  • OpenID는 서비스와 ID 관리를 사이트 독자적으로 수행하는 Silo 모델의 계정 및 정보 관리 문제를 해결한다. 그러나 악의적인 공격자로 인한 OpenID Provider에 대한 피싱 공격 위험이 발견됨에 따라 개인 정보 유출에 대한 큰 위협이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 OpenID 구조에 인증기관을 추가하여 사용자 인증 이전에 IDP에 대한 유효성 검증을 먼저 수행함으로써 IDP 피싱으로 인한 개인 정보 유출 문제를 사전에 방지 할 수 있는 인증기관을 이용한 OpenID 피싱 방지 기법을 제안한다. 또한, 기존의 OpenID 피싱 방지 기법과의 비교 실험을 통하여 편리성, IDP 신뢰성, 피싱 공격의 대한 안전성 항목에서 우수함을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to define and study some new classes of sets by using nano operation namely, ζ-nano regular open, ζ-nano open, ζ-nano α-open, ζ-nano pre-open, ζ-nano semi-open, ζ-nano b-open and ζ-nano β-open in nano topology. Some properties and the relationships between these sets and the related concepts are investigated. Also, we found the deciding factors for the most common disease fever.

Comparison of Clinical and Structural Outcomes of Open and Arthroscopic Repair for Massive Rotator Cuff Tear

  • Background: Management of massive rotator cuff tears can be challenging because of the less satisfactory results and a higher retear rate regardless of the use of open or arthroscopic repair technique. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 102 cases of massive rotator cuff tear treated with either open or arthroscopic repair. Open repair was performed in 38 patients; and arthroscopic repair, in 64 patients. The mean age at the time of surgery was 59.7 years in the open group and 57.6 years in the arthroscopic group. Results: The Constant score increased from the preoperative mean of 55.9 to 73.2 at the last follow-up in the open repair group and from 53.8 to 67.6 in the arthroscopic repair group (p<0.001 and <0.001, respectively). The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) score increased from a preoperative mean of 17.7 to 30.8 at the last follow-up in the open group and from 17.5 to 28.7 in the arthroscopic group (p<0.001 and <0.001, respectively). No statistically significant difference in the Constant and UCLA scores was observed between the two groups at the last follow-up (p=0.128 and 0.087, respectively). Retear was found in 14 patients (36.8%) in the open group and 39 patients (60.9%) in the arthroscopic group (p=0.024). Conclusions: Open and arthroscopic repairs of massive rotator cuff tears may provide satisfactory clinical results with no significant difference. However, a significantly lower retear rate was observed for the open repair group compared with the arthroscopic repair group.

  • Open access policies are very important for the successful open access projects in any institutions. This study aims to propose elements to consider for establishing open access policies of universities. The 3 university institutional repositories' open access policies in Korea and foreign universities' policies registered in the ROARMAP are analyzed. The major categories proposed in the study are materials, time of deposition, depositors, copyright, level of requirement, exemption, usage, options for open access, and support.

Online Submission and Review System for Open Science: A Case of AccessON Peer Review Management System Plus (ACOMS+)

  • As the academic publishing environment evolves rapidly and the open science paradigm emerges, the demand for efficient and transparent peer review is growing. This study outlines efforts to actively introduce advanced concepts in scholarly communication into the submission and review system. AccessON Peer Review Management System Plus (ACOMS+), developed and operated by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, is an online submission and peer review system that aims for open science. This study provides an overview of ACOMS+ and presents its four main features: open peer review, open access publishing and self-archiving, online quantitative/qualitative evaluation, and peer reviewer invitation. The directions for further developing ACOMS+ to fully support open science are also discussed. ACOMS+ is the first system in Korea to introduce the open peer review process and is distinguished as a system that supports open access publishing and digital transformation of academic journals. Furthermore, ACOMS+ is expected to contribute to the advancement of the academic publishing environment through the increasing shift toward open access publishing, transparent peer review, and open science.

  • We have observed that there exist certain fuzzy topological spaces with no fuzzy minimal open sets. This observation motivates us to investigate fuzzy topological spaces with neither fuzzy minimal open sets nor fuzzy maximal open sets. We have observed if such fuzzy topological spaces exist and if it is connected are not fuzzy cut-point spaces. We also study and characterize certain properties of fuzzy mean open sets in fuzzy T1-connected fuzzy topological spaces.

  • Can we use the open innovation paradigm in Korean economy? Can Korea move from imitative national innovation system to Creative national innovation system without open innovation paradigm? We are looking for preliminary answers about these questions. In this paper, first of all, we review the theoretical factors of open innovation originated from professor Chesbrough, try to find out the limit of the theory, and propose the possibility of extending of open innovation from company to industrial sector, region and cluster, and national innovation system. We also review the user innovation models from Von Hippel and open business models. Second, we review the Korea open innovation cases according to the categories like as company, sector, cluster and regional innovation system, and national innovation system. Third, we prepose the theoretical and realistic implications, and next research agenda about Korea open innovation.

  • 최근 웹 2.0과 시맨틱 웹의 대중화와 더불어 Open API와 링크드 데이터를 이용한 시맨틱 웹 융복합(매쉬업) 서비스가 주목을 받고 있다. 다양한 링크드 데이터와 Open API들을 조합함으로써 새로운 서비스들을 쉽고 빠르게 만드는 것이 가능하기 때문이다. 하지만 사용자가 링크드 데이터와 Open API 서비스를 사용하기 위해서는 서비스 입력 값이나 출력값 등의 해당 정보를 얻어야 하며 이를 위해 링크드 데이터와 Open API를 제공해 주는 사이트를 직접 방문해야만 하는 불편함을 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 매쉬업 서비스를 위한 통합 링크드 데이터 및 Open API 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템에서 사용자는 사전 지식 없이 통합 관리 시스템을 통해 원하는 링크드 데이터와 Open API 서비스를 검색하고 실행할 수 있다. 또한 실행된 결과는 XML 형태로 저장되어 추후 매쉬업 시 재사용이 가능하도록 한다.
