Otemachi(大手町) is the region where it plays a pivotal role in Japanese economy as representative head offices of companies including financial insurance, general trading, information and communication newspaper media are concentrated. However, regenerating the entire region from worn-out infrastructures of buildings and city into the fresh and vibrant foothold in international business was the problem to be solved. In this situation, was examined on the basis of administrative agencies and relevant enterprises to reconstruct office buildings in phases without ceasing business functions and activities by utilizing the large-scale vacant land occurred from the relocation of the national public institutions. The independent administrative institution 'Urban Renaissance Agency(UR)' has completed the examination of industrialization and participation request for the commencement of the project. In this article, The overview of , the new form of project promoted and cooperated by officials and people, is introduced by UR (Urban Renaissance Agency) reorganizing the land exchange and infrastructure through the land readjustment project, and at the same time, procuring capital and building office buildings in solidarity with private development enterprises and financial institutions.

SI 프로젝트가 대형화되고 장기화 되면서 투입 인력과 구축 비용의 단위가 점점 커짐에 따라서 프로젝트의 복잡성과 위험요소가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 프로젝트 수행에 대한 종합적인 점검과 평가로 프로젝트에 대한 신뢰성과 안전성을 증진시키고, 각종 위험 및 역기능을 최소화 할 수 있는 프로젝트 관리에 대한 전문성이 요구되고 있다. PMO(Project Management Office)는 프로젝트의 수행을 일관성 있게 관리하고, 성공적인 완료를 위하여 지원, 감독, 통제 등의 제반 활동을 수행하는 조직이다. PMO의 도입은 사업관리 효율을 향상시키는 방법 중 하나로 인식되고 있는데, 특히 과거 프로젝트의 성공이나 실패에 대한 지식을 효과적으로 전달한다거나, 프로젝트 팀에게 프로젝트 수행과 관련된 지원 서비스를 제공한다는 점에서 효율적인 방법으로 인식 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 성공적인 SI 프로젝트가 되기 위해서 프로젝트 내에서 PMO의 역할에 대해서 분석 및 연구하였다.

Recently, office workers are increasingly aware of the right to disconnect because of the pressure from strong connections with Internet messengers. In this study, we examined the reason why the perception of the right to disconnect increases and how to deal with it. This research model is that smart working and psychological attachment from work affect right to disconnect, and that open communication and gender moderate the intensity of these effects. To verify this research model, survey questionnaires were distributed to workers in smart working environments, and 400 data were collected and analyzed using Smart-PLS. As results of data analysis, it was verified that smart working and psychological attachment from work had a significant influence on right to disconnect, that open communication group had a lesser effect of psychological attachment from work on right to disconnect than closed communication group, and that women had a lesser effect of psychological attachment from work on right to disconnect than men. Organizations need to maintain a desirable level of right to disconnect in order to improve the quality of working life. But, if it is impossible, They need to change the way of communication more openly so as to absorb the burden of strong connection by Internet. And they need to perform task assignment or stress relief policy reflecting gender characteristics.

Purpose - Once individuals in an organization don't comprehend with each other's culture and their interaction context differ, there is a bigger danger of poor communication in the organizations. Therefore, people must have a sufficiently comparable interpretation of data, communicative acts and the office itself. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and employee communication. Research design, Data, and methodology - The present researcher used categorization matrix development to review data for content. Additionally, the present researcher coded the data to correspond with the identified categories. The role of the categorization matrix is to ensure that the categories hardly represent the concepts and thus validating the findings of the study. Result - The findings from prior resources shows that the role of organizational culture on employee communication satisfaction is a pertinent issue that must be addressed and analyzed to help organizations make the desired profits and productivity. This study provides five solutions between organizational culture and employee communication satisfaction. Conclusion - This study concludes that every employee performs well where they think they are being appreciated and their efforts are rewarded. On the other hand, different organizations have instilled different organizational cultures to ensure they promote the level of satisfaction of their employees in order to yield them an improved employee performance and overall organizational performance.

As the information society developed rapidly now, office software based on IoT has released along with office appliances that we encountered in everyday life, providing more convenient services. Now a days, in addition to writing documents for recording, it has importance to create documents for effective document presentation and information transmission. In this paper, we have been presented and designed in 3D virtual space from 2D for effective information transmission in real time. The suggested program, which implements part of the design, enables the voice and visual information to be effectively communicated while conveniently exploring or showing documents in a virtual 3D space. It provides a method of automatically placing documents in 3D virtual space, designing virtual camera movements that effectively explore them, and suggesting how to connect voice information to each document in real time.

In this paper, we introduce the network infrastructure in an advanced emu test line in Deabul. New technology has been applied to advanced EMU(DMU, integrated broadcasting system, black box and etc). In order to efficient and safely test of new developed train, failure, operation, status of test line and weather information should be monitored in real time. We has implemented a wireless and optical network infrastructure for reliability and scalability. The wireless communication capability between a car and ground is 20Mbps and back-hole network has 50Mbps of the communication performance. The network between test tracks and control office was established in the optical network. That can improve communication reliability.

When we are trying to retrofit turbine control system from analog system to digital one, a new communication network is required to be contstructed. In this paper, we are going to introduce one example of economic communication network, which is reliable in operation from control room and field instruments to office and computer room. It will be installed in a power plant in the case of retrofiting control system of medium size steam turbine.

This paper describes a work that makes convenient use of room indicator of a professors' office. The functions are divided into two main functions, the main function being the display panel and the additional function LCD display. Both of these functions are designed to be controlled by smart phone application using bluetooth wireless communication.

Korean e-goverment has shown its development phase upgrade following the world' e-government evolution. By United Nations, Korea was ranked number one in e-government yet it was not even in top ten for past years. Even now, a number of Korean government organizations such as Ministry of Security and Public Administration and Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning have presented and executed various directions and strategies (for example, e-gov 3.0). On the other hand, World Economic Forum put Korea out of top 10 in Networked Readiness Index and hence wireless mobile communication of Korea is a weak point making difficulties for smart office and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) implementation. This paper details the analysis of leading countries' strategies and policies on m-Government and provides some suggestions for Korean m-government.

In Seoul, about 75,000 CCTVs are installed in 25 district offices. Each ward office has built a control center for CCTV control and is performing 24-hour CCTV video control for the safety of citizens. Seoul Metropolitan Government is building a smart city integrated platform that is safe for citizens by providing CCTV images of the ward office to enable rapid response to emergency/emergency situations by signing an MOU with related organizations. In this paper, when an incident occurs at the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, the escape route is predicted by discriminating people and vehicles using the AI DNN-based Template Matching technology, MLP algorithm and CNN-based YOLO SPP DNN model for CCTV images. In addition, it is designed to automatically disseminate image information and situation information to adjacent ward offices when vehicles and people escape from the competent ward office. The escape route prediction and tracking system using artificial intelligence can expand the smart city integrated platform nationwide.
