The importance of applying project management in interior design has been increased due to recent changes in construction business environment along with market opening which demands more systematized and organized project management system. Yet, project management has not been utilized for interior design industry in Korea. This study intends to define the concept of project management in interior design, categorize tasks of each phase in office design project, and establish a table of elements which should be considered in each task. The table can be utilized as a checklist at the designing site. An in-depth analysis was conducted on the tasks in the Designing phase. In short, this study demonstrates five management phases and nine tasks. The differentiated checklist for office design is discussed in the project management of the Design phase. The checklist established in this study can be used as a practical guideline not only for the clients who are not familiar with management of design project, but also for existing project managers and interior designers. Further studies on management of design projects and development of checklist other than office design is needed.

Now, on the developing COMS(Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) has solar panel on the South panel only. Therefore, the wheel off-loading has to be performed periodically to reduce a induced momentum energy by a asymmetric solar panel. One of two East/West station keeping maneuver to correct simultaneously longitude and eccentricity, orbit corrections may be performed during one of the two wheel off-loading manoeuvres per day to get enough observation time for meteorological and ocean sensor. In this paper, we applied a linearized orbit maneuver equation to acquire maneuver time and delta-V. Nonlinear simulation for the station keeping is performed and compared with general station keeping strategy for fuel reduction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational management competency according to the personality types of Project Management Office (PMO) leader on the Project Performance and to further verify the mediating effect of positive psychological capital. Research design, data and methodology: The collected data of this study was statistically checked using SPSS 25.0 program and AMOS 25.0, and the result analysis and hypothesis verification were conducted by applying demographic frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, model fit, reliability, validity, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results: The personality types of the project Management Office (PMO) leader had an effect on positive psychological capital and positive psychological capital had a mediating effect between project performance. Conclusion: Since the essence of project Management Office (PMO) leadership for organizational management exists in a smooth mutual relationship between the leader and the project members, it is necessary to expand the leadership education that strengthens the positive psychological capital and to manage the communication ability of the PMO leader continuously in terms of personnel management practice.

본 논문에서는 기존의 여러 가지 무선 홈 네트워크에 대해 개괄하고 새로운 표준인 Binary CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)를 이용한 Koinonia 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 멀티 코드 CDMA 시스템을 고속의 멀티미디어 전송을 위해 변형한 형태이다. 멀티코드 사용 시 송신 신호 파형이 멀티 레벨로 나타나게 되어 시스템의 구조가 복잡해지고 가격이 비싸지는 단점이 존재한다. 이러한 기술적 문제점을 해결하기 위해 멀티레벨의 신호를 부호화 블록을 통해 정진폭으로 변환해 전송한다. 이를 통해서 복잡한 멀티 레벨의 신호가 간단히 나타나므로 전송되는 신호의 파형이 간단히 표현되어지고 수신기의 구조가 간단해진다. 그리고, 제안된 시스템은 멀티 코드 방식을 기반으로 하기 때문에 디지털 가전기기나 3세대 이동통신과, WPAN과 관련된 무선 네트워크 응용과 같은 미래의 고속의 무선 멀티미디어 서비스를 지원하기에 적합하다.

High-precision lasers and anti-aircraft radars are the main equipment to protect the Korean Peninsula, and require preemptive maintenance before signs of failure. Of the key components in the drive sector, bearings do not have a fault alarm function. Therefore, the technology for diagnosing defects in bearings before the performance degradation of equipment occurs is becoming more important. In this paper, for the experimental analysis, we measured the acceleration of the four sets of the same lot using acceleration sensors. Through periodic measurements, the factors that changed until the bearing stopped rotating were analyzed. To determine the replacement time, the main factors and threshold values of the bearing signal were analyzed. The error of the theoretical and experimental analysis results of the defect frequency was within 2.8 %, and the validity of the theoretical analysis results could be confirmed. Based on the results, it is possible to remotely transmit trouble alerts to users through the system check function.

After determining the type and string condition of conductor of 765kV transmission lines, we studied the mechanical strength system of insulator strings to support conductors and insulate conductors from towers. In this paper, for the insulator strings which will be used in 765kV transmission lines, we're going to optimally determine the mechanical strength system and supporting method in the consideration of the reliability, economics and the survey data of T/L routes, and also suggest the calculation method to stipulate for the application limits of suspension and strain insulator strings according to the loadspan and height difference of tower.

The MapReduce Program of Hadoop Distributed File System operates on any unspecified nodes due to distributed-parallel process and block replicate for data stability. Since it is difficult to guarantee the cache locality when a Solid State Drive is used as a cache in hadoop, cache hit-rate is decreased. In this paper, we suggest a method to improve cache hit rate by pre-loading the input data of the MapReduce onto the SSD cache. To perform this method, we estimated the blocks that are used on each node by using capacity scheduler and block metadata. Eventually we could increase the performance of SSD cache by loading the blocks onto SSD cache before the Map Task run.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경 내에서 많은 IT 기업들이 그동안에 쌓아두었던 소프트웨어, 하드웨어 기술력을 바탕으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 제공하는 데 필요한 IT 인프라 구축에 힘쓰고 있는 시점에서 경쟁력이 심화되고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 대용량의 데이터를 사용자에게 고속으로 제공할 수 있는 방안을 연구하는 것이 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 대두되고 있는 이슈 중에 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 HSS(Hybrid Storage System) 내부 소프트웨어 시스템 설계 기법에 고속 캐싱을 접목시켜 사용자에게 고속으로 데이터를 제공하는 방안을 제시하였다.

Recently, public office building projects are being recognized by many construction engineers and researchers, as the critical projects in the construction industry. The project budgets have sometimes exceeded due to the lack of core knowledge, experiences, skills and experts concerned in cost planning and estimating in the pre-construction stage. It has been highlighted that planning and estimating effectively the cost of public office building projects as critical in the design stage. Within this context, some cost data books and systems, such as RSMeans cost data systems and Spon's price book, have been systematically developed and used by many construction cost managers and organizations in order to effectively estimate and use their project budgets. As a result of this research, a cost estimating model for finishes has been developed, considering the cost data used in public office building projects.
