Mobile communication technology is advancing forward to deliver more connected devices and richer content and applications. The number of subscriptions continues to grow along with an explosive increase in the mobile data traffic demand. Thereby, it creates a significant network capacity shortage concerns for mobile network operators. In order to address this problem, it is essential to increase the network capacity at a low additional cost. The device-to-device (D2D) communication based proximity service is believed to have a promising future mobile communication technology that is capable to create new mobile service opportunities and offload traffic to the eNB. In addition, it is also required to develop new mobile communication services and its business models not only to accommodate the increasing mobile traffic demand but also to foster profitability of mobile business service providers such as the network providers, contents providers and platform providers. In this article, we first analyze current mobile business eco-system in the context of CPNT based value chain. Then, propose service development framework and business model creation methodologies for the device-to-device communication based services in the beyond LTE/LTE-Advanced systems.

국내 이동통신 서비스 시장은 급속하게 발전해왔다. 이러한 성장에 맞춰 WCDMA 서비스가 중요한 성장 동력으로 기대했으나 해외에 비해 국내 보급률은 더딘 실정이다. 하지만 HSDPA의 상용화가 이루어지면서 정체된 WCDMA 단말기의 수요를 이끌 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 신규 WCDMA 서비스의 수요를 예측하고 그에 맞는 새로운 이동통신 사업 전략을 세우는 것이 필요할 것이다. 본 논문은 이동통신 단말기의 가격과 성능에 따른 소비자의 구매 효과를 반영하고, 변형된 Lotka-Volterra 예측 모형을 개발하여 향후 WCDMA 서비스 가입자를 예측하였다.

In this paper, I analyze the mobile broadband services market characterized by vertical and horizontal differentiation. Vertical differentiation as service quality differentiation is based on the transmission speed of mobile internet service and horizontal differentiation as spatial differentiation is based on the service coverage. Theoretical explanations for the competitive price policy have been developed in the game context of WiBro which represent the high quality within the limited service coverage and HSDPA which represent relatively low quality with nation-wide service. When the WiBro has a mobile broadband service quality advantage and the difference in quality is sufficiently low, the price of WiBro with limited service coverage is relatively lower than that of HSDPA. This occurs because the advantage of WiBro's vertical service differentiation is offset by the disadvantage of horizontal differentiation. The difference in the quality of mobile internet service, however, is not too high, the price of WiBro is relatively higher than that of HSDPA. Moreover, when the service quality of WiBro is sufficiently high, the low quality HSDPA service faces no demand.

The purpose of this study is to develop a management model to effectively provide hospice service of nursing home. In a method of study to achieve this purpose, a positive research and literature study have been performed at the same time. Concerning contents to be examined as a definition of notions and patterns about hospice for the aged, foreign hospice and structural elements of hospice management, a literature study to support a theoretical background has presented leading studies as an analysis form of this study through analyzing domestic and foreign literature, thesis, journal and so on. In order to attain the purpose of this study, the positive research is to carry out a survey of demand and desire of people who have already got hospice service in the first place as a fact-finding survey related to the subject of hospice service, investigate organizations to operate nursing home and hospice and relevant experts in the second place as a survey of supply system to provide hospice service, and develop an appropriate management model to connect the demand and supply of nursing home through it. Therefore, this study has developed a delivery system and a chart of the practical trend to be done minutely, presenting a model to manage a hospice of nursing home based on the above results. The management model externally has connected medical team of hospital with hospice team of home based on a community, and internally is composed centering on five elements such as administrative organization, manpower, program and contents of service, finances. In practical model of hospice management of nursing home, in order to plan a program, provide service and give a high-quality service to the aged, this study has presented a trend chart of service management on the basis of five structural elements, an analysis form of this study. In conclusion, this study could present data to develop a hospice in the field of nursing home for the aged by showing a model concerning a hospice management of nursing home, but in my opinion, a following study to be detailed and developed even more than this study should be continued.

고용 없는 성장이 지속되는 가운데, IT가 고용에 미치는 영향에 대한 논란이 지속되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2003년부터 2008년까지 총 6년간 국내의 매출액 1,000억 원 이상 498개 기업을 대상으로 IT투자가 노동수요에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 본 연구결과, 일부 서비스업을 제외한 대부분의 산업에서 IT투자가 노동수요를 증대시키는 것으로 나타났다. 제조업의 경우 IT투자가 증가할수록 노동수요는 증가하나, IT투자에 따른 노동수요탄력성은 작아 IT투자는 저(低)숙련 노동과는 대체관계에 있고 고(高)숙련 노동과는 보완관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전력 가스 및 건설업 역시 IT투자가 증가할수록 노동수요가 증가하며, IT투자에 따른 노동수요탄력성이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 서비스산업의 경우, 생산자 서비스업에서만 IT투자가 증가할수록 노동수요가 증가하였으며, IT투자에 따른 노동수요탄력성도 큰 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 유통 서비스업과 사회 서비스업에서는 IT투자와 노동수요 간에 유의한 관계가 발견되지 않았다.

최근 통합교통서비스(Mobility-as-a-Service)의 개념을 도입하여 이용자들의 이동성과 접근성을 향상시키고자 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 카셰어링, 택시 등 에 대해 수요와 공급에 따라 지역을 구분하여 가격을 책정하는 유동적인 가격 책정 전략을 도입하여 단일 요금제가 가지는 서비스 기피 등의 문제를 해결함과 동시에 기업과 운전자들의 수익성에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 승객과 운전자간의 배차거리, 승객의 운행거리, 승객의 목적지에 대한 HDBSCAN 알고리즘을 통해서 정밀하게 인식된 수요 밀집지역, 승객과 운전자가 생각하는 선호가격을 고려하여 승객과 운전자의 입장에서 Matching Matrix를 생성한다. 이를 조합하고 보상에 반영하여, 강화학습이 더욱더 현실적인 유동적인 가격 책정전략을 도출할 수 있는 새로운 방법론을 제안한다.

The Korean Long-Term Care Insurance (K-LTCI) provides financial support for long-term care service to people who need various types of assistance with daily activities. As the number of elderly people in Korea is expected to increase in the future, the demand for long-term care insurance would also increase over time. Projection of future expenditure on K-LTCI depends on the number of beneficiaries within the grading system of K-LTCI based on the test scores of applicants. This study investigated the suitability of mixture distributions to the model K-LTCI score distribution using recent empirical data on K-LTCI, provided by the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS). Based on the developed mixture models, the number of beneficiaries in each grade and its variability under the current grading system were estimated by simulation. It was observed that a mixture model is suitable for K-LTCI score distribution and may prove useful in devising a funding plan for K-LTCI benefit payment and investigating the effects of any possible revision in the K-LTCI grading system.

Vehicular Adhoc Networks(VANET)은 차량과 노변장치 또는 차량간 통신 기술로 MANET의 보다 구체적인 활용 분야이면서 MANET의 Quality of Service(QoS) 기술이 Video on Demand(VoD), Video streaming, Voice over IP(VoIP) 등 멀티미디어 데이터의 품질을 위하여 연구되고 있다면, VANET에서는 사고나 기타 예상될 수 있는 응급한 상황에 대하여, 즉시 주변 차량에 전달하여 사고를 미연에 방지하는 등의 부분에 초점이 맞추어져있다. 본 논문에서는 Link State Routing(LSR)을 이용하여 실제 네트워크를 구성하고, Common Open Policy Service(COPS)를 이용한 QoS Provisioning 모델을 구현하였다. 그리고 VANET의 특성에 맞는 보다 효율적인 k-hop Cluster, inter-domain policy negotiation에 대하여 제안한다.

Disasters are now becoming commonplace and especially the vulnerable group such as the disabled, the elderly, children and foreigners are in a state of overlapping disasters. In this situation, ATSC 3.0-based UHDTV disaster information service for the visually and hearing impaired has been developing. This study focuses on the demand data collected through in-depth interview with the impaired. The demand analysis data is very important to development process of technology. The results of the interview show that it is essential to link the UHDTV disaster signals with home-network, IoT, wearable devices, and various assistive devices for the impaired (hearing aid, smart light bulbs, warning light, etc.). In outdoor space, UHDTV disaster information must be connected to public display media, digital signage, kiosk, screens in bus or taxi. If communication aids for the visually and hearing impaired are equipped with a function that can transmit and receive disaster information, it will help to minimize disaster damage.

The Service sector has increased dramatically in importance over the last decade, both internationally and in the Korea. Deregulation of services, growing competition, fluctuations in high quality demand, and the application of the Information Technologies are presenting a considerable challenge to service companies. In gas or oil companies are exposed to foreign competitions, price and promotion competition with other companies. Usually Service Quality includes five dimensions: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles. Customers use these five dimensions to form their judgements of service quality, which are based on a comparison between expected and perceived service. The intention of this thesis is to study on the effect of Service Quality upon the Customer Satisfaction in gas or oil station, based on SERVQUAL.
