With the development of SNS, companies and individuals are actively marketing through social media to develop their own products. It is also important to post posts promoting on simple SNS or to show a lot of exposure using algorithms, but customers upload reviews or proof shots of the product on their own, naturally increasing the exposure of the product and increasing the purchasing power of potential customers. As the number of products that users want to purchase through SNS is increasing, they want to access and purchase not only tangible products such as goods and food, but also intangible services through SNS. In this paper, we would like to study exhibitions that have both tangible and intangible characteristics. SNS accounts that mainly introduce these products by searching for reviews have been created while spending leisure time such as exhibitions and fairs, reducing the hassle of searching for personal interests on search engines, and providing prices and reviews from the exhibition's schedule, lowering entry barriers and increasing purchasing power. Using this point, many exhibitions not only display works, but also open various experience centers, and create a photo zone or a unique exhibition hall atmosphere to attract many customers. In this study, we study the impact of SNS on the leisure culture of exhibition. The marketing direction in the situation where SNS marketing is becoming the mainstream is presented, and the change in the form of exhibition is described and presented as an academic approach.

This paper proposes a thread pool management technique of an websocket server that is applicable to embedded systems. WebSocket is a proposed technique for consisting a dynamic web, and is constructed using HTML5 and jQuery. Various studies have been progressing to construct a dynamic web by Apache, Oracle and etc. Previous web service systems require high-capacity, high-performance hardware specifications and are not suitable for embedded systems. The node.js which is consist of HTML5 and jQuery is a typical websocket server which is made by open sources, and is a java script based web application which is composed of a single thread. The node.js has a limitation on the performance for processing a high velocity data on the embedded system. We make up a multi-thread based websoket server which can solve the mentioned problem. The thread pool is managed by a bit register and suitable for embedded systems. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, we uses JMeter that is a network test tool.

Since 2015, attacks using the IoT protocol have been continuously reported. Among various IoT protocols, attackers attempt DDoS attacks using SSDP(Simple Service Discovery Protocol), and as statistics of cyber shelters, Korea has about 1 million open SSDP servers. Vulnerable SSDP servers connected to the Internet can generate more than 50Gb of traffic and the risk of attack increases gradually. Until recently, distributed denial of service attacks and distributed reflective denial of service attacks have been a security issue. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the request packet of the existing SSDP protocol to identify an amplification attack and to avoid a response when an amplification attack is suspected, thereby preventing network load due to the occurrence of a large number of response packets due to the role of traffic reflection amplification.

Recently, with the development of artificial intelligence technology, research to use artificial intelligence to detect hacking attacks is being actively conducted. However, the fact that security data is a representative imbalanced data is recognized as a major obstacle in composing the learning data, which is the key to the development of artificial intelligence models. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a W-VAE oversampling technique that applies VAE, a deep learning generation model, to data extraction for oversampling, and sets the number of oversampling for each class through weight calculation using K-NN for sampling. In this paper, a total of five oversampling techniques such as ROS, SMOTE, and ADASYN were applied through NSL-KDD, an open network security dataset. The oversampling method proposed in this paper proved to be the most effective sampling method compared to the existing oversampling method through the F1-Score evaluation index.

Korea is facing a number difficulties arising from rising housing prices. As 'housing' takes the lion's share in personal assets, many difficulties are expected to arise from fluctuating housing prices. The purpose of this study is creating housing price prediction model to prevent such risks and induce reasonable real estate purchases. This study made many attempts for understanding real estate instability and creating appropriate housing price prediction model. This study predicted and validated housing prices by using the LSTM technique - a type of Artificial Intelligence deep learning technology. LSTM is a network in which cell state and hidden state are recursively calculated in a structure which added cell state, which is conveyor belt role, to the existing RNN's hidden state. The real sale prices of apartments in autonomous districts ranging from January 2006 to December 2019 were collected through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's real sale price open system and basic apartment and commercial district information were collected through the Public Data Portal and the Seoul Metropolitan City Data. The collected real sale price data were scaled based on monthly average sale price and a total of 168 data were organized by preprocessing respective data based on address. In order to predict prices, the LSTM implementation process was conducted by setting training period as 29 months (April 2015 to August 2017), validation period as 13 months (September 2017 to September 2018), and test period as 13 months (December 2018 to December 2019) according to time series data set. As a result of this study for predicting 'prices', there have been the following results. Firstly, this study obtained 76 percent of prediction similarity. We tried to design a prediction model of real estate transaction price with the LSTM Model based on AI and Bigdata. The final prediction model was created by collecting time series data, which identified the fact that 76 percent model can be made. This validated that predicting rate of return through the LSTM method can gain reliability.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of social networks among registered nurses in acute nursing care units. Methods: This study used a survey design. Four nursing units from two acute hospitals were selected using a convenience method, and 83 nurses from those nursing units participated in the study in July 2022. The positive influences among nurses included friendship, collaboration, advice, and referent networks, and the negative influences included avoidance and bullying networks. Using the NetMiner program, the k-means clustering technique was applied to create groups of nodes with similar characteristics. The general characteristics of the participants were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, frequency, and ANOVA or chi-squared test. Results: As a result of dividing the 83 nurse participants into four clusters, positive influencers, silent peers, unwelcome peers, and active bullies were identified. Positive influence group nurses were frequently mentioned in the friendship, collaboration, advice, and referent networks. On the other hand, nurses in the unwelcome group and the active bullying group were frequently mentioned in the avoidance and bullying networks. Conclusion: Social networks that have a positive or negative impact on nursing performance are created through different relationships between nurses. Nurse managers can use the findings to create a more supportive and collaborative environment. Further research is needed to develop intervention programs to improve interactions and relationships between fellow nurses.

To effectively implement the integrated water management policy outlined in the National Water Management Act, it is essential to analyze agricultural water supply and demand at both basin and water district levels. Currently, agricultural water is primarily distributed through open canal systems and controlled by floodgates, yet the utilization-to-supply ratio remains at a mere 48%. In the case of agricultural water, when analyzing water balance through existing national basin water resource models (K-WEAP, K-MODISM), distortion of supply and regression occurs due to calculation of regression rate based on the concept of net water consumption. In addition, by simplifying the complex and diverse agricultural water supply system within the basin into a single virtual reservoir, it is difficult to analyze the surplus or shortage of agricultural water for each field within the basin. There are limitations in reflecting the characteristics and actual sites of rural water areas, such as inconsistencies with river and reservoir supply priority sites. This study focuses on the development of a model aimed at improving the deficiencies of current water balance analysis methods. The developed model aims to provide standardized water balance analysis nationwide, with initial application to the Anseo standard watershed. Utilizing data from 32 facilities within the standard watershed, the study conducted water balance analysis through watershed linkage, highlighting differences and improvements compared to existing methods.
The cytokine IL-7 plays critical and nonredundant roles in T cell immunity so that the abundance and availability of IL-7 act as key regulatory mechanisms in T cell immunity. Importantly, IL-7 is not produced by T cells themselves but primarily by non-lymphoid lineage stromal cells and epithelial cells that are limited in their numbers. Thus, T cells depend on cell extrinsic IL-7, and the amount of in vivo IL-7 is considered a major factor in maximizing and maintaining the number of T cells in peripheral tissues. Moreover, IL-7 provides metabolic cues and promotes the survival of both naïve and memory T cells. Thus, IL-7 is also essential for the functional fitness of T cells. In this regard, there has been an extensive effort trying to increase the protein abundance of IL-7 in vivo, with the aim to augment T cell immunity and harness T cell functions in anti-tumor responses. Such approaches started under experimental animal models, but they recently culminated into clinical studies, with striking effects in re-establishing T cell immunity in immunocompromised patients, as well as boosting anti-tumor effects. Depending on the design, glycosylation, and the structure of recombinantly engineered IL-7 proteins and their mimetics, recombinant IL-7 molecules have shown dramatic differences in their stability, efficacy, cellular effects, and overall immune functions. The current review is aimed to summarize the past and present efforts in the field that led to clinical trials, and to highlight the therapeutical significance of IL-7 biology as a master regulator of T cell immunity.

IL-18 binding protein (IL-18BP) was originally discovered in 1999 while attempting to identify an IL-18 receptor ligand binding chain (also known as IL-18Rα) by subjecting concentrated human urine to an IL-18 ligand affinity column. The IL-18 ligand chromatography purified molecule was analyzed by protein microsequencing. The result revealed a novel 40 amino acid polypeptide. To isolate the complete open reading frame (ORF), various human and mouse cDNA libraries were screened using cDNA probe derived from the novel IL-18 affinity column bound molecule. The identified entire ORF gene was thought to be an IL-18Rα gene. However, IL-18BP has been proven to be a unique soluble antagonist that shares homology with a variety of viral proteins that are distinct from the IL-18Rα and IL-18Rβ chains. The IL-18BP cDNA was used to generate recombinant IL-18BP (rIL-18BP), which was indispensable for characterizing the role of IL-18BP in vitro and in vivo. Mammalian cell lines were used to produce rIL-18BP due to its glycosylation-dependent activity of IL-18BP (approximately 20 kDa). Various forms of rIL-18BP, intact, C-terminal his-tag, and Fc fusion proteins were produced for in vitro and in vivo experiments. Data showed potent neutralization of IL-18 activity, which seems promising for clinical application in immune diseases involving IL-18. However, it was a long journey from discovery to clinical use although there have been various clinical trials since IL-18BP was discovered in 1999. This review primarily covers the discovery of IL-18BP along with how basic research influences the clinical development of IL-18BP.
It has been reported that some exercise could enhance the anti-viral antibody titers after vaccination including influenza and coronavirus disease 2019 vaccines. We developed SAT-008, a novel digital device, consists of physical activities and activities related to the autonomic nervous system. We assessed the feasibility of SAT-008 to boost host immunity after an influenza vaccination by a randomized, open-label, and controlled study on adults administered influenza vaccines in the previous year. Among 32 participants, the SAT-008 showed a significant increase in the anti-influenza antibody titers assessed by hemagglutination-inhibition test against antigen subtype B Yamagata lineage after 4 wk of vaccination and subtype B Victoria lineage after 12 wk (p<0.05). There was no difference in the antibody titers against subtype "A." The SAT-008 also showed significant increase in the plasma cytokine levels of IL-10, IL-1β, and IL-6 at weeks 4 and 12 after the vaccination (p<0.05). A new approach using the digital device may boost host immunity against virus via vaccine adjuvant-like effects.
