Objective: To derive information on the efficacy of Sam-chul-kun-bi-tang (SKT), by evaluating its anti-inflammatory effect. SKT is a widely-used herbal formula in traditional Korean medicine. In man y studies, plant-derived anti-inflammatory efficacies have been investigated for their potential inhibitory effects on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated macrophages. This study was performed to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of SKT extract on LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Methods: The production of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin $(PG)E_2$, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-$\alpha$ and interleukin (IL)-6 were examined in a macrophage cell line, RAW 264.7 cells, in the presence of SKT. RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with LPS 1 ${\mu}g/mL$ and SKT for 18 hrs. The anti-inflammatory activity of SKT was investigated by carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats. The paw volume was measured at 2 and 4 hrs following carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats. Results: SKT showed inhibitory effect on $PGE_2$, TNF-$\alpha$ and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. But SKT was not inhibitory effect on NO by LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Administration of SKT (1 g/kg) also showed a reduction in carrageenan-induced paw edema on rats. Conclusion: These results suggest that SKT has anti-inflammatory activities in both in vitro and in vivo models.

This study has been carried out to investigate the cause symptom and treatment of Poong-On(風溫) by referring to 29 leteratures. The results were obtained as follows; 1. The factors causing Poong-On(風溫) is wind and heat. 2. The symptom of Poong-On(風溫) is as follows. fever, chilling, cough, sweating sign, chest discomfort, thirst, Doo Chang Wan Bi(頭脹脘痺), Yang Maeg Boo Hwal(陽脈浮滑), Eum Maeg Yoo Yak(陰脈濡弱), Seol Tae Baek Bak(舌苔白薄). 3. The treatment-method of Poong-On(風溫) is as follows. Sin Ryang Hae Pyo(辛凉解表), San Poong Han Ii Rae Pyo(散風寒以解表), Seol Yeol Hwa Eum(泄熱和陰), So Sul Ii Hae Pyo(疏泄以解表). 4. The treatment-herbs of Poong-On(風溫) is as follows, Eun Gyo San(銀翹散), Ma Haeng Gam Sug Tang(麻杏甘石湯), Jo Wee Sung Gi Tang(調胃承氣湯), An Goong Woo Hwang Hwan(安宮牛黃丸), Seo Gag Ji Hwang Tang(犀角地黃湯), Baek Ho Tang(白虎湯), Sa Sam Maeg Moon Dong Tang(沙蔘麥門冬湯), Ga Gam Bok Maeg Tang(加減伏脈湯), Saeng Maeg San(生脈散).

Objectives : On-Bi-Tang(OB) has been prescribed Chinese traditional medicine for the treatment of inflammatory disease such as chronic renal failure. In this study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effect of OB extract in the BV2 murine microglial cells. Methods : After the water extract of OB was treated in BV2 cells, murine microglial line, the cell viability was measured by MTT assay. The production of nitric oxide (NO) and $TNF-{\alpha}$ was determined based on Griess reagent and enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA). mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and $TNF-{\alpha}$ was analyzed by RT-PCR. Results : OB extract significantly inhibited the LPS-induced production of NO and TNF-a in BV2 cells. OB extract also suppressed the mRNA expression of iNOS and $TNF-{\alpha}$ in BV2 cells activated with LPS. Conclusion : These data suggests that OB extract may have the anti-inflammatory effect through the modulation of NO production and inflammatory cytokine such as $TNF-{\alpha}$.

Currently, most sentiment classification models on microblogging platforms analyze sentence parts of speech and emoticons without comprehending users' emotional inclinations and grasping moral nuances. This study proposes a hybrid sentiment analysis model. Given the distinct nature of microblog comments, the model employs a combined stop-word list and word2vec for word vectorization. To mitigate local information loss, the TextCNN model, devoid of pooling layers, is employed for local feature extraction, while BiLSTM is utilized for contextual feature extraction in deep learning. Subsequently, microblog comment sentiments are categorized using a classification layer. Given the binary classification task at the output layer and the numerous hidden layers within BiLSTM, the Tanh activation function is adopted in this model. Experimental findings demonstrate that the enhanced TextCNN-BiLSTM model attains a precision of 94.75%. This represents a 1.21%, 1.25%, and 1.25% enhancement in precision, recall, and F1 values, respectively, in comparison to the individual deep learning models TextCNN. Furthermore, it outperforms BiLSTM by 0.78%, 0.9%, and 0.9% in precision, recall, and F1 values.

Studies on diagnosis and treatment of tumor . abscess . ulcer in intestinal carbuncle were carried out. The result of studies were summerized as follows: 1. By Nai-Gyung carbuncle-tumor arose from disharmony between nutrient and defensive because of cold, abscess arose from fever victory between cold and fever, ulcer arose from decreasing function of Bi-Kam year. By latter literature Bi-Kam year could be interpreted that spleen stomach was invaded evil influence from unattainable vital force of the earth. 2. Sites of intestinal carbuncle were large intestine, small intestine, intestinal inside or outside between large and small intestine, Intestinal carbuncle was common name of a disease about large intestinal carbuncle, small intestinal carbuncle, pelvic intestinal carbuncle, shrink leg intestinal carbuncle etc.. Pain appeared Chunchu-Hyul in large intestinal carbuncle, and Gwanweon-Hyul in small intestinal carbuncle. 3. On abdominal diagnosis tumor had indistinct pain of Gwanweon Chunchu, edema and heary feeling in low abdomen, no excessive pain by hand press and intestinal boiling sound. In abscess pain descended from right side of low abdomen to huckle, and there was rejection against press, feeling about fever,water sound with flank movement. In ulcer hand approach was difficult since excessive pain diffuse to whole abdomen, and perforating ulcer sometimes caused a serious symptom of umbilical pus. 4. On fecal and urinary diagnosis in tumor urine was yellowish red pollakiuria like gonorrhoea and occasional constipation. In abscess uncomfortable rough pain short red early urine like gonorrhoea appeared during urination, and constipation with stinging pain appeared during defecation. In ulcer red rough pyuria appeared, and stinging and pain with puruloid blood appeared during defecation. 5. On treatment in tumor Daiwhang-Tang Daisenggi-Tang Dangui-Jun by dissipation method, calming down method, interior reliance maturation method, in abscess Mokdan-San Euiiin-Tang Jeokduiin-Tang by the method of water repelling pus discharge, acute breaking, in ulcer Takridanggui-Tang Paljin-Tang Bojungikki-Tang were each used by the method of interior reliance, virulence astriction, supplement vital force and blood, supplement spleen stomach. 6. On treatment patient may have to be careful of excessive moving and suprising anxiety. Abuse of acupuncture and moxibustion made patient worse, misuse of analgesics purgative intestinal irrigation etc. could provoke difficult diagnosis and perforation. So you must treat after exact diagnosis. 7. Prognosis of ease tumor ease abscess ease ulcer and ease astriction was good. If the intestinal carbuncle were not to promote to abscess and ulcer for a long time, its prognosis was bad and it could metastasize to cancer because of dark purple with hardness. So tumor abscess ulcer in intestinal carbuncle may be significant of precancerous lesion.

In this investigation, Bi₂MoO₆ deposited graphene nanocomposite (BMG) was synthesized using a simple microwave assisted hydrothermal synthesis method. The synthesized BMG nanocomposite was characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray analysis, and photocurrent analysis. The study revealed that the catalysts prepared have high crystalline nature, enhanced light responsive property, high catalytic activity, and good stability. XRD results of BMG composite exhibit a koechlinite phase of Bi₂MoO₆. The surface property is shown by SEM and TEM, which confirmed a homogenous composition in the bulk particles of Bi₂MoO₆ and nanosheets of graphene. The catalytic behavior was investigated by the decomposition of Rhodamine B as a standard dye. The results exhibit excellent yields of product derivatives at mild conditions under ultrasonic/visible light-medium. Approximately 1.6-times-enhanced sono-photocatalytic activity was observed by introduction of Bi₂MoO₆ on graphene nanosheet compared with control sample P25 during 50 min test.

As a result of investigating the cases of applying Yuk-mi-ji-hwang-tang-kakambang(六味地黃湯加減方) to treating dementia, the following results are obtained. 1. Yuk-mi-ji-hwang-tang-kakambang(六味地黃湯加減方)is applied to anapladementia. 2 Yuk-mi-ji-hwang-tang-kakambang(六味地黃湯加減方) is also applied to treating the dementia due to congenital weakness and defficiencies of the Liver and Kidney, the Spleen and Kidney. 3. To cure congenital weakness, Yuk-mi-ji-hwang-tang(六味地黃湯), Jwa-kwi-hwan(左歸丸), Bo-sin-ik-su-tang(補腎益髓湯) and Chil-bok-eum-kakam(七福飮加減) which can bo-sin-ik-jeong(補腎益精) sung-noi-ik-ji(醒腦益智), for the defficiencies of liver and kidney, Jwa-kwi-hwan-kakam(左歸丸加減), Woo- kwi-eum-kakam(左歸飮加減) and Ki-kuk-ji-hwang-tang-hap-jng-ji-tang-kakam(杞菊地黃湯合定智湯加減) which can bo-ik- kan-sin(補益肝腎) jeon-jeong-gun-noi(塡精健腦) and for the defficiencies of spleen and kidney, Hwan-so-dan-kakam(還少丹加減) and Kum-kwe-shin-ki-hwan-kakam(金궤腎氣丸加減) which can bo-sin-gun-bi(補腎健脾) ik-gi-sang-jeong(益氣生精) gun-noi-sang-su(健腦生髓) 4. Won-Ji(遠志) and Suk-chang-po(石菖蒲) which can sung-sin-ga-gu(醒神開竅) are added to yuk-mi-ji-hwang-tang(六味地黃湯).

Thermoelectric (TE) materials working in radioisotope thermoelectric generators are irradiated by neutrons throughout its service; thus, investigating the neutron irradiation stability of TE devices is necessary. Herein, the influence of neutron irradiation with fluences of 4.56 × 10¹⁰ and 1 × 10¹³ n/cm² by pulsed neutron reactor on the electrical and thermal transport properties of n-type Bi₂Te_2.7Se_0.3 and p-type Bi_0.5Sb_1.5Te₃ thermoelectric alloys prepared by cold-pressing and molding is investigated. After neutron irradiation, the properties of thermoelectric materials fluctuate, which is related to the material type and irradiation fluence. Different from p-type thermoelectric materials, neutron irradiation has a positive effect on n-type Bi₂Te_2.7Se_0.3 materials. This result might be due to the increase of carrier mobility and the optimization of electrical conductivity. Afterward, the effects of p-type and n-type TE devices with different treatments on the output performance of TE devices are further discussed. The positive and negative effects caused by irradiation can cancel each other to a certain extent. For TE devices paired with p-type Bi_0.5Sb_1.5Te₃ and n-type Bi₂Te_2.7Se_0.3 thermoelectric legs, the generated power and conversion efficiency are stable after neutron irradiation.

Hyperhidrosis is a condition characterized by excessive sweating. It can be generalized or focal. Generalized hyperhidrosis involves the entire body and is usually part of an underlying condition, most often an infectious, endocrine or neurologic disorder. Focal hyperhidrosis is idiopathic, occurring in otherwise healthy people. The condition carries a substantial psychological and social burden, since it interferes with daily activities. We treated two male patients who had hyperhidrosis on the head. In the point of Differentiation of Syndrom(辨證), these subjects were diagnosed as Bi-Wi-Gi-Her (Pi-Wei-Qi-Xu 脾胃氣虛) and was administered revised Bojungikgi-tang (reserved Buzhongyiqi-tang, 補中益氣湯加味方). All of two cases had anorexia, dyspepsia, fatigue. After treatment hyperhidosis and other symptoms improved.

A 51-year-old man developed diplopia while driving. The brain CT film demonstrated a hemorrhage in the left midbrain and thalamus. On our first diagnosis after 8 days from onset, partial ptosis and limitation of adduction in the left eye were detected. We evaluated that the patinet's digestive system was weak, so that treated the patient with Bojungikki-tang and Sa-am acupuncture Bi-Jung-Geouk(脾正格). As a result, limitation of adduction was recovered to about 90% of normal range and Ptosis was recovered just likely with the normal eye.
