유통업태 연구동향 분석: 백화점을 중심으로 (Research Trend Analysis of the Retail Industry: Focusing on the Department Store)

  • Purpose: As one of the continuous studies on the offline distribution industry, the purpose of this study is to find ways for offline stores to respond to the growth of online shopping by identifying research trends on department stores. Research design, data and methodology: To this end, this study conducted word frequency analysis, word co-occurrence frequency analysis, BERTopic, LDA, and dynamic topic modeling using Python 3.7 on a total of 551 English abstracts searched with the keyword 'department store' in scienceON as of October 10, 2022. Results: The results of word frequency analysis and co-occurrence frequency analysis revealed that research related to department stores frequently focuses on factors such as customers, consumers, products, satisfaction, services, and quality. BERTopic and LDA analyses identified five topics, including 'store image,' with 'shopping information' showing relatively high interest, while 'sales systems' were observed to have relatively lower interest. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that research related to department stores has so far been conducted in a limited scope, and it is insufficient to provide clues for department stores to secure competitiveness against online platforms. Therefore, it is suggested that additional research be conducted on topics such as the true role of department stores in the retail industry, consumer reinterpretation, customer value and lifetime value, department stores as future retail spaces, ethical management, and transparent ESG management.

간호학과 학생들의 블렌디드 러닝에 대한 인식 -포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 중심으로- (Nursing students' Perception of Blended Learning - Based on Focus Group Interview -)

  • 본 연구는 블렌디드 러닝에 대한 간호학과 학생들의 인식을 파악하기 위하여 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 적용한 질적연구이다. 간호학과 4학년 학생 21명을 4개의 그룹으로 나누어 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하고 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 블렌디드 러닝에 대한 간호학생의 인식은 '철저히 준비 되지 않은 적용과 운영', '방향감 상실과 학습 이탈', '일방향 듣기', '편리함'이라는 4개의 주제로 범주화되었다. 학생들은 블렌디드 러닝에 대해 시·공간의 제약없는 반복학습에 대한 만족감을 느끼고 있었지만, 온라인 콘텐츠의 질적 수준, 시스템, 블렌디드 러닝을 적용하기 위한 준비 등에 있어서 미흡함과 불만족스러움을 느끼고 있었다. 향후 간호학 수업에서 블렌디드 러닝의 적용을 위해 먼저 교과과정을 고려한 온·오프라인 수업의 효과적인 설계를 기반으로 수준 높은 온라인 콘텐츠가 개발되어야 한다. 또한 온라인 과정을 지원할 수 있는 시스템적, 행정적, 재정적, 제도적 기반이 마련되어야 할 것이며, 학생들의 자기주도 학습활동을 가이드 해 줄 수 있는 온라인 지원체계가 만들어져야 할 것이다.

공공도서관 상주작가 문화프로그램 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cultural Program Improvement for Resident Writers in Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 도서관 상주작가 지원사업 문화프로그램 운영현황을 파악하고 프로그램에 대한 이용자의 인식과 선호, 사서의 인식을 조사하여 도서관 상주작가 문화프로그램의 운영개선 및 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위한 연구방법은 이론적 연구와 상주작가 문화프로그램 운영 현황조사, 도서관 이용자의 인식 및 선호에 대한 설문조사, 사서의 인식에 대한 인터뷰조사를 통한 실증적 연구를 병행하였다. 현황조사·설문조사·인터뷰조사는 2021년 5월부터 11월까지의 상주작가 지원사업 문화프로그램을 실시하고 있는 도서관을 대상으로 하였다. 문화프로그램의 어려움은 상주작가의 역량과 코로나로 인한 휴·재개관의 반복과 비대면 수업으로 나타났다. 프로그램 개선방안으로 상주작가와 다른 분야의 문인 초청과 문학프로그램 운영, 온라인 홍보에서 오프라인 홍보의 강화, 문화프로그램 운영의 사전교육, 사업 시작 시기 조정, 작가의 특성을 위한 교육, 이용자 연령을 고려한 진행방식, 이용자 선호프로그램, 프로그램 운영시간, 정기문화프로그램 운영, 지역특성과 프로그램의 다양성 등을 고려해야 할 것이다.

Channel Integration Quality, Customer Experience and Patronage in Omnichannel Retailing

  • Purpose: By integrating multiple separate online, offline distribution channels, omnichannel distribution has modernized and revolutionized the retailing sector. Omnichannel distribution supports firms by delivering seamless shopping experiences for customers throughout all touchpoints of the shopping journey. This paper aims at exploring the impact of channel integration quality on customer experience and patronage intentions in the omnichannel distribution context. Research design, data and methodology: An online survey was taken with 351 omnichannel experienced shoppers by utilizing the structured questionnaire. The partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS software were employed to analyze and test proposed hypotheses. Results: The findings reveal that channel integration quality dimensions including breadth of channel-service choice, transparency of channel-service configuration, content consistency, and process consistency, play crucial roles in the customer shopping experience. The perceived compatibility has been influenced by the integrated interactions in which content consistency and process consistency. The findings also demonstrate the positive and direct impact of perceived compatibility on customer experience, and both factors have substantial effects on customers' patronage intentions. Conclusions: This study sheds light on the literature on channel integration quality, omnichannel retailing experience and customer patronage. In addition, this study provides practical implications for omnichannel retailers in enhancing customer experience and patronage.

국내 제약 산업 수출지원서비스 품질이 기업의 수출 기대치에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Korean Pharmaceutical Export Supporting Program's Service Quality on Export Performance Expectation of Korean Pharmaceutical Companies)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the service quality of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI), along with the utilization of and customer satisfaction with its export supporting program, and the export performance of Korean pharmaceutical companies. Methods: An online and offline survey was conducted on Korean pharmaceutical companies that have used the export supporting program provided by KHIDI. Data on the service quality of KHIDI, utilization of and customer satisfaction with the export supporting program, and company export performance were collected via survey. Results: Results indicated that systemizing and reliability service factors of the export supporting program have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on utilization of the export supporting program. Furthermore, customer satisfaction and utilization of the program have a significant impact on company expectations regarding future export performance. Conclusions: As a result, service quality, utilization, and customer satisfaction were found to affect Korean pharmaceutical company's expectations regarding their future export performance. The results of this study can significantly impact the development of export supporting programs.

개인정보보호를 통한 정보품질과 서비스 품질이 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구: 중국 O2O 모바일 쇼핑 어플리케이션 이용자를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Information Quality and Service Quality on Satisfaction and Loyalty through Perceived Privacy Protection: Focusing on Users of O2O Mobile Shopping Applications in China)

  • This study investigates the effects of O2O-based mobile shopping application (O2O MSA)'s information and service quality on the user's perceived privacy protection, satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, 969 questionnaire reponses were collected, out of which 555 were used to estimate the structural paths using PLS-SEM (partial least square structural equation model) for the hypothesis test. Our empirical findings are drawn from Chinese respondents that live in a 1-line city in China and use O2O MSAs serviced by China's leading companies. This study examines and confirms that qualified information and service of O2O MSA positively affect both perceived privacy protection and customer satisfaction, which finally leads to customer behavioral loyalty through the perceived privacy protection. Further, this study presents effective practical implications for application development strategy suitable for users in the O2O-based mobile shopping industry.

  • This research is an empirical study to analyze the factors that affect users' acceptance & diffusion of online product message. Today many people use the product message/information on the internet, before they make decision to buy something in online/offline environment. This paper proposes the site design look, enjoyment, and usefulness as message perception factors. And we examine the relationship among the perception factors, message credibility, acceptance & diffusion. The purpose of this paper is threefold. First, we examine the relationship between as perception factors and the credibility assessment of the message by customers. Second, we will show the effect of message credibility on the message acceptance & diffusion. Third, we try to present some theoretical and empirical implication through the result of our studies.

  • IT기술의 발전에 따라 소비자의 쇼핑 유형이 다양해지면서 온라인과 오프라인의 경계를 없앤 O2O서비스가 증가하고 있다. O2O서비스의 발달과 함께 온라인의 지속적인 성장과 반대로 한계에 부딪힌 오프라인 유통업체에 새로운 변화를 일으키고 있다. 이러한 변화를 기반으로 본 연구는 선행연구들을 통해 검증된 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model)에 근거하여 O2O서비스의 사용자가 지각하는 서비스품질이 소비자의 O2O서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한다. 연구 결과 외부변수인 지각된 품질은 기술수용모델의 주요 변수인 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성에 영향을 미치고, 또한 지각된 유용성과 용이성은 태도와 행동의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 사용자의 지각된 용이성이 높을수록 지각된 유용성이 높아지고 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 사용자의 O2O서비스 활용도를 높이기 위해서는 인지할 수 있는 서비스의 품질을 부각시키고 동시에 편리성과 유용성에 대한 관리가 필요하다. 이는 O2O서비스를 고도화하고자 시도하는 기업에 의미 있는 방향성을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

인터넷뱅킹의 서비스품질이 e-서비스가치 및 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality on E-Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Internet Banking)

  • With the growth of e-commerce banks make the best use of internet banking which can provide all sorts of financial services in cyber space and satisfy customers beyond traditional banking services which are cash reserve and loan based on retail. For survival of internet banking high quality of service should be provided to customers. For this, the attributes of service quality in internet banking should be identified first. The studies on scale of service quality in internet banking have been divided into two ways. While traditional way has focused on SERVQUAL, several researchers have developed scale of e-service quality. However, the dimension of e-service quality is applied from the traditional dimension of service quality. In this paper five dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy based on SERVQUAL are used as scale of service quality in internet banking through reviewing previous studies. In addition, because service value is correlated to service quality, the dimensions of service quality can affect e-service value. The positive relationship among e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in online or offline service has been identified by previous studies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among service quality, e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in internet banking. SPSS 12.0 is used to test validity and reliability of questionnaire items and correlation of variables and AMOS 4.0 is used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study show that the responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors of service quality have a positive effect on service value and that the tangible and assurance factors have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. It also shows that e-service value affects positively customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects positively customer loyalty. Therefore, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, service quality and value of internet banking should be improved through reinforcing customers' trust in internet service quality.

A Study on the Effect of Online Activation Business Transaction Factors of Fresh Food Shopping Mall on e-Customer Relationship Quality and e-Customer Loyalty

  • Purpose - For the development of fresh food shopping malls, consumers should continue to experience loyalty and favorability for the company's products or brands, and this should lead directly to purchase so that active word-ofmouth and recommendation should be encouraged. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of e-service quality and e-ERM on e-loyalty with customer satisfaction and commitment as mediators. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted by sample survey method on 320 online customers who have experience in using major online fresh food shopping malls for more than one year. Data analysis methods were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Result - Hypothesis 1 through Hypothesis 7 were all supported. The results of this study suggest that e-service quality and e-CRM of online fresh food shopping malls have a significant effect on satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, the conclusion has been derived that the focus of this study, that such satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect on e-customer loyalty. has been supported theoretically and empirically. Conclusion - This study suggests that studies on customer loyalty based on activation commerce factors related to fresh food in online shopping malls will be an index that can reflect on customer's needs corresponding with future trends of not only online shopping malls but also offline shopping malls.
