대학생 중심 산학협동 현장실습생의 중요도 인식과 만족도가 취업에 미치는 영향 - 호텔, 외식, 조리 전공자를 중심으로 - (A Study Influence of College students' Awareness Importance, Satisfaction of Industrial-educational Cooperation Program on Their Employment - Focusing on Hotel Management, Food-service, Culinary Arts Majors -)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학생중심의 산학협동 현장실습에 대한 인식과 실습 후 만족도와 이로 인한 취업의사를 실증적으로 연구하였다. 연구방법은 설문서 174부를 실증분석으로 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며 빈도분석, 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고 가설 검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석 및 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 현장실습 중요도가 현장실습 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, '연계성'의 요인인 학생들이 산학실습에 참여할 때는 학과내용, 전공 관련 직무, 어학능력, 그리고 향후 취업과 연계하여 실습에 만족도를 기여하는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 현장실습 중요도가 취업의사 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, '연계성'의 요인만이 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 졸업 후, 전공에 맞고 현장실습을 한 업체에 취업하려는 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현장실습 만족도가 취업의사 만족도에 미치는 영향관계 분석결과, 현장실습 만족도는 취업의사 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 현장실습을 통하여 업무능력과 기술이 향상되고 평가를 받게 되면서 향후 취업에 대해 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

우편원격훈련의 현업활용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Application of Postal Distance Training)

  • When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accomplishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.

The Effect of Perceived Value of Education Training for Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) Cooperatives on Job Performance

  • Purpose: This study empirically studied the effects of the perceived value of education and training on SME cooperative on job performance. Research design, data and methodology: From November 7 to 9, 2022, a survey was conducted targeting members and executives of SME cooperatives in their 20s and 60s across the country, and a total of 217 people were used for the final analysis. Verification of the research model was performed using SPSS & AMOS. Frequency analysis was conducted to examine the sample characteristics. Results: First, perceived value (functional value, service performance value, emotional value, convenience value) did not have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Second, perceived value (functional value, service performance value, emotional value, convenience value) were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational commitment was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. Fifth, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. Conclusions: These results suggest that the perceived value of SME cooperative education and training can affect organizational commitment and job performance through job satisfaction, so it is necessary to strengthen online education and training to meet the emotional response of training subjects along.

영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증적 연구 - 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절역할을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study of the Causal Relationship between Job Performance, Job Stress, and Turnover Intention of Salesperson)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 영업사원의 이직을 조장/억제하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 생명보험회사에 종사하고 있는 영업사원을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 구체적으로 직무성과와 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 직무갈등의 매개적 효과와 직무교육 및 전환손실의 조절적 역할에 대해 검증하는데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 실증분석 결과 직무성과가 높을수록 직무갈등이 감소하고, 직무스트레스가 증가할수록 직무갈등도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무갈등을 통해 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절적 역할을 분석한 결과 직무 교육을 많이 받은 영업사원이 적게 받은 영업사원에 비해 직무성과가 직무갈등에 미치는 부(-)적 효과가 더 강한 것으로 나타났지만, 직무스트레스가 직무갈등에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 직무교육이 조정적 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직무갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 전환손실이 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

치과위생사의 수행업무의 중요성·업무에 대한 교육훈련의 필요도와 만족도 조사연구 (Importance of Job Tasks, Job Training Requirement and Work Satisfaction felt by Dental Hygienists)

  • The study aimed to estimate the importance of job tasks, job training requirement and work satisfaction felt by dental hygienists to help dental hygienists work efficiently and effectively. A total of 142 dental hygienists working in dental hospitals located in J participated in the study. A SPSS 10.10 for Windows was used for statistical analysis. The statistical significance was defined as ${\alpha}$=.05. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. The mean score for the importance of job tasks was 4.09. The respondents considered dental clinic management and assistance to dentists the most important among their job descriptions showing the mean score of 4.44. The need for job training was 4.15 in average. The respondents wanted to have training on how to make a dental health insurance claim to receive payment other than any training with the mean score of 4.42. The work satisfaction of the respondents was 3.65 in average. The respondents were most satisfied with their work in dental assistance. 2. By the category of job tasks, the levels of importance of job tasks, job training requirement and work satisfaction were higher in plague removal with an ultrasonic scaler related to clinical oral prophylaxis, pit and fissure sealants related to preventive dental treatment and instruction in the correct usage of toothbrush related to public dental health education 3. In dealing with dental radiation machines, the radiation protection was considered the most important. While the training for periapical radiography was most needed, the respondents were satisfied with working in the same area. The levels of job importance, training requirement and work satisfaction were high in preventive dental care in the community performed in relation to the public dental health care. 4. In the dental health insurance claim category, the levels of importance of job task, training requirement and work satisfaction were higher in insurance claiming. The levels of job importance and training requirement were high in dental clinic management and assistance to dentists performed for preventive dental treatment. The work satisfaction was higher in maintaining medical chart records. The levels of job importance, training requirement and work satisfaction were higher in dental assistance in relation to dental protection. 5. There was significant relationship between the level of importance and work experience. Those with a longer period of work experience had higher levels of job importance in dental health insurance claim, dental clinic management and assistance to dentists and the overall task(pE0.05). 6. A significant relationship was observed between the need for job training in dental cleaning and preventive dental treatment and work experience. Those with more than 8 years of work experience demonstrated that job training is most needed(pE0.05). 7. The work satisfaction level was higher in the group with more than 8 years of work experience, compared with those in other work experience periods(pE0.05). 8. A positive correlation was seen between the level of importance and the need for job training among three variables.

경찰관의 교육훈련과 직무만족 및 직무성과의 관계 (Relationship between Education and Training, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance oamong Police Officers)

  • 이 연구는 경찰공무원의 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 직무성과의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2012년 경찰교육원 교육과정 중 경비관련 직무 5개 과정에 입교한 전국 경찰관을 모집단으로 선정하고, 유의표집법을 이용하여 총 300명의 표본을 추출하였으나, 최종 분석에 사용된 사례 수는 268명이다. 자료처리는 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중 회귀분석, 경로분석 등이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경찰관의 교육훈련은 직무만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 업무관련성, 교육과정의 직무교육에 대한 평가가 긍정적일수록 직무만족은 높으며, 교육동기가 강할수록 교육이수 후 직무만족 또한 높다. 둘째, 경찰관의 교육훈련은 직무성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 업무관련성, 교육동기, 교육과정의 직무교육에 대한 평가가 긍정적일수록 직무성과 또한 높다. 셋째, 경찰관의 직무만족은 직무성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 교육이수 후 직무만족이 높을수록 직무성과 또한 높다. 넷째, 경찰관의 교육훈련은 직무만족 및 직무성과에 직 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 내부 직무만족은 직무교육과 직무성과를 매개하는 중요한 변수이다.

패션제품 판매 훈련교육 프로그램을 위한 직무역량 연구 (Job competencies required for a sales training program in fashion shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine job competencies for sales training program development to maximize profits in fashion retailing. An empirical online survey was conducted from September to December 2019, and data was collected from 200 salespeople and store managers working in fashion stores. Results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the most important job competencies identified by fashion store managers were: sales sense know-how, customer service skills, and sales person's fashion style sense, product knowledge, fashion marketing and customer management. The job competency factors for sales training programs included empathy with the customer, product knowledge, communications and networking, basic job requirement, and sales skills. These five factors positively influenced the employment intentions and expectations of work performance of graduates. These factors also had a positive influence on the need of sales training program and intention to participate in retraining. Store managers in fashion retail thought the most appropriate period for on-the-job training was either 2-4 days or more than 1 week. The results of this study can be used as a base to develop training programs for job efficiency for salespeople in fashion retailing.

패밀리 레스토랑 근무자의 직무 만족과 직무 교육이 서비스 품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of the Job Satisfaction and Job Training of Family Restaurant Employees on Service Quality)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify how and job satisfaction and job training affect service quality and to offer strategic tools for enhancing competitiveness of the food service business industry. To fulfill this purpose, this study utilized a factor analysis, frequence test, a reliability analysis and a covariance structure analysis. The results of the analyses show that one dimension such as "job training" influenced service quality. This means that restaurants should put more focus on job training to improve service quality for customers.

근로자가 인식한 교육훈련 프로그램 특성이 조직유효성 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Educational Training Program Traits Perceived by Employee on Organizational Effectiveness and Job Performance)

  • Using data from 286 employees who were working in medium and small company in Busan, the study analyzed the influence of educational training program traits perceived by employee on organizational effectiveness and job performance. The main results were as the followings. First, for organizational effectiveness, job relation and objective setting among educational training program traits had statistically significant influence on job satisfaction and involvement in organization after controlling the employee's characteristics. Second, for job performance, after controling the employee's characteristics, job relation, educational method, educational training environment, and objective setting had statistically significant influence on active participation, the improvement of task performance ability and confidence, or professional knowledge improvement. Additionally, among the employee's characteristics, the number of educational training participation was statistically significant predictor for job performance. Based on the main results, some suggestions and the limitations of the study were discussed.

Conceptual Framework for the Relationships among Job-Training Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention in Foodservice Operations

  • The current study investigated the interrelationship among job-training satisfaction, job satisfaction, and turnover intention in foodservice operations. The findings suggested that the more satisfied employees were with their job training the more likely they were to be satisfied on their job. Furthermore, improving employees' job satisfaction led to lower turnover intention. However, job-training satisfaction by itself did not prove to have a negative relationship with turnover intention. Implications of the findings and future research are discussed.
