SPM, which is an abbreviation of Single Point Mooring, also called as SBM(Single Buoy Mooring), is a special buoy besides the quays of the harbor for mooring ships, and is normally a 3m wide cone or cylinder shaped steel drum fixed underwater so it won't move, and is used for mooring cargo-work at outer port by laid-up ships and large crude oil carrier. The work of VLCC SPM mainly is accomplished on the open sea. On the open sea as a result of meteorological condition and the ocean wave influence, When the weather condition is get bed, peremptorily moving to the safety place, because of the gale and the billow, almost happened frequently, the pilot is unable to go on board and the tug is also unable to be used Now because of the bad weather the VLCC SPM moving to the other safety place frequently happened in the ulsan port. the construction of new harbor, it constructed many break water around SPM. So that it is necessary to propose the new standard about how to maneuvering area actually. The standard for handling ranges of the SPM operations was tested and verified by a simulation.. So that it is necessary to propose the new standard about how to maneuvering area actually.

최근 몇 년간 이동에이전트는 분산시스템의 전자상거래와 전자데이터의 교환과 인공지능, 네트웍관리와 같은 여러 응용분야에서 많이 이용되고 있는 분야중 하나이다. 특히 EC/EDI의 영역에서 본래의 이동에이전트 서명 문제를 추가하여 사용되어야 한다. 그러므로 분산네트웍에서 이동하는 에이전트의 프라이버시와 속성을 보호하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 상거래에 응용되기 위해서는 각각의 이동에이전트들 상호간에 거래의 신뢰성을 향상할 수 있는 안전한 인트라넷 환경이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이동에이전트를 악의적인 서버로부터 이동에이전트를 자신을 보호하고 인터넷과 같은 오픈시스템의 자원들을 보호하는 안전한 이동에이전트 역할을 수행하도록 하는 에이전트 보호 메커니즘을 설계하여 신뢰하는 실행환경을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 토목분야의 다양한 상용 BIM 모델링 설계 소프트웨어의 사용자들에게 상호 호환성과 상호 운용성을 보장하기 위해 BIM 국제 표준 파일 포맷인 IFC 파일로의 파일 변환 프로세스를 새롭게 설계하여 제시한다. 제안된 프로세스는 상용 BIM 모델링 소프트웨어를 위한 add-in 방식의 컨버터(Converter)를 사용하여, 변환되는 IFC 파일의 3차원 객체 형상 정보에 수량 산출식 코드 속성과 토목 분야 CBS/OBS/WBS 표준분류체계 속성으로 구성되는 추가적인 속성들을 삽입한다. 또한, 개방형(Open) 웹 기반 수량, 공정(4D) 및 공사비(5D) 관리를 위한 IFC 파일의 통합 활용 프로세스를 추가로 설계하고 구축한다. 이러한 작업을 통해 토목 분야의 BIM 모델링 설계 단계에서 최종적인 시공 단계에 이르는 개방형 웹 기반 수량, 공정(4D) 및 공사비(5D)의 연계적 활용에 대한 새로운 프로세스를 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적이다.

본 논문에서는 실종자 데이터베이스에 등록된 실종자에 대한 색인으로 텍스트 기반의 통제 색인만을 사용할 때 발생하는 문제점에 대한 해결책을 다룬다. 기존 실종자를 등록할 때 함께 등록하게 되는 실종자에 대한 이미지는 정형화 할 수 없어 실종자 조회에 사용될 수 없었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 OpenCV와 TensorFlow 를 이용하여 영상의 유사도를 추출함으로써 실종자의 이미지를 정형화시켜 유의미한 정보로 변경하여 사용하고자 하는 방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting temperature of urban parks to grasp the relationship between the land coverage in open space as well as the forest condition and decreasing city temperature by difference of purposed are. Futhermore, this research interpreted the relationship between wind direction, air temperature, the land coverage of the green space, the number of tree, green volume, height of tree and the mitigation of city temperature with the revolution analysis. The result of this study is that cool air in open space move leeward and decreasing city temperature is influenced by the difference of the land coverage in open space. Specifically, in order of the arbo $r_{-a}$rbor in the forest zone, the increase of the number of trees was related with temperature surrounding significantly. This study found that the use possibility of the green volume was recognized as the index of the green volume relative to air temperature surrounding. Green space of the city control area is more effective decreasing temperature than that of housing zone.

This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of open space on temperature chang. In open space, lower temperature zones were formed, while high temperature zones were developed around urban areas. In forests and on water within open space, marked temperature reduction was recorded. The 10 % increase of the ratio of green space within fifty meters around the observation point decreased 0.33~0.43$^{\circ}C$ from the maximum temperature and 0.20~0.$25^{\circ}C$ from the minimum temperature. The increase of ten trees in the area decreased 0.33~0.49$^{\circ}C$ from the maximum temperature and 0.20~0.23$^{\circ}C$ from the minimum temperature.

A novel design for a simple rectangular ring with open-ended monopole antenna wireless local area network (WLAN) applications is proposed in this article. The proposed antenna consists of an open-ended rectangular ring, an inverted L-strip, and a rectangular slit in the ground plane, and is fed by a 50 ${\Omega}$ microstrip feed-line. Prototypes of the proposed antenna were designed, fabricated, and tested. Experimental results show that the proposed antenna receives 2.3125-2.775 GHz and 4.8625-6.7125 GHz with a return loss less than -10 dB, covering the required bandwidths of the 2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz WLAN standards. Meanwhile, the 2D radiation patterns and 3D gain performance of the antenna in the operation bands were also observed and discussed.

The fact that the major cases of life casualties are from smoke in the fire accidents and the expected steep increase of skyscrapers, huge spaces, multiplexes and huge scaled underground spaces demand establishment of efficient smoke countermeasure. In pressure differential systems for smoke management, the speed of airflow through open door between accommodation and lobby should be maintained over 0.5m/s on the whole area of door to prevent smoke from infiltrate into evacuation root when the door is open for refuge. The numerical analysis on features of airflow through open door are carried out and the results are presented.

NUI는 마우스, 키보드 등의 HID장치를 사용하지 않고 사용자의 신체를 사용하여 장치를 제어하는 모션 인터페이스이다. 본 논문에서는 소형 임베디드보드 라즈베리파이와 라즈베리파이에 연결된 파이카메라를 통해 영상인식과 컴퓨터 비전을 위하여 최적화된 알고리즘을 제공하는 OpenCV를 이용하여 손의 제스처를 인식하여 기존 HID장비와 비교하여 더욱 인간 친화적이며 직관적인 NUI장치 인터페이스를 구현하고자 한다.

This study is executed to find out necessities of park & open space management, its policy, its administrational structure, and personnel management. To get objective and basic materials for this study, conscious structure of practical level members in Seoul is analyzed by means of questionnaire sheet and ANOVA analysis. It is important to consider various related factors ; quality upgrading of management of park & open space, improvement of productivity, intensification of user service, and orientation of self administration. As a result, we should restructure the park system and policy in order to enhance recognition toward the necessities of park & open space. And we could suggest regional specialization of district autonomy area as an alternative strategy.
