SNS 몰: 전자상거래에서 적용할 수 있는 SNS의 기능 분석 및 활용에 관한 연구 (SNS Mall: A Study on the Analysis of SNS(Social Networking Service) Functions Applicable to Electronic Commerce for Building Regular Relationship with Customers)

  • 소셜네트워킹서비스와 쇼핑몰을 결합하면 오프라인 거래에서처럼 단골 관계를 형성할 수 있다. 한번이라도 물품을 구매한 고객은 SNS의 팔로우(Follow) 기능을 이용하여 자동으로 단골고객으로 등록하여, 구매자와 생산자와의 관계가 일회성에 그치지 않고 향후에도 지속될 수 있게 하여 잠재고객이 되고, 장기적으로 재구매가 이루어지게 한다. 단골이 된 고객에게 생산자는 신상품 출하 시 객관적인 물품정보 외에 재배하는 동안의 농장 모습이나 농작물의 성장과정 등 생생한 근황과, 파종에서 수확까지의 숨겨진 이야기를 통해 자신이 농사지으며 전원생활을 하는듯한 감성을 자극한다. 소비자는 자신의 SNS 홈에서 기존의 단골 관계인 생산자의 파종, 농사, 수확, 신상품 등의 소식을 타임라인에서 확인하여 필요한 상품을 원클릭(one click)으로 구매할 수 있다. 생산자는 소비자에게 뉴스 및 할인 등의 정보를 제공하여 단골로 만드는 고객 관리가 가능하고, 저장법이나 요리법 등의 다양한 사용법을 안내하며 새로운 물품을 추천하거나 홍보를 할 수 있다. 이러한 장점은 기존의 전자상거래에서 상품의 판매와 홍보가 분리되어 링크를 통해 외부로 연결되어야 하는 문제에서 벗어나 판매와 홍보가 하나의 계정 안에서 수행하도록 하여 사이트 접근성을 높여준다. 이처럼 SNS의 인맥 마케팅 기능에 더하여 시스템은 생산자의 판매 물품을 자동 분류한 카테고리로 소비자의 SNS 홈 페이지에 쇼핑물의 기능을 제공하여 소비자가 원하는 상품을 검색하고 구매할 수 있으며 구매는 자동으로 소비자와 생산자를 단골관계로 연결해준다. 또한 구매자 간에도 구매한 상품에 대한 구매경험을 공유하고, 상품추천, 구매후기 작성 및 기존 구매후기의 재배포가 용이하다. 이처럼 서로 알지 못하던 구매자 사이의 소통도 가능하게 하여, 상품을 추천하고 소식을 확산시키는 것이 'SNS 몰'의 가장 큰 특징이다.

시판 유아동복 치수체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Current Status of Sizing System for Infants' & Children's Clothing)

  • This study was done to provide the basic data for improving the sizing system for infants and children's clothing. The 97 brands were surveyed through market research and on-line searching. Size and body measurements were analyzed according to the content of nominal size, type of market, national and foreign brands, and meaning of reference size. The results are as follows: 1. The meaning of nominal sizes was categorized as five cases: the size based on body measurements, the size based on age, the meaningless size, letter cord and combination of 2 out of 4 cases above. The nominal size based on height was most observed, and the meaningless nominal size was second. The meaningless nominal size can cause confusion when consumer buys clothing. 2. The department stores mainly used the nominal size based on body measurements, but the Internet shopping malls largely used the meaningless nominal size. 3. Both national brands and foreign brands mainly used the nominal size based on height. But national brands largely used the different nominal sizes. 4. 41 brands indicated body measurements as reference size and 26 brands indicated product measurements as reference size. Therefore consumers tended to confuse the body measurements with the product measurement.

Suggestion on Chinese Clothing Market Launching : Focused on Foreign Students's Clothing Buying Behavior in Korea

  • This paper is a study on the information required for developing Korean clothing products intended for Chinese students in Korea and for opening markets of Korean clothing and brands in China. It analyses the buying behaviors, purchasing ability, the favourite apparel type for clothing, and satisfaction with Korean clothing and brands of Chinese students in Korea, with which it seeks a program for South Korea branding to enter into the Chinese clothing market. Three hundred fifty seven students of Hannam University and PaiChai University Chung nam National University in Daejeon-city took part in this study. This paper adopts Descriptive Analysis, Crossing Analysis, Bivariate Correlations, and One-way ANOVA in SPSS 17.0 with Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons to know about the impact of demographic variables of Chinese students in Korea on buying information sources, the criteria for store selection, buying capacity, praise degree on various properties of Korean clothes products and their satisfaction with Korean clothes products. The first proposal of expanding China market for Korean merchants is to achieve maximum sales based on sales promotion strategies, such as the credit card corporations, the store display and sales person service development, SPA, design size development, and to upgrade consumption values. The second proposal is Korean clothes corporations should open the Internet shopping corresponding to the physical stores, the most frequently used information source of Chinese students is the network, from the age distribution of Internet users in 2008 in China, population above 10 and below 30 accounts for 66.7% of all users, In recommending clothes made in Korea to Chinese young people, on-line advertising will get better effects than other strategies, specially during advertisement, they should take good use of Korean television shows and variety shows or help Chinese poor areas to do the social contribution hereby to improve the public image of Korean clothes corporations, which can bring good sale promotion effects as well.

패션점포 판매원 메시지의 측면성이 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향 -판매원 신뢰와 인지노력의 매개효과를 중심으로- (Effects of Message Sidedness of Fashion Salespersons on Consumer Behavior -Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Salespersons' Trust and Cognitive Effort-)

  • Message sidedness of fashion salespersons on consumer behavior with the consideration of the mediating roles of trust and cognitive efforts, and the moderation of a regulatory focus of consumers. Two scenarios were devised, a single message in which a salesperson explains only the advantages of a product to customers, and the second with a double message that explains both the advantages and drawbacks of the product. The results showed that participants trusted a fashion salesperson more and perceived stronger cognitive effort for two-sided messages. The two-sided messages mediated the consumer's trust in the salesperson and cognitive effort, and influenced consumers' buying behavior. This study also found that salesperson trust was stronger in the two-sided messages scenario than in the one-sided message scenario, regardless of consumers' focused preference, and that it was more effective for promotion focus customers. The analysis of the results on consumers' cognitive effort indicated that prevention focused customers did not exhibit any difference in cognitive effort concerning two-sided messages. However, promotion focused customers exhibited an increased cognitive effort in the two-sided message scenario than in the one-sided message scenario. Marketing implications were discussed based on the findings.

실버 세대를 위한 국내·외 블라우스에 나타난 디자인 특성 분석 (Analysis on the design characteristics of blouse for silver generation in domestic and foreign)

  • Increasing of Korean old women's rate is demographic characteristics attributed an aging society, silver generation would lead to silver fashion market with steady competitiveness and interest in fashion. So the study attempts to use foundation material for silver's fashion design by analyzing design characteristics and processing development of design representative women's top. Selecting brand for collecting photo using study represents a mid- and premium-priced with reference Brand Yearbook. After selecting brand on domestic and foreign I have collected picture from Internet shopping mall and web-site of fashion brand, from October 2013 to July 2014, but I selected 840 pictures based on front poses for easy decision. In order to search design characteristics according to sort of silver blouse design on domestic and foreign. I have examined shape, color, pattern, fabric sensation, inside composition line and decoration with reference standard of analysis in preceding research. Data analysis method was conducted on analysis of frequency and cross analysis using SPSS statistical package 21.0. The conclusion of design characteristic according to type of blouse design for silver, H-silhouette in shirt blouse seems to fit in body transformation and expose silhouette with correcting the body flaw. Using soft material in T-shirt blouse they are able to conceal a body defect and express beautiful silhouette. By using detail in pullover shirt blouse and tunic blouse for point of design, it express glamour and luxurious. Most of blouse are printed various pattern, it would looks more gorgeous using pattern.

비쥬얼 이미지 정보의 점화효과에 따른 디자인 적용방안 - 상업용 웹사이트 배경화면 디자인을 중심으로 - (Design Applications Caused by Priming Effects of Visual Image Information - Based on Background Designs for Commercial Web Site)

  • 점화효과(Priming Effect)라 함은 상황효과(Contextual Effect)의 일부로서 "앞서 본 정보에 의해 뒤에 나오는 제품정보의 해석이 영향을 받게되어 제품평가가 달라지는 현상"을 말한다. 점화효과가 다른 상황효과와 구별되는 점은 앞서나온 정보가 제품의 평가에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 제품정보의 해석에 영향을 미침으로 인해 제품평가에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 점이다. 위와 같은 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 점화효과의 개념을 디자인 분야에 적극적으로 도입하여 온라인 쇼핑몰 디자인에 있어 시각적 이미지들이 제품의 선호도와 선택에 어떠한 영향력을 행사하는지 파악하였다. 디지털카메라를 대상제품으로 '가격과 '크기'에 관한 속성을 점화시킨 웹 페이지를 각각 설계하여 제품에 대한 선호도 차이를 실증분석 하였으며 그 결과 점화된 속성에 따른 제품의 선호도 차이가 유의한 것으로 판명되었다. 따라서 상업용 웹 페이지의 배경화면이 제품의 선택에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인이라는 점을 인지하고 이러한 점화효과를 디자인과 접목시켜 온라인상의 광고에도 적극적으로 활용할 수 있기를 기대해본다.있기를 기대해본다.

성인 여성복의 KS 치수 표준 개정을 위한 제안 연구 (A Study on the Suggestion for the Revision of Standard Sizing System for Female Adult's Garments)

  • KS K 0051(2009) was established in 1990 and revised in 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2009. Recently the structure of apparel production and distribution are changing like as small quantity batch production, increase of importing abroad apparel and increase of on-line shopping mall. Based on Social and economic conditions, examine the potential for use of KS K 0051(2009) standard sizing system for female adult's garments are needed. Through which, it was intended to suggestion for the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments which can facilitate communication among consumer, producer and sellers. The improvement point was discussed through review of the current KS K 0051 (2009) and abroad standard sizing system for female adult's garments, ISO 3637(1977), ISO 4416(1981), BS EN 13402-2(2002), BS EN 13402-3(2004), JIS L 4005(2001) and GB/T 1335.2(2008). Also, the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments was suggested using data of 6th Size Korea. As a result of this study, in the revision, formal wear, casual wear, training wear and under wear were separated to simplify the classification and the classification of body type were excluded. Also, it is possible that size designation was simplified through optional notation and letter code based on bust girth could be marked together in casual wear.

아동의류에 나타난 동물표현 분석과 디자인 개발 (Analysis and Design Development of Animal Expression Methods Applied in Kids' Wear)

  • Animals, as a part of nature, have much influence on children's emotional development and are one of children's favorite subjects of design. This study analyzes the differences in animal expression methods and types of animals, in relation to gender and item based on a collection of children's clothing and accessories that use animal as their theme. The collection consists of 148 clothing and 75 accessories (total of 223 items), which were collected from on-line shopping sites for children's clothes. Analysis results showed the following observations. Animal expression was categorized into four methods: emblem, illustration, character, and pattern.(The most common method was character, followed by pattern, illustration, and emblem. In relation to gender and clothing item, animal expression methods varied widely:(character was the most popular for) boys' t-shirts and accessories, while girls' bottoms and dresses. As for (animal) types, Mammalia was the most common, followed by birds and insects. Dogs and puppies were popular both genders.(However, differences in preferences existed as) boys liked big and wild animals such as bears, tigers, and foxes, while girls liked small and cute animals such as rabbits, cats, owls, and butterflies. Based on these results, six types of animals (rabbits, elephants, large-beaked bird Toco Toucans, fish, penguins, and bees) were selected as themes for kids' vest designs and, among them, three designs were made.

온라인 서비스 품질이 고객만족 및 충성의도에 미치는 영향 -항공권 예약.발권 웹사이트를 중심으로- (The Effects of Online Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty Intention -About Booking and Issuing Air Tickets on Website-)

  • 본 연구에서는 항공권 예약 발권 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 측정 뿐만 아니라 서비스 회복도 측정하고자 하였다. 또한 서비스 품질과 서비스 회복이 고객만족 및 충성의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증하고자 하였다. 온라인 서비스 품질과 온라인 서비스 회복의 측정을 위해 Parasuraman, Zeithaml, & Malhotra(2005)가 개발한 E-S-QUAL과 E-RecS-QUAL을 사용했으며, 했다. E-S-QUAL은 온라인 서비스 품질을 측정하는 도구로써, 효율성, 시스템 이용가능성, 이행성, 프라이버시의 4개 차원 22개 항목으로 구성된다. E-RecS-QUAL은 온라인 서비스 회복을 측정하는 도구로써, 반응, 보상, 접촉의 3개 차원 11개 항목으로 구성된다. 실증분석을 위한 설문조사는 항공사나 여행사의 웹사이트를 통해 국내 외 항공권을 구입해 본 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 실시하였는데, 총 400부가 회수되었고, 이 중 342부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 실증분석을 위해 AMOS 7.0과 SPSS 15.0을 사용하였다. 먼저, SPSS 15.0을 사용하여, 요인점수를 이용한 회귀분석으로 가설검증을 한 결과, <가설 I-1, 2, 3, 4, II-1, 2, 3, III-1, IV-1>이 전부 채택되었다. 온라인 서비스 품질과 온라인 서비스 회복의 각 차원은 모두 전반적인 서비스 품질에 유의한 영향을 보였고, 전반적인 서비스 품질은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 고객만족 역시 충성의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 모형 분석을 하였는데, 모형의 적합도는 가설검증을 하기에 합당한 수치가 나왔다. 이를 토대로 가설검증을 한 결과, <가설 I-1, 3, II-1, 3, III-1, IV-1>은 채택되었고, <가설 I-2, 4, II-2>는 기각되었다. 이 결과는 Parasuraman et al.(2005)이 주장한 것처럼 E-S-QUAL을 나타내는 데는 요인점수를 이용한 회귀분석이 더 적합하다는 것을 보여주는 것이라고 판단된다. 이를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점을 정리하였다.

리테일테인먼트에 따라 구매특성과 구매효용이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Nature of Purchase and Purchase Utility on Purchase Intention According to Retailtainment)

  • Purpose - The development of technologies lead the volume of sale on online market increase but an off-line shopping center is still a core component in the omni-channel strategy. It is generally thought that high-level retailtainment on brick and mortar store affects purchase intentions positively, but some previous studies dispute that and have reported that retailtainment does not affect purchase intentions. So we have studied the additional factors' effect - the nature of purchase and utility - with retailtainment. Research design, data, and methodology - There are 8 treatment groups which were assigned by the method of retailtainment (high vs. low), nature of purchase (essential vs. non-essential), and utility (acquisition vs. transaction). A total of 240 subjects (office workers = 163, 68%; undergraduates = 77, 32%; average age = 30s; female = 39%) were divided into groups and exposed to one of the eight scenarios. Participant's purchase intention was the dependent, and ANOVA and L-matrix were used to analyze for main and interactive effects between factors. Results - First, the main effect and interactive effect between retailtainment and the nature of purchase are significant. We also found that the contrast between essential and non-essential at low-level retailtainment is higher than that of high-level retailtainment. Second, in the case of retailtainment and utility, transaction utility under high-level retailtainment affects purchase intentions positively. Third, between the nature of the purchase and utility, the main effect of the nature of purchase and the interactive effect is significant, but the main effect of utility is not significant. In the case of non-essential goods, the purchase intention was high when transaction utility was provided but in the case of essential goods, acquisition utility increased purchase intentions. Finally, when transaction utility is given, purchase intentions of essential goods increase under low retailtainment, and the purchase intentions of non-essential goods increase under high retailtainment. Conclusions - When customers buy essential goods, discounts decrease purchase intentions. During the season for bargain sales, purchase intentions increase when retailtainment of essential goods is low, and retailtainment of non-essential goods is high.
