In this paper, the electrical characteristics of Fin-type SONOS (Silicon-Oxide-Nitride-Oxide-Silicon) flash memory and Planar-type SONOS flash memory are analyzed. Compared to the Planar-type SONOS device, Fin-type SONOS device shows a good short channel effect immunity. Moreover, memory characteristics such as PIE speed, Endurance and Retention of FinFET SONOS flash are batter than that of conventional Planar-type SONOS flash memory.

Parkinson's disease is representative degenerative diseases of the nervous system, which is from deficiency of dopamine neurons to pass in which the gradual degeneration of the body. In this paper, open UCI repository data of Parkinson's patients is used for experiments. The classification based on correlation analysis is examined. In addition, the relationship between groups is differentiated by cluster analysis based on patients with Parkinson's disease by apriori algorithm and correlation analysis. It is used to find the properties that distinguish cluster analysis. Though the disease is the same in the basic structure, each group is compared as each gender group with the most distinctive part of the characteristics.

The very problem we are to touch in this study is that our own types of urban housing complex are isolated from the existing residential environment. The closed and self-completing structures of past urban housing complexes didn't develop the communal spirit and it has increased anti-city trends. With all that, this study intends to provide some materials to reform our urban housing environment through analyzing former European examples on the basis of the development of our own urban housing types which will correspond with existing urban structure and urban tissue.

Stabilities of chelates of 7-nitroso-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonate have been determined for divalent transition metal ions, Mn(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), and Zn(Ⅱ) by means of the Calvin-Bjerrum technique. Comparison of these stability constants with those obtained for 8-hydroxyquinoline, and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonate shows that the observed differences are essentially the results of the lower basicity of the sulfonated group and different metal-ligand bond. The divalent metal chelate stability sequence is not in agreement with the reported metal orders for other chelating agents. The stabilities were found to follow the order Mn(Ⅱ) < Fe(Ⅱ) ${\approx}$ Co(Ⅱ) > Ni(Ⅱ) < Cu(Ⅱ) > Zn(Ⅱ).

As the ensemble averaged dZ/dt signal during exercise is smoothed, it is difficult to find the distinctive marks. The cross correlation function was made use of estmating these marks. LVET was calculated based on the calculated parameters of the characteristic points. For the accuracy validation, LVET calculated by hand, by the ensemble average and the cross correl at ion were compared.

본 논문에서는 도심공원이 증가하고 환경의 생태적 가치가 높아짐에 따라 생태공원의 존재가 부각되고 있는 현실 속에서, 국가에서도 필요성을 인지하고 있는 생태공원이 점차 확대되어감에 따라 도시림의 문제점을 알아보고 서울숲의 기능과 생태적요소를 알아보고 향후 도시림의 설치방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 현재 국내 도시림의 문제점을 도출해 낸 후 서울숲의 기능과 생태적 요소를 비교분석하여 국내의 도시림이 가져야할 기능과 요소들을 파악해 향후 도시림에 그러한 기능과 요소를 도입시켜 국내 도시림이 더욱 생태적인 공원이 될 수 있을 것이다.

상용 응용 소프트웨어들은 주요 정보 및 알고리즘들을 내포하고 있어, 악의적인 역공학자들에 의해 특정 소프트웨어를 decompile하여 자료구조 및 제어 흐름을 분석하려는 공격이 이루어 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MS 윈도우 XP 상의 Visual C++ (MFC 포함) 프로그램을 역공학 공격으로부터 보호하기 위한 데이터 obfuscator를 구현하고 그 성능을 평가한다. 구현한 obfuscator는 C++ 소스코드를 입력 받아 3가지의 데이터 obfuscation 알고리즘을 적용한 후, 이를 다시 소스코드로 재생성하는 도구로 큰 성능저하 없이 구현 가능함을 알 수 있다.

This paper presents the investigation on the demand of domestic companies for reliability. For persons undertaking reliability tasks of 224 companies, the questionnaire study is made to investigate the importance and necessity of reliability, needs and priorities of reliability manuals, and the appropriate scheme to propagate them by internet and telephone. By analyzing the responses according to fields of industry, types of manufacturing, numbers of employees, and total sales, we obtained the useful informations for developing and propagating reliability manuals.
