감속도 신호에 의한 속도-제동력 고찰 (A Study on Velocity-Brake Force Resulted from Deceleration Signal)

  • Brake action is important in train operation. In case of diesel motor cas, coachs and wagon, the brake system is only act on the stop of train, but it is emphasis on safety and convenience in urban transit system such as EMU, subwar, AGT, etc. Brake of EMU has two types. one is called service brake that is used at normal operation. The other is called emergency brake. it is used at emergency operation. Service brake bring a EMU to a halt through a blending brake that form electronic brake and frictional brake. Generally EMU compose motor car and trailer car. Blending brake bring a EMU to a halt through a blending brake that form electronic brake of motor car and frictional brake of trailer car. Blending braking technology have different characteristics each nations or manufacturing companies. but deceleration command that is parameter decide blending brake. According to deceleration command, electronic brake and frictional brake are applied differently So braking power is different. electronic brake and frictional brake must be used appropriately as deceleration command. Also braking facilities must be stopped EMU more economically and safely through revision of algorism about blending brake according to output diagram. Thus The purpose of paper is to propose blending braking control way as consideration of braking output diagram used deceleration command that influence blending brake of EMU.

하프 브릿지 푸쉬 풀 DC/DC 컨버트를 이용한 전자석 전원 개발 (Development of Magnet Power Supply using Half Bridge Push Pull DC/DC Converter)

  • It is always necessary to high performance power supplies for the magnet system in the accelerator, especially when the number of power supplies are large. When have developed the compact power supply using switching technology instead of SCR phase control. We adopt the pulse width modulation(PWM) method with a half bridge DC/DC converter. In this way, we can make a compact system with light weight and small volume. Actual system we developed is 1.2kW, 35V/35A bipolar DC power supply current precision of +/-0.02%. It is possible to mount 10 unit in a conventional 19 rack. The built in controller has an RS422 protocol to drive 10 unit by one serial port up to 1.2km distance. If we adopt RS485 protocol, one serial port can control 32 power supplies. In this paper, we will report the design and performance of the prototype power supply.

수학적 모델링 적용을 위한 문제상황 개발 및 적용 (A Study on Development of Problem Contexts for an Application to Mathematical Modeling)

  • Mathematical modeling has been observed in the way of a possibility to contribute in improving students' problem solving abilities. One of the important views of real life problem context could be described such as a useful ways to interpret the real life leading to children's abstraction process. The problem contexts for the grade 6 with mathematical modeling perspectives were developed by reviewing the current 7th National Mathematics Curriculum of Korea. Those include the 5 content areas such as number & operation, geometry, measurement, probability & statistics, and pattern & problem solving. One of problem contexts, "Space", specially designed for pattern & problem solving area, was applied to the grade 6 students and analyzed in detail to understand student's mathematical modeling progress.

On Nomadic Charisma

  • The article closely considers an important aspect of the operation of nomadic charisma that has not yet been sufficiently addressed by historians. To do so, it examines the dynamics of nomadic power relations and the nomads' ensuing sense of properly balanced relations of power that found its manifestation when their rulers were required to share power in an effective way, one that would satisfy all parties involved. This was translated into the requirement to comply with established norms of social reciprocity toward one's kinsfolk that became crystallized into certain patterns of behavior. I argue that adherence to these patterns constituted the essential attributes of the nomads' psychological and cultural expectations that shaped their perception of a charismatic style of ruling.

미시교통시뮬레이션모형을 이용한 공용 좌회전 차로의 중첩현시운영의 이동성과 안전성 평가 연구 (Evaluation of Mobility and Safety of Operating an Overlap Phase on a Shared-Left-Turn Lane Using a Microscopic Traffic Simulation Model)

  • 정부는 교통운영체계 선진화를 위하여 지속적인 교통시설 및 운영방식 개량, 그리고 교육 및 단속 등을 실시하여 왔다. 그러한 많은 노력에도 불구하고 우리나라 교통신호와 도로운영체계가 불합리하다는 지적이 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다. 이러한 원인 중에 하나는 정부가 제시한 대안들에 대하여 체계적이고 과학적인 사전 평가가 부족하였기 때문이다. 또한, 다양한 교통운영체계 대안에 대한 이동성 및 안전성을 종합적으로 분석할 수 있는 도구가 부족하였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 종합적인 평가 도구로써 미시교통분석모형의 체계적인 활용을 제안하며, 분석사례로 공용 좌회전 차로에 중첩현시가 적용 중인 대상교차로는 다양한 시나리오 하에서 안전성과 이동성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 공용 좌회전 차로에서 중첩현시의 적용은 이동성은 큰 차이가 없으나 안전성 측면에서 불리한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 및 직진교통량 증가를 가정한 민감도 분석에서는 중첩현시가 가장 좋은 이동성을 보이나 안전성 측면에서 크게 나빠지는 것을 계량적으로 증명하였다.

Two-Way Coupled Fluid Structure Interaction Simulation of a Propeller Turbine

  • During the operation of a hydro turbine the fluid mechanical pressure loading on the turbine blades provides the driving torque on the turbine shaft. This fluid loading results in a structural load on the component which in turn causes the turbine blade to deflect. Classically, these mechanical stresses and deflections are calculated by means of finite element analysis (FEA) which applies the pressure distribution on the blade surface calculated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) as a major boundary condition. Such an approach can be seen as a one-way coupled simulation of the fluid structure interaction (FSI) problem. In this analysis the reverse influence of the deformation on the fluid is generally neglected. Especially in axial machines the blade deformation can result in a significant impact on the turbine performance. The present paper analyzes this influence by means of fully two-way coupled FSI simulations of a propeller turbine utilizing two different approaches. The configuration has been simulated by coupling the two commercial solvers ANSYS CFX for the fluid mechanical simulation with ANSYS Classic for the structure mechanical simulation. A detailed comparison of the results for various blade stiffness by means of changing Young's Modulus are presented. The influence of the blade deformation on the runner discharge and performance will be discussed and shows for the configuration investigated no significant influence under normal structural conditions. This study also highlights that a two-way coupled fluid structure interaction simulation of a real engineering configuration is still a challenging task for today's commercially available simulation tools.

행정실무사 제도의 효율적인 운영을 위한 개선 방안 탐구 (Exploring Ways to Improve Operation on the System of Administrative Executive Staffs)

  • 본 연구는 행정실무사 제도 운영 실태에 대한 교원들과 행정실무사들의 인식을 분석함으로써 효율적인 운영방안을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도내 초 중등학교 교원들과 행정실무사들을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교원들과 행정실무사들은 제도 도입의 필요성을 공감하고 있었으며, 교원업무경감 효과에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 하고 있었다. 운영 실태에 대해서는 업무분담은 '일방적', '자발적', '협의'의 방식으로, 업무성격은 '교원지원'과 '잡무'로 구분하고 있었으며, 업무분장에 대한 행정실무사들의 불만과 구성원들 간 갈등이 나타나고 있었다. 제도 시행의 성과로는 교원역량 강화, 행정실무사들의 정체성 확립, 수업 중심으로의 학교문화변화가, 문제로는 업무분담 기준의 모호성, 업무분담 시스템 부재, 구성원들의 역량 부족, 구성원들 간 소통 부재, 형식적 연수로 나타났다. 개선방안에 대한 결론으로 교사전문성 향상을 위한 학교문화로 변화, 교장 리더십의 중요성, 학교현장의 실상을 반영한 업무분장 마련, 행정실무사들에 대한 동료의식 강화, 역량강화를 위한 맞춤식 연수 제공의 필요성을 제시하였다.

목질 열분해유를 사용하는 디젤엔진의 성능 및 배기특성에 관한 연구 (Performance and Emission Characteristics of a Diesel Engine Operated with Wood Pyrolysis Oil)

  • The vast stores of biomass available in the worldwide have the potential to displace significant amounts of fuels that are currently derived from petroleum sources. Fast pyrolysis of biomass is one of possible paths by which we can convert biomass to higher value products. The wood pyrolysis oil (WPO), also known as the bio crude oil (BCO), have been regarded as an alternative fuel for petroleum fuels to be used in diesel engine. However, the use of BCO in a diesel engine requires modifications due to low energy density, high water contents, low acidity, and high viscosity of the BCO. One of the easiest way to adopt BCO to diesel engine without modifications is emulsification of BCO with diesel and bio diesel. In this study, a diesel engine operated with diesel, bio diesel (BD), BCO/diesel, BCO/bio diesel emulsions was experimentally investigated. Performance and gaseous & particle emission characteristics of a diesel engine fuelled by BCO emulsions were examined. Results showed that stable engine operation was possible with emulsions and engine output power was comparable to diesel and bio diesel operation. However, in case of BCO/diesel emulsion operation, THC & CO emissions were increased due to the increased ignition delay and poor spray atomization and NOx & Soot were decreased due to the water and oxygen in the fuel. Long term validation of adopting BCO in diesel engine is still needed because the oil is acid, with consequent problems of corrosion and clogging especially in the injection system.

바이모달트램 통합운영관리시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (The Study on Operation Control & Management System of Bimodal Tram)

  • Since 2003, state transportation study core technology development is being promoted as part of the bimodal trams operating in accordance with the development of refractive vehicle as research infrastructure for building high-tech road transport system has been the research and development. Bimodal trams of refraction as the vehicle for him to introduce domestic first ever operation management system also developed in Korea according to case-based technology system, but most of the country, and, in this study, mainly those based on technology integration building management system and the bimodal trams of refraction of a vehicle operated was to highlight the features and benefits. Bimodal tram station itself is the way the exclusive properties and to operate the route with large transport capacity has the characteristics of the railway, but the only routes such as railroad lines is not of closed roads under certain circumstances, the flexibility to use has to be integrated operations management system of bimodal trams characteristics of the railroads and public transportation by combining the characteristics of a flexible, convenient and secure services to users with the aim of providing research and will denote the system developed. In this study, bimodal integration system required for the operation of the tram station around the wired and wireless network management center, applying the organic integration into one system so that you have to be centrally managed. In addition, the existing traffic management system operates as a unidirectional rather than monitoring all system-wide management via the interactive network through real-time requests and responses were configured to allow management and control. These findings of the existing traffic operation management system that you can jump step can be based on future unmanned vehicles and related systems through control of the operation management system will be offered as a basis.

중앙버스전용차로제 실시에 따른 신호운영 방안 연구 (Development of Traffic Signal Operation Strategies On Median Bus Lane)

  • 중앙버스전용차로제가 도입됨에 따라 서울의 도로환경은 단기간에 급격하게 변하였으며, 이러한 급격한 변화에 미리 준비되지 못하였던 신호운영상의 문제점들이 경험되고 있다. 장 임계적인 문제점으로 중앙버스전용차로 설치구간 신호교차로에서 일반차량 좌회전 진행을 허용할 경우, 현재 우리나라가 규정하고 있는 차량 4색신호등의 한계로 인한 신호의 비효율적 운영이다. 중앙버스전용차로 설치구간 신호교차로에서 일반차량 좌회전의 현실적 운영방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구는 중앙차로전용신호의 도입을 준비하기 위하여 교통관제센터의 신호운영모드별 선행좌회전 및 후행좌회전 운영방안을 검토하고, 각 운영방안 별 Signal Map 구성방안을 점검한다. Signal Map 작성방안을 검토한 결과 기존의 신호제어 장비에 추가의 신호등기신호보드를 활용하는 방법으로 제안된 방법의 현장 적용이 용이한 것으로 확인되었다.
