The trial business of e-trade service providers for supporting small enterprises to find their markets abroad is about to begin from the end of March, 2003. The department of Industrial Resources held the "Committee of e-trade service provider selection" with professors of e-trade field, and selected three companies: ECplaza, EC21 and Tpage Global. The e-trade service providers combine the various technologies of on-line trades and off-line trades to support small enterprises with lack of marketing skills by intermediation of overseas buyers and production, registration of e-catalogs and offers, administration of inquiries, trade negotiations, and contract settlement. Prospective small enterprises with exports under US$ 5 million will be selected by 2005. The selected companies will be supported fully by the government, and will be provided with the services by the e-trade service providers. e-Trade service will be the most potential and successful ones in the future, which helps traders and organizations preparing for globalization.

The purpose of this paper is to design a cyber mathematics mentoring system which is helpful for interactive mathematics mentoring among mentors and learners. We review theories about various technological tools that are related to students' interest, participation and motivation in the course of on-line and off-line activities, and we also research the effectiveness of such tools. Also we consider educational implications of the cyber mathematics mentoring system for pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, learners and mentors.

KTX is going to directly operate on the existing plate girder bridges before the complete construction of new high-speed line. Also the speed and traffic volume is increased after electrification of conventional line. Then, it is necessary to check the dynamic behaviors of these bridges. Therefore, this paper reviews the dynamic behaviors of welded plate girder bridges designed by L-22, a standard load type of KNR. The span lengths of plate girder analyzed here are 6.6m, 9.7m, 12.9m, 16.0m, 19.2m, 22.3m, 25.4m and 31.1m. Using 2-D dynamic analysis, vertical deflection ratios of plate girder and maximum accelerations of car body are calculated. And the analytical results are compared with those of design criteria.

Electronic Promissory Note started to reducing complexity in paper Promissory Note. In Recent the electronic documents and signature have the same validity as per documents and handwritten signatures. The movement of dematerializing promissory note is becoming common, and the National Assembly proposed Electronic Promissory Note Act of 2001 which is now being discussed in Korea. Especially the Electronic Credits is now becoming the most important means for payment of the business procurement both in on-line commerce and off-line commerce. Electronic Promissory Note has the same legal effect as the promissory note except that the Act provides to the Electronic Promissory Note specially.

This study identifies the influence of on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages on fashion product attitude and purchase intention on the online purchase of fashion products in two-sided word of mouth situations as well as compares the difference in influence according to bond-base with equidistance. This study was conducted for one month on university students in their 20s who were believed to be active in smartphone use. Out of the collected 174 copies of the questionnaire, 162 copies were used for analysis. The questionnaire was classified into online and offline recommendation messages of an acquaintance. We present two-sided fashion product reviews made similar to the type found in an actual shopping mall web-site. As for analysis, confirmatory factory analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were conducted using AMOS 19.0. The analysis results are as follows. First, on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages had significant influences on product attitude in the situation where two-sided reviews on fashion products were presented; however, those messages did not influence purchase intention. Recommendation messages positively increased product attitude and enhanced purchase intention if acquaintances' recommendation messages were mediated between on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages and purchase intention. Consequently, a mediating effect on product attitude was revealed. Second, there was no difference between online acquaintances and offline acquaintances in terms of the influence of acquaintances' recommendation messages on product attitude and purchase intention, in the situation where two-sided reviews were presented on online fashion products. Therefore, no control effect according to the type of acquaintance was confirmed.

Purpose: The purpose of this review was to analyze the characteristics and effectiveness of online-based intervention for infertile women. Methods: We established the PICO (Participant-Intervention-Comparison-Outcome) strategy and conducted a systematic review of 7 literatures retrieved from 3 electronic databases of Ovid-Medline, Ovid-Embase, and the Cochrane Library. Two investigators independently extracted the data and assessed the quality of included studies using Cochrane risk of bias. Results: The pregnancy outcome showed that higher total risk scores (TRS) about lifestyle behavior was significantly associated with lower chance of pregnancy (aHR 0.79, 95% CI 0.72~0.85). Stress was significantly decreased in experimental groups receiving online-based interventions (p<.05). Depression score was significantly lower in groups receiving additional interventions besides on-line interventions than those who used online-based intervention only. The other outcomes, including anxiety, self-efficacy, helpfulness of intervention, perceived social support, and knowledge scores were not significantly different within and between groups in overall. Characteristics of the interventions were heterogeneous. Conclusion: There is evidence that online-based intervention in infertile women enhances the pregnancy and reduces stress levels.

Objectives : This study was performed to review articles concerning acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for De Quervain's Stenosing Tenosynovitis. Methods : On-line databases including Cochrane Library, Pubmed, CNKI, NDSL and OASIS were searched to identify articles concerning acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for De Quervain's Stenosing Tenosynovitis (DQST). Several duplicated articles and those not relevant to this topic were excluded, as were review articles and commentaries. Results : Fifty-one studies were identified, which included 28 clinical case studies with 1,227 patients and 23 randomized controlled trials with 2,040 patients. In these studies, acupuncture, acupotomy, moxibustion, pharmacopuncture, and laser acupuncture were used as DQST interventions. Although DQST is a common disease seen in clinical practice, only four of the 51 studies we identified in our search were published in Korean academic journals, all of which used pharmacopuncture. Conclusion : Although the results of the studies to date provide evidence that acupuncture and moxibustion are effective treatments for De Quervain's Stenosing Tenosynovitis, the absence of a standard, objective evaluation tool, and a lack of reporting on the negative side-effects associated with treatment remain important factors that should be addressed in future studies.

This study, focusing on process of online Word-of-Mouth(oWOM) adoption in applications market which is a major issue of recent mobile industry, tried to empirically analyze how main characteristics of oWOM affect trust and process of oWOM adoption. To do this, based on understanding about applications market and precedent studies on online communication and Elaboration Likelihood Model(ELM), I developed the research model and proposed seven hypotheses. The subjects were smart phone users who ever used review in mobile applications market. The study method was questionnaire survey. As a result, trust in review was suggested as prerequisite for consumers to accept on-line review in mobile applications market. And it was empirically proved that for the customers to feel trust, these are necessary - positive assessment on argument quality, vividness of delivered explanation, and neutrality of message. The theoretical implications of this study are that based on studies on oWOM, factors affecting trust in review were explored in the environment of mobile applications market with less judgement clues for decision making compared to other on-line media and then, these factors were conceptualized. From the practical view, this study suggested implication on what attributes companies or developers can strategically utilize while investigating prerequisites of oWOM adoption.

Jointless AF(Audio Frequency) Track Circuit is more comfortable than exist joint track circuit. This electrical circuit's function is detection train on rail, and transmit information between wayside and vehicle. 'Korea Railroad Corporation' proposed for revision of the Korean railway standards(KRS SG 0038-06 R, 2006.5.16) "Non-insulated AF Track Circuit". This proposal equipment developed to extend use for station of National Railway exist line. According to test standards Korean railway safety law and its ordinances, which were committed to Korea Railroad Research Institute, the professional committee 'Railway facility sector II' have helded on January in 2007. In this investigation, the changed test norm will be review the difference of important function test standards of new version to conform effectivity and safety test procedure according to the KS A 1025.

Renal nutcracker syndrome (NCS) is the entrapment of the left renal vein between the abdominal aorta and superior mesenteric artery. Although uncommon in pediatric patients, early diagnosis is crucial to avoid potential severe complications, such as anemia or renal vein thrombosis. NCS presents a variety of symptoms, most commonly including "Triade's symptoms"-hematuria, proteinuria, and flank pain. Diagnosis and treatment include invasive and noninvasive management, although due to a lack of pediatric clinical studies, management is widely variable. Conservative diagnosis and treatment are recommended as a first-line option for pediatric patients; however, invasive surgical treatment may be recommended based on symptom severity. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of NCS in children to better understand the widely variable incidence, occurrence, and management from early on to allow for early-onset management.
