  • This study aimed to compare and analyze librarian teacher evaluation index from evaluation of teachers' competency development with the the topics of information utilization education. To this end, LDA topic modeling was conducted by collecting papers related to information utilization education published in four major journals in the field of literature and information from 1995 to May 2022. As a result of topic modeling, it can be seen that information utilization education (T10) was the most actively discussed at 12.0% of the 20 topics, followed by library utilization classes (T2) 10.4% and user service (T3) 8.8%.On the other hand, 3.3% of reading discussion (T7), 2.9% of reading education (T19), 2.1% of manpower management (T13), and 2.1% of librarian teacher job satisfaction (T17) showed the lowest distributions 3.3%, 2.9%, 2.1%, and 2.1%, respectively. In addition, although librarian teacher's class model development (T1) and curriculum development (T20) are essential processes for collaborative classes and information utilization education, they were not reflected in the current teacher competency development evaluation index. Therefore, this study proposed that 'instructional model and curriculum development' indicator should be added on 'training and support classes' factors in the Librarian Teacher Evaluation Index in Teachers' Competency Development Evaluation for further evaluation.

Contents creative human resource joint project being carried out by KOCCA is mainly to nurture and support contents experts by developing their creativity through tight training between mentors and mentees, creating job opportunities, building the support system for creative activities, and supporting commercialization during the project. Undergoing the process of recruitment and selection, the participants of this project are educated, trained and developed according to education programs provided by the hosting agency, and this project has a model to compensate for creative activities for a ceratin period of time. However, there has been a problem that it is difficult to constantly keep and manage webtoon talents who are cultivated by human resource management of less than one-year project. This study analyzed creative human resource joint project which is a human resource development model, using human recourse theory and suggested a strategic human resource model based on webtoon authors' human resource model development.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of insurance product cross selling performance. For the study, 11 insurance managers and 2 sales managers belonging to A insurance agency were selected and in-depth interviews were conducted. The analysis of the research data was done by the open coding method suggested by Strauss & Corbin(2001). As a result, 84 concepts, 28 subcategories and 10 categories were derived. The ten categories that were determinants of insurance product cross-selling performance were personal characteristics, consultation method, cross-selling ratio, sales culture, education, customer change, customer DB provision, satisfaction, business support system, and customer service. In order to verify the qualitative results, quantitative analysis was emplyed to the actual performance data of insurance planners belonging to A insurance agency during April 2016~March 2019. As a result of the analysis, the age, position, and the number of months worked in the insurance company had a statistically significant effect on the number of life insurance contracts in total insurance contracts and life insurance contracts in total insurance contracts. In addition, the age, position, and the number of months worked in the insurance company had a statistically significant negative impact on the number of non-life insurance contracts in the total number of insurance contracts and the total amount of insurance contracts in total insurance contracts. The result of this study can be an important basic data for the development of educational programs and job support systems for the training of insurance planners. Insurance companies should refer to ten categories derived from qualitative research in order to increase the performance of insurance planners and to promote long-term service. Especially, it is necessary to develop specialized education programs and job support systems so that cross sales that increase the proportion of life insurance sales increase.

Second, it is necessary to encourage installation and operation of video monitoring system. Third, sensor wiring should be separated. Fourth, the measures for false alarm depending on main system causes should be prepared. It is necessary to encourage the installation of 'arming disarming alarm sound' generator. In addition, the measures for false arm depending on the characteristics of sensor should be prepared and standardized. Fifth, system maintenance should be reinforced. Political assignments related with the measures for false alarm are as follows. First, it is necessary to reinforce education & training. Individual nurturing & education process should be run by electronic security company or the education focusing on the measure for false alarm should be performed in job training defined in "Security Industry Act". Second, it is necessary to establish and reinforce legal regulation and establish device. If police authority standardizes the documents related with false alarm, provides their forms and requires them for periodical reports or documents, it is expected that good measures for false alarm will be prepared on the basis of actual data in the future. Third, cooperation organization to discuss the measures for false alarm like 'Conference for False Alarm of Electronic Security' should be organized and operated. Fourth, interest and role of electronic security company and electronic security supervisor should be enlarged.

The materials gathered through the survey were analyzed with frequency, mean standard deviation, percentage. t-test, Anova, pearson's coefficient of correlation, stepwise multiple regression. factor analysis, discriminant analysis. The obtained results are summarized as follows: 1. The recognition values of the simple nursing activities of each group of registered nurse and nurse aides show; The degree of importance; 4.04 and 4.26 The degree of difficulties; 2.72 and 2.94 The ability of performance; 2.07 and 2.38 The brief summary shows there are little differences between who two groups the simple nursing activities turned out to be easy and simple work. 2. The results of analysis are as follows. First, in the second hierarchy level, effort to enter the labor market exhibited the highest relative importance. In the case of four-year college students, educational background had the highest relative importance. Second, in case of third hierarchy level factors relating to personal background, gender had the highest relative importance. As for educational background, the type of college had the highest relative importance. As to the effort to enter labor market, overseas working experience while in college and job searching channels had high relative importance, while vocational training experience had the lowest relative importance. Third, the analysis result of complex weighted value showed that the type of college had the highest complex weighted value. In future studies, the type of businesses and business conditions in the food service industry should be subdivided for an analysis of influential factors, and, based on this, customized career guidance should be made for specific career paths of each student.

  • Korea entered the aging society in 2000 and has been officially classified as an aged society as of 2019. As a result thereof, the number of aging seamen and the number of marine accidents of aging crews have consistently increased every year. The aging of drivers, in the relam of road traffic, is the same as those in the field of shipping. However, research and policy-making to solve these problems in the realm of road transportation are more active than in the shipping field. Therefore, this study is aimed at finding education methods for reducing traffic accidents by old aging drivers and determining the benchmark in terms of maritime education. In the area of domestic and foreign road traffic, traffic safety education for older aging drivers is implemented as a way to reduce the causes of human factors in traffic accidents. This study analyzed the current situation of the maritime education field and combined it with the solution in the field of road traffic. First, it is deemed necessary to implement professional license acquisition education. Second, job refresher training for the renewal of the license for aging seamen has to be implemented. Lastly, it is imperative to implement the age transition education for aging seamen. This study, however, is limited to determining the improvement plan for maritime education in relation to aging seamen. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate varying studies in the future.
