MR spectroscopy of intracellularly located $^{133}Cs$ has been used to monitor the uptake of Gd-EOB-DTPA by the isolated rat liver. As shown by ${31}P$ spectroscopy, accumulation of $^{133}Cs$ ions in hepatocytes does not produce detectable effects on the metabolism. The hepatic internalization of Gd-EOB-DTPA was followed by the paramagnetic relaxation enhancement of the intracellular $^{133}Cs$ ions, and confirmed by parallel quantitations of Gd and Cs run by inductively coupled plasma analysis of liver samples and aliquots of perfusate. Two peaks are observed at -22.0 and -23.5 ppm, with respect to the line of the external reference arbitarily set to 0 ppm. Upon rinsing of the extracellular compartment with regular K-H free of CsCl, the high-field resonance disappears within 20min. The intracellular concentration was confirmed by ICP, which gives a $Cs^+$ content of $22.0\pm3.5mM$. The relaxation data significantly underestimate the Gd content, suggesting a potential compartmentation of $Cs^+$ and the contrast agent.

This paper describes the content-based image retrieval system that is implemented to retrieve images using constituent rate of lines and Bezier curves. We proposed the line and Bezier curve extraction algorithm which extracts lines and curve that are fitted on the contour information of images. For this extration, it was necessary to remove internal area of the proprocessed object within images and to approximate its contour to polygon, and proposed retrevial algorithm which gets the simularity using the consitituent rate of lines and curves and perform the simularity matching.

The purpose of this study was to examine the design characteristics of women's swimwear from 1955 to 1969 in Korea using documentary research sources. Both visual and linguistic elements found in the illustrations and advertisements that appeared in periodicals from 1955 to 1969 were used as primary sources. The primary sources were 아리랑, 여상, 여성계, 여성동아, 여원, 주부생활. The methods of content analysis and frequency seriation were combined to analyze the data obtained from the primary sources. Seriational analysis of the data were performed by ordering the frequency chronologically for the entire fifteen-year period. As the result of the study, it was found that the design of the swimwear during this period changed consistently in terms of swimwear type, shape of thigh line, textile design and decorative details. The degree of skin exposure was also continuously increased in different body parts.

The intricacies of web development have orchestrated a paradigm shift in academic libraries. The study explored literature on the status of automation of academic libraries and web development in Nigeria. It was established that the functions of library management software are abysmally under-utilized in academic libraries in Nigeria, thus, progression of automation projects remain a swinging pendulum. The paper, therefore, recommends that librarians should acquire the relevant training and plan strategically for all automation projects aimed at incorporating the intricacies of the web and ICTs into library services to fully utilize the functions of the library management systems in line with web developmental stages, thus, be able to compete globally.

The new age is characterised by information communication technology, where computers, laptops, mobile gadgets such as palmtops, tablets, mobile phones and the internet have made their way to every sphere of life from our domestic environments such a homes, small retail shops, banks to large industries and the world at large. Over time, so many questions about the ethical use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have emerged on who has access to what technology and the use of it and like every other technological invention. This paper will look at the morality involved in making use of ICT to promote ethical use of data or information in a virtual environment. ICT also possesses both positive and negative impacts; the questions that these impacts raise are what this piece attempts to answer, providing global scrutiny to these ethical issues, situations and questions; and providing recommendations in line with global best practices.

Recently there has been a high request for support for teachers' professional development and quality control to meet the demand of educational policy to introduce teacher evaluation, master teacher status, incentives for teacher competency, etc. It has been suggested that reeducation and support for professional development would be more effective to beginning teachers with a high developmental potential than to experienced teachers with routinized instruction. Since 2005, KICE-TLC has conducted research on the development of teacher supporting programs such as teaching consultation and pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) in school subjects. In line with the current education policy and previous research by KICE, this research has been conducted to meet the need for novice teacher induction by developing consulting program focused on PCK. The goal of this research was to (1) explore the in-depth meaning of PCK in light of teaching consultation, (2) conduct a preliminary study on how to develop teaching consulting programs for secondary beginning teachers, (3) develop teaching consulting programs focused on pedagogical content knowledge(PCK), and (4) suggest implications for educational policy regarding pre-service and in-service teachers' continuing professional development and support.

This study was performed to clarify the whitening effects of anthricin on the B16F10 cell line. In order to elucidate the whitening effects of anthricin on the B16F10 cell line, cell viability, messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expressions, tyrosinase activity assay, and melanin production assay were measured. The effects of anthricin on tyrosinase-related protein 1(TYRP1)/TYRP2/tyrosinase (TYR)/microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) mRNA expressions and melanin content were determined. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR showed that anthricin decreased the mRNA expression level of TYRP1/TYRP2/TYR/MITF genes and melanin production contents than α-MSH-treated B16F10 cells. The tyrosinase activity assay revealed that anthricin decreased the melanin production on the B16F10 cells. These data show that anthricin increases the whitening effects on the B16F10 cells; thus, anthricin is a potent ingredient for skin whitening. Thus, further research on the mechanism of action of anthricin for the development of not only cosmetics, but also healthy food and medicine should be investigated.

Container vessels continue to grow in size, led by global shipowner. Large ships can be loaded more cargo at a time, reducing the cost of transportation per teu. this eventually leads to economies of sale, in which the production cost per unit decreases with increasing output. in accordance with the 70th Convention of the Marine Environment Protection Committee of the International Maritime Organization, as of January 1, 2020, MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 14.1.3 will be effective. All vessels must be meet these criteria to reduce Sox emissions and reduce NOx emissions by reducing the content of manned sulfur oxides from 3.5% to less than 0.5%, otherwise IACS Member States Entry to the port is denied. in order to do that need to LNG storage tank. in this study characteristic of the material after line heating (600℃,700℃,800℃,900℃) of 9% Ni steel used in the manufacture of LNG fuel tank of ship were verified using by mechanical test. In the heating method by line heating. The initial properties of steel are changed by variables such as temperature, time, speed. The experimental data of line heating presented in this paper confirmed that the initial change of 9% Ni steel could be minimized.
