Among many open libraries under the rule of the Japanese imperialism, only the railroad library as the character of special library under the control of the Japanese Government General is remarkable for having opened its facilities to outsiders as well as the interior users. This study tries a) To look into what were the colonial background, aim and motive of the establishment of the railroad library under the Japanese rule, b) To analyze its activities and the change of its organization, c) And to find out its vestiges an the effects which it has on our country's library circles. The following are the result: A. The railroad library under the rule of the Japanese imperialism functioned as a public library by the outside book's circulation rather than the interior using. B. The outsiders were qualified to use it only when they got the joint guarantee for the city resident, which means that the o n.0, pportunity of the circulation was not free for the Koreans rather than the Japanese. C. From the aspect of collections, technical books such as natural science, and reference ones tended to be collected, and their whole composition was focused on the materials for the Japan-Korea identification scheme and development of the national spirit as the Japanese empire's subjects. D. In the respect of its organization, all the clerical employees, as well as the chief librarian were composed of the Japanese. Although the Koreans were in principle prohibited from working there, a few of them were employed as guard or servant as the China-Japan War was close to the end. E. The area of the outside book's, circulation service was expanded throughout the whole region along the railroad connecting Pusan with Manchuria. Such a service activity which contained several meanings, was tried by means of culture's books, circuit's books, train's books, hotel's books, mind's development books and reader's reading books etc. F. Such matters as the limitation on book circulating and the quantity of circulation book, the paid circulation and the partial restriction on free circulation mean the wartime system under the rule of the Japanese imperialism and also a n.0, ppeared as a factor of hampering the Koreans from getting accustomed to using library, which has affected them until now. G. The noticeable thing in the service activity is shown in attempting the diversified and positive way of service like free circulation in order to solidify the attitude of the Koreans toward war by organizing mind's development books as well as culture's books with the China-Japan War. H. On the other hand, it can not be passed over that the diversified service activity of the railroad library played a role of bridge in turning of today's library circles of ours to the modernization.

This article discusses Dasan Cheong Yagyong(1762-1836)'s perspectives on The Book of historical documents("書經"). Dasan Cheong Yagyong considered The Shoo King as The Book of historical documents presented Ideas of Confucian Politics in ancient China. Many Scholar and Kings dispersed and re-edition The Shoo King as historical documents. Dasan Cheong Yagyong analyzed, de-constructed, and reinterpretations documents of dominant The Shoo King. Dasan Cheong Yagyong tried to recover the original documents The Shoo King. Dasan Cheong Yagyong collected dispersed material of The Shoo King, and complied the original documents. Dasan Cheong Yagyong wrote four book of The Shoo King. Dasan want to reconstruct the new theory by these reinterpretations of The Book of historical documents presented Ideas of Confucian Politics in ancient China, and to open new era.

Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi(忠烈小五義), whose author was Shiyukun(石玉昆), is a Xia-Yi-Gong-An(俠義公案) novel in the late Qing Dynasty. This work published in 1890 when Emperor Guangxu(光緖) governed China. This work's author is Shiyukun, distribution books has an amender. The amender will be a shuoshuyiren (說書藝人). Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan(忠烈俠義傳)'s a sequel, the story leads from Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan. It is just the beginning of Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is redundant. Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi was introduced to the late Chosun(朝鮮) Dynasty. This work was translated in Hangeul, Chosun's readers read Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi. This work's circulation is not clear, But this work's exciting story is interested in the readers. This work is characterized as follows: First of all, Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan's charaters appear equally, the readers feels familiar. The readers like the familiar characters, because the readers read the book. The familiar characters can have a sense of speed in reading. Second, the story is continuous. Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is narrated by connecting Zhong-lie-xia-yi-zhuan's story. Third, Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi was seeking an open ending. Classical novels prefer happy ending, this work is open ending, the expectations for the sequel became more doubled. The fourth, this work took advantage of the colloquial expressions. Zhong-lie-xiao-wu-yi is Huabenti(話本體) novel, took advantage of the spoken language. Suyu(俗語) and xiehouyu(歇後語) was represented in this work. Fifth, this work is formed a universal consensus. Ordinary people must empathize about xia-yi(俠義) and retribution, this work was well represented. Because the readers would have liked to this story.

This study was carried out to understand the characteristics of stairs in Palladio's villa. The subject of study are selected the twenty two villas with drawing in his book ‘The four books of Architecture’. Their cases are represented the characteristics of stair in architectural composition. Accordingly, it was analyzed and classified the architectural characteristics into space, form and plan at a villa. In conclusion, in aspect of spacial plan, staircases of Palladio's villa was presented more open and light in comparison with darked space of the medieval age. And it was intended to the connection or division between spaces of different character In an aspect of formal plan, dynamic form of stairs was divided into the two types. First, it was represented the effect of articulation in form. Second, stairs were represented the diagonal with the shape of itself. In an aspect of plan, his idea is coexisted with traditional thought and rational idea through the arrangement of symmetry md asymmetry. But at any rate, his concern was sought for the reasonable position. Also, he had represented the various characteristics in stairs such as his works in Renaissance period.

The purpose of this study is to investigate elementary school landscaping. The landscaping has intrinsic value for educational purpose as well as an open space resource in urban area. Four elementary schools in Taegu were surveyed and analyzed to identify the ratio of greenery, green volume and its maintenance. The result can be summarized as follows: 1. While 58 species of trees were quoted all over the text book, 17 to 52 species were found in each school and only few species were always dominant in each school. 2. The greenery and green volume were insufficient in terms of quantity and inadequate in placement, and there were differences in landscaping quality and quantity between schools. However the differences were not associated with the age of schools. 3. Functional implementations of landscaping technique(for example, environmental control) were needed for future landscaping of elementary schools.

With the ever-increasing queries related to temporal (or time-related) information, such as the product launching time, in search engine, most web pages will be augmented with such information in the future. Meanwhile, the gradual emergence of the use of electronic textbooks (or e-Textbooks), which enrich the traditional paper-based textbooks with multimedia contents such as interactive quizzes and multimedia-based simulations, has led us to infer that e-Textbooks will be blended with temporal information to support learning. The use of temporal information helps teachers and students to understand the level of prior knowledge required to study a topic, as well as the sequence of learning activities and related sub-topics, that best attains the educational goals. This paper presents a simple yet efficient tool called TimeMap, which is based on mind mapping, to create an e-Textbook called TimeBook that takes account of time-related curriculum and the ability of students to learn via collaboration.

전통적으로 주요 EPC(설계, 구매, 시공) 공사는 최초의 엔지니어링 작업(FEED : Front End Engineering Design)을 한 후, 경쟁입찰을 하여 총액계약(Lamp Sum)으로 공사를 수행했다. 최근에 EPC시공자의 위험부담을 줄이는 한편, 발주자는 경쟁적인 시공자를 확보할 수 있는 기회를 확대하면서 협상기간을 단축하교 조기착공을 위해, Lump Sum 가격을 늦게 결정하는 방법을 고려한다. CLST(Converted Lump Sum Turnkey)계약방식은 최초의 엔지니어링 작업을 한 후 경쟁입찰을 통해 1차 계약을 맺고(설계 및 특별 자재 공급에 대한) 공사를 수행하다 설계가 충분히 진행되고 핵심자재에 대한 견적이 입수되어 발주 가능한 시점 및 하도급사를 선정할 준비가 된 시점에서 1차 계약을 변경해 2차 계약을 맺는다. 2차 계약 시 1차 시 맺은 계약조건(직접공사비, 일반관리비 및 이윤, 최대한도 금액이 포함됨)을 기준으로 하되, 발주자가 Open Book 형식으로 공사비를 평가하고 재협상하여 Lump Sum 금액으로 전환해 합의한다. 이후 Lump Sum Tumkey 계약과 동일한 형식으로 공사를 수행한다.

We prove every oriented compact cyclic 3-orbifold has a contact structure. There is another proof in the web by Daniel Herr in his uploaded thesis which depends on open book decompositions, ours is independent of that. We define overtwisted contact structures, tight contact structures and Lutz twist on oriented compact cyclic 3-orbifolds. We show that every contact structure in an oriented compact cyclic 3-orbifold contactified by our method is homotopic to an overtwisted structure with the overtwisted disc intersecting the singular locus of the orbifolds. In course of proving the above results we prove a classification result for compact oriented cyclic-3 orbifolds which has not been seen by us in literature before.

With the introduction of the accreditation of engineering programs in Korea, universities affiliated with the programs have opened introductory engineering design courses for first- or second-year students. Since these courses mainly aim at cultivating problem-solving skills through team projects, this type of classes has opened as face-to-face classes. However, from the beginning of 2020, online teaching was recommended or forced on universities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, effective design of online courses on introductory engineering design was inevitable during the period. In this paper, we introduce a case study of the course in the Department of Computer Science at S University in Fall 2021. Through concrete suggestions on project areas, selection of team members considering grade levels and interest, several systems for prevention of free riding, and carefully designed open-book exams, the course resulted in both high achievements and high satisfaction.

최근에는 질의응답(Question Answering, QA) 분야에서 거대 언어 모델(Large Language Models, LLMs)의 파라미터에 내재된 지식을 활용하는 방식이 활발히 연구되고 있다. Open Domain QA(ODQA) 분야에서는 기존에 정보 검색기(retriever)-독해기(reader) 파이프라인이 주로 사용되었으나, 최근에는 거대 언어 모델이 독해 뿐만 아니라 정보 검색기의 역할까지 대신하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 거대 언어 모델의 내재된 지식을 사용해서 질의 응답에 활용하는 방법을 제안한다. 질문에 대해 답변을 하기 전에 질문과 관련된 구절을 생성하고, 이를 바탕으로 질문에 대한 답변을 생성하는 방식이다. 이 방법은 Closed-Book QA 분야에서 기존 프롬프팅 방법 대비 우수한 성능을 보여주며, 이를 통해 대형 언어 모델에 내재된 지식을 활용하여 질의 응답 능력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 입증한다.
