현재 국내 교량 구조물은 지속적으로 증가 및 대형화되고 있으며 그에 따라 공용된 지 30년 이상 된 노후 교량도 꾸준히 늘어나고 있다. 교량 노후화 문제는 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계적으로도 심각한 사회 문제로 다루어지고 있으며, 기존 인력 위주의 점검 방식은 그 한계점을 드러내고 있다. 최근 들어 딥러닝 기반의 영상처리 알고리즘을 활용한 각종 교량 손상탐지 연구가 이루어지고 있지만 교량 손상 데이터 세트의 한계로 인하여 주로 균열 1종에 국한된 교량 손상탐지 연구가 대부분이고, 이 또한 Close set 분류모델 기반 탐지방식으로서 실제 교량 촬영 영상에 적용했을 시 배경이나 기타 객체 등 학습되지 않은 클래스의 입력 이미지들로 인하여 심각한 오인식 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 균열 포함 5종의 교량 손상을 정의 및 데이터 세트를 구축해서 딥러닝 모델로 학습시키고, OpenMax 알고리즘을 적용한 Open set 인식 기반 교량 다중손상 인식 모델을 개발했다. 그리고 학습되지 않은 이미지들을 포함하고 있는 Open set에 대한 분류 및 인식 성능평가를 수행한 후 그 결과를 분석했다.

Both Daesoon philosophy and Buddhist philosophy have strong aspirations for establishing a world comprised of human-beings. In other words, Daesoon philosophy and Buddhist philosophy put human-beings in the place of 'subject character(主語的 人格)' instead of 'predicate character(述語的 人格).' This is because a human is the master rather than a guest of the universe and the world. In this regard, it is safe to say that both Daesoon philosophy and Buddhist philosophy have a common goal of reaching 'an infinitely open life managed by a human-being, the master.' Daesoon philosophy and Buddhist philosophy also share the idea that everything in the universe is an organistic world that is closely connected, like a network. In this aspect, the two philosophies consider the whole world rather than the individual, and seek ways for people to live together actively while expanding the scope of community to the world. Even if 'the morality of living together (相生)' and 'the realization of mercy(同體大悲)' are completely different languages on the surface, it is not difficult to understand the homogeneity inherent in such expressions. Daesoon philosophy and Buddhist philosophy show endless reliability towards all humans and are declarative and reasonable, but both herald human beings as eligible to become the main characters of the future world and lead to the birth of independent human beings while inducing them to the highest position in the universe by liberating humans from the limitations they find. 'Heaven on Earth' as stated in Daesoon philosophy refers to an ideal society where humans and God harmonize, and God and humans complement each other. Also, the world will achieve political stability and equality, realizing an economically prosperous world. Furthermore, social justice will be realized and cultural and religious conflicts resolved. As humans acknowledge there is a way to live together in a universal nature, the environmental issue no longer becomes the top priority for human beings and a world where the morals of human beings reach the highest level will be established. From the original Buddhist perspective, King Jeonrhyun, the proxy of Buddha, realizes the ideal of Buddhism in the mundane world. The world controlled by King Jeonrhyun can be described as having liberty, equality, peace, justice, prosperity, morality, order, legality, democracy, welfare, etc. Therefore, the ideal Buddhist world is materially prosperous, physically healthy and socially just, as well as a world where moral maturity and mental freedom are achieved.

2012년 시범 서비스를 시작한 한국형 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 브이월드는 전국의 2차원, 3차원 지도 및 행정정보를 손쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그 중 3차원 지도 서비스는 건물 단위로 모델링 되어있어 모델 요청과 이를 화면에 그리는 드로우 콜(draw call)이 개별 건물 모델에 대해 필요하다. 이로 인해 발생하는 다수의 모델 요청과 드로우 콜이 central processing unit(CPU)와 graphic processing unit(GPU) 간의 전송 및 전환 과정에서 발생하는 대기 시간 증가를 야기해 3차원 지도 서비스의 성능이 감소한다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 모델 요청 및 드로우 콜로 인해 발생하는 3차원 지도 서비스의 성능 저하를 줄이기 위한 성능 개선안을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 단일 건물 모델이 아닌 여러 건물 모델을 타일로 병합한 3차원 타일 모델을 적용하여 모델 파일에 대한 요청수와 드로우 콜을 줄이고자 하였다. 추가적으로 쿼드트리(quadtree) 알고리즘을 적용하여 화면에 그릴 영역에 필요한 모델의 탐색 시간 감소를 통해 모델 파일을 불러오는 요청 시간을 줄이고자 하였다. 이는 브이월드의 3차원 지도 서비스의 성능을 향상에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

The purposes of this study were to research 1) the background of origination, 2) the process of development and 3) the influences to modern clothing culture of American sportswear. The most Influential sportswear designers in America from beginning period to present : such as Claire McCardell, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan were selected to study their life and achievements in the world sportswear market. The Results were as follows : 1) World War I & II have caused the greatest changes to modern history America became the center of world economy, society and culture. Politically, they have influenced democracy world-wide and raised the social status of women. The free American women enjoyed sports, Jazz drinking and car-driving. The advanced technology have accelerated mechanization and mass-production to the fashion industrv. 2) The above historical backgrounds have caused to change women's clothing to casual, practical and simple form. Dorothy Shaver at Lord & Taylor began promoting American designers who created the original American spirit. Claire McCardell created the seperated American sportswear to become world-wide fashion. Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren, the sportswear designers who have the unique American feeling have come to have riches and fames equal to the top designers in Paris. 3) The American sportswear and fashion industry influenced Paris Mode, the traditional Haute Couture to open Pret-a-porter-a-porter. The concept of seperated coordination in American sportswear have promoted the advanced marketing techniques and merchandising systems to modern ready-to-wear industry. Fashion in 1980s have increased the mutual interdepedence between the American sportswear industry and the creative Paris Mode. And then, the fashion world in 1990s and 21C will be changed and developed on the basis of American sportswear mechanism.

During the past decade after entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), China has quickened its integration into the global economy while its foreign trade has been further invigorated. At present, the underlying impact of the international financial crisis, the protracted, arduous and complicated nature of the world economic recovery is manifesting itself, and the global economic structure and trade layout face in-depth readjustment. China will make new adjustments to its foreign trade, in an effort to turn foreign trade from scale expansion to quality and profit improvement, and from mainly relying on its low-cost advantage to enhancing its comprehensive competitive edge, thereby turning China from a big trading country to a strong trading power. China's foreign trade is still hampered by many uncertainties and is bound to meet new difficulties and challenges. During the 12th Five-year Plan period China will open itself wider to the outside world as a driver for further reform, development and innovation, make full use of its advantages, strengthen international cooperation in all respects. And at the same time China integrate itself into the world economy on a wider scale and at a higher level. China is willing to work with its trading partners to cope with the various challenges facing the world economy and trade, and promote its foreign trade to realize a more balanced, coordinated and sustainable development, and share prosperity and mutually beneficial results with its trading partners.

For method find blog has possibility of cultural information spreading tool, in literature and investigate usefulness and contents of naver blog having Korean traditional costume. In this study, it is helpful to open and construction personal blog of korean traditional costume and traditional culture contents.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the aesthetic values and characters of the Avant-garde fashion through semantics analysis of Avant-garde experiments in the early 20th century. Inner expressions of Avant-garde fashion in future dynamism, alien-hostile, and surreal-experimentalism are as followings (1) Reject tradition of existing fashion concept, (2) Dismantle costume material and inter-text characteristics in fashion field, (3) Laugh at material civilization and elite fashion, (4) Pursue primitive and fundamental sensibility on non-civilized world (5) Express human estrangement due to material civilization, (6) Remove the barrier of fashion between luxury and cheap ones, (7) Time, space and purpose is mixed, (8) Open concept as space structure independent of human body, (9) Complicatedness, ambiguity and expression of irregularity as changeableness, (10) Dismantle concept of beauty and ugliness. As you see, fashion design in modern Avan-garde is pursuing newness as beauty of open concept, rejecting all modern tradition and allowing extremity such as experimental, illogic, unreasonable and non-formatted expressions.

The tapping is machining process that makes a female screw on the parts to be assembly together. It is used for the high-speed tapping machine with synchronizing function for the high productivity. This paper describes the development of the ultra high-speed tapping machine with 10,000rpm. The key factors in the tapping speed are the acceleration/deceleration velocity and the synchronizing errors between the spindle motor and feeding motor. To minimizing acceleration/deceleration time, the low inertia spindle with synchronous built-in servo motor is developed. To minimizing synchronizing errors, the tapping cycle algorithm under open architecture CNC environment is optimized. The developed tapping machine has 0.13sec/10,000rpm in acceleration/deceleration time and the synchronizing error below 4.0%. It has 0.55sec for cycle time of one female screw, M3 tap, 2 times depth of tap diameter.

Pepper has been the second important income source of Korean farmer. Provided the agricultural market in Korea is opened, pepper of which price is more than three times of the world market price can not survive with current cultivation practice. Pepper harvesters have been developed in some countries but, they are not feasible in Korea due to difference of varieties, cultivation practice and climate between Korea and other countries. This is a fundamental study to develop a pepper harvester suitable to the current situation in Korea. Physical properties of a pepper plant and its fruit were investigated. Also, a pair of open helices was selected as a pepper removing mechanism and tested to determine the best operating conditions. This study revealed that a pepper harvester with more than 90% of pepper recovery is attainable. Best rotating speed of open helices with 30cm diameter and conveying velocity of pepper main stem were determined to be 180 rpm and 0.1 m/s respectively.
