시각 장애인을 위한 사무 자동화 보조 장치 개발 (A Development of the Business processing unit for visually-handicapped persons)

  • 시각장애인들은 정보통신 기술의 발달에도 불구하고 정보소외 계층이다. 이들을 사무직종에 취업시키기 위해서는 정보통신 기술을 활용한 사무자동화 기술의 개발이 필요 하다. 사무 처리에 필요한 기술을 분석하고 이를 기술적으로 극복할 수 있는 통합솔루션을 개발함으로써 컴퓨터 활용 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 VI 05를 개발하고자 한다. 개발된 VI 05는 사무 처리에 필요한 통합 솔루션으로 화면확대, 문자를 포함한 화면상의 데이터를 음성으로 변환시켜주는 기능, 정밀을 요구하는 작업을 예약 처리하여 그 처리 과정을 단순화 시켜는 기능 등 사무처리 과정에 필요한 기능을 갖추고 있다.

실습조사선의 종합정보통신망시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design and Implementation of Integrated Marine Data Networking and Communication System for Training-Research Ship)

  • A small, highly-trained crew working on the ship's automation has contributed to the improvement of operations and the labor environment on board ship. However, at the same time, having a small crew adds more responsibility to the ship's officers to safely operate and manage the ship. With the use of information and computer technology, efforts are being made towards the development of a system that will concentrate important information from the various pieces of navigational equipment. The purpose of this study is to set up and implement an integrated marine data networking and communication system on the training-research ship. Information relating to navigation, engine and office automation are investigated and analyzed, and implementation methods associated with navigation, engine and management information system were designed and presented. In addition, the networking system of the navigational signal interface unit for the integrated communication system, and the data communication method between the ship and land are also discussed.

  • According to the realization of highly information dependent society, the recent building system is developed into the concept of suitable for management of intellegent work, which is demanded to unify of IBS(Intelligent Building System), IC(information communication), OA(office automation), BA(building automation) system and computer technology. However inspite of the presence arrester, cable shielding, insulated TR, filter, earth etc., in the IBS building for the cope with several surge and noise has several problems from the wrong operation of the equipment which caused from several surge, damage of equipment, and noise etc. And the miss operation caused by wrong earth works, which must be considered at first during the building construction. In order to minimize these problems, it's necessary that various earth project are performed effectively, and bonding methods between the mutual wiring of earth system and the equipments in the building should be improved sucessively. So in this paper, we analyze present domestic conditions of the earth technology in IBS building, and propose minimization method for the various surge and noise problem, and examine and analyze through the applied works.

Character Classification with Triangular Distribution

  • Due to the development of artificial intelligence and image recognition technology that play important roles in the field of 4th industry, office automation systems and unmanned automation systems are rapidly spreading in human society. The proposed algorithm first finds the variances of the differences between the tile values constituting the learning characters and the experimental character and then recognizes the experimental character according to the distribution of the three learning characters with the smallest variances. In more detail, for 100 learning data characters and 10 experimental data characters, each character is defined as the number of black pixels belonging to 15 tile areas. For each character constituting the experimental data, the variance of the differences of the tile values of 100 learning data characters is obtained and then arranged in the ascending order. After that, three learning data characters with the minimum variance values are selected, and the final recognition result for the given experimental character is selected according to the distribution of these character types. Moreover, we compare the recognition result with the result made by a neural network of basic structure. It is confirmed that satisfactory recognition results are obtained through the processes that subdivide the learning characters and experiment characters into tile sizes and then select the recognition result using variances.

  • 일선 학교 조직의 복잡성이 증대됨에 따라 업무 또한 세분화, 복잡화되어 가고 있다. 이에 교사가 맡아야 하는 업무가 가중되어 학생 지도를 위한 교재 연구보다 오히려 업무 해결에 더 많은 시간을 할애해야 할 형편이다. 그 중 성적 처리 업무는 교육개혁의 일환으로 수행평가를 도입하여 실시함으로써 교육과정의 평가로 교사의 업무 부담이 더욱 가중되고 있는 실정이며 이를 해결하기 위해 컴퓨터에 대한 의존이 증가되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 (equation ommited)글 97과 한글 어프로치 97을 이용하여, 작성이 간단하고 개성 있는 양식을 직접 만들고 수정할 수 있는 성적 업무 처리 자동화 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Successfully adapting to digital and customer-oriented transformation, the concept of lean manufacturing professes the philosophy of creating greater benefit while minimizing losses. These losses are operations that do not add value in the production process to ensure the efficiency, flexibility, and profitability of projects. In the context of broad automation and digitalization of all sectors of the economy, mechanisms for combining automation technologies and lean production are becoming available. Moreover, when it comes to the efficient use of financial, human, or material resources, it is clear that the use of Industry 4.0 technologies can be an effective tool for achieving the goals of lean production, as many of them pursue the same goal. In this context, this article aims to study the effectiveness of the implementation of project management concepts at the global level and identify the main factors influencing its effectiveness to ensure the achievement of lean production through LEAN technologies and Industry 4.0 technologies. To achieve this goal, several statistical indicators were selected and several statistical methods of analysis were used: pairwise correlation, regression analysis, methods of comparison, synthesis, and generalization. Statistical analysis was conducted according to a survey conducted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2020. An economic-mathematical model of dependence of project effectiveness in different regions of the world on the level of implementation of project management approaches is built, which shows that the increase in project effectiveness by 85% is due to financial losses, technical training, and consumer orientation. These results allow project managers to develop appropriate strategies to improve project management approaches at all levels. It is established that LEAN technologies and technologies of Industry 4.0 have several tools that have a positive effect on minimizing losses following the concept of lean production. Besides, given that the technology of Industry 4.0 is focused on the automation of Lean Production technology, a mechanism for the introduction of lean production using these technologies and methods.

오피스 건물에 대한 BIM기반 구조설계 프로세스의 적용사례 (Application Case Study on the BIM based Structural Design Process for Office Buildings)

  • 본 연구에서는 가상건설시스템 개발 연구를 통해 구축된 BIM 기반 구조설계 프로세스와 개발 시스템을 적용하여 오피스 건물을 대상으로 사례 연구를 수행하였으며, 그 결과로부터 프로세스 및 개발 시스템의 적용에 따른 업무의 생산성과 경제성을 평가하였다. 사례 연구는 강구조를 주요 대상으로 하여, 구조해석모델 및 기본설계도서를 시작으로 기본실시모델과, 실시구조모델의 생성을 단계적으로 수행하였으며, 완성된 실시구조모델을 IFC를 이용하여 통합모델을 구축하여 다양한 BIM 설계도구와의 상호운용성을 검토하였다. BIM 프로세스를 구축하여 업무환경을 효율적으로 개선할 수 있었고, 접합부 모델링 자동화로 업무의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

Future house require to meet demand of young generation, such as small residental space, the multi-functional space, the flexible space, making mood for dual income couple and of single as intelligent home. Accordingly, basic purpose which are pleasantness, the safe and the convenience the mobile multi-function as well as networking with controlling of temperature, security, health-test, home-entertainment, home-office and consider environment together.

도서관업무에 있어서 워드프로세서의 적용 (A n.0, pplication of the word processor in library works)

  • Word processor having the functions of a typewriter and a computer together have been used as a powerful tools for office automation. The purpose of this study is to find out the possible areas of the word processing a n.0, pplication in the library operations. For the study, the general concept, developmental process, structure, functions, kinds and suggested a n.0, pplicable areas in the library operations of word processor were investigated. Then, the cases of real a n.0, pplications of word processor in the library field were examplified. In conclusion, the areas where word processor can be of benefit to library workers can be summarized as follows, 1) Orders of books and periodical acquisitions, 2) On-line searching, and storage and editing of input as required, 3) Production of catalogues, and abstracting and indexing bulletin, 4) Budget control, circulation control, and serial control.

  • In this paper, we consider the problem of optimal broadcasting in recursive circulants under multi-port communication model. Recursive circulant G(N, d) that is defined to be a circulant graph with N vertices and jumps of powers of d is a useful interconnection network from the viewpoint of network metrices. Our model assumes that a processor can transmit a message to $\alpha$ neighboring processors simultaneously where $\alpha$ is two or three. For the broadcasting problem, we introduce 3-trees and 4-trees. And then we show that 3-trees and 4-trees are minimum broadcast trees in 2-port model and 3-port model. Using the above results, we show that recursive circulants g(2m, 2) have optimum broadcasting time in 2-port model and 3-port model.
