극소형 전자기계장치에 관한 연구전망

  • 1. CAD system과 PROPS를 접속하여 CADsystem에서 Design된 surface를 사용할 수 있으며 Robot Kinematics를 graphic library화하여 surface배치 수상 및 path generation 및 animation을 통하여 가공작업을 위한 로보트 운동을 simulation할 수 있게 되었다. 2. Denavit-hartenberg transformation form에 의해 여러 Robot Kinematic을 일반적인 형식으로 library화 하였다. 3. 금형 가공의 공정들을 Menu로 만들어서 Expert system을 도입, 손쉽게 Interactive한 작업을 할 수 있게 하였다. 4. 차후의 연구 목표는 로보트 Calibration S/W의 개발 및 실현 그리고 Expert System을 이용한 Robot Program Generator의 완성을 통한 전체 Off-line programming System을 정립하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 더 실제적인 Tool Path Generation과 Expert System을 이용한 가공 조건의 결정 및 User Interface를 위한 Window가 개발되어야 한다. 5. 1차년도에 개발된 Robotonomic Tool System의 유연성을 확장시킨다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 공정 자동화 시스템을 확장시킨다. 6. 연마공정자동화에 필수적인 공구 및 공구 Tip의 표준화 및 자동교환장치를 개발한다. 7. 금형연마 Cell의 구성요소들간의 Interface 및 System Controller에서의 집적화를 시킨다.

  • This Paper presents a speed controller based on the adaptive fuzzy tuning method for brushless DC(BLDC) motor drives under load variations. Generally, the speed tracking control systems use PI controller due to its simple structure and easy of design. PI controller, however, suffers from the electrical machine parameter variations and disturbances. In order to improve the tracking control performance under load variations, PI controller of which the parameters are modified during operation by adaptive fuzzy tuning method. This method based on optimal fuzzy logic system has simple structure and computational simplicity. It needs only sample data which is obtained by optimal controller off-line. As the sample data implemented in the adaptive fuzzy system can be modified or extended, a flexible control system can be obtained. Simulation results show the usefulness of the proposed controller.

  • This research deals with an off-line learning method targeted for systematically constructing negotiation strategies in automated electronic commerce. Single-issue negotiation is assumed. Variants of competitive learning and hierarchical clustering method are devised and applied to extracting negotiation strategies, given historical negotiation data set and tactics. Our research is motivated by the following fact: evidence from both theoretical analysis and observations of human interaction shows that if decision makers have prior knowledge on the behaviors of opponents from negotiation, the overall payoff would increase. Simulation-based experiments convinced us that the proposed method is more effective than human negotiation in terms of the ratio of negotiation settlement and resulting payoff.

Dynamic Walking of a Biped Robot

  • This paper mainly deals with the dynamic walking of a biped robot. At first, in order to walk in various environments, it is desirable to adapt to such ground conditions with a suitable foot motion, and maintain the stability of the robot by a smooth hip motion. A method to plan a walking pattern consisting of a foot trajectory and a hip trajectory is presented. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by simulation results. Secondly, the paper brings forward a balance control technique based on off-line walking pattern with real-time modification. At last, the concept of Zero Moment Point (ZMP) is used to evaluate dynamic stability.

  • Research using multiple shake tables present new and unique challenges in controls. Typical single shake table tests with large specimens must cope with significant specimen force feedback that can increase tracking error due to specimen gain, damping, and non-linearity. Multiple shaking tables with distributed specimens can produce cross-coupling forces due to inertial and response effects and forces due to static differential displacements. Although many various control architectures exist, basic simplified techniques can yield excellent results without risk to control stability. Off-line simulation techniques can also prove invaluable for studying system response before the real system is operated.

  • Conjunctive keyword search encryption is an important technique for protecting sensitive data that is outsourced to cloud servers. However, the process of searching outsourced data may facilitate the leakage of sensitive data. Thus, an efficient data search approach with high security is critical. To solve this problem, an efficient conjunctive keyword search scheme based on ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption is proposed for cloud storage environment. This paper proposes an efficient mechanism for removing the secure channel and resisting off-line keyword-guessing attacks. The storage overhead and the computational complexity are regardless of the number of keywords. This scheme is proved adaptively secure based on the decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman assumption in the standard model. Finally, the results of theoretical analysis and experimental simulation show that the proposed scheme has advantages in security, storage overhead and efficiency, and it is more suitable for practical applications.

  • This robot programming system is designed for off-line programming of numerical controlled robot manipulator. This system consists of manipulation interpreter, world model manager, graphic simulator and arm controller for simple robot programming language. The system has graphic simulation system as a debugging tool for task programming and it simulates the robot motion graphically on a CRT terminal, which makes the assessment of the possible robot motion.

Test Platform Development of Vessel's Power Management System Using Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation Technique

  • A PMS (Power Management System) controls vessel's power systems to improve the system efficiency and to protect a blackout condition. The PMS should be developed with considering the type and the capacity of the vessel's power system. It is necessary to test the PMS functions developed for vessel's safe operations under various sailing situations. Therefore, the function tests in cooperation with practical power systems are required in the PMS development. In this paper, a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulator is developed for the purposes of the PMS function tests. The HIL simulator can be more cost-effective, more time-saved, easier to reproduce, and safer beyond the normal operating range than conventional off-line simulators, especially at early stages in development processes or during fault tests. Vessel's power system model is developed by using a MATLAB/SIMULINK software and by communicating between an OPAL-RT's OP5600 simulator. The PMS uses a Modbus communication protocol implemented using LabVIEW software. Representative tests of the PMS functions are performed to verify the validity of the proposed HIL-based test platform.

  • Palletizing task is well-known time consuming and laborious process in factory, hence automation is seriously required. To do this, artificial robot is generally used. These systems however, mostly user teaches the robot point to point and to avoid time-variable obstacle, robot is required to attach the vision camera. These system structures bring about inefficiency and additional cost. In this paper we propose task-oriented trajectory generation algorithm for palletizing. This algorithm based on $A^{*}$ algorithm and slice plane theory, and modify the object dealing method. As a result, we show the elapsed simulation time and compare with old method. This simulation algorithm can be used directly to the off-line palletizing simulator and raise the performance of robot palletizing simulator not using excessive motion area of robot to avoid adjacent components or vision system. 복합화력 성능감시 정량화 기법 (A Performance Monitoring Method for Combined Cycle Power Plants)

  • This paper outlines how the on-line performance monitoring system can be used to improve the efficiency and maintenance of the equipments. And a method of the heat rate allocation to each equipment was suggested to monitor the performance of combined cycle power plants. This calculates the expected heat rate of current conditions and compares it with actual values. Loss allocation in heat rate is reconciled by calculating the magnitude of the deficiency contributed by major components, such as the gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator, steam turbine and condenser. Expected power output is determined by a detailed model and correction curves of the plant. This simulation models are found to reproduce high accuracy in behavior of the cycle for various operating conditions, both in design and in off-design condition. Errors are lower than 2% in most cases.
