오늘날의 TV 시청형태는 TV를 통해 본방송을 시청하기도 하지만 인터넷을 통해 TV 프로그램을 다운로드해서 보는 비율도 점차 높아지고 있다. 이제는 많이 알려진 IPTV나 스마트TV도 TV 프로그램을 언제든 손쉽게 접근해서 보는 기능이 우선시 되고 있다. 이런 측면에서 지상파 방송사도 방송과 인터넷을 하나로 묶어 온디맨드 콘텐츠 서비스는 물론 TV 프로그램 관련 정보를 제공하는 하이브리드 TV 서비스를 미룰수 없는 실정이다. 본고에서는 국내 하이브리드 TV 서비스인 OHTV(Open Hybrid TV) 서비스와 표준 기술에 대해 알아보고, 서비스를 확장하는데 필요한 기술들의 발전 방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose the converged profile and authentication scheme for supporting converged media services of broadcasting & communications convergence in fixed mobile convergence networks. The proposed scheme supports the management of access, service, mobility and IPTV profiles on subscriber and a function of open API(Application Program Interface) for providing the subscriber profile for the third party service provider with the PUSH/PULL method. The open API is based on a web service and a REST(Representational State Transfer) and provides various services for the third party service provider with ease. In addition, the proposed scheme supports a function of SSO(Single Sign-on). After user succeeded in establishing an access connection, user can sustain the same authentication state with this function although connected access network is changed or IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) service network is attached. We evaluate and analyze the performance of the proposed scheme through the implementation of CUPS(Converged User Profile Server) system test-bed.

Many Internet application provide the PKI(public key infrastructure)-based service to provide authentication and message integrity. Several researchers proposed PKI-based p2p network framework. However, in the real world, the use of PKI is not suitable for peer to peer network, because the peer-to-peer network is an open and dynamic network. Moreover, currently there is no nation-to-nation interoperable certificate. In this paper, we designed reliable p2p file sharing application without public key infrastructure. To do this we propose reliable public key distribution mechanism to distribute public key safely without PKI infrastructure for two-tier super-peer architecture. In our system, each peer generates and distributes its public/private key pairs, and the public key is securely distributed without PKI. The proposed mechanism is safe against MITM attack. This mechanism can be applied various P2P applications such as file sharing, IPTV, distributed resource sharing and so on

본 논문에서는 오픈 소스 하드웨어와 소프트웨어만을 이용해 IoT 콘트롤러를 구현한다. 콘트롤러는 무선 AP와 블루투스(Bluetooth), 지그비(ZigBee)등의 무선 통신을 이용하여 디바이스를 제어 및 처리하고 IPTV 셋탑 기능 등을 수행하는 컨트롤러로, 로컬 환경 전체에 한 대의 디바이스를 이용하여 센싱 및 정보 처리를 수행할 수 있는 시스템을 설계한다.

Digital broadcasting and digital CATV and IPTV will continue in the competition, regardless of how the content of the program was broadcast over the Internet distribution and the damage of piracy is also growing. Excellent quality of the content of the digital CATV sales of DVD and high-density storage media because there is no difference in content and quality is the problem of illegal distribution. However, users can record and reuse program in the position of the guaranteed rights, and the purpose of training in fair and illegal recording and distribution needs to be separate from it. In this paper using a digital certificate recorded by the user and the process to ensure the purpose of illegal distribution of pharmaceutical distribution system design and implementation of the program was broadcast.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the development of interactive services and technologies in the media industry. Through the analysis of domestic two-way broadcasting contents service, this study analyzed platform and services type according to service type of terrestrial broadcasting, SO operator and Telco. Also, by identifying the characteristics of interactive programs(open, interactive, personalized, stereoscopic), this study propose important convergence possibilities of the future providers and development plans through supporting technologies and services for each characteristic. In the case of terrestrial broadcasters, ARS, web sites and mobile apps were mostly provided in both directions, and SO and satellite broadcasting operators were found to provide diversity in interactive service operation using data domain. In the case of IPTV companies, most of them provide interactive services with additional video or information service through adjustment button or app, and cable TV operators had more adjustment data broadcasting than exclusive use data broadcasts. Therefore, domestic interactive broadcasting service type needs convergence type of revenue model needs and needs to be converted into new competitive interactive broadcasting program service environment.

Now Broadcasting system of TV has been developed from analogue to digital we call that IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) or DCATV(Digital Cable Television). But, The characteristics of digital broadcasting is the high-quality contents of easily and almost no damage piracy, and Copyright loss is increasing by Internet, P2P(Peer to Peer) and personal path. Nevertheless user's permissions that recorded and reuse of broadcasting can't restraint, And Training Materials etc. use of fair program needs to be separated from illegality. In this paper using a digital certificate permit the use of stored program to authorized user and user of fair purpose, And illegal distribution of restriction design and implement a distribution system.

Due to the advance of broadband communication networks including the Internet, the release of diverse media, and the busy life cycle of modern people, it became difficult to watch TV programs strictly according to the program schedule. Instead, demand to download and watch the programs at any time on TV is increasing. In order to meet the demand, terrestrial DTV broadcasters developed a TV service which provides various on-demand contents by integrating terrestrial DTV network and the Internet without enforcing viewers to subscribe broadcasting services such as IPTV or CableTV, and standardized it as OHTV(Open Hybrid TV). In this paper, we explain the current status of OHTV standard and worldwide hybrid TV services and their technical standards. We also provide a strategy for the next version of OHTV standard in order to enhance the value of OHTV.

Broadcasting telecommunication convergence service means a service where broadcasting and telecommunication converge. Recently with the advancement of technology, broadcasting telecommunication convergence service has been evolving to provide multimedia contents through various devices including wired and wireless network environment. Up to now, IPTV and smartphone-based convergence services have been dominant, but more developed and evolved technology and media will appear in the future. In order to derive the next generation broadcasting telecommunication convergence service supporting model, this study derives an evaluation model of broadcasting telecommunication convergence service and presents a case of evaluation of 30 demonstration projects supported by the Korean government from 2010 to 2014. In this study, we derive an evaluation model and evaluate the demonstration projects by reflecting the position of the main stake holders of service such as users, experts, and related organizational institutions, away from the existing simple service evaluation method. Expert questionnaire used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and the evaluation results were divided into upper and lower groups to provide key implications by a gap analysis. From this analysis this study suggests guidelines for next generation broadcasting telecommunication service support projects. The next generation broadcasting convergence service business should be based on open platform type in terms of service type. In terms of service media, it should be centered on open devices such as smart phones and smart TVs. In terms of types of business responsibilities, it should be led by public organizations and it is necessary to increase the fund matching ratio by at least 62% when the private sector participates.

초고속 통신망의 발전으로 인터넷을 통한 고화질 비디오 서비스가 가능하게 되었으며 이에 따라 스마트TV, IPTV 서비스와 같은 방통융합서비스가 대중화 되고 있다. 그리고 이러한 추세에 맞추어 방송 이외의 매체를 통한 비디오 콘텐츠 소비가 증가하고 있고, IT사업자들과 가전사들이 방송 플랫폼 사업에 진출하는 등 전통적인 방송 산업 구조에도 변화가 일어나고 있다. 이와 같은 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해 KBS 기술연구소는 지상파 방송 기반의 하이브리드 TV 서비스를 연구하고 있고, 이를 OHTV(Open Hybrid TV)라는 이름으로 국내의 다른 방송사들 및 가전사 등과 함께 표준화하고 있다. 안정적이고 효율적으로 대용량 비디오를 전송할 수 있는 방송망과 양방향 특성을 가진 통신망을 같이 활용하는 하이브리드 TV 환경에서는 양방향 방송 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 제공하는 것이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 이를 통해 TV 시청자에게는 개인화된 형태의 새로운 방송 서비스를 제공하고, 방송사에게는 전통적인 사업모델을 탈피하여 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 찾을 수 있는 기회를 줄 수 있다. 이미 유사한 개념의 서비스들이 국내외에서 다양하게 시도되고 있으며 본 논문에서는 OHTV 서비스 시나리오 및 요소기술과 이를 구현한 시스템을 소개한다.
