송전선로의 고장점 검출방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fault Location Algorithms on Transmission Line)

  • Most faults that occur on transmission lines are caused by extreme weather with lightning storms in the distance. These are not only prolongs the time of removing and recovering, but also increases economical damages. If faults can be precisely located, maintenance crews can reach them quickly, and remove the faults in time. So, the precise locating of the faulted point on a transmission line is very important to improve the system reliability, and decreases economic damages as an inherent consequence of long term outages. Also, fault location methods are becoming of much importance for utilities and research. In this paper, two single-terminal impedance-based fault location techniques will be investigated to show the reliability and evaluated the performance of reactance and Takagi method by using MATHCAD program simulations.

  • 부분방전 검출을 이용한 XLPE 케이블 진단은 중간 및 종단 접속재의 계면에 존재하는 결합을 검출할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 방법으로 제시되고 있지만 현장의 큰 노이즈로 인하여 신뢰성 있는 진단이 쉽지 않다. 하지만 국내에서 많은 연구가 이루어진 송전케이블 진단 기술을 바탕으로 배전케이블 진단에 적용하여 종단접속부에서 발생된 부분방전을 성공적으로 검출하였고 해체 조사를 통하여 결함을 검출하였다. 본 논문은 참고문헌[1]에 발표한 논문에 연결되는 논문으로 전편은 2004년 2월 부분방전 검출사례를 보고한 논문이고 본 논문에서는 8월 계획정전을 통하여 문제된 접속함을 교체한 후 해체조사를 통하여 결함을 검출한 사례보고이다.

  • Underground distribution system is a trend due to the successive development of metropolitan area and satellite cities and the environment of the commercial and residential areas. The high quality of electricity, which is related with the minimal outage duration time due to the maintenance work for the underground distribution line, is mandatory. Hence, the construction method and tools for the outage-free maintenance construction have been required for underground distribution system. So far, all the efforts for outage-free maintenance for the underground distribution have been limited only to the survey for foreign countries situation and the theoretical provision; thus, It is required to develop the various construction method and the application tools. Differently from the aerial line, the construction of the underground cable is complicated and the insulation distance between conductor and shield should be maintained in loadmaking/breaking operation, though the apparatus connected with cable is a deadfront type. Also since the apparatus is installed above ground, by-pass of faulted area at busy area needs a variety of high technologies. Therefore, in this these, the authors introduce the development status of the loadbreak connectors, connection facilities, outage-free maintenance system for secondary side, a secondary auxiliary bushing and additional tools so that there can be more progress on this field.

세탁 및 건조과정에 의한 스판덱스 혼방 직물의 변형 비교 (The Effects of Washing and Drying on the Dimensional Stability of Woven Fabrics with and without Spandex)

  • There is increased interest in clothes dryers and garments made of spandex-blend woven fabrics; however, there is limited information available for the laundering and drying these clothes. This study investigates the effects of washing and drying on shrinkage, skewness, and wrinkle for woven fabrics with and without spandex. When spandex with good elastic recovery was blended, the deformed shape from washing and drying improved skewness and wrinkle by easily returning to its original shape. However, these properties had a negative effect on shrinkage in terms of length and area change. When the influence of clothes maintenance was classified, the drying process had the biggest influence of 58%, followed by spinning-rinsingwashing. Tumble drying, in which the fabric is exposed to mechanical force and heat for a long period, had more negative effects on the dimensional stability than line drying. The spandex blend had the effect of preventing skewness and wrinkle in garments, but it was also shown to accelerate shrinkage by garment maintenance cycles. It was important to control drying in order to reduce shrinkage during the maintenance process; consequently, this had the greatest influence on the dimensional stability of fabrics. Therefore, line drying was more advantageous for spandex-blend fabrics than tumble drying in terms of management for shrinkage, skewness, and wrinkle.

원전 이용률의 의의 및 증진방안 고찰 (A Study on the Significance of Unit Capacity Factor (Utilization Rate) of Nuclear Power Plants and Measures for Increasing)

  • Unit capacity factor (utilization rate) of nuclear power plants (NPPs) is an important performance indicator. Since the first commercial operation of Kori Unit 1 began in April 1978, the utilization rate of domestic NPPs has gradually increased, reaching 90% from the end of the 1990s. However, due to various issues such as the Fukushima accident in 2011, corrosion of the CLP, the utilization rate dropped to 65~80%. In the early 1980s, the utilization rate of the U.S. NPPs was around 60%. However, since 2004, it has been consistently maintained above 90%. Therefore, in this study, we first examined the causes of declining the utilization rate in domestic NPPs. Next, the significances of the utilization rates are reviewed in five aspects: investment capability, electricity rate, safety and export, etc., with discussion on the current status of the utilization rates in the U.S. Based on this, three key factors are derived as the reasons of the increasing: equipment reliability program, on-line maintenance and the pursuit of institutional rationality. And finally, by synthesizing above results, the measures for increasing the utilization rate of domestic NPPs are proposed in terms of equipment management, institutional improvements, and personnel resources.

도서유통(圖書流通) 효율화(效率化)를 위한 공정거래정책(公正去來政策) (Returns and Resale Price Maintenance in Book Distribution)

  • 재판매가격유지(再版賣價格維持)는 어떤 다른 제품보다도 도서유통(圖書流通)에서 가장 오랫동안 쓰여 왔으며, 원칙적으로 재판매가격유지를 금지하고 있는 우리의 "독점규제(獨占規制) 및 공정거래(公正去來)에 관(關)한 법률(法律)"에서도 출판물(出版物) 등 저작물(著作物)에 대해서만은 이를 예외적으로 허용하고 있다. 본고(本稿)는 도서유통에서의 재판매가격유지(再版賣價格維持)와 반품제(返品制)의 경제적(經濟的) 기능(機能)과 효과(效果)를 분석하고 있다. 재판매가격유지는 서점(書店)이 수집 전달하는 시장정보(市場情報)에 대한 재산권(財産權)을 확립하여 판매전망이 불확실한 도서가 취급 전시되도록 하는 것으로 반품제(返品制)가 이와 동일한 경제적 기능을 제공하는 대체적(大替的) 수단(手段)이 된다. 미국에서 재판매가격유지(再版賣價格維持)가 위법화(違法化)되자 반품제(返品制)가 도입되었고 판매마진이 감소하면서 반품율(返品率)이 증가한 것이나, 재판매가격유지를 허용해 온 영국 등 유럽제국에서 반품제 없이 도서유통(圖書流通)이 이루어지고 있는 것이 이를 뒷받침해 준다. 도서(圖書)의 재판매가격유지(再版賣價格維持) 허용으로 출판사들은 반품(返品)에 따른 비용(費用)을 감소시킬 수 있고 서점들이 대형화(大型化) 유인(誘引)을 갖게 될 것이다. 그러나 재판매가격유지계약(再版賣價格維持契約)을 체결한 출판사가 많지 않다는 것은 이미 반품제(返品制)가 광범위하게 쓰이고 있는 현실을 반영하는 것으로 재판매가격유지는 출판사가 원하는 도서에 대해서만 허용되어야 하며 할인판매여부(割引販賣與否)와 시기(時期)도 출판사가 제한없이 결정할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

지하 경량전철의 정거장 규모조정에 관한 사례연구 (우이~신설 경량전철 중심으로) (A Case study for minimizing scale of LRT stations constructed underground)

  • Seoul Metropolitan Government has performed alternative transit system, light rail transit(LRT), for settling the problems of urban public transit system based on conventional bus service and heavy rail transit(HRT). LRT projects of total 8 lines(about 73.6km), including Ui-Sinseol line, have been planned as Build-Transfer-Operate(BTO) projects. For the first LRT, Ui-Sinseol line, however, design of structure had met standard for design of HRT, because of no domestic design code for LRT when participates of Ui-Sinseol project submitted the design proposal. This case study reports a successful example of LRT design minimizing the scale of stations designed in base of HRT code. The problems, like oversized structures compared with LRT vehicles, excessive costs for construction, had been resolved through negotiations with the participates of Ui-Sinseol line. Result suggests that present and future costs for construction and maintenance of the LRT projects in Seoul be considerably reduced in advance.

  • Linear motor is able to produce line movement without rotary-to-line converter at the system required line moving. Thus Linear motor has no gear, screw, belt for line movement. Therefore it has some advantage which decrease friction loss, noise, vibration, maintenance effort and prevent decay of control performance due to backlash. This paper proposes the estimation method of unknown parameters from the BLDC Linear motor and determine the PI controller gain through this estimation. Each control movement that is current, speed, position control, and PWM wave generation is performed on Processor, which is DSP(Digital Signal Processor), having high speed performance. PI theory is adopted to each for controller for control behavior More fast convergence to command position is accomplished by applying the new velocity locus which derived from position error.
