부산 해안지역 친수공간벨트계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Planning of Waterfront Belt in Busan Coastal Area)

  • 본 연구는 부산 해안지역에서 친수공간벨트를 계획하기 위해 친수공간벨트 및 이에 관련된 친수공간클러스터의 개념을 제시하고 개별 친수공간들을 워터프런트 그린웨이를 통해 체계적으로 연결시켜 친수공간벨트를 계획하는 방안을 제시하며 부산 해운대구 해안지역을 대상으로 구체적인 적용사례를 제시한다.

부추 수확기 개발을 위한 예취 및 이송특성 구명 (Cutting and Conveying Characteristics for Development of Chinese Leek Harvester)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the main factors that contain a rotating velocity ratio between wheel and conveyor belt, a tilt angle of conveyor belt and a rotating velocity of a dick cutter for mechanization of Chinese leek harvest. In the survey on the cultivation of Chinese leek, row spacing of 350 m and cutting height of 10 mm from the ground were set up for field tests. Test equipment was designed to cut, pick up and convey Chinese leek one row by one row. From the results of material tests, pick-up height of conveyor belt was set up at $60\~90m$ from the bottom, and the strain and stress at rupture of Chinese leek was 0.487 m/m and 0.01078 MPa. An elastic coefficient of the rubber (Neoprene) of conveyor belts was 1.1077 under the strain of 0.3 nym. from the results of field tests, the tilt angle of conveyor belt was the range of $25^{\circ}\~30^{\circ}$ under consideration far space of container, the velocity ratio between vehicle and conveying belt was 1 to 2.4~1.7 at 0.1~0.3 m/s of vehicle, and optimum rotating velocity of the disk cutter was 34.8 m/s or more under consideration for soil friction.

일대일로 참여국가에 대한 중국의 무역 의존성 분석과 시사점 (Analysis of China's trade dependency on the countries participating in the Belt and Road initiative)

  • 본 연구는 중국과 일대일로 사업에 참여하고 있는 국가들의 상호간 무역 의존성을 분석하여 특징과 시사점을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법으로는 국제통화기금(IMF)과 중국 국가통계국(NBS)에서 각각 200여 국가에 대한 수출입 및 GDP자료를 수집하고 90년대부터 2015년까지 추이를 살폈으며, 무역의존도에서 단방향이 아닌 양방향의 상호 의존성을 분석했다. 개별 국가 GDP에서 중국 무역의존도가 15%이상으로 매우 높은 국가들이 34개국 이상이며, 중국대외 무역에서 미국 및 일본에 대한 수출입 비중이 낮아지고, 중동, 남아프리카, 남미, 동남아시아 등 지역에 대한 비중이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 중국은 일대일로에 참여하는 국가그룹에 대해서 90년대부터 현재까지 약 60% 내외의 수출입비중과 2~30%수준의 무역의존도를 보이고 있다. 일대일로 사업이 본격화되고 있는 시점에서 본 연구는 일대일로 사업 환경 및 중국을 둘러싼 국가들의 무역 관계에 대한 이해, 대응방안 수립 등의 관점에서 의의를 가질 것이며, 일대일로 사업이 진행됨에 따라 주요 국가와 중국의 상호 간 무역 의존성은 더욱 심화될 것으로 예상된다.

중국 기업의 일대일로 국가에 대한 해외직접투자 패턴 변화에 관한 실증연구 (Empirical Analysis of the Changes in the Patterns of Chinese Firms' Outward Foreign Direct Investment in the Belt and Road Initiative Countries)

  • In recent years, the outward foreign direct investment (oFDI) in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) by Chinese companies has significantly increased in size and changed in content. However, changes in the oFDI patterns between the pre- and post-BRI periods have not received sufficient attention from academia despite their theoretical and strategic significance. This paper reviewed existing research to establish seven hypotheses on changes in the oFDI patterns of Chinese companies investing in BRI countries and conducted empirical analyses to test the hypotheses using secondary data. The results showed that after the BRI agreement, Chinese oFDI in BRI countries was more active in less economically and less institutionally developed countries, that the oFDI by privately-owned enterprises (POEs) increased more than that of state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and that SOEs were more active in the social overhead capital (SOC) area while POEs were more active in the non-SOC area. The paper concludes with a summary, implications, and future research directions.

벨트 구동 시스템에서의 실시간 반복제어 응용 (Application to Real Time Repetitive Control in Belt Drive Systems)

  • It is the purpose of this paper to make a preliminary study on the use of repetitive control to improve velocity accuracy by eliminating repetitive disturbances caused by machining inaccuracies of the axis of rotation location. If the control system can be intelligent enough to compensate for such machining errors, then one may be able to improve the accuracy of the velocity control, or alternatively, one may maintain the same accuracy and relax the machining tolerances required. This could decrease cost significantly. Experiments are performed testing repetitive control methods on a constant speed rolling operation testbed. The experimental results show very substantial decreases in the tracking error of the system. Spectral data of the output motion are given to demonstrate the attenuation of the disturbance frequencies and harmonics, related to the bandwidth being used. It is seen that the simplest form of repetitive control which is very easily implemented, can produce striking improvement in control system performance in such belt drive rolling operations, and the learning can be accomplished in a short time.

박피 마늘의 품위판정 기술개발에 관한 기초연구(I) -영상식 마늘 선별기용 반전장치 개발- (Basic Study on Quality Evaluation Technique for Peeled Garlics(I) -Rotation sytem for vision-based garlic sorter-)

  • Many workers in the garlic peeling factory are separating the sound peeled garlics from the unpeeled and defective ones in a manual way. In order to reduce the seasonal labor requirement and operating cost, the mechanized garlic sorting system such as the vision-based garlic sorter should be developed. This study was conducted as one of basic studies on developing quality evaluation technique for peeled garlics, especially to developed the system for acquiring the whole surface images of garlics with a CCD camera. The following results were obtained from this study. 1. The belt-type garlic rotation system was devised to apply for the vision-based garlic sorter and was tested to decide the criteria of design and optimum conveying speed. 2. To evaluate the performance of the developed garlic rotation system, feeding rate and rotating rate were measured under the conditions of four experimental factors such as the inclined angle of rotating belt, the inclined angle of feeding belt, the height of plate arrays on feeding belt and the conveying speed of belts. And the capacity of the system according to mixture ratios of peeled garlics and unpeeled garlics was analyzed as a feasibility test. 3. For the inclined angle of rotating belt 20°and height of plate array on feeding belt 22㎜, the maximum rotating rate for garlic samples including unpeeled ones was 81.1% at the conveying speed of 4.2 garlic/sec. And under these condition, the maximum feeding rate was 85% at the inclined angle of feeding belt 6.5°. 4. The capacity of the developed garlic rotation system was almost constant regardless of mixture ratio of peeled garlics and unpeeled garlics and its range was 2.95∼3.92 garlic/sec. At the conveying speed of 4.2 garlic/sec, the capacity of the garlic rotation system was calculated ad 58∼64 kg/hr. 5. To improve performance of the garlic rotation system, it is recommended to develop a device to slide garlics into feeding belt.

조선 초·중기 출토 허리끈의 유형과 구조 - 여산 송씨 출토 허리끈을 중심으로 - (The Type and Structure of Men's Belt in Early-Middle of Chosun Era)

  • This was written based on the type and structure of korean man's waist belt in the early and middle era of the Chosun era. The waist belt was excavated from the Mokdaldong in the Daejeon city. The types of korean man's waist belt in the Chosun era were classified into Wondahae (i.e., round shape belt) and Gwangdahae. The Wondahae consist of two types which are circle shaped and straight types. The circle shaped wondahae contain one fringe in the main body of the belt and its joint part is decorated with a small network such as lacing decoration with the size about 1 cm around. The shape of the Wondahae has been changed from the circle shaped into the straight types and also has a tendency to be wider and longer as time went by. The standard form of the Gwangdahae is straight with about 2-3 cm width and elaborated by lacelike fringe as well. This also has a tendency to be wider starting from the 1600s show. The structure of this belts were divided into braid and ornament parts. The ornament part was constructed with the lacelike netting and fringe parts. The sophisticated craft techniques have a great decorative beauty. Through an analysis of FT-IR, the materials of those three belt are known which are made of the silk and the core thread was filled with cotton. Moreover, it can be confirmed that the glitter material of the ornament part were designed with gold foil and has been analyzed with SEM-EDX.

벨트형 손소독제 활용의 효과 평가: 임상간호사의 손소독 수행 정도와 만족도를 중심으로 (The Evaluation of Effectiveness of Belt-type Hand Sanitizers in Clinical Nurses: Focusing on the performance of hand disinfection and the satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사들의 벨트형 손소독제 활용에 대한 손소독 수행정도와 수행률, 손소독제 사용 만족도에 대한 효과를 파악하고자 수행된 연구이다. 연구수행을 위해 단일군 전후 유사실험 설계를 이용하였으며, 벨트형 손소독제 활용에 대한 효과평가는 손소독 수행 정도, 손소독 수행률, 손소독제 사용에 대한 만족도로 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구 대상자는 일 지역의 종합병원 병동의 임상간호사 50명을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 벨트형 손소독제 사용 후의 손소독 수행 정도, 손소독 수행률, 손소독제 사용 만족도가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 벨트형 손소독제는 손소독 수행정도와 손소독 수행률을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방법임을 확인하였다. 따라서 임상실무에서 벨트형 손소독제를 활용한다면, 손소독 수행 정도와 수행률 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

압력제어 방식 금속 벨트 CVT 변속비 제어 전략 (Control Strategy of Ratio Changing System for a Metal V-Belt CVT Adopting Primary Pressure Regulation)

  • In this paper, the control strategy of ratio changing system for a metal belt CVT adopting primary pressure regulation is developed, and the shirting performance of pressure regulating type CVT with the suggested control strategy is investigated. The control strategy suggested in this study is composed of 2 feedback loop, one is speed ratio feedback and the other is primary pressure feedback. The pressure feedback is adopted to ensure prohibiting a belt slip during transient period in a fast downshift mode. Simulation results show that the system with suggested control strategy gives appropriate response time and tracking Performance for upshift and also gives a proper primary pressure which can prohibit the belt slip. In addition, it is fecund that the given system has an acceptable servo property in tracking the target speed ratio and robustness for the disturbance of line pressure.

  • Orchard sprayers, wide area dusters and multipurpose control cars are flagship products of Hansung T&I Ltd. Spray pumps are one of the essential parts for these products. But conventional belt pulleys for spray pumps are heavy and expensive, and they bring down the quality as well as productivity of the end-products. Therefore, this study focuses on mold design for aluminum die casting belt pulley and mold manufacture.
