리기다소나무 판재(板材)의 접착조건(接着條件)이 집성재(集成材)의 접착성능(接着性能)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Adhesion Conditions on Bonding Strength of Pitch Pine Woods for Glued-Laminated Wood)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 리기다소나무판재(板材)를 이용(利用)하여 집성재(集成材)를 제조(製造)할 경우(境遇), 압체시간(壓締時間) 및 접착제도포량(接着劑塗布量), 목재(木材)의 함수율(含水率), Butt-joint의 틈새간격(間隔) 및 접착제(接着劑)의 종류(種類) 등(等)이 접착강도(接着强度)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 알아보기 위해 수행(遂行)되었다. 1. 리기다소나무집성재(集成材)의 제조(製造)에 수성(水性)비닐우레탄접착제(接着劑)를 사용(使用)한 결과(結果), 접착제도포량(接着劑塗布量) 200g/$m^2$, 압체압력(壓締壓力) 10kg/$cm^2$에서 12시간(時間) 압체(壓締)하면 기준강도(基準强度)(50kg/$cm^2$)이상(以上)에 달(達)하였다. 2. 판재(板材)의 함수율(含水率)의 접착력(接着力)을 크게 감소(減少)시켰으나, 고함수시(高含水時) 접착(接着)한 후(後) 기건(氣乾)하여 접착력(接着力)을 측정(測定)한 결과(結果), 100kg/$cm^2$)이상(以上)의 블록전단강도(剪斷强度)를 나타내었다. 3. 판재(板材)의 Butt joint 부분(部分)의 틈새간격(間隔)이 0.5mm이하(以下)인 경우(境遇), 강도(强度)값은 영향(影響)하지 않았고, 하중방향(荷重方向)이 접착력(接着力)과 수치(垂値)일 때가 수평(水平)일 때보다 강도성태(强度性能)이 양호(良好)하였다. 4. 시험(試驗)에 사용(使用)된 5종(種)의 접착제(接着劑) 중(中) 수성(水性)비닐우레탄수지접착제(樹脂接着劑)가 상태(常態) 및 내수접착력면(耐水接着力面)에서 가장 양호(良好)하였다.

Microsatellite Marker를 활용한 한국 토종닭 품종의 유전적 다양성 및 유연관계 분석 (Studies on Genetic Diversity and Phylogenetic Relationships of Korean Native Chicken using the Microsatellite Marker)

  • Microsatellite(MS) marker는 가축의 유전적 특성 및 계통간의 유연관계 분석에 있어 많이 이용되고 있는 분자유전학적 유전표지로 유전체 상에 널리 분포하고 있으며, 높은 변별력과 검출이 간편하다. 본 연구는 한협 8개 계통과 토종닭 순계 12 계통을 대상으로 27종 MS marker의 유전자형을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 유전적 특성 및 계통간 유연관계를 구명함으로써 한협에서 생산되고 있는 토종닭 계통들의 유전적 배경이나 특성에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 27종 MS marker 분석 결과, 평균 11.7개의 대립유전자가 확인되었으며, $H_{exp}$와 PIC의 경우 MCW0288이 각각 0.688, 0.646으로 가장 낮았고, MCW0104가 0.881, 0.869로 가장 높게 확인되었으며, 집단별 $F_{is}$(f)값을 통해 한협 H 계통(HH)은 집단 내 개체 간 상관 정도가 가장 적은 것으로 확인되었다. 계통 간 유연관계를 분석한 결과, 전체 20계통 중 로드 아일랜드 레드 계통(NC와 ND)이 가장 가까운 것(0.175)으로 확인되었으며, 반면에 레그혼 F(NF)와 로드 아일랜드 레드 D(ND) 계통이 가장 먼 것(0.710)으로 확인되었다. MS marker의 효율성을 검증하기 위해 동일개체 출현확률(PI)을 분석한 결과, 전체 계통에 대한 동일개체 출현확률(PI)과 한협 8계통의 동일개체 출현확률(PI)은 27종의 MS marker를 사용하였을 경우, 각각 $8.80{\times}10^{-83}$, $3.87{\times}10^{-117}$으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 토종닭 시장에서 높은 점유율을 보유한 한협의 실용계 계통의 유전적 배경과 특성분석을 통해 향후 소비자의 요구에 부합하는 토종닭의 개량 및 실용계 계통의 개발을 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

소프트 닙 캘린더링 변수에 따른 신문용지의 물성 (The Effect of Soft Nip Calendering Variables on Newsprint Properties)

  • The effect of soft nip calendering variables including pressure, temperature, nip residence time and moisture on newsprint properties was investigated. The change of bulk, opacity, smoothness, and gloss were determined. It was found that the influence of calendering pressure and temperature are more significant compare the Influence of sheet moisture content and nip residence time on newsprint properties. Calendering conditions of 16$0^{\circ}C$ of temperature, 78kg$_{f}$/cm of line load and 4ms of nip residence time were considered to be optimum conditions to obtain reasonable gloss and smoothness while minimizing the loss of bulk and opacity for newsprint.

소프트 닙 캘린더링 변수가 도공지의 물성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Soft Nip Calendering Variables on the Property of Coated Papers)

  • The effect of soft nip calendering variables including pressure, temperature, nip residence time and sheet moisture on the properties of coated papers was investigated. The change of gloss, opacity, bulk and brightness were determined after calendering. Increase of calendering pressure and temperature increased gloss, but it decreased opacity, bulk and brightness of coated papers. Nip residence time and sheet moisture content showed similar effects on these properties. Calendering conditions of 16$0^{\circ}C$ of temperature, 146kg$_{f}$/cm of line load or less were found to provide optimum conditions to obtain reasonable gloss and smoothness while minimizing the loss of bulk and opacity for coated papers.

  • ISBN은 국제도서표준번호 체계로 인쇄된 도서의 식별체계로 활용되고 있으며, 2001년 10월 IETF RFC3187에서 ISBN을 URN에 적용하기 위한 개념적 규격을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 모든 URN 체계에게 권장하는 표준인 DDDS 알고리즘을 이용하여 RFC3197의 개념 규격을 구체적으로 구현하면서 필요한 구조, 예상되는 내용, 그리고 변환 과정에 관한 연구를 진행하였다.

  • Harmonics happened due to nonlinear systems such as UPS, SCR controlled motors, and fluorescent lighting in distribute power system is very important subject to optimal operation and control of power system. Harmonics sometimes make incorrect operation of protective relaying system under normal condition on power system. In this study, total harmonics distortion(THD) of power were measured and analyzed by the field test on electrical facilities which were installed at the rural industrial complex in Chungbuk province. In addition, the deprivation of power factor by harmonics and the content of THD which is measured at neutral line was researched.

A Novel Scalable and Storage-Efficient Architecture for High Speed Exact String Matching

  • String matching is a fundamental element of an important category of modern packet processing applications which involve scanning the content flowing through a network for thousands of strings at the line rate. To keep pace with high network speeds, specialized hardware-based solutions are needed which should be efficient enough to maintain scalability in terms of speed and the number of strings. In this paper, a novel architecture based upon a recently proposed data structure called the Bloomier filter is proposed which can successfully support scalability. The Bloomier filter is a compact data structure for encoding arbitrary functions, and it supports approximate evaluation queries. By eliminating the Bloomier filter's false positives in a space efficient way, a simple yet powerful exact string matching architecture is proposed that can handle several thousand strings at high rates and is amenable to on-chip realization. The proposed scheme is implemented in reconfigurable hardware and we compare it with existing solutions. The results show that the proposed approach achieves better performance compared to other existing architectures measured in terms of throughput per logic cells per character as a metric.

Geostatistical Analysis of Soil Enzyme Activities in Mud Flat of Korea

  • Spatial variations of physicochemical and microbiological variables were examined to understand spatial heterogeneity of those variables in intertidal flat. Variograms were constructed for understanding spatial autocorrelations of variables by a geostatistical analysis and spatial correlations between two variables were evaluated by applications of a Cross-Mantel test with a Monte Carlo procedure (with 999 permutations). Water content, organic matter content, pH, nitrate, sulfate, chloride, dissolved organic carbon (DOC), four extracellular enzyme activities (${\beta}-glucosidase$, N-acetyl-glucosaminidase, phosphatase, arylsulfatase), and bacterial diversity in soil were measured along a transect perpendicular to shore line. Most variables showed strong spatial autocorrelation or no spatial structure except for DOC. It was suggested that complex interactions between physicochemical and microbiological properties in sediment might controls DOC. Intertidal flat sediment appeared to be spatially heterogeneous. Bacterial diversity was found to be spatially correlated with enzyme activities. Chloride and sulfate were spatially correlated with microbial properties indicating that salinity in coastal environment would influence spatial distributions of decomposition capacities mediated by microorganisms. Overall, it was suggested that considerations on the spatial distributions of physicochemical and microbiological properties in intertidal flat sediment should be included when sampling scheme is designed for decomposition processes in intertidal flat sediment.

  • 이 논문은 제13회 부산국제영화제(2008년10월2일부터10월10일까지 개최)조직위원회로부터 의뢰를 받아 필름으로 제작한 20초 분량의 공식트레일러 제작에 관한 연구결과를 요약한 것이다. 디지털콘텐츠 제작에서의 정체성과 방향성 확립이 필요한 시기에 한국적인 수묵채색화 기법을 3D Animation과 접목시켜 제 13회 부산국제영화제의 공식트레일러 제작에 활용하였다. 서양화가 신창식화백의 '아리랑_희망I(공식 포스터)를 모티브로 한국적인 수묵채색화의 특징을 고찰하여 모델링, 쉐이딩, 렌더링 단계에서 먹의 농담, 선의 강약, 수묵채색화의 색채요소를 디지털기법으로 어떻게 표현할 수 있는가에 대한연구결과 이다.

STUDY OF THE MARINE CLOUD STRUCTURE WITH AQUA AMSR-E

  • This study investigates the spatial structure of the total cloud liquid water content Q fields over the Northwest Pacific Ocean during winter monsoon. The distributions of Q have been estimated from the brightness temperatures of the ocean - atmosphere system $T_B(f)$, where f is frequency, measured by AQUA AMSR-E in January -March 2003. Marine strati (St) and stratocumuli (Sc) are typical for winter monsoon season. They were analysed using mainly high-frequency channel at f = 36.5 GHz, vertical polarisation. $T_B$ data were accompanied by the data on near surface wind speed, air temperature and humidity from the nearest meteorological stations. Tow one-dimensional spectra were computed for downwind and crosswind sections of Q fields. The AMSR-E antenna field of view (14-8 km) and the cloud field sizes (100-1000 km) restricted the spatial scales. The results of case study Jan 31 2003 are presented. Scale-invariant spectrum is typical. In the cases of extended St levels a spectral slope equals about -1.7, conforming to classical -5/3 of turbulence theory. For Sc cases the absolute magnitude of spectral slope is rather higher, as a rule. The value is about -2. In the case when cloud streets are presented, a strait line form of spectrum is less reliable with a slope being rather lower (about -1.4).
