디지털도서관을 단순한 정보유통 구조의 한 부분으로 정의하지 않고 디지털도서관 그 자체를 자원의 생산, 유통 그리고 재생산을 위한 무형의 가치창출 행위로 인식하였으며 디지털자원의 속성을 해석함으로써 디지털도서관을 설계하였다. 즉, DRM(Digital Resources Management)의 가치를 디지털도서관으로 보았으며 그것을 전통적 도서관의 진화로 인식하였다. 이미 대학도서관들의 오픈액세스 자원생산이 이루어지고 있으며 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 도서관 디지털장서 관리와 공유가 가능함을 보여줌으로써 출판이 가미된 디지털도서관의 가능성을 보여주었다.

국립중앙도서관에서 인쇄 출판물을 대상으로 운영 중인 납본체계와는 달리 웹 아카이빙인 OASIS (Online Archiving & Searching Internet Sources)는 웹 사이트, 웹 자원 등의 온라인 디지털 자원을 대상으로 자원 수집, 관리 및 보존하기 위한 과정이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 아카이빙을 위한 디지털 자원 납본 프로세스를 개발하기 위해 디지털 자원 납본 주체와 대상을 정의하였고, 납본프로세스를 위한 단계별 정의와 기능을 명시하였다. 또한 디지털 납본 시스템 구성을 위한 업무 흐름도와 단위 업무에 따른 기능 정의와 정보 흐름을 위한 구조를 제시하였다.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemics, Romanian schools functioned online since March 2020, with more or less all school activities being implemented online, using the digital resources and technology. Although none of the key factors involved in education (teachers, pupils, parents) were prepared (emotionally, technically, economically etc.), online education was imposed ad a necessity to continue the teaching-learning-evaluation process, and teachers at all school levels were forced to rapidly adapt to online schooling. In this paper, we aim to investigate the perception of all three educational actors (pupils, parents and teachers) regarding the efficacy of online teaching and learning, based on a survey with 7701 respondents. Research data is relevant for online schooling in Romania between March 2020 and March 2021.

가톨릭교회가 소장하고 있는 기록정보는 종교적으로도 중요한 기록물이지만 역사적 문화적 가치를 가지고 있는 중요한 기록정보이다. 그러나 대부분 보존에 초점이 맞추어져 기록물 활용은 활성화되어 있지 못하고 특히 인터넷 환경에서 접근이 용이하게 제공되고 있지 못하다. 이 연구는 이러한 현황을 반영하여 가톨릭 분야에서 운영되고 있는 온라인 서비스 현황을 조사하였고 구조와 디자인, 콘텐츠, 인터페이스 영역으로 서비스 수준을 분석하였다. 분석결과 가톨릭기록정보는 3가지 유형으로 서비스되고 있는 것으로 조사되었으며 온라인으로 활발하게 서비스되고 있지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 수준에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 부족이 가장 큰 문제점으로 분석되어 이 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 단계별로 콘텐츠를 개발하여 가톨릭기록정보의 온라인 서비스를 활성화하는 방안을 제언하였다.

This study aims to investigate the influence of online entrepreneurship education on first-time entrepreneurs in western China. The research employed an online self-management survey method to collect data from participants involved in online entrepreneurship education and first-time entrepreneurs. The data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical software. The research findings indicate that online entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. There is a positive correlation between online entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial execution capability. Entrepreneurial intention effectively promotes entrepreneurial execution capability, which is critical for successful entrepreneurship. Online entrepreneurship education also emphasizes the development of innovative abilities and thinking patterns, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of entrepreneurs. Additionally, entrepreneurial support plays a direct positive role in entrepreneurial success by providing resources, guidance, knowledge sharing, and confidence, thereby increasing the likelihood of success.

급변하는 자연언어를 기계가 이해할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 다양한 언어지식자원(linguistic knowledge resources)의 구축이 필수적으로 수반된다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 콘텐츠의 특성을 활용해 언어지식자원을 자동으로 구축함으로써 지속적으로 확장 가능한 방법을 고안하고자 한다. 특히 언어분석 과정에서 가장 활용도가 높은 개체명(NE: Named Entity) 사전을 자동으로 구축, 확장하는데 주안점을 둔다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 개체명 사전 구축대상문서로 위키피디아(Wikipedia)를 선정, 그 특성을 파악하기 위해 다양한 통계 분석을 수행하였다. 이에 기반하여 위키피디아 콘텐츠가 갖는 구문적 특성과 구조 정보 등의 메타데이터를 활용하여 개체명 사전을 구축, 확장하는 방법을 제안한다.

Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

지식기반사회와 디지털환경의 도래로 도서관 특히 국가도서관이 변화하고 있으며, 도서관의 핵심인 장서개발에 대한 새로운 개념, 과정 및 도구가 변화하고 있다. 이 논문의 목적은 국가도서관에서 지속가능한 자원의 수집과 보존을 보장하기 위해 하이브리드 자원 개발의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 이 논문은 국가도서관과 장서개발의 변화를 살펴보고, 표준에서 제시된 성과지표, 정의, 목적 및 사명을 통한 국가도서관의 포지셔닝에 의거하여 국가 장서의 범위를 고찰하였다. 또한 도서관 관련법을 통해 디지털자원의 납본방법을 제시하고, 국가도서관에서 하이브리드 장서개발체계와 함께 온라인 디지털 자원의 아카이빙 방법을 고찰하였다.

이 연구는 웹보메트릭스를 활용한 지역관광자원 발굴 및 뉴스 네트워크를 대구 수성구를 중심으로 분석한 연구이다. 데이터는 Bing, Naver 등 웹 데이터를 사용했으며, 네트워크 분석과 댓글 분석을 하였다. 연구문제는 총 세가지로 첫째, 대구 내부에서 수성구의 검색엔진 최적화 수준은 어떠한가? 둘째, 수성구 관광자원의 온라인 출현도는 어떠한가? 셋째, 높은 온라인 출현도를 보이는 관광자원의 뉴스 기사와 댓글은 어떤 내용이 주를 이루는가?이며 그 결과를 보면 첫째, 수성구는 검색엔진 최적화 수준이 대구 내부에서 하위권에 속하며 이는 수성구 관광을 언급한 자료들의 온라인 가시성이 미약한 수준임을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 수성구에서 온라인 출현도가 높은 관광자원들은 대부분 수성못 중심이다. 셋째, 수성못 언론 보도의 내용과 댓글을 살펴본 결과 수성못 교통문제와 열대야가 최대 관심사로 나타나, 관광기반시설에 대한 접근성 개선과 관광자원 개발이 요구된다. 이러한 분석결과는 수성구 관광자원 관련 정책의 개발 및 서비스 운영에 기여 할 수 있고 지역 경제에 대한 해답이 될 것이다.
