The purpose of this study is to analyze expenditure on children's private, after-school education, perceptional need for private education, and budget planning pattern for the expenditure of education applying survey data, and to investigate current situation to Identify solving planning for digital age. taking on-line educational service system and internet financial planning for children's educational expenditure into account. Under the purposes, this study especially focused on the condition of on-line educational service system and the merits as well as problems of the system, the need for household financial planning for children's education, and the condition or nature of internet financial planning system, in terms of providing market information and of suggesting policy implications.

본 논문은 서비스로서의 플랫폼 기술을 활용하여 대규모 온라인 게임 서버를 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 중소 규모의 게임 개발사가 기존의 방법으로 게임을 개발하여 대규모 사용자를 위한 시스템을 구축하기에는 여러 가지 한계가 많이 있다 본 논문에서는 중소규모의 게임 개발자들이 필요한 플랫폼 자원만큼만 빌려 쓰는 개념을 통하여 효율적인 비용으로 대규모 게임 서버 구축이 가능한 방법을 소개한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 통하여 중소 규모의 사업자는 자신이 개발한 게임을 저렴한 비용으로 시장에 출시하여 수익을 창출하는데 활용할 수 있다.

스마트폰 보급이 증가함에 따라 기존의 쇼핑몰 역시 모바일 시장에 적극적으로 가세하며 모바일 쇼핑 시장의 경쟁을 더욱 더 가속하고 있다. 이는 모바일 쇼핑시장이 더 이상 무시할 수 없는 거대한 시장으로 성장 중이라는 것의 반증이라고도 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 시장의 증가와 모바일 시장에서 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 의류에 관한 모바일 쇼핑몰 어플리케이션이다. 본 연구는 좀 더 세세한 고객 정보를 토대로 고객만족도를 높이며, 부차적으로는 반품률을 낮춰 기업과 고객 모두의 만족도를 높이는 것을 목표로 한다.

The world-wide ship construction market is forecast that the considerable portion of shipbuilding and oceanic plant industry will be transferred consequently in China after 5 or 10 years. This point of view where the Korean ship construction industry seizes the initiative from the world-wide ship construction/oceanic field, we must cultivate technical power of base technology, and focus our interests on the development of core parts. In this study, our proprietary remotely operated valve actuator system with power line technology was developed to enhance the installation and commissioning process by our own technology. This paper describes the new design and functions of the remotely operated valve system for shipbuilding and offshore market especially for FPSO.

Software and Systems Product Line(SSPL) is a paradigm that has been developed and applied by European Union(EU) to achieve the productivity and competitiveness of EU industries on the world market. It is not just a simple system or software development methodology, but a sophisticated technology requiring capabilities for a high level of mass customization, platforms, processes and convergence of software and systems. EU has applied SSPL for the five selected industrial sectors including aerospace, automobile, medical equipment, consumer electronics and telecommunication equipment since 1990s and led the way to other industry sectors to stimulate the application of SSPL from 2006. In order for Korea to secure competitiveness in the manufacturing and service industries in the competitive borderless market, it is essential to gain the high level of capabilities for software development and convergence of software and systems. SSPL can be a powerful means to achieve this end. This paper discusses the paradigmatic concept of SSPL, how EU's major industries and companies have secured competitiveness through SSPL, key capabilities that are necessary for successful institutionalization of SSPL in Korea, and finally suggestions on core strategies to materialize the benefits of SSPL for Korea.

대형할인마트와 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등의 등장으로 지역 유통시장이 축소 위축되고 있는 상황에서 경영 여건이 어려운 재래시장은 심각한 어려움에 처해있는 실정이다. 그러나 재래시장은 유통부문의 거래물량이나 소비자의 이용빈도 측면에서 볼 때 아직도 중요한 위치를 점하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 배경 하에 재래시장의 시설 및 경영현대화와 시장정비를 촉진하여 지역상권을 활성화하고 유통산업의 균형 있는 성장을 도모해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증평군 장뜰시장이 경쟁력을 갖고 지역경제를 활성화 할 수 있도록 사업환경을 분석하여 활성화 방안을 제시하고, 정책적 판단에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper presents a new approach for optimal dispatch of energy and frequency regulation reserve considering contingency in a competitive electricity market. It is necessary to introduce the reserve market with the spot energy market for operating efficiently and obtaining the security of the electricity market. However, the reserve market is closely connected with the energy market since the energy and reserve are produced from the same resources. Thus, it is inevitable to co-optimize the energy and ancillary service for efficient operation of energy and ancillary service market. Therefore, this paper proposes a new method for optimal dispatch of energy and frequency regulation reserve considering n-1 contingency of generator and transmission line using constraints and sensitivity based on AC power flow To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the numerical studies have been performed for 5-bus sample system and modified IEEE 14-bus system.

The recent movement to deregulated and competitive electricity market changes the role of Security Constrained Optimal Power Flow (SCOPF) and increases the importance for real-time computation. communication, and on-line data control. As power systems tend to be operated more closely to their ultimate ratings, more rapid updates of telemetered data and faster solutions times are becomimg necessary to better track the changes in systems. This paper presents an on-line SCOPF application exploiting the state-of-art OPF tools and corresponding interfacing technologies. The significance of the proposed mechanism is demonstrated with a case study system.

Learning community is one of the important pillars of the education in knowledge-based society. How to encourage students' spontaneous participation to the learning community is one of the actual problems to solve for the revolution of the education scheme. In this paper we introduce a strategy to boost the activity of the learning community, which works in the on-line space. The keys for the on-line supporting system for the learning community are to have communication space, trading space and connection with industry. To support activities of each space, we provide an on-line web site which includes a community module, a knowledge market module and an industrial commentary module. Students can start their self-leading study in the communication space, and they can also practice skills for the knowledge management in the knowledge trading space. Through the connection space, they can learn more from the real world critics with help of industry.
