In the last few years, quantum communication technology and services have been developing in various advanced applications to secure the sharing of information from one device to another. It is a classical commercial medium, where several Internet of Things (IoT) devices are connected to information communication technology (ICT) and can communicate the information through quantum systems. Digital communications for future networks face various challenges, including data traffic, low latency, deployment of high-broadband, security, and privacy. Quantum communication, quantum sensors, quantum computing are the solutions to address these issues, as mentioned above. The secure transaction of data is the foremost essential needs for smart advanced applications in the future. In this paper, we proposed a quantum communication model system for future ICT and methodological flow. We show how to use blockchain in quantum computing and quantum cryptography to provide security and privacy in recent information sharing. We also discuss the latest global research trends for quantum communication technology in several countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Korea, and others. Finally, we discuss some open research challenges for quantum communication technology in various areas, including quantum internet and quantum computing.

본 연구는 공간 빅데이터 서비스 활성화를 위한 정책과제 도출을 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구를 검토하고, 국내 외 공간 빅데이터 관련 추진체계 및 정책현황을 분석하였다. 그 결과 미래 공간정보 융 복합 대응정책 미흡, 개인정보 보호 및 서비스 활성화 제도적 기반 미흡, 관련 기술 정책 마련 미흡, 공간 빅데이터 구축 활용을 위한 추진체계 미흡, 공공정보의 품질저하와 공유체계 미흡 등의 문제점이 도출되었다. 다음으로 도출된 문제점을 해결하기 위해 정책 추진방향을 설정하고, 공간 빅데이터 추진체계 마련, 관련 법 제도 개선, 공간 빅데이터 관련 기술 개발, 공간 빅데이터 지원 사업 추진, 공공DB 융 복합 공유체계 마련 총 5가지의 정책과제를 제시하였다.

은행과 핀테크 기업 모두가 참여하는 오픈 뱅킹이 전면시행되면서 새로운 형태의 제품, 서비스 및 비즈니스 등 사회 전반에 변화가 초래되고 있으며, 특히 금융회사를 포함한 금융환경 전반의 큰 변화가 예상되고 있다. 이렇게 새로운 시스템과 환경이 변화할 때 마다 시스템 사용자들의 기술 수용에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 이어져 왔으며, 본 연구 역시 오픈 뱅킹의 특성이 기술수용모델의 지각된 용이성과 유용성, 그리고 오픈 뱅킹의 사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 정보 제공성과 서비스 상호작용성, 시스템 안정성 모두 지각된 용이성과 유용성 그리고 오픈 뱅킹의 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 오픈 뱅킹은 데이터 공유, 재무 접근성, 은행 인프라, 상품 혁신 및 가격결정 등에 중대한 이익을 가져올 수도 있지만, 예상치 못한 피해를 가져올 수도 있을 것으로 전망된다. 따라서, 국내 금융기관들은 디지털 환경변화에 따라 사업 환경이 크게 변하고 있는 상황에서 적극적으로 대처해야 하며, 핀테크 기업들을 적극적으로 육성하는 동시에 금융 산업의 혁신을 도모해야 할 것이다.

It is difficult to access and share design data among heterogeneous CAD systems. Usually, different CAD systems exchange the design data using a neutral format such as IGES or STEP. A prototype CAD system which uses a geometric kernel and a commercial database management system has been implemented. The prototype system used the Open Cascade geometric kernel and the commercial object-oriented database ObjectStore. STEP provides the database schema. The database can be accessed from commercial CAD systems such as SolidWorks or Unigraphics. The data access module from a commercial CAD system is developed with the CAD system's native API, ObjectStore API functions, and ActiveX.

오픈데이터헌장을 계기로 연구데이터 공유에 대한 논의가 지속되는 가운데, 미국, 영국, 일본 등을 중심으로 연구지원 기관들은 연구자들에게 결과물을 신뢰할 수 있는 저장소에 기탁하도록 유도하고 있다. 인문사회분야는 생명, 자연과학 분야에 비해 연구데이터 공유 문화나 저장 인프라가 미성숙하지만 이 역시 데이터의 영속적 접근과 활용 보장을 위해 신뢰할 수 있는 저장 인프라의 구축과 운영이 필요하다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 re3data에 등록된 305개 인문사회분야 데이터 레포지토리(RDR: Research Data Repository)를 대상으로 현황을 파악하고 운영 수준에 따라 4개의 군집으로 유형화해 분석하였다. 그 결과 전체의 70%를 차지하는 보편적 수준의 RDR이 유형화되었으며, 독일이 운영 주체이거나 언어학 분야가 두드러진 우수 군집도 확인되었다. 한편, 인문사회 하위주제영역에 있어 아카이빙되는 데이터 유형에 차이가 존재하는지 대응일치 분석(Correspondence Analysis)을 통해 확인한 결과, 역사 및 예술분야는 이미지, 사회계열 전반은 통계데이터나 오피스문서, 언어학은 오디오, 텍스트, 코드 등이 관련성 있는 데이터 유형으로 분석되었다.

과학기술정보 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위해서는 동일한 콘텐츠와 기술을 상호 공유할 수 있는 과학기술정보만의 플랫폼이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서 다양한 콘텐츠 및 기술을 공통의 활용 요소로 사용할 수 있는 플랫폼을 설계함으로써 신속하고 효율적인 서비스를 지원하고자 한다. 더불어 과학기술 데이터와 기술들을 용도에 따라 활용할 수 있는 플랫폼 환경 체제에서의 다양한 API 활용 사례를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 각종 콘텐츠와 기술들은 플랫폼 상에서 API Gateway를 통해 상호작용하고 식별된 연구자, 기관, 용어 데이터를 중심으로 과학기술콘텐츠를 융합할 수 있을 것이다.

Next generation cellular applications and smart phone usage generate very heavy wireless data traffic. It becomes ineluctable for mobile network operators to have multiple core network entities such as Serving Gateway and Packet Data Network Gateway in 4G-LTE to share this high traffic generated. A typical configuration consists of multiple serving gateways behind a load-balancer which would determine which serving gateway would service a end-users'request. Such hardware is expensive, has a rigid policy set, and is a single point of failure. Another perspective of today's increasingly high data traffic is that besides it is being widely accepted that the high bandwidth L TE provides is creating bottlenecks for service providers by the increasing user bandwidth demands without creating any corresponding revenue improvements, a hidden problem that is also passively advancing on the newly emerging 4G-LTE that may need more immediate attention is the network signaling traffic, also known as the control-plane traffic that is generated by the applications developed for smartphones and tablets. With this as starting point, in this paper, we propose a solution, by a new approach considering OpenFlow switch connected to a controller, which gains flexibility in policy, costs less, and has the potential to be more robust to failure with future generations of switches. This also solves the problem of scaling the control-plane traffic that is imperative to preserve revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Thus, with the proposed architecture with OpenFlow, mobile network operators could manipulate the traffic generated by the control-plane signaling separated from the data-plane, besides also reducing the cost in installing multiple core-network entities.

Purpose - This case study illustrates the story of eBay Korea, which owns two most leading Korean open market companies, AUCTION and Gmarket. The main concerns are to take over the Korean top domestic companies one by one, then, emerge these two giants through its well-developed post-merger Integration by eBay, an American multinational corporation. Research design, data, and methodology - This case explores various secondary resources such as periodicals, annual reviews, magazine, news articles, commentaries, even some interview materials related to 'eBay Korea' and industry source on condition of anonymity based on the critical reviewing of existing studies on these topics as well. Results - The findings of this study show the merger and acquisition of two market leaders in Korea is the only successful case in Asian Markets. The eBay's choice of entry mode is appropriate considering the timing, synergy and efficiency by sharing their resources. Conclusions - This study examines the successful entry and settlement process of foreign, multinational company through mergers and acquisitions in the Korean market. This would be a valuable in the studies of International Business and Global entry or distribution strategy in the e-commerce and open market dealing with M&A and its post-merger integration.

국가지리정보체계의 표준화는 정보의 공동활용 및 상호운용성의 확보 등을 이유로 중요한 존재로 부과되고 있다. 이의 표준화는 현재 구체적으로 추진되고 있는 현재 국제적으로 추진되고 있는 OSE/RM을 참조하여 발전할 수 있으며 이의 구조에 맞는 국가 표준의 제정이 요구된다. 현재 추진하고 있는 국가지리정보체계 표준화는 국가 기본도 표준화와 공통데이터교환포맷 표준화가 있으며 국가 기본도 표준화에서는 지형지물 코드 및 속성 부분데이타 모델링 등을 추진하고 있고 공통데이터교환포맷 표준화에서는 국외표준의 국내수용으로 그 기본 방향을 유지하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 재난위기경보관리시스템 구축을 위해 행정안전부가 구축중인 재난안전데이터 공유 플랫폼의 데이터를 연동하기 위한 기반 및 기술을 제안한다. 국가 R&D로 수행중인 재난위기경보관리시스템은 위기경보 수준을 판단하기 위해 필요한 데이터를 수집, 위기경보 수준 자동분석, 위기경보 수준 판단 및 표출하는 기능을 구현하였다. 그러나 실제 운영하기 위해서는 국가재난정보관리시스템(NDMS)내에서 운영할 수 있도록 재난안전데이터 공유 플랫폼의 데이터 연동을 위한 방안에 대해 연구하였다.
