본 연구의 목적은 위키데이터를 활용하여 디지털 아카이브에서 소장하고 있는 기록 자원에 대한 접근을 높이고 구축한 데이터를 공유, 재사용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 기록학 분야에서 논의되고 있는 디지털 환경에서 기록 자원의 기술(description) 표준과 디지털 아카이브의 데이터 관리 및 공유와 관련된 연구들을 통해 국내외 디지털 아카이브의 기록 데이터의 현황을 파악하였다. 위키데이터의 구조와 특성을 파악하고 위키데이터를 적용한 해외 디지털 아카이브의 사례들을 조사하였다. 사례 분석을 통해 위키데이터 기반의 기록 데이터 개방, 공유와 재사용을 위한 시사점을 도출하고 위키데이터를 디지털 아카이브에 적용할 때 고려할 사항을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 디지털 아카이브 구축에 있어서 최근 데이터 개방, 공유 관련 기술의 동향을 이해하고 실제 아카이브 현장에서 위키데이터를 활용한 서비스 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 광 시각 암호기술에 근거한 개인 정보보호 방식을 제안하였다. 실험에 사용된 지문 데이터는 광 시각 암호 기술과 개방형 네트워크를 통해 전달된 공유 데이터의 일부를 고려한 secret sharing 방법에 의해 처리되었다. 필요에 따라 한 개인은 자신의 지문을 다른 공유 정보에 제공하는 방식으로 본인의 것을 확인할 수 있다. 다양한 환경 조건에서도 어려움 없이 효과적으로 지문을 인식 할 수 있음을 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

오픈 사이언스의 일환으로 정부는 국가 연구데이터 공유 및 활용 전략을 채택하고, 국가 차원의 거버넌스 체제를 구성하여 연구기관이 이행하도록 정책을 추진하고 있다. 연구데이터 관리를 위한 정책이 학계를 중심으로 수행되고 있지만 선진국에 비해 미흡한 실정이며 이 마저도 현장에 도입하기에는 연구자의 인식도 부족한 현실이다. 본 연구의 목적은 학문분야별 연구자의 연구데이터 관리 현황을 파악하기 위함이다. 학문분야는 문헌정보학, 통계학, 생태학 및 한국음악학을 포함한 4개 분야로 구성하였으며 데이터 관리 현황은 설문조사를 통해 파악하였다. 연구데이터 관리 현황은 연구데이터 생산, 공유 및 관리, 저장, 보존 및 재사용 관점에서 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 데이터 저장을 제외하고 데이터 생산, 데이터 공유 및 관리, 데이터 보존 및 데이터 재사용의 경우 학문 분야별로 차이가 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

Using an exchange standard, we can design an open architecture for the interchange of decision models and data. XML (eXtensible Markup Language) provides a general framework for creating such a standard. Although XML -based model representation languages such as OOSML were proposed, they are partly limited in expression capability, flexibility, generality, etc. This paper proposes a new method for expressing and sharing decision models and data based on XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), which is a XML language specialized in business reporting. We have developed a XBRL taxonomy for decision models with the concepts and relationships of a representative modeling framework, SM (Structured Modeling). The method allows for expressing data as well as decision models in a consistent and flexible manner. Diverse dependencies between components of SM models can also be affluently expressed.

The emerging competitive environment in today's global marketplace is one where businesses no longer compete with each other as autonomous, individual firms. Global, economic, and technological development pressure forces organizations to continually enhance their performance through knowledge sharing and innovativeness. The purpose of this paper is to explore the moderating role of knowledge sharing and the mediating role of innovativeness in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. The data was collected from 389 employees in Vietnamese industrial enterprises through a questionnaire survey. The information was then analyzed by explanatory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) as well as structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the mediating role of innovativeness and the moderating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance, are supported. Organizations may reap the benefits of an innovative workforce by selecting, nurturing transformational leaders. This study contributes to the field of human resources management, particularly leadership, by exploring the role of transformational leadership. Moreover, this is the first study to test the moderating role of knowledge sharing and the mediating role of innovativeness in the relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational performance.

최근 '코로나19'라는 초유의 재난 사태를 맞이하여 대한민국 정부의 투명한 정보 공개를 통한 적극적 대응에 전 세계가 주목하고 있다. 이렇듯 공공데이터 개방은 특정 정보에 대한 국민의 인지도와 접근성을 높임으로써 다양한 사회적, 경제적 가치를 상승시키는 데 필수적이다. 본 연구는 정부차원에서 주도적으로 수집하고 공개하고 있는 공공데이터포털의 이용 활성화를 위해 각국에서 운영하고 있는 SNS 현황과 그에 따른 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내·외 공공데이터포털 SNS 운용현황을 살펴보고, 그 중 선진 사례 3국(인도, 미국, 한국)의 서비스를 선정하여 계량 분석, 피드백 분석, 시계열 분석, 정보유형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 통해 정보유형 및 이용요구를 파악하고 시사점을 도출하여 공공데이터 이용 활성화를 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 제언하였다.

지속적인 디지털 콘텐츠의 이용 증가와 고품질화에 따라 인터넷 상의 대용량 데이터 스토리지 서비스 필요성도 증가하고 있다. 이를 위해 널리 사용되는 웹하드 서비스는 다수의 이용자들에게 웹을 통해 데이터를 저장, 관리, 공유 할 수 있는 편리한 기능을 제공하지만, 대용량의 저장 공간 사용에 대한 고비용 문제와 일부 이용자들이 중요한 데이터를 인터넷 상에 보관하기를 기피하는 현상을 해결할 필요가 있다. 반면, 외장 하드디스크와 같은 휴대형 스토리지 디바이스는 PC 등 연결된 호스트에서만 사용이 가능하므로 다른 이용자들과 데이터를 공유하기 위한 관리 및 보안 기능이 추가적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존 방식들의 장점을 결합한 웹 기반의 데이터 스토리지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안되는 시스템은 외장 하드 디스크와 같은 디바이스를 필요에 따라 서버에 연결했을 때 웹을 통해 쉽게 원격에서 데이터를 관리, 공유할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.

오픈 사이언스 운동의 활성화로 인해 다양한 연구 관련 자원들 간의 상호 운용성 확보를 위한 노력이 활발해지고 있다. 특히, 글로벌 연구데이터 커먼즈(Global Open Research Commons) 모델 개발 관련 표준화 활동이 세계 최대 연구데이터 커뮤니티인 RDA(Research Data Alliance)의 주도로 진행되어 왔고, 최근에 GORC Working Group 에서 버전 1.0 모델을 오픈하였다. 이에 이 모델에 대해 살펴보고 국내의 연구데이터 커먼즈인 KRDC(Korea Research Data Commons)와 비교 및 시사점을 논하고 향후 연구 방향을 소개한다.

It is difficult to support collaborative design with a conventional ship CAD system which manages design information using files. In this research, file storage has been replaced with a database. This paper describes the OpenDIS which is an interface between the geometric kernel and the database. Its main purpose is to implement the CAD system which has the STEP database as the native storage. A prototype CAD system has been implemented using that OpenDIS interface which is implemented by OpenCascade geometric kernel and the Objectstore object-oriented database. The STEP methodology is used as the database schema. This CAD system has been applied to the hull design of a ship in order to verify the usefulness of the interface.

Purpose - This study examined the relationship between individual creativity and its related variables to observe how individual creativity contributes to organizational performance. In addition, this study strived to explore how to maximize the utilization of individual creativity and innovate the structure of the organization itself so that teams and organizations can respond more effectively to new rising trends. this study aimed to examine whether the value congruence between individuals and organizations (propensity congruence, goal congruence has a significant impact on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior as dependent variables by exerting individual creativity and synergy as independent variables. Research design, data and methodology - SPSS 24.0 program were used to analyze the data. Descriptive Statistics and correlation analysis were performed, and the reliability factor (Cronbach's α) was calculated. Afterwards, we analyzed the moderating effects of structural equation model analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The number of samples used in the study were 309 copies. Results - First, Individual creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that decision-making processes fused with individual creativity could create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and transform the organization. Second, value congruence adjusted the influence of individual creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value and secure the pool of creative talents who will be a potential future basic source of organizational success and competitive advantage. Second, managers should be able to identify those with creative talents and expertise, and use them to increase their knowledge sharing performance, while also developing emotional and motivational creativity. Third, in order improve knowledge sharing performance, managers should pay attention to the emotional aspect of creativity. Fourth, managers should strive to create an environment that is beneficial for the reinforcement of individual self-management capabilities. Fifth, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative thinking, opinions, or solutions. Sixth, managers should promote the dissemination and integration of new knowledge based on the creative views and attitudes of team members.
