This paper proposed a framework for handover method in continuously tracking a person of interest across cooperative pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras. The algorithm here is based on a robust non-parametric technique for climbing density gradients to find the peak of probability distributions called the mean shift algorithm. Most tracking algorithms use only one cue (such as color). The color features are not always discriminative enough for target localization because illumination or viewpoints tend to change. Moreover the background may be of a color similar to that of the target. In our proposed system, the continuous person tracking across cooperative PTZ cameras by mean shift tracking that using color and shape histogram to be feature distributions. Color and shape distributions of interested person are used to register the target person across cameras. For the first camera, we select interested person for tracking using skin color, cloth color and boundary of body. To handover tracking process between two cameras, the second camera receives color and shape cues of a target person from the first camera and using linear color calibration to help with handover process. Our experimental results demonstrate color and shape feature in mean shift algorithm is capable for continuously and accurately track the target person across cameras.
This paper proposes three schemes of one-hand control that can be used in the First-Person Viewpoint mobile games and evaluates them. Displaying virtual controllers on the screen, the existing mobile games use schema that allows users use both hands. In the First-Person Viewpoint mobile games, however, one-hand control is possible because smaller number of functions for viewpoint movement is required. This research proposes three one-hand control schemes for First-Person Viewpoint movement and rotation, and evaluates them using AHP. The experiment results prove that one-hand control schemes are more useful than both-hands control schemes for the mobile game users.

According to development of media, various information is recorded in media, expression is one during interesting information. Because expression includes of relationship of human inside. Intention of inside is expressed by gesture, but expression has more information. And, expression can manufacture voluntarily, include plan of inside on the man. Also, expression has unique character in a person, have alliance that do division possibility. In this paper, to analyze expression of USB camera animation, wish to detect facial building block. Because characteristic point by person's expression change exists on face component. For component detection, in animation one frame with Capture, grasp facial position, and separate face area, and detect characteristic points of face component.

This study developed a program that can produce videos easily and conveniently, focusing on teenage media producers. Through user research, we identified the needs and problems of teenage producers, and implemented a character customization function desired by users and an emotion and action recommendation system using GPT. In the rendering process, the final image was created by combining audio and video using OpenCV and FFmpeg. Teenage users who do not have expertise in video production can customize web drama characters through a simple interface and receive recommendations for emotions and actions with the help of GPT. The program of this study is expected to be a tool that can help teenage users who do not have expertise in editing and directing to produce high-quality videos, lower the entry barrier to video production, and contribute to the development of the one-person media industry. do. In the future, we plan to provide a video production environment considering mobile or vertical resolution versions.

We propose to designs and to implements a robot analyzing the risk of occurrence of mental disorder of single-person households' workers through the facial expression-detecting system. Due to complex social factors, the number and proportion of single-person households continues to increase. In addition, contrast to the household of many family members, the prevalence of mental disorder among single-person household varies greatly. Since most patients with mental can not detect the disease on their own, counseling and treatment with doctors are often ignored. In this study, we design and implement a robot analyzing the risk of mental disorder of single-person households workers by constructing a system with Q.bo One, a social robot created by Thecorpora. Q.bo One is consisted of Arduino, ar raspberry pie, and other sensors designed to detect and respond to sensors in the direction users want to implement. Based on the DSM-5 provided by the American Psychiatric Association, the risk of mental disorder occurrence was specified based on mental disorder. Q.bo One analyzed the facial expressions of the subjects for a week or two to evaluate depressive disorder, anxiety disorder. If the mental disorder occurrence risk is high, Q.bo One is designd to inform the subject to counsel and have medical treatment with a specialist.
New media is rapidly changing with the recent development of the technology of transmitting, producing, editing, and sharing video information. This study investigates the effects of one person media broadcasting use motivation and social viewing on consumer attitudes toward brand, brand engagement, and purchase intention. It was fond that motives such as differentiation, social interaction with other viewers, mutual interaction with BJ, information-seeking, and new fun-seeking positively affected brand attitudes. Also, the same motives except fun-seeking positively affected brand engagement. Only mutual interaction with BJ and information-seeking were found to be positively related to purchase intention. Meanwhile, para-social relationships, social presence, and subjective norm positively influenced on brand attitudes and purchase intention each. Also, para-social relationships and social presence were positively related to brand engagement. Theoretical and practical implications, and suggestions for future studies are discussed in detail.
These days, one of the most influential media content on children is 'Carrie and toys'. This content have caused the children to imitate play. There were several features in this play. First, children who play 'Carrie' pursue pleasure voluntarily and positively. But it took a thorough preparation to get that pleasure. Second, the motivation for play was ambiguous. It is a play that follows the person who plays. In the scene of enjoying the play, the inner motivation is obvious, but in the play which follows the play person, it showed the expectation of the external factor, the other person's attention. Third, this play has high regularity and low degree of freedom. The children proceeded to play in a typical sequence and dialogue. Parts that can be freely freed are often scaled down and finished in a formalized form. Fourth, 'Carrie play' built a solid play world. The worlds of play have been established and participants have a new name. But there is no diffusibility.
The purpose of the study was to further investigate the direction for one-person experience design based on visual shift due to the isolation one has experienced after the COVID-19 and the factors regarding it. The study involves eight female participants who are in their twenties via digital platform. The participants were instructed to choose digital image similar to COVID-19 and to write down facts based upon the image and the researcher will look into the result microscopically. The researchers found that the isolation factors include decreased face-to-face communication, reliance on social media, heavy usage of OTT platform, limited outdoor occasion and activity, limitation of untact technology and education program, fear over the pandemic and so on. The study has shown that the one-person experience design should be heading in a direction where it adopts space design that can crossover online and offline world, digital complex design to embody realness as well as the communication design to regain the relationships with others.
To satisfy the needs of high-level intelligent surveillance system, it shall be able to extract objects and classify to identify precise information on the object. The representative method to identify one's identity is face recognition that is caused a change in the recognition rate according to environmental factors such as illumination, background and angle of camera. In this paper, we analyze the robust face recognition of face image by changing the distance through a variety of experiments. The experiment was conducted by real face images of 1m to 5m. The method of face recognition based on Linear Discriminant Analysis show the best performance in average 75.4% when a large number of face images per one person is used for training. However, face recognition based on Convolution Neural Network show the best performance in average 69.8% when the number of face images per one person is less than five. In addition, rate of low resolution face recognition decrease rapidly when the size of the face image is smaller than $15{\times}15$.
The focus of the study is to propose a long-term teaching and learning direction of one-person creative enterprise by college students in the field of the industry of Applied Music Contents. Critical review on literature and theories related to the recent trends of Applied Music industry and entrepreneurship education was conducted. The study introduced a macro level of four educational principles of Applied Music studies at a college such as: integrating Applied Music education with a viewpoint of humanities, fostering creative entrepreneur spirits of students in the field of Applied Music, applying new social media and technologies into teaching knowledge and skills of Applied Music, and finally developing students' authentic music expertise under cognitive apprenticeship(by a relationship of mentor-mentee) of Applied Music.
