  • In order to reduce the length of off-gauge at FGC(Flying gauge change) point, We adopted dynamic set up in No. 4 cold rolling mill. The conventional set-up of FGC(Flying gauge change) was calculated on the basis of preset values in the process control computer, so the difference between actual strip thickness and preset thickness cause long off-gauge. The dynamic SET-UP control was calculated on the basis of actual strip thickness of FGC(Flying gauge change) point from X-ray gauge of mill entry and No.i stand. We applied dynamic SET-UP control in September last year. Compare to the previous result, the length of off-gauge is reduced by about 36%.

주파수 차이 검출기를 이용한 광파의 off-set 주파수 로킹 연구 (A Study on the Lightwave off-set Locking using Frequency Difference Detector)

  • 본 논문은 초고주파 주파수 차이 검출기를 이용한 광파의 off-set 로킹에 대하여 설계 및 제작 실험 결과를 기술하였다. 두 광파를 비팅하여 중간 주파수인 1.5GHz 주파수 성분을 추출하고 이 값을 다시 1.5GHz 기준 발진기 주파수와 곱하여 차이주파수 성분을 추출한 후 주파수 차이 검출기를 이용하여 주파수 로킹을 시켰다. 상용화된 초고주파 부품을 사용하여 주파수 차이 검출기를 제작하였으며 1.55$\mu\textrm{m}$ 파장의 반도체 레이저의 발생 광파를 입력 광파와 1.5GHz의 주파수 off-set을 유지하면서 로킹이 이루어짐을 확인하였으며 로킹 범위는 320MHz이었다.

A6061-T6/AZ31 이종금속 마찰교반접합부의 기계적 특성에 미치는 툴 삽입 위치의 영향 (Effects of Tool Plunge Position on Mechanical Properties of Friction-stir-weleded Region in A6061-T6/AZ31 Dissimilar Metals)

  • Butt-joints of A6061-T6 and AZ31 plates were successfully manufactured by using a friction stir welding method. Off-set free joints and off-set joints were fabricated to investigate the effect of the tool plunge position on the mechanical properties of the joints. Hardness test, tensile test and charpy impact test was performed to evaluate the mechanical properties of the joints. Off-set condition resulted in increase of mechanical properties of the joints. The variation of the hardness distribution in the SZ was also stabilized in the off-set condition. Tensile strength of the off-set joint was about 85% against to that of the AZ31 base metal. Impact absorption energy by Charpy-Impact-Test of the off-set joint also increased by almost 2 times against to that of the AZ31 base metal.

  • 통신해양기상위성의 정상임무 수행시 자세제어계에 대한 중요한 지상국 소프트웨어에는 궤도위치 유지와 휠오프로딩이 있는데, 본 논문에서는 외팔보 태양전지판 형상으로 인해 E3000 heritage로부터 설계 변경을 수행하여 해석을 수행한 휠오프로딩 임무에 대한 지상국 소프트웨어 검증시험을 정리하여 기술하였다. 휠오프로딩 지상국 소프트웨어는 크게 2가지로 구분되는데, 하나는 휠오프로딩을 위한 추력기 조합 변경 시기에서의 변수 변경이고 다른 하나는 위성으로 전달해야 하는 모멘텀기준값 변경이다.

R2R 그라비어 오프-셋 인쇄공정에서의 동기화 오차에 대한 분석 (Analysis of Synchronization Error in R2R Gravure Off-set Printing Process)

  • Recently, there are many issues about R2R printing technique for mass production of electronic devices. Among the various Roll-to-roll based printing techniques such as gravure, off-set, flexo and so on, "Gravure off-set printing technique" has an advantage of higher printing resolution. The printing unit of gravure off-set printing technique usually consists of plate roll, blanket roll and impressure roll whose. Linear velocities should be synchronized each other for fine pattern printing. However, roller's manufacturing error and printing variations such as pringting pressure, printing speed, roll stroke and so on actually affected their synchronization anf thus the quality of fine fattern. In this paper, we analyzed the effective of synchronization error on printing quality. Also, this paper reviews the relative motion with each roll. And, this paper studys the synchronization error about its generation problem.

  • The most widely used method to form an electrode in industrial solar cells are screen printing. Screen printing is characterized by a relatively simple and well-known production sequence with high throughput rates. However the method is difficult to implement a fine line width of high-efficiency solar cells can not be made. The open circuit voltage(Voc) and the short circuit current density(Jsc) and fill factor(FF) need to be further improved to increase the efficiency of silicon solar cells. In this study, gravure offset printing method using the multicrystalline-silicon solar cells were fabricated. Gravure off-set printing method which can print the fine line width of finger electrode can have the ability reduce the shaded area and increase the Jsc. Moreover it can make a high aspect ratio thereby series resistance is reduced and FF is increased. Approximately $50{\mu}m$ line width with $35{\mu}m$ height was achieved. The efficiency of gravure off set was 0.7% higher compare to that of scree printing method.

  • 결정질 실리콘 태양전지에서 전극 형성 공정은 Voc(Open-circuit voltage), Isc(Short-circuit current), Rser(Series resistance), Rshunt(Shunt resistance), FF(Fill factor) 특성에 영향을 주기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 하지만 paste와 선 공정에서의 조건에 따라 특성이 바뀌기 때문에 소성 공정을 최적화하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 Gravure Off-set printing 방식을 이용하여 결정질 실리콘 기판 표면에 미세 전극 형성 공정을 하고 소성 조건 최적화를 위해 peak 온도와 ramp-up 속도를 변화시켜 각 조건별 특성을 비교하였다. Peak 온도가 커질수록, contact resistance의 감소에 따라 Rser가 줄어들었다. 본 연구를 통해 Voc는 619mV, FF는 77.9%로 측정되는 Gravure Off-set 태양전지에 최적화된 소성 공정 조건을 확보하였다.

Nd:YAG 레이저빔을 이용한 SCP 강판과 STS304강판 용접시 오프셋(off-set) 위치 결정에 관한 연구 (A study of the determination of off-set position for Nd:YAC laser welding between SCP steel sheet and STS304 sheet)

  • This work was attempted to join SCP sheet and STS304 sheet by using Nd:YAC laser beam. SCP sheet has good formability and low cost, while STS304 has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in high temp. In this experiment, butt joint type was used to develop the tailored blank welding for dissimilar steel. Sheets which have different thermal properties. Computer simulation was conducted to obtain the off-set position for efficient welding by considering laser power, scanning speed, focal length and basic properties. The result showed that the optimum thermal distribution was obtained when the laser beam was irradiated at $0.05{\sim}0.1$ mm off-set toward the SCP sheet side. The experiment was conducted based on the result of computer simulation to show the same optimum conditions. Optimum conditions were 3KW in laser beam power, 6m/min in scanning speed, -0.5mm in focal position, 0.1mm off-set toward SCP. Microhardness test, tensile test, bulge test, optical microscopy, EDS, and XRD were performed to observe the microstructure around fusion zone and to evaluate the mechanical properties of optimum conditions, The weld zone had high microhardness values by the formation of the martensitic structure. Tensile test measured the strength of welded region by vertical to strain direction and the elongation of welded region by parallel to strain direction. Bulge test showed $52\%$ formability of the original materials. Bead shape, grain size, and martensitic structure were observed by the optical microscopy in the weld zone. Detailed results of EDS, XRD confirmed that the welded region was connected of martensitic structure.

  • In this study, screw machining system by use of a rotational tool such as an end-mill or a face cutter with Y axis off-set on a CNC turing center was developed for quick machining. In this system, It was possible to use different tools for different processes, and by off-setting the tool in Y direction by calculated amount it was possible to avoid tool interference problem which could occur within the central area at the end of a tool. In addition, machining a screw with a helix of up to 3 different leads combined and with tapered minor diameter was possible.

중재 관련 상계항변에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Set-off Defenses Issued in Arbitration)

  • In investigating how set-off defenses matter in arbitration, one should take into account that it is not permitted against the parties' will for arbitrators to rule on the disputes that are not the subject of an arbitration agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties involved, because it is considered that the parties intend to solve only the disputes which are the subject of the agreement by arbitration. Also, one should keep in mind that the parties must settle the disputes that are the subject of an arbitration agreement by arbitration when they conclude the agreement, and it is not allowed against the parties' will to resolve the disputes in other ways. The parties may agree whether the respondent can request for arbitration on the counterclaim, which is his/her claim against the claimant, and whether the respondent can raise a plea for a set-off that his/her claim against the claimant is a counter obligation. Failing on such agreement, the respondent may submit a counterclaim when his/her claim and the claimant's claim are the subject of the same arbitration agreement. The arbitral tribunal may rule on the counter obligation when the arbitration agreement, which becomes the basis for the claimant' claim, has an effect on the counter obligation. Where the claimant fails to raise an objection even after he/she becomes aware that the respondent has requested for arbitration or has raised a plea for set-off by providing his/her claim which is not the subject of the arbitration agreement as a counterclaim or a counter obligation, the arbitral tribunal may rule on the respondent's claim against the claimant. On these occasions, the arbitral tribunal has to guarantee the parties an opportunity to defend themselves by pointing out those situations. It will meet the purposes of arbitration systems to rule out the jurisdiction of the courts when the plaintiff alleges the existence of the arbitration agreement, in case the respondent raises a plea for set-off based on his/her claim which is not the subject of the arbitration agreement in the litigation procedures. However, where the plaintiff fails to allege the existence and conducts pleading in the court with regard to the counter obligation, the court must not reject the respondent's set-off defense because of the existence of the agreement.
