The relationship between education and work is of the greatest concern to individuals and society because they are the key drivers of growth and development. In the context of Industry 4.0, labor and educators are facing the challenges of big changes in the workplace. How to prepare undergraduate students for the world of employment has become the most important mission of higher education providers. This paper explored the competency gap in the labor market in Vietnam from the perspective of employees who have been dissatisfied with the current status. First, a qualitative method with the Delphi technique was applied to confirm this consensus in an employees' competency model. Then, the satisfaction level for each competency criterion was explored by applying the advance quantitative method, namely, best non-fuzzy performance approach. Lifelong learning was ranked first, followed by creativity and innovation, foreign languages, expertise and digitalization, adaptability, and finally, organizing and managing ability. Critical thinking and problem-solving were perceived to have the biggest gap. The order of competency satisfaction is useful in explaining the mismatch between education quality and labor market demand. The findings provide valuable guidelines for education managers who seek to bridge the competency gap and improve education quality.

This paper presents the filter of a resonator comprising a shorted open gap ring(SOGR) and interdigital lines. The proposed filter has the ultra wideband characteristic operating from 3 GHz to 10.5 GHz. In order to achieve the remarkable improvement in the size-reduction of the overall filter structure, only one cell of the SOGR with the inter-digital lines is adopted. It is shown that this filter has the size of $18mm{\times}15mm$ using a metamaterial, the fractional bandwidth over 100%, the insertion loss much less than 1dB, an acceptable return loss performance in the results.

This paper presents the pure capacitive lumped element equivalent circuits for several coplanar waveguide(CPW) discontinuities such as an open-end, an open-end with connected ground planes, a gap and an open-end CPW stub and gives their capacitive element values as a function of physical dimensions of the discontinuity and the frequency for a specific substrate. The capacitive element values are determined from the scattering parameters which are obtained using the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method. For an open-end, an open-end with connected ground planes and a gap, the numerical results of the FDTD are compared with the quasi-static results which are calculated using the three- dimensional finite difference method(3D-FDM).

31 white dwarfs in 10 open clusters are examined, and their maximum mass and the upper mass limit of their progenitors are obtained as $1.22\pm0.02M_{\bigodot}\;and\;7.2\pm0.4M_{\bigodot}$ respectively, suggesting that the upper mass limit of white dwarfs is less than 8M_{\bigodot}$ The final mass of white dwarfs shows no clear correlation with the initial mass of their progenitors, and it is found that a deficient gap of initial mass exists between $\~4\;and\;~5.2M_{\bigodot}$. This gap seems to correspond to the mass range for carbon detonation or deflagration. The total expected numbers of white dwarfs are $11\~22$ in Hyades with 7 known white dwarfs and 17 in Praesepe with 8 known white dwarfs. These known white dwrfs are all younger than the others in both clusters. But one known white dwarf in Pleiades is older one among $2\~3$ expected white dwarfs.

This exploratory study considers the difference between personal and perceived societal values related to South Korean women's role in the home, workplace, and society using eight items asked on the Korean Academic Multimode Open Survey (KAMOS), May-July 2017. Factor analysis showed that these eight items could be grouped into two categories: women's role in her family and women's in the outside world. Of the 2,000 respondents, 54.1% personally agreed that "Both the husband and wife should contribute to their family income." People in their 30s felt the largest gap between their personal and societal values; women also felt a larger gap than men. Those who watched television more were generally more conservative than those who used the Internet more. People who felt a smaller gap between societal and personal values were more likely to feel proud to be a Korean citizen. People who believe that it is better not to marry felt a bigger gap between some societal and personal values on items relating to whether a wife should work, whether a woman's housework or paid job is more valuable, and whether women's job performance is equal to men's. People who believe that divorce is sometimes acceptable were also more likely to feel a bigger difference in two items: the item about job performance and an item about whether a married woman's social status is dependent on her husband's.

Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" on Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient. Methods : The therapies were Chuna("Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique"), acupuncture treatment, Carthami-Semen Herbal Acupuncture treatment and herbal medicine. We estimated the effects of treatment by measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth, measuring a gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth. And by measuring Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Patient Global Assessment(PGA) before and after treatment. Results : After treatment, we confirmed these improvements : the length measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth and the gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth was improved in all cases. Also Visual Analog Scale(VAS) was improved in all cases. Conclusions : These results suggested that "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" effected for Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient.

In case of high-levelled platform in the urban railway system, a certain width of gap is inevitably formed between the train and the platform, and the gap gets wider when it is concerned with curved portion of the tracks at platform. This gap greatly contributes to decrease of passengers' safety while boarding and alighting a train. In particular, it endangers children's safety. Gap filler system is often fitted out to minimize gap and to overcome this safety problem at platform. However, as existing gap fillers are in most case structurally complex and organized to be powered from separate supply unit, there are a range of non-favorable points from the viewpoint of cost, installation and maintenance. In addition, existing gap fillers are due to cause disruptions in operation of train, with failures such as malfunctioning of control system. In this study, the authors will review on the gap filler applicable to the platforms of various height types, which neither requires any modifications of the train nor causes any operational disruptions. The proposed gap filler system here is a by-stage retractile type and based on the idea of interlocking it with train doors open-close mechanism, without any additional power supply unit or control system.

The present study seeks to investigate the degree of awareness that constitutes the audit gap expectations (AEG) to determine which audit responsibilities can be narrowed or even eliminated. The author had surveyed a sample comprising four groups including auditors, auditees, the financial community, and other interest groups. In this survey, 1400 questionnaires were sent to the respondents, and the total number of responses was 454. The collected data was processed using statistical software SPSS, version 22. The Chi-Square test was used to analyze the effect of professional differences on AEG. The results of this study indicate that AEG cannot be eliminated due to the occupational impact of each survey group (about 46%), but it can be narrowed down to 54%, including a reduction of 11% in the knowledge gap (lack of public knowledge), 13% in the reasonable expectations gap (unqualified audit quality), 30% in the deficient standards gap (limited auditing standards). These results could be attained by improving training, communicating, and adding more responsibilities. This is the first study that provides another method of measuring the contribution of the knowledge gap through professional differences and professional gaps that make up each of the AEG's components.

We treated 10 cases of the medial malleolar fracture of the ankle by open reduction and internal fixation from June 1997 to December 1997. After the rigid internal fixation, we measured the gap of the fracture site and the step off of the articular surface by special instrument under the ankle arthroscopy whether it was reduced anatomically or not. And we tried to know the necessity of the arthroscopically assisted reduction and fixation in the medial malleolar fracture of the ankle. Under the arthroscopic view, all 10 cases were anatomically reduced as less than 1 mm of gap of the fracture site and less than 1mm of step off of the articular surface after open reduction and internal fixation in the medial malleolar fractures. In conclusion, through the arthroscopic management, it has advantage in finding and treating the accompanying intraarticular lesion, but also has disadvantage in setting the arthroscope and prolonging the operation time.

In an open reduction of the mandibular angle fracture, it is crucial to approximate each fracture segment as closer as possible for the reduction of the healing period. In this case report, we proposed a new technique for the mandibular angle fracture. This was designed to minimize the gap between two separated segments using mini-implants and surgical wires. Mini-implants were placed around the fracture line, followed by wire ligation to minimize the fracture gap. And then internal fixation was easily employed with plates and screws. The advantages of this technique were reduced time for operation, the promotion of healing, rapid functional recovery, and few complications.
