a good paper for follow-up research.

문화재활용 사업 모니터링 및 평가 - 2016년 생생문화재사업을 중심으로 - (A Monitoring and Evaluation on the Project for Utilization of Cultural Property - Focused on the Project "SaengSaeng Cultural Property" in 2016 -)

  • 본 연구는 2016년 생생문화재 사업 지원을 받은 전국 88개 문화유산 활용사업을 대상으로, 문화재 활용에 대한 이해를 갖고 있는 전문 인력을 활용하여, 전문가 현장 평가 및 컨설팅, 일반인 모니터링, 관람객 만족도 조사를 진행하였다. 생생문화재 사업의 종합 평가 결과는 100점 만점에 평균 86.78점으로 양호 수준으로 확인되었다. 계획, 실적, 연차별 특별지표 부문은 양호 수준, 현장운영과 성과 부문은 보통수준으로 나타났다. 전문가 현장평가는 보통, 일반인 현장평가는 양호, 관람객 만족도 조사는 양호수준을 보였다. 사업의 종합적인 성과 중 우수한 점으로는 지역의 문화재 향유권 신장, 역사문화관광자원으로 활용 가능성 제고, 지역의 참여와 협력 확대 등이 있었다. 반면 미흡한 점으로는 타 지역민 대상 홍보 미흡, 예산 대비 많은 프로그램으로 인한 질 저하, 문화재 설명 자료 부족, 스테이 프로그램 부족 등이 있었다. 사업의 발전 방안으로는 프로그램 유료화를 통한 지속성 확보, 다른 사업과의 연계, 대표프로그램 및 브랜드 개발, 참여 환경 개선, 사업에 경험이 있는 단체의 역할 강화, 지역 예술가와 자원봉사자 활용, 수행 단체 간 프로그램 교류, 정부기간을 활용한 홍보, 기존 고객 관리, 홍보의 단계별 전략 수립, 일반인 모니터링 제도 개선, 관람객 의견 반영 강화, 사업별 집중 컨설팅을 제안하였다.
