Radio base stations, which are widely distributed across large areas, have many difficulties in managing them. Unmanned radio base stations in remote mountains are having a hard time accessing them in case of emergencies. Major telephone service providers only remotely control incoming and outgoing information and local small business partners responsible for maintaining actual facilities do not possess such technologies, so they are each checked during field visits. In this study, in order to process the sensor raw data and smoothing, we apply the particle filters and confirmed that the performance of sensor data accuracy is increased. Integrated system using temperature, humidity, fire condition, and power operation at a wide range of radio base stations under the real-time monitoring status is operated well. It show that all of the status of base station are monitored at the remote office using the cloud server through internet networking.

Recently. smartphones have been popularized rapidly and now located deep in our daily life, providing a variety of services from banking, SNS (Social Network Service), and entertainment to smart-work mobile office through apps. Such smartphone apps can be easily downloaded from what is known as app store which, however, bears many security issues as software developers can just as easily upload to it. Military apps will be exposed to a myriad of security threats if distributed through internet-basis commercial app store. In order to mitigate such security concerns, this paper suggests a security guidelines for establishing a military-excusive app store and security verification system which prevent the security hazards that can occur during the process of development and distribution of military-use mobile apps.

Mobile Money is a key factor of financial inclusion that can revolutionize the financial service delivery and hence enhance access to finance in emerging economies, especially the East African countries. This study therefore aims to study the determinants of individual's behavioral intention and usage of Mobile Money services in Ethiopia by usiing the UTAUT2 model. The research model was tested by sampling 200 respondents from different areas of Ethiopia. The analysis results found that Government Support, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Trust and Effort Expectancy are the key factors that affect the usage of Mobile Money service, while Lower Transaction Cost factors and Social Influence were not statistically significant. The findings provide useful information that only government's active efforts and support to promote mobile money services, through appropriate policies and regulations rather than lower transaction cost, can facilitate the adoption and dissemination of such services in Ethiopia.

The purpose of this study was to classify the courses of the dental-hygiene curricula into several categories by field, to incorporate the subjects in the same category into an integrated course, and to suggest how to ensure the successful phase-in application of integrative education according to Ronald M. Harden's 11-stage integrative ladder model. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. When the existing curricula were analyzed, it's found that many credits were provided to the courses in the area of basic dentistry that offered both theory and practice. In particular, the subjects tested by the national examination were offered by every college. In the field of public oral health, the largest number of credits was allocated to theory of oral prophylaxis and practice courses. In clinical area, clinical practice, in the area of dental office management, dental insurance course was given the largest credit. There were 31 to 61 major subjects in the colleges, which indicated that the major subjects were segmented in detail. 2. It seemed necessary to incorporate the subjects in the field of basic dentistry into oral biology, and theory of oral prophylaxis/practice, preventive dentistry/practice, preclinical stage, emergency treatment and introduction to dental hygiene should be integrated in to clinical dental hygiene. The courses in clinical area should be combined into clinical dentistry, and in the field of medical management, dental insurance, hospital management and medical relation law should be incorporated into management of dental clinic. 3. In the 11-stage integrative ladder, the subjects in the same field could perfectly be incorporated as the stages advanced. Each of the subjects was less emphasized, and communication and joint plans among teachers who were respectively in charge of the courses were increasingly considered important. Specifically, there should be a consensus among the teachers in regard to the outline of teaching programs, order of education. objects and objectives of programs and what and how to evaluate.

In this paper, single, two, and three-section microstrip directional couplers are implemented for realizing the high directivity characteristics. The achievement of the high directivity with microstrip configuration is carried out by the distributed capacitor to decrease the even and odd mode phase difference. Capacitive compensation is performed by gap coupling of open stub formed in sub-coupled line. Therefore, insertion loss and power handling capability are not affected by the gap coupling. The proposed structure is easy to fabricate and incorporate another microwave device due to the planner microstrip. We designed and fabricated single, two, and three-section directional coupler with 20 ㏈ coupling. In spite of microstrip structure, the capacitive compensation structure shows 30 ㏈, 27 ㏈, and 25 ㏈ of directivity in single, two, and three-section directional couplers, respectively.

A novel miniaturized 2-pole band pass filter(BPF) is proposed and it has an overlapped hairpin and slot structure on the upper and bottom plane of microstrip lines. Due to the overlapped structure of a hairpin and a slot, the size of the proposed BPF is quite smaller than that of a general BPF having coupled lines. The size of the proposed BPF is reduced to 33 % comparing with the conventional λ/4 coupled BPF. The attenuation is improved by controlling the attenuation poles properly using the proposed structure. The proposed 2-pole BPF is fabricated with a narrow bandwidth(69 ㎒) at center frequency, 1.9 ㎓ which is difficult to make that narrow bandwidth in the conventional coupled lines due to impractical spacing. The design method in this paper can be applied to the design of other microwave circuits to reduce the size and improve the performances.

The questionnaire survey was carried out to collect basic data to identify the cause of the risk that did not appear in the current data provided by the fishermen's occupational accidents of the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperative (NFFC) to the onsite specialist, such as a fishing master, chief engineer and fisher in stow net fishing vessel from June to July 2018. The results are as follows. A total of 134 cases were surveyed, including 53 cases in Yeosu, 44 cases in Mokpo, 30 cases in Boryeong and 7 cases in Gunsan. Approximately 60% of the respondents on board the stow net fishing vessel were more than 20 years old, and the boarding experience was seasoned and suitable for the respondents. In the 4M analysis by safety accident factor during fishing work, the mechanical factors included 51 cases (25.0%) of decrepit equipment or poor maintenance and 49 cases (24.0%) of systemic error of fishing equipment. The environmental factors exhibited 71 cases (33.5%) of poor communication by mixed manning of foreign fishermen and 63 cases (29.7%) of poor environment such as heavy weather etc. The human factors showed 78 cases (37.3%) of personnel's carelessness and 45 cases (21.5%) of unskillfulness of operating net and haulers. The management factors exhibited 59 cases (32.1%) of work practice of poor safety precautions and 56 cases (30.4%) of inadequacy of education on hazard factor. The results are expected to contribute to the creation of a safe operating environment for stow net fishery, such as a fisher boarding a stow net fishing vessel, enabling the analysis of major causes of working safety accidents by cause.

According to Electronic Times(2012. 1. 3), "PMO was introduced from 1950s in the USA and as of 2010, PMO participated in 84% of project ordered by public and private sector." And Ministry of public administration and security announced that the Ministry will organize Task Force for arranging "standard for introduction and operation of PMO" for support of project implementation and strengthening specialty of ordering organization, and then, actively launch the Task Force from February, 2012. Thus, necessity of PMO is regarded as natural in some aspect but thesis for doctoral degree written by Kim Gi-yeong(2007) suggested, "performance of several projects begun at the same time cannot be interpreted as high according to whether PMO team exists or not." Martin et al.(2005) asserted, "according to whether PMO team exists or not, but there is no significant difference in other factor." In the contradictory situation, it is necessary to perform more various approaches for performance and necessity of PMO in the academic aspect.

In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm for three dimensional positioning system and implement a system over indoor wireless channel. A commercial modules are used for mobile and fixed nodes which are product of German company Nanotron Co. This module adopts chirp spread spreading scheme as modulation method to improve the ranging resolution and the module satisfies the IEEE standard 802.15.4a. The distance computation is based on received signal strength(RSS) levels and trilateration method. A testbed was set up to measure and compare the positioning estimation error of the proposed algorithm. The experiments results showed that the accuracy of location estimation was sufficiently good as much as 1m distance error in a wireless environment in an office building.

Recently, big data is positioning as a keyword in the academic circles. And usefulness of big data is carried into government, a local public body and enterprise as well as academic circles. Also they are endeavoring to obtain useful information in big data. This research mainly deals with analyses of box office success or failure of films using text mining. For data, it used a portal site 'D' and film review data, grade point average and the number of screens gained from the Korean Film Commission. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model to predict whether a film is success or not using these data. As a result of analysis, the correct classification rate by the prediction model method proposed in this paper is obtained 95.74%.
