Corona 19 minimizes face-to-face contact, and online untact platforms are emerging in the medical sector. However, there are potential risks of medicine expiration, medicine misuse, and responsible materials management for secure delivery. In this paper, we investigate three key functional requirements for online pharmacy, and design the blockchain based online pharmacy to meet the requirements. To protect the patient's privacy and to ensure tamper-free traceability, we incorporate the multi-level access authentication scheme for each participant (governments, medical circles, and patients). We show that our system guarantees patient's privacy without further system modification.

Although online education service markets are growing fast, previous studies have been limited to the studies on media types or system qualities of online education. In order to provide timely implications for online education service providers to maintain and increase the number of users, other factors such as interactivity and community perspectives should be considered. In this study, social capital and service quality were adopted as antecedents of learning motivation. Also, service quality dimensions, as well as learning motivation, were chosen to examine its impact on intention to repurchase of online education services. Research findings show that structural and cognitive dimensions of social capital are proved as antecedents of relational capital; structural and relational social capital positively influence on learning motivation; tangibility positively makes impact on learning motivation; and intention to repurchase is positively influenced by responsiveness and learning motivation. Practical implications based on the research findings are presented.

This study compares and analyzes online update techniques, which estimate the parameters of battery equivalent circuit models in real time. Online update techniques, which are based on extended Kalman filter and recursive least square methods, are constructed by considering the dynamic characteristics of batteries. The performance of the online update techniques is verified by simulation and experiments. Each online update technique is compared and analyzed in terms of complexity and accuracy to propose a suitable guide for selecting algorithms on various types of battery applications.

This study investigates faculty support for quality assurance in online education, and offers suggestions for its improvement based on feedback from Instructional Design (ID) staff working at a public university in the U.S. Qualitative research using semi-structured interviews was conducted with seven ID staff in order to examine their perceptions regarding faculty support related to quality assurance in online education. The results of the data analysis indicate that four types of faculty support-quality assurance reviews using Quality Matter (QM) standards, templates, individual consultations with ongoing support, and monitoring-were offered for faculty. Faculty support for quality assurance in online education could be improved by developing specific quality assurance standards, recruiting external experts, examining learning effects, developing a quality assurance management system, and sharing documents among ID staff. This study highlights the necessity of quality assurance in online education and provides cases of faculty support in a real higher education setting.

Most structures are constantly influenced by repeated weathering phenomena and load action during a period of its utilization, and their component materials become superannuated and their design performance becomes slowly lost. Therefore, it is thought that it is necessary to develop the online monitoring system that can make a great contribution to the maintenance management and disaster prevention of the building structure by sensing any slight change of the entire structure regardless of its inside and outside. Especially, this study was intended to explain the entire system of the online structure by interpreting welded built-up H-beams, of structural steel members having many advantages in terms of the qualities of structural materials, through limit state design, and presenting the basic plan to apply it to the structure.

Cyberbullying has become a social problem as malicious text messages and online comments among teenagers have increased in the late 2000s. Some serious reporting has attempted to impress on us the need to pay more attention to reducing malicious online content as a typical type of cyberbullying. Meanwhile, despite environmental changes that have made it easier to report perpetrators of such messages, it is often the case that the crime occurs in a public place and is tolerated. However, there is a growing tendency for people to exhibit the bystander effect, the problem of personal indifference to witnessing or knowing about crimes, but individuals do not offer any means of help to a victim when other people are present. This effect is rampant in the case of cybercrimes. This study aims to extract the motivations behind posting malicious comments through in-depth interviews and to suggest recommendations for relative issues by demonstrating how the bystander effect can be reduced using causal relationship diagrams of the system dynamics methodology. Hopefully, this work will contribute to a better understanding of factors that could cause a decrease in malicious online comments.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate search efficiency of controlled vocabulary versus uncontrolled vocabulary subject access in online catalog systems. The question of the effectiveness of controlled versus uncontrolled vocabulary in information retrieval has been raised in many literatures. A debate continues in the Library and Information Science Professions over the relative merit, appropriateness, and efficiency of uncontrolled vocabulary subject access in online catalog systems. Actually users used to combine uncontrolled vocabulary subject searching with controlled vocabulary subject searching. But the success of user's subject search depends on his choice of search terms. Also the technical developments that facilitate cooperation among information services in general make it increasingly possible for such cooperation to take place on an international level. In this study, several common types of vocabularies on online catalog systems are described and compared, especially usages of vocabularies in multilingual environment are analyzed.

In this paper, we propose new on-line processor management algorithms that manage heterogeneous multimedia services while maximizing energy efficiency. These online management mechanisms are combined in an integrated scheme for higher system performance and energy efficiency. The most important feature of our proposed scheme is its adaptability, flexibility and responsiveness to current network conditions. Simulation results clearly indicate the superior performance of our proposed scheme to strike the appropriate performance balance between contradictory requirements.

The purpose of this study presents a model of the integrated online library service with LMS (Learning Management System). The new library service is called 'Library on Blackboard' which was developed and implemented by Murray State University Libraries in Murray, Kentucky, USA. This user-centered service with applied information technology has the potential to enhance the quality of the library performance in university libraries. The introduction of the Learning Management System in South Korea has a potential to enhance the education environment and promote new library services. With the emergence of new information technologies and growing popularity in online classes and distance education programs, the importance and usage of Learning Management Systems in higher education has increased.

Mathematics franchise education companies are developing various online learning systems to provide on-off integrated education to learners. Most online learning systems deliver one-way lecture content to learners and perform quantitative problem-solving learning for learning results. However, each learner has different academic achievement competencies, and it is impossible to determine exactly where the level of understanding fell when solving a math method. and based on this, establish an online learning system to discover the weak points of learners and propose an effective learner management method. Through the developed learning method and system, it is expected to cultivate balanced problem-solving ability for learners and provide differentiated brand image and counseling service to franchise companies.
