YouTube has become a popular platform for vlogs. Among various forms of vlogs, office worker vlogs, in which a person engaged in a specific job shows his/her work environment and daily routine, are gaining popularity. Thus, focusing on office worker vlogs, the present research investigates the effects of office worker vlogs' characteristics (i.e., vlog content characteristics, vlogger characteristics) on the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog and their job engagement. Specifically, this research examines whether(1) vlog content characteristics (i.e., usefulness, accessibility, and vividness) and (2) vlogger characteristics (i.e., job similarity, credibility, and expertise) influence the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog. Moreover, this research examines how the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog affects their job engagement. With a sample of YouTube viewers of office worker vlogs (N = 215), structural equation modelling was implemented to investigate the relationships in the proposed model. The results indicate that (1) perceived usefulness of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (2) perceived accessibility of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog, albeit marginally significant; (3) perceived vividness of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (4) perceived job similarity to the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (5) perceived credibility of the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (6) perceived expertise of the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; and (7) the educational value of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the YouTube viewers' job engagement. The findings provide important implications for the production and use of office worker vlog contents.

In this study, a new idea for developing a space scale for measuring mass in a microgravity environment was proposed by using the inertial force properties of an object to measure its mass. The space scale detected the momentum change of the specimen and reference masses by using a load-cell sensor as the force transducer based on Newton's laws of motion. In addition, the space scale calculated the specimen mass by comparing the inertial forces of the specimen and reference masses in the same acceleration field. By using this concept, a space scale with a capacity of 3 kg based on the law of momentum conservation was implemented and demonstrated under microgravity conditions onboard International Space Station (ISS) with an accuracy of ${\pm}1g$. By the performance analysis on the space scale, it was verified that an instrument with a compact size could be implemented and be quickly measured with a reasonable accuracy under microgravity conditions.

The present study explored the applicability of Visibility Graph Analysis (VGA) techniques to workplace design research. Six types of VGA measures in Depthmap encompassing visual connectivity, three types of visual integration, mean depth, and visual entropy were employed for the analysis of individual privacy for task concentration and group relationship behavior in the open-plan office environment. Data comprised 136 workers in 6 open-plan offices filled with low-paneled (1.2-1.5m) cubicle workspaces. For the statistical analysis, Spearman's rho correlations and t-tests were applied for the spatial and behavioral measures. The results showed that workspace VGA measures have a potential to be useful information to account for workers' concentration privacy and, limitedly, also informal relationships with team members. Visual entropy values especially offer reliable information to predict various aspects of office workers' privacy behavior while visual integration can be used to account for the workers' sense of trust in group relations. The study also discussed the limitation of VGA applications to the workplace context.

Opening special dental office like prosthetic, orthodontics and implant is getting popular from the specialization and ramification on dental service. It shows how changes onpeople's point of view on dental offices as a business and high interesting on aesthetic. The child dental office also specialized from 1990s. It had been divided by not sort of sickness but ages of children. Thus it should support not just basic functions what other dentist of vice does but also comfortable environment to guide children patients' behavior who get afraid easily. However the interior of existing the child dental office was more focused on visual decoration but consideration of space. Thus the space is very superficial and plain, so there is limitation to give suitable environment to children patients. Therefore, from this study, I will research what is the proper space to control children patients' behavior based on well balance of space and decoration designs. Also from the research, I will explain fundamental design ideas on the child dental office space.

The purpose of this study is to Investigate color schemes, degree of its satisfaction, and color implication of office environment. This study is to find the proper current color schemes in offices today, as well as colors that will enhance efficiency and productivity in work for future uses. The study was progressed through visiting offices and survey The collected data were analyzed by using such descriptive statistics as percentage, frequency, mean, and t-test. The result of this study shows that most of offices applied the main color only for ceilings, walls, and floors; and, some of them applied supporting colors in addition to main colors. In general, workers are not satisfied by the color in their work environment. Therefore, careful planning and exploring color schemes of main colors and supporting colors in work environments can be suggested. Also, the study results of color implication in work environment indicates that there is a need to take a careful color planning, especially in relation to the type of work, sex, and the level of education of a worker.

The subjective unwantedness felt from the noise sources in living and office environment has been evaluated by investgating the upper／lower limit of perceptual loudness of the noise. The limits were selected by the subject and the noise sources were analyzed to find out whether there is any correlation with Zwicker parpmeters and ACF fastors. It was found that the loudness of vacuum cleaner noise does not influence its perceived noiseness. Noises implicated in human such as floor walking noise and talking sound, are the most irritating noise in office environment.

This study focuses on design tendencies in office buildings of public institutions after tightening up Korea's building energy performance criteria. Important office design criteria and recommendations pay attention to the issues such as building orientation, greening buildings, building form, space and envelop by intensifying building energy performance related laws, government guidelines and evaluation systems. The design tendencies explored in this research are as follows. Office buildings mainly face south and have various types of indoor and roof green spaces not for ecological reasons but for the rest. Building depth becomes thinner and atria are inserted into office buildings to improve daylighting and natural ventilation. Building cores are located on north or west and east sides acting as buffer spaces to reduce heat loss and to block solar radiation. Office building envelop design includes various creative ideas to control or utilize solar energy as like three dimensional or double structured skin and window size variation to cope with the intensity of solar radiation. Further, solar energy generation systems are integrated with building component such as roofs, sun screens and windows. This study demonstrates that government's reinforcement of the building energy performance criteria drives the change in design methods and approach.

The concept and spatial composition of office have endlessly changed according to social trend. And according to social change, members of office, namely, concept of organization has been changed. Presently, our society finds and needs appearance of office suitable for our society. According to a concept of ecological environment and a concept laying stress on human, various trials have been performed but still, stress of salaried men is treated as social issue. By having connection between psychological healing theory of Max $L{\ddot{\bar{u}}}scher$ and spatial expression elements (content : refuge, self-esteem : prospect, confidence : flow, liberty : void) as a theory, we discussed possibility of aesthetic office landscape could be developed to a type of office which could control emotion that can be a cause of stress and we intended to examine limitation and possibility through case analysis.

The mobile office, which was expected to be a key strategy for business operation through business innovation, was slow to spread from the BYOD environment to information security issues. This study analyzes mobile office information security and analyzes countermeasures against mobile information security threats to analyze the influence of information security factors on corporate satisfaction and continuous use of mobile office service. The results of the study were identified through the research model and hypothesis, quantitative empirical analysis based on the questionnaire and qualitative empirical analysis based on the expert interview. Through this study, practical implications and future directions for mobile office service satisfaction and continuous use are suggested.

Rural groundwater monitoring network has been managed by Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC) since 1998. The network consists of two kinds of subnetworks; rural groundwater management network (RGMN) and seawater intrusion monitoring network (SIMN). RGMN has been operated to promote a sound and sustainable development of rural groundwater within the concerned area for groundwater quality and quantity. SIMN has been operated to protect the crops against hazards by the saline water in coastal areas in which the shortage of irrigation water become a main problem for agriculture. Currently, a total of 283 monitoring wells has been installed; 147 wells in 79 municipalities for RGMN and 136 wells in 52 ones for SIMN, respectively. Two subnetworks commonly monitor three hydrophysical properties (groundwater level, temperature, and electric conductivity) every hour. Monitored data are automatically transferred to the management center located in KRC. Data are opened to the public throughout website named to be the Rural Groundwater Net (www.groundwater.or.kr). Annual reports involving well logging and hydrochemical data of RGMN and SIMN have been published and distributed to the rural water management office of each municipalities. In addition, anyone who concerns about RGMN an SIMN can freely download these reports throughout the Rural Groundwater Net as well.
