An increasing number of children are now using the Internet. They are starting at a younger age, using a variety of devices and spending more time online. It becomes an important problem to protect the children in online environment. The Internet can be a major channel for their education, creativity and self-expression. However, it also carries a spectrum of risks to which children are more vulnerable than adults. In order to solve these problems, we suggested a binding model of user attributes for enhanced user authentication. We also studied the requirements and prerequisites of a binding model of user attributes. In this paper we described the architecture of binding model of user attributes and showed the effectiveness of the suggested model using simulation. This model can be utilized to enhanced user authentication and service authorization.

First, the purpose of this research is to review the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) regulations in Korea to resolve disputes which can arise in international e-commerce in the near future. Second, this research tries to look for alternative solutions to dispute resolutions according to these regulations. Third, this research pursues to enhance the effectiveness of business deals by providing efficient and satisfactory dispute resolution methods for e-commerce business. Furthermore, this study evaluates the definition of global e-commerce by comparing Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Through analyzing the domestic ODR system and ADR system, this research could boost the employment of settlements in small-sized disputes through easy and convenient consumer access to both ODR and ADR procedures. The enhancement of the competitiveness of Korean companies in the global market is estimated to take place as a result. This research is estimated to provide benefits to our businesses both domestically and internationally by using ODR regulations and ADR methods. Moreover, this research is anticipated to verify usefulness in terms of consumer protection by advancing consumers' access to dispute solution authorities locally and abroad.

이용자의 정보를 수집하여 활용하는 온라인 트래킹 기술이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 온라인 트래킹은 제품과 서비스 질의 향성, 이용자 경험의 증진의 측면에서 그 필요성이 강조되지만, 이용자의 프라이버시 침해나 정보 보안 취약성 등의 문제를 내포하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 트래킹 기술들을 탐색하고, 이를 통해 온라인 트래킹과 관련한 정책 수립시, 고려해야 할 사항을 파악하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 온라인 트래킹 기술은 '일반쿠키', '슈퍼쿠키', '핑거프린팅', '디바이스 ID 트래킹', '크로스 디바이스 트래킹' 등으로 구분되었다. 온라인 트래킹의 발생 단계, 기술 생성주체, 활용목적, 정보의 유지기간 및 저장형식, 기술의 변화 등이 정책적으로 고려되어야 할 사항인 것으로 나타났다. 정책입안자와 산업관계자는 온라인 트래킹 기술의 특성에 따라 이용자가 인지하는 위험 정도가 다를 수 있음을 인지해야 한다. 그리고 온라인 트래킹 기술의 분류에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 요인에 대한 정책적인 이해가 필요하다. 마지막으로 산업계에서는 통합적 프라이버시 시스템을 구축 등의 선제적 대응이 필요하다.

본 연구는 인터넷 사용자를 대상으로 정보보호 활동을 유도할 수 있는 선행 요인들을 실증적으로 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 제시된 인과모형은 정보프라이버시에 대한 염려가 어떻게 자기효능감과 인지된 유용성을 거처 정보보호 활동으로 이어질 수 있는가에 대한 것이다. 282개의 표본 데이터를 이용하여 수행한 연구결과, 인터넷 사용자가 인지하는 정보프라이버시에 대한 염려는 자기효능감, 인지된 유용성, 그리고 정보보호 활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출되었다. 또한 인지된 유용성과 정보보호활동은 자기효능감에 의해 유의한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 예상과는 달리, 인지된 유용성은 정보보호 활동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향력을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 온라인 기업과 인터넷 사용자들뿐만 아니라, 정보보호 교육을 제공하는 교육 관련자들에게 의미 있는 함의를 제공할 것이다.

Most of the reactor trips in Korean NPPs related to core protection systems were caused not because of proximity of boiling crisis and, consequently, a damage in the core, but due to particular miscalculations or component failures related to the core protection system. The most common core protection system applied in Korean NPPs is the Core Protection Calculator System (CPCS), which is installed in OPR1000 and APR1400 plants. It generates a trip signal to scram the reactor in case of low Departure from Nucleate Boiling Ratio (DNBR) or high Local Power Density (LPD). However, is a reactor trip necessary to protect the core? Or could a fast power reduction be enough to recover the DNBR/LPD without a scram? In order to analyze the online calculation of DNBR/LPD, and the use of fast power reduction as trip avoidance methodology, a concept of CPCS with fast power reduction function was developed in Matlab® Simulink using systems engineering approach. The system was validated with maximum of 0.2% deviation from the reference and the dynamic deviation was maximum of 12.65% for DNBR and 6.72% for LPD during a transient of 16,000 seconds.

본 연구는 B2C 전자상거래의 활성화에 결정적인 역할을 하는 전자상거래 사이트에 대한 소비자 신뢰형성 요인을 다루었다. 기존의 온라인 신뢰형성에 관한 문헌을 정리하고, 총 336명의 소비자 설문조사를 통해 전자상거래 사이트에 대한 신뢰형성 요인을 확인접촉, 안전보호, 홍보이미지, 편리/즐거움, 그리고 환불배달의 차원으로 구분하였다. 또한 소비자의 온라인 구매경험별로 신뢰형성 요인의 차이를 살펴본 결과 구매 다빈도 집단일수록 확인접촉과 안전보호 요인을 신뢰형성이 중요한 요인으로 보았고, 무경험집단은 홍보이미지 요인을 상대적으로 중요시했으며, 구매 소빈도 집단은 중간형태를 취하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 소비자의 구매경험별로 신뢰형성 요인도 차이가 난다는 것을 보여줌으로써 전자상거래 사이트들이 사이트 전개단계별로 마케팅전략을 전개하고, 구매경험별로 고객을 관리하는데 시사점을 주고 있다.

모바일 기술의 발전에 따라, 인터넷상의 자산관리 상품도 많이 발전했다. 기술 수용 모델을 기반으로 본 연구에서는 온라인으로 제공되는 금융 상품을 사용하려는 중국인 소비자의 구매 의도를 모델링한 위어바오를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 자산관리 상품 특성이 지각된 유용성을 매개로 하여 구매의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 세우고 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구모형에서, 독립 변수는 개인 관여도, 경험, 제품의 보장성, 기업신뢰성, 편리성, 이동성, 친숙성을 고려하였다. 또한 매개 변수는 유용성을, 종속변수로는 구매의도로 구성하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위어바오의 보장성, 기업의 신뢰, 편리성, 그리고 친숙함은 위어바오의 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 위어바오의 유용성은 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면, 온라인 자산관리 상품의 구매의도를 높이기 위해서는 유용성을 높게 지각하여야 하고, 유용성을 높게 지각하려면 온라인 자산관리 상품의 보장성, 기업신뢰성, 편리성, 친숙성을 높일 수 있는 실무적인 전략이 필요하다. 온라인 자산 관리 제품의 소비자 구매 행동 및 소비자 구매 의도에 대한 연구는 학업 및 실제 업무에 매우 유용하다.

최근 표준한국인 성인남녀 복셀 팬텀 한 쌍인 High-Definition Reference Korean-Man (HDRK-Man)과 High-Definition Reference Korean-Woman (HDRK-Woman)을 개발한 바 있다. HDRK-Man과 HDRK-Woman은 각각 한국인 성인 남성과 여성을 대표하므로 이들을 이용하면 한국인 고유의 유효선량을 계산할 수 있다. 이러한 한국인 고유의 유효선량을 계산하기 위해서는 표준한국인 팬텀을 이용한 몬테칼로 선량계산을 수행하여야 한다. 하지만 이러한 몬테칼로 선량계산은 전산인체모델에 대한 이해와 고도의 몬테칼로 전산모사 기술이 요구되기 때문에 몬테칼로 전산모사 경험이 적은 연구자들에게는 접근성이 용이하지 않다. 최근 UFPE (Federal University of Pernambuco) 연구팀에서는 몬테칼로 선량계산 온라인 시스템인 CALDOSE_X를 운영하고 있다. CALDOSE_X는 사용자가 온라인상에서 직접 입력한 선원조건에 따라 곧바로 몬테칼로 선량계산을 수행하고 계산된 결과를 제공해주는 온라인 서비스이다. 따라서 CALDOSE_X를 이용하면 몬테칼로 전산모사 경험 없이도 누구나 쉽게 원하는 선원조건에 대한 선량계산을 수행할 수 있다. 하지만 CALDOSE_X에서 제공하는 선량값은 서양인 전산팬텀을 이용하기 때문에, 이를 한국인 종사자에 대한 방사선 방호목적으로 사용하기에는 여전히 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인상에서 사용자가 입력한 선원조건에 따라 실시간으로 표준 한국인에 대한 유효선량을 계산할 수 있는 웹 기반 표준한국인 선량평가 시스템을 구축하였다.

This paper describes a new method of the modeling of protection system and fault diagnosis in power systems using Petri nets. The Petri net models of protection system are compose of the operating process of protective devices and the fault diagnosis process. Fault diagnosis model which makes use of the nature of Petri net is developed to overcome the drawbacks of methods that depend on operator knowledge. The proposed method can reduce processing time and increase accuracy when compared with the traditional methods. And also this method covers online processing of real-time data from SCADA.

In the past, the judicial circles in the Republic of Korea (ROK) were generous to the online copyright violations of computer software compared to other academic areas or offline violation. However, they started to reconsider such a practice since the FTA talks with some advanced countries began so that new laws had to be established, especially after the first round of negotiations with United States of America (USA) in 2006 during which they changed their views on the matter. Now it became possible to penalize digital copyright violations through lawsuits, and from March 1st, 2017, the court is expected to abolish the nonsuit system for teenagers. Thus, this paper has reviewed the ethical aspects involved in digital copyright protection and examined the possible alternatives, dividing them into three broad groups, before proposing a digital copyright protection curriculum for secondary education.
