노주 오희상은 조선후기 순조대에 활약한 유학자로서 당시 산림의 종장이었다. 그는 절충파 성리학자로서 알려져 있으나 생부 오재순과 백형 오윤상으로 이어지는 가학을 계승하여 경학에도 조예가 깊었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노주의 경설과 그 특징을 살펴보았다. 노주 경설의 경학방법론의 특징으로는 다음과 같은 점이 주목된다. 첫째, 전체적으로 분석이 정밀하며 경서해석에 있어서 주로 성리설과 관계된 장절을 주석하였다. 둘째, 주자주에 대한 견해는 물론 사서집주대전의 소주(小注)에 대해서도 깊이 있는 탐구를 하고 있다. 다만 노주는 주자설의 경우 반대하기 보다는 주자설(朱子說)의 미흡한 점을 보완하는 선에서 경서를 해석했다. 소주의 제가의 견해에 대해서는 찬동 보다는 비판적인 학설을 많이 개진하고 있다. 셋째, 중국 유학자는 물론 우리나라 유학자의 설을 많이 인용하고 있다. 이율곡을 비롯하여 남당 한원진의 학설을 주로 소개하고 있다. 특히 그중에서도 한원진의 "경의기문록"을 자주 인용하고 있다. 넷째, 노주는 선배 유학자설을 인용함에 있어서 적극적으로 수용하는 경우도 많지만 그 학설이 타당하지 않다고 생각될 경우 과감하게 그 오류를 지적하고 있다. 우암, 율곡은 물론 심지어는 맹자설에 대해서도 그 오류를 낱낱이 변파하고 있다. 다섯째, 특히 "주역"에 대해 심도있는 논의를 전개하고 있다. 정자의 "역전"에 대해서는 비판을 주자의 "본의"에 대해서는 수용하는 양상을 보이고 있다. 전체적으로 "주역"의 개략적인 설명이 많고 건괘를 제외하고는 괘를 직접 설명한 것은 적으며 특히 "계사전" 설명이 상세하다.

YiHui(宜彙) is medical book written in 19th century. It's author is known as an intellectual. His pen name is GumLiSanIn(錦里散人). YiHui is a important book to show us medical treatment in Chosun-Korea 19th century. We purposed to analyze contents of YiHui and organize its Historical meanings. For that, we studied about GumLiSanIn. Then we explained contents of each chapter of this book. YiHui - title of book means gathering important treatment. Like that, this book contains a lots of skills and prescriptions origined from classic Chinese and Korean medical books. Many methods of this book are invented by practitioners who played an active part in the folk. Furthermore, its treatments is very simple and its hurbs is getatable to be used easily. Yihui inherits the tradition of Hyangyak that is local herb medicine of Chosun.

In this paper, we introduce a frame structure of the satellite TDMA network and the synchronization method thereof. The primary station transmits a special burst called reference burst which provides reference time to network. By using this reference burst all nodes achieve initial acquisition and synchronization. We consider time drift due to the node and satellite mobility, time shift due to the node position, Doppler shift due to the node mobility and frequency offsets as important factors of the frame structure. Simulation results show that the proposed frame structure and synchronization method guarantee accurate synchronization performance when the node is even in low SNR as well as 25 kHz frequency offsets.
