Space Use Characteristics and Categorization of University Professo's Office Identified through Physical Trace Method (실측조사방법을 통한 교수연구실 사용실태분석 및 유형화)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify and categorize the space use characteristics of the university professor's office. The data were recorded and collected through the physical trace method. Acture Measurement. Photograph, sketch and CAD drawings were used to trace 118 professors offices at Yonse-University. The analysed features were the user characteristics, the size, characteristics of space (such as composition, layout and furniture arrangement), the appliance and the instrument characteristics. To categorize the 'space use' characteristics. 6 variables were used: 1) the territorial characteristics, 2) the spatial relationship between professor's territory and entrance, 3) the layout type of work area, 4) the spatial relationship between professor's and assistant's work area, 5) the arrangement of table, and 6) the completion of sofa set. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for the development of design alternatives for the most typical university professors' office.

  • This study aimed to understand changing of work organization on variation of social organization and research typological classification of office layout based on preceded understanding. They find the development direction of a hereafter office of the task organization out according to it, And we suggest to Typological classification of Office Layouts based on Organization Theories.

  • After platform changed from PC-based internet to mobile, SNS became new interactive media which relaces face-to-face interaction. the SNS users have already begun to recognize SNS as daily necessity. SNS market has been subdivided. In other words, SNS has entered into a period of vertical SNS that focus on contents and specific target. Therefore, It is necessary to analyze users for SNS planners. For this reason, analyzing why office workers who have the most powerful purchasing power use SNS is meaningful for SNS planners. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the reasons for using SNS of office workers by studying relationship among office workers' stress, social support, self-expression and the use of SNS. As a result, the use of SNS has a significantly positive correlation with social support and self-expression. The self-expression in the SNS is not associated with stress, but rather it is the characteristics of the office workers. However the social support in the SNS affects to stress.

  • The mobile office, which was expected to be a key strategy for business operation through business innovation, was slow to spread from the BYOD environment to information security issues. This study analyzes mobile office information security and analyzes countermeasures against mobile information security threats to analyze the influence of information security factors on corporate satisfaction and continuous use of mobile office service. The results of the study were identified through the research model and hypothesis, quantitative empirical analysis based on the questionnaire and qualitative empirical analysis based on the expert interview. Through this study, practical implications and future directions for mobile office service satisfaction and continuous use are suggested.

  • Recently, a lower levels space has turned into a mediating space where people can experience urban spaces directly and it has revitalized communication between the city and company and also it has changed itself newly. In addition, this space which is connecting interior and exterior spaces of company's buildings can attract people living in the downtown as shock-absorbing and transitional space and it is getting more important part in urban context these days. Through case studies of corporate office space planning characteristics derived lower levels and to provide direction for the lower levels of the corporate office space planning purposes of the present study. Therefore, I establish the concept of the public good corporate office space and transition space, the concept of transition through the first Theoretical Methods. I investigate the properties of the transition area is used as the target for completion of the current construction culture destination since 2000, winning the corporate office, I have been talking about the characteristics of the corporate office along the lower part of the last PPS assessment criteria to apply to the building. PPS by applying an assessment factor can be derived for building enterprise case studies and analysis of the results the following conclusions about the use of publicity and transition space. First, lower levels of corporate office space had been applied to the use and activity in a very important project characteristics. Second, corporate office space, lower levels of access and linkages are important. Finally, in terms of public characteristics transition space is a important characteristic for low-rise space of headquarter buildings.

  • The stringing load was added to tower design that consider the active load in 765kV transmission line construction. The nominal auxiliary members of steell tubular tower arm were altered into stress members by means of three dimensional design analysis method. 765kV transmission line construction also use self-standing tower that does not install temporary wire which support the section tower placed between drum field and engine field when stringing process.

  • This paper discusses the surveying of a power transmission line using Real Time Kinematic(RTK) GPS technology. The use of RTK provides users with an accurate position at the moment in time. Application result of a 765kV transmission line surveying proved to be more accurate and efficient than using a traditional EDM (Electro-magnetic distance measurement) method. More, decrease in numbers of trees cut down which is a major cause of public discontents was achieved. Improvements in doing a surveying of a power transmission line using GPS is expected in the future.

  • This study is based on the Importance of home office in domestic environment in Korea. In recent years, the distribution of network environment at home has been changed rapidly Each family member uses home office for various purpose. The home office in domestic living environment become a part of common use for all family member. The purpose of this study is to set the framework of design direction in terms of system furniture for home office within the limitation of current standard space at home such as typical apartment - 30 pyeong, 40 pyeong. The first step of study is to understand user space and user needs through the user survey. The second step is to find the right location and plan of home office in domestic environment. The last is to suggest the integral system furniture and elements that fits to the various situations of location according to the space and user type.
