  • This study developed a conceptual model that integrated psychological and physical reactions resulting from online tourism reviews through a longitudinal trust-satisfaction model (LSTM) developed based on the extended valence framework and expectation-confirmation theory. Online reviews are essential factor of consumer's purchase decision. This phenomenon is well applied in a tourism context. However, investigations on online reviews in a longitudinal approach in a tourism context are quite limited. Therefore, this study suggests a conceptual model based on LTSM and several propositions about how online tourism reviews, which are divided into factual and experiential reviews, influence the future travelers' perceptions and attitudes, such as expectation, confirmation, and destination loyalty, in a longitudinal format by examining previous related studies. Finally, expected results were discussed and several implications were described theoretically and practically.

Methods : We analyzed the purpose and satisfaction factors of medical service use using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling. The data used in the study was 120,727 screened reviews written by medical consumers registered on Naver. The analyzed results were compared with the "2020 Korean Medicine Utilization Survey". Results : From 2018 to 2021, the five most frequently used terms were "kindness", "treatment", "doctor", "Korean medicine", and "acupuncture". The main purpose of visiting Korean medicine medical clinic and hospital was to treat "traffic accidents" in 2018, "waist(back) pain" in 2019, "musculoskeletal pain" in 2020 & 2021. Based on the rating, reviewers were satisfied with "explanation of treatment" and "treatment attitude", and dissatisfied with "accessibility to the institution". Conclusion : We concluded that the main purpose of use of Korean medicine institution was to treat musculoskeletal disorders. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it will be used to improve Korean medicine medical service in the future.

  • Trust is becoming one of the critical forces that drive consumers into purchases in e-marketplaces, as consumers face uncertainty associated with buying online from unknown sellers. In this paper we propose a consumer trust model specifically designed for an online marketplace. It aims at examining how intermediary and site characteristics of an e-marketplace affect factors of trustworthiness, and understanding the relationship between trustworthiness factors and trust in intermediary. Findings from an empirical analysis indicate that both intermediary and site characteristics are positively associated with factors of trustworthiness - namely, competence, integrity, and benevolence. In addition, all the three factors of trustworthiness were found to have positive relationship with overall trust in intermediary; in particular, integrity had higher association with trust than the other two factors. The paper concludes with suggestions for building consumer trust for the owners of online marketplaces.

  • The diffusion of new technology has traditionally focused on the adoption perspective. Researchers refer this use-diffusion paradigm to behaviors of use after adoption. This study intends to analyse the influential factors of use-diffusion and continual use of website and applications in medical service. To achieve this a use-diffusion model as a conceptual frame work is suggested. Medical information quality, personal innovativeness and subjective norm are assumed as antecedent variables medical website and application's rate of use, variety of use, and continued use intention as result variables. According to the empirical study results medical information quality, web based application usability, personal innovativeness, and subjective norm have a meaningful influence on medical service consumer's use-diffusion patterns. Also pattern of use influences the continued use intention. This study provides an opportunity to understand medical service consumer's behavior after website and application use adoption and suggests further directions for establishing medical service online marketing strategy by determining influential factors of use-diffusion and continued use of medical online marketing tools.

  • This research investigates the relationship among product risk, financial risk, security risk, privacy risk, perceived satisfaction, and purchase intention. Validated measurements were identified from a literature review. The measurement model and the conceptual model depicting hypothesized relationships were evaluated based on responses from 306 customers using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that product risk, financial risk, security risk, and privacy risk impacted on perceived satisfaction. Besides, product risk, privacy risk, and perceived satisfaction influenced purchase intentions. Thus, this study focused on the influences of product risk, financial risk, security risk, and privacy risk on their cognitive attitudes toward websites. That means the more consumer perceive security, the more they avoid shopping online. The study is important to show how perceived risk affects online shopping behaviors, and it invites marketers to make necessary adjustments to prevent perceived risks to increase and online shopping to decrease. • Since consumers have difficulty in acquiring information related to products in online, they are apt to use WOM(word-of-mouth). It seems to be more popular and acceptable methods to acquire information about products sold in online. In other words, consumers who visit the Internet shopping-mall can not make a purchase-decision immediately because they have no sufficient knowledge about products. To solve this problem, consumers make use of the service called "online review". The objective of this study is to verify how these reviews can influence attitude toward the message, product and several buying behaviors in the online. In particular, this study focus on the message's sidedness(positive or negative) and objectivity(objective or subjective), because it is expected that consumers are likely to behave differently according to the characteristics of online reviews. Thus, to measure consumer's attitude and buying behavior, this study was examined by 4 types of messages. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the positive-objective message, the message attitude has a stronger effect on purchase intention than other outcomes. Second, in the positive-subjective message, the message attitude has a stronger effect on revisiting intention than others. Third, in the negative-objective message, the message attitude has a stronger effect on purchase intention than others. Hence, it is said that online shopping-mall managers need to understand the effects of multidimensional online review.
