As the one-person households with economic power have increased, the consumption culture changed as well. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the on-line shopping motivation of one-person households in terms of consumer value. Economic value, emotional value, convenience value, social value were identified as affecting factors of satisfaction and intention to re-use of on-line shopping purchasing based on prior studies of on-line shopping behavior. This study tested the hypothesized model targeting 244 one-person households who have purchased products in on-line shopping mall. According to the results of analysis by using R, economic value, emotional value are significantly related to the consumer satisfaction but convenience value, social value are not. Consumer satisfaction of online purchasing was also shown to be related to the intention to re-use. However no difference between men and female was shown in shopping motivations. The research result can provide useful guidelines and strategies for one-person households with online shopping malls.

본 연구는 농식품 산업의 중심축인 가락도매시장의 공급망 관리를 최적화 할 수 있는 변혁의 기회인 '가락시장 현대화 사업'의 유통물류 이슈에 적용하기 위한 유동인력 및 물류 동선에 대한 시뮬레이션 분석법을 적용하고 있다. 이미 업계에서는 익히 알고 있는 바와 같이 농식품 산업과 같은 1차 산업에서는 체계적인 방법에 의한 물류동선계획을 제대로 현장에 적용하지 못하고 있는 실정이고, 유통물류의 SCM분야는 더더욱 정형화되어 있지 못한 것이 또한 현실이다. 이에 유통시설의 5대 흐름관리 요소인 차량동선(물류차량/고객차량), 물류집기동선, 고객동선, 유통시설 종사원 동선, 상품 진열/후퇴 동선과 같은 흐름 동선 들을 도매시장 운영현장에 적용하여 모든 물류흐름에 최적화된 프로세스 계획 설계가 이루어지도록 하는 것이 필요하고, 이는 향후 농식품 산업의 물류 공급망을 효율화하는데 매우 중요한 기초 자원으로 활용할 것이다. 제조 산업과 물류산업에서는 공정기반 물류프로세스가 비교적 잘 지켜지고 있는데 반하여 유통산업, 특히 농식품 산업과 같은 1차 산업 물류현장에서는 행위기반 물류 프로세스가 중심이 되어서 모든 업무분석이 이루어지다 보니, 금번 시뮬레이션 작업은 업계 최초로 시도되는 정량 설계화 작업에 있다는 것에 매우 큰 의의를 둘 수 있겠다. 특히, 주차동선 파악에 있어서는 4개의 평가모형을 감안하여 특성별 물류동선 시뮬레이션을 진행하였고, 이를 바탕으로 물류 동선의 병목지역과 물류이동특성의 문제점을 사전 발견하여 물류현장 운영자와 물류시스템 설계자에 적시 피드백 시켜주는 효과적인 업무진행 방식을 채택하여 농식품 산업 물류현장의 합리적 설계와 최적화된 공급망 관리 시스템의 적용에 가일층 선진화된 대안을 제공했다는데 또한 큰 의미를 둘 수 있겠다.

컨설팅장학은 2010년 교육지원청의 조직과 기능이 개편되면서 학교교육의 질 향상을 위한 교육개혁 시스템으로 학교현장에 자리매김 해가고 있다. 그러나 현재는 컨설팅장학에 관한 전반적인 기능을 통합적으로 관리하여 제공할 수 있는 전용 온라인 포털시스템이 구축되어 있지 않다. 학교현장에서 컨설팅장학의 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 교사들이 컨설팅장학의 방법과 전문성을 습득하여 컨설턴트로 양성될 수 있도록 지원하는 온라인 컨설턴트 교육 시스템의 개발 또한 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 LAMS(Learning Activity Management System)와 액션 러닝(Action Learning)에 기반한 다양한 전문가 양성 학습활동 도구를 제공하는 온라인 컨설턴트 교육 시스템을 개발하여 소개한다. 온라인 컨설턴트 교육 시스템은 컨설턴트의 전문성을 강화하기 위한 4개의 단계(관리역량, 분석역량, 해결역량 및 실행평가역량 단계)로 구성되어 있으며, 각 역량의 머리글자를 인용하여 이를 MASA(Management, Analysis, Solution, Action)로 명명하였다. 전문가 양성을 위한 학습활동 도구는 브레인라이팅, SWOT분석, 5Whys, 의사결정그리드, PMI(Plus, Minus, Interesting), 블랙차트 등의 기법을 개발하여 제공하였다.

Purpose: This research explores possibilities for unique tourism programs in the Port of Incheon that would bring tourism benefits from the cruise line industry to Incheon. This research also tries to find practical strategies and principles for the cruise line industry by reviewing the current itinerary in the cruise line industry. Research design, data, and methodology: Because this study is exploratory research, it first reviews trends in global tourism, ocean tourism, and the cruise line industry. Then, this study compares the current status of cruise line industry in South Korea with those in Japan. Lastly, existing cruise itineraries are reviewed for practical strategies and principles. Results: Based on reviewing the example of a cruise ship itinerary from the cruise ship company, possible cruise line programs at stopover places are suggested for the Port of Incheon and if the program is planted, it will boost Incheon's economy and tourism industry. Conclusion: Basic data about tourism in coastal regions and data analyses are lacking. Therefore, this study not only recommends further research in itinerary development or evaluation of cruise stopover programs, but also future research should explore the impact of the cruise industry from many different perspectives.

본 논문은 교도소 출입문의 모든 개폐 현황과 정보를 온라인 네트워크를 통하여 중앙의 통제실에서 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 하고, 실별, 층별로 위치한 다수의 출입문 개폐동작을 개별 또는 병렬로 동시에 동작할 수 있도록 하는 중앙통제에 의한 양방향 제어시스템을 구성하였다. 현재 사용 중인 125kHz대 RFID기술의 단점을 보완하기 위해서 13.55MHz대 RFID 기술을 적용하여 보안 및 신뢰성 문제를 해결하였으며, 비정상적으로 문이 열릴 경우 경광등 및 경보음을 울리도록 하는 온라인 통제 및 관리 시스템을 개발하였다.

In these days the industrial management are characterized by mass production. Mass production which is not possible without the rationalization in the process of production and the efficient scale of management needs development of technical administration. The object of this study is set up on the rationalization in the process of production. And this rationalization is a means to the aim of industrial management. So as to realize the rationalization in the process of production, we should think on plan of production and the line of balancing in processes of work. The line of balancing is considered as one of very valuable administration methods. The line of balancing that controls capacities and loads so that processes of work might balance in each other makes away with happenings of idleness and stagnation during the process of work As a natural consequence it follows (1) shortening in the period of Production, (2) more efficient, (3) removing the lots of tine and matter, (4) more efficient using in elements for production. Therefore, through the labour productivity and the efficiency of the process of production increased by these effects, the line of balancing was intended to curtail the basic cost. Though the previously said line of balancing could be applied to production, it should not be said that we can completely balance in each lines of work. In other words it is impossible that the line of balancing is completely executed in every lines of work. For that reason, we should arrange the level of balancing in lines. Nowaday, in our country, it is true that the line of balancing is hardly executed at manufacturing industries. Therefore if we execute and apply the line of balancing to manufacturing industries and the larger field as well , we could curtail the basic cost, through which we could reinforce not only the international competative power but increase the labour productivity. As a result, by these effects, we would rationalize the industrial management.

The development of Information technologies huts contributed on-line training as one of important education methods. On-line training In firms, which is similar to e-learning or virtual education, provides trainees with more education opportunities in diverse ways. It has developed a range of innovative services with an one-stop solution of education within the electronic sector. Also under the on-line training environment, trainees can undertake customized training packages at anytime and any places. Moreover, information technology allows both the trainers and other trainees to be decoupled in any of the elements of time, place, and space. Two research questions are investigated : what are the determinants affecting the on-line training effectiveness and how those variables effect the two aspects of training effectiveness: learning performance and transfer performance. Based on the previous literature conducted on the traditional training environment, the determinants of training effectiveness are derived. light hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by questionnaires survey data. The collected data have been analyzed by LISREL. It is found that the relationship between individual, organizational and on-line sloe design variables and training effectiveness (learning and transfer) are significant. The contribution and limitations of this research are also discussed tilth future studies.

In recent years, electronic commerce has provided another access for consumers to purchase products. Shopping on line provides much information and less searching cost for customers, but some researches have pointed out that there are difficulties for companies to do business on web. For lack of trust, many people not prefer purchasing through virtual channels. Based on the literature review, this study aims at empirically testing the impact of website design on individual trust in internet firms. From statistic analysis, we will conclude that security, interaction, and navigation functionality will affect on-line trust. The result of this study may provide some managerial implications, especially for firms which want to enter on-line businesses.

A pioneering version of an on-line management system for high-energy molecules (MS-HEMs) was developed by the ADD and BMDRC in Korea. The current system can manage the physicochemical and explosive properties of virtual and existing HEMs. The on-line MS-HEMs consist of three main routines: management, calculation, and search. The management routine contains a user-friendly interface to store and manage molecular structures and other properties of the new HEMs. The calculation routine automatically calculates a number of compositional and topological molecular descriptors when a new HEM is stored in the MS-HEMs. Physical properties, such as the heat of formation and density, can also be calculated using group additivity methods. In addition, the calculation routine for the impact sensitivity can be used to obtain the safety nature of new HEMs. The impact sensitivity was estimated in a knowledge-based manner using in-house neural network code. The search routine enables general users to find an exact HEM and its properties by sketching a 2D chemical structure, or to retrieve HEMs and their properties by giving a range of properties. These on-line MS-HEMs are expected be powerful tool for deriving novel promising HEMs.

The cutthroat competition of the market for the medical services caused changes and developments of hospital management from the traditional provider-oriented management to a consumer-oriented management toward the customer. And the popularization of on-line community through the growth and spread of internet technology is developed into an important exploration activity to provide various medical information to patient(or customer) who wishes a high-quality medical services. This is an on-line Word-of-Mouth(WOM). It is a kind of information exploration that is performed by customers before choosing the hospital with off-line word-of-mouth. In this study, we develop our research model to verify the causal relationships among on/off-line WOM, key determinants of hospital choice and the customer's will to make use of the hospitals, and total effect of these variables. We adopt a component-based PSL method for an empirical analysis of the patients experienced dermatology or obstetrics gynecology. Finally, we understand the characteristics of the various medical services and draw new and significant strategic previews.
