  • Electronic commerce (e-commerce) has seen as the potential to improve profitability and productivity in many areas as well as gaining notable attention in many countries. Despite, there has been some uncertainty about the e-commerce impacts for developing countries. The sufficient basic infrastructural deficiency, socio-political, economic and the lack of government public ICT policies have formed the significant barriers to the adoption and e-commerce growth in developing countries. Even though there are many researchers have found the common barriers to e-commerce in the developing nations, all business models targeting those countries are not equally successful. Small companies' persistence failed to challenge the e-commerce barriers in Cambodia because the firms didn't know the correct business model to succeed in this country online market. Therefore, this study will discuss the existing barriers which lead to limit e-commerce growth in Cambodia and the suggested solutions with the suitable business model for the e-commerce business in the country too.

  • In China, E-commerce live broadcast has emerged as the most popular and innovative online shopping form for today's consumers, and its "real-time interactive" feature can compensate for the communication delays of general online shopping. Based on the author's previous research it has been demonstrated that, in the E-commerce live broadcast environment, Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM) has become an important reference for consumers when making purchases. In this paper, we reconstructed the "IWOM-Purchase Intentions" model and use interaction (Auchor-Audience and Audience-Audience) as a mediating variable to empirically investigate the impact of IWOM on purchase intentions in E-commerce live broadcast. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of individuals who had experience in E-commerce live broadcast and 250 valid data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS21.0. The results show that: the interaction (Auchor-Audience) acts as a mediator between IWOM (strength of relationship; word-of-mouth quality and word-of-mouth timeliness) and purchase intention; And the interaction (Audience-Audience) acts as a mediator between word-of-mouth timeliness on purchase intention, but has no significant mediation on the impact on the strength of relationship and word-of-mouth quality to purchase intention. On this basis, recommendations are made for the implementation of IWOM marketing strategies for E-commerce live broadcast platforms and anchors.

  • Purpose This study conducted an empirical study on the influence of institutional mechanisms on the formation of customer trust among leading online businesses. This study focused on the construct of PEEIM(Perceived Effectiveness of e-Commerce Institutional Mechanisms) which is the perceived recognition of institutional mechanisms for e-Commerce in general and the construct of PEIS which is the perceived recognition of institutional mechanisms that are implemented by vendors. Design/methodology/approach The online and offline surveys were conducted for the leading online shopping vendors in Korea and 292 data were used for the empirical analysis. The research model was tested using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) in this study. The full measurement model including the formative second-order constructs was examined with the exploratory factor analysis. The structural model was analyzed via a two-stage approach. To analyze the research model this study used Smart PLS 2.0 program. Findings The findings showed that PEEIM negatively moderates the relationship between satisfaction in vender and trust in vender, but had no moderating effect between trust in vender and repurchase intention. In addition, the institutional mechanisms of vendors(PEIS) have been shown to have a direct impact on the vender's trust.

  • Recently online e-commerce system is grew up rapidly comparing to offline commerce and is made up actively in all commerce field. Offline commerce is uneffective because it is very complicated for distribution structure and spend too much money. On the other hand, existing online e-commerce system is reluctant for purchase because of not having their confidence of fruit's freshness. Therefore in my paper, as e-commerce system based on IoT using each sensors, RFID tags and networks is suggested, consumer can see freshness of fruits and make order it by on-line having assurance of it. Also it shows that this objected-oriented analysis and design method is very useful for the build of common use system from now on.

  • The e-commerce market faces significant credit risks due to the complexity of the industry and information asymmetries. Therefore, credit risk has started to stymie the growth of e-commerce. However, there is no reliable system for evaluating the creditworthiness of e-commerce companies. Therefore, this paper constructs a credit risk evaluation index system that comprehensively considers the online and offline behavior of online retail enterprises, including 15 indicators that reflect online credit risk and 15 indicators that reflect offline credit risk. This paper establishes an integration method based on a fuzzy integral support vector machine, which takes the factor analysis results of the credit risk evaluation index system of online retail enterprises as the input and the credit risk evaluation results of online retail enterprises as the output. The classification results of each sub-classifier and the importance of each sub-classifier decision to the final decision have been taken into account in this method. Select the sample data of 1500 online retail loan customers from a bank to test the model. The empirical results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms a single SVM and traditional SVMs aggregation technique via majority voting in terms of classification accuracy, which provides a basis for banks to establish a reliable evaluation system.

  • Since the emergence of Internet service, the revenue from e-commerce has been exponentially growing. Especially, the consumption by men in online retailers is distinctively different from that in traditional bricks-and-mortar retailers. Facing these interesting phenomena, researchers as well as businesses have begun to pay attention to e-commerce and online consumers. However, research on consumer behaviors in the online channel has not made a careful investigation into gender behavioral differences in the online channel. Therefore, we provide a profound understanding of gender differences in online shopping behavior compared to those in offline shopping behaviors. Through our findings from this research, we draw researchers' attention to consumer behavior in the online channel, gender differences in online shopping. Also, we suggest practical implications to online marketers using data collected from one of the major online retailers.

  • China is the largest e-commerce market in the world. The Chinese online retail market is almost 40% larger than the US, and together these markets account for more than 55% of worldwide e-commerce. The Korea China FTA is likely to facilitate e-commerce activity between the two countries, as well as trade in the goods and services that enable e-commerce. Korean consumer goods can enjoy the benefits of the FTA because it has a competitive advantage in the Chinese market in terms of technology and quality. The purpose of this study is to examine legal issues of e-commerce chapters of the Korea China FTA and policy implications. Results of the study show that several implications based on the export vitalization of cross-border e-commerce of Korean products are offered. The Korean government needs to do the following: prepare for the subsequent negotiation of the e-commerce agreement, prepare for the classification issue of electronic transmissions, require mutual recognition of electronic authentication and electronic signatures, prepare for e-commerce dispute settlement mechanism and establish of strategies for the export vitalization of e-commerce.

  • Past studies in e-commerce loyalty were mostly focused on the effects of customer satisfaction and trust on loyalty toward online vendors. Few studies investigated the impacts of switching barriers, whilst they are widely proven to affect customer loyalty in offline commerce. Even in a handful of studies that did deal with switching barriers, their treatment of the subject remained at best superficial. This may have to do with the fact that switching costs in e-commerce could be comparatively negligible, as switching to another online vendor often involves one simple mouse click. In this study, we investigated the impact of switching barriers on loyalty under the e-commerce context. Furthermore, the extent of switching barriers which could be affected by those positive factors (most constructs were adopted from IDT) was also examined. The statistical testing results revealed that combined model which includes both the positive factors and the switching barriers explains the loyalty formation process more strongly ($R^2$ = 0.543) than each separated models ($R^2$ = 0.468 for positive factor only model, and $R^2$ = 0.365 for switching barrier only model). While only the two switching barriers such as convenience and emotional were shown to be statistically significant, we found that trust strongly influences customer's emotional barrier, let alone direct impact on loyalty, which thereby influences loyalty. The results offer insights for better understanding switching barriers in e-commerce related applications.

At the same time, e-satisfaction also affected e-loyalty significantly as referred in previous studies. However, application attractiveness, while showed positive effect on e-satisfaction, in contrary with previous study does not showed very significant effect. Conclusion: Application functionality significantly influences users satisfaction compared to application attractiveness. E-satisfaction mediates as a factor between visual design, information access, and transaction in online shopping mobile application, which stimulates user loyalty. The study findings' can be a reference for companies to create and maintain users' satisfaction and loyalty via different aspects of mobile application. Further research should be conducted on other field of study as the industry has different aspects that affects user loyalty.
