A Study on the Food Purchasing Status through On-line.Off-line Food Market (온라인.오프라인 식품구매 실태조사)

  • This study was implemented to offer materials for the activation of On-line food shopping mall though census about purchasing food. A percentage of people who had accessed to On-line food shopping mall was 53.8%, and who had an experience of purchasing food at the On-line sopping mali was 18.9%. The number of food purchasing in On-line food market is $1{\sim}3$ times(67.7%). It is general that an amount of food purchase is less than 100,000 wons. And the health assistant food is the most interesting item followed by Meet, Special products like a laver and mushroom, and an anchovy. in purchasing food at On-line market, customer thought that the confidence and the freshness of food are important because customer can't choose a product directly. In the future of food purchase using On-line shopping mall, 38.1% of people show their intend of purchasing at the mall. People who had experience of food purchase though the Internet have more positive view about repurchase than ones had not.

The Impact of New Logistics Factors on the Intention of use and Consumer Happiness: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Benefits

  • This purpose of this study is to verity the impact of new logistics factors on the Intention of use and consumer happiness, the mediating effect of perceived benefits, and provide suggestions on how to improve the level of new distribution. Based on the previous theories of online experience, off-line experience, logistics experience, perceived benefits, Intention of use and consumer happiness, the study puts forward 6 key research hypotheses. Reliability and validity tests were carried out by using data collected on new logistics factors on the Intention of use and consumer happiness. The hypotheses are verified through structural equation modelling. The study on the impact of new logistics factors on the Intention of use and consumer happiness and the mediating effect of perceived benefits, indicates that online experience, off-line experience, logistics experience have positive effects on perceived benefits, the perceived benefits has positive effects on Intention of use and consumer happiness, and the Intention of use has positive effects on consumer happiness. Moreover, perceived benefits as the mediating variable have effects on the relationship between online experience, off-line experience, logistics experience and the Intention of use and consumer happiness. The study extended the existing previous studies to provide theoretical and practical implications by verifying the relationship between new logistics factors and the Intention of use and consumer happiness.

Omni-Channel Strategies in Response to the Showrooming Phenomenon in Department Stores -A Case Study of Macy's- (백화점 쇼루밍 현상에 따른 옴니채널(Omni-Channel) 전략 -메이시스 백화점(Macy's Department Store) 사례연구-)

  • A "Showrooming" phenomenon has emerged due to the rapid growth of the on-line shopping market and is associated with consumer shopping patterns. This phenomenon is resulted in new strategies such as the Omni-Channel strategy that are now being employed by the off-line retail industry to meet the needs of consumers who seek information on-line. In particular, human services provided in department stores (which still occupy an important place in the off-line retail industry) are reaching limitations in the ability to maintain consumers. This study provides basic data for the Omni-Channel strategy of domestic department stores by researching and analyzing Omni-Channel strategy cases in Manhattan. This study dissects and analyzes the "Showrooming" phenomenon and the development of the Omni-Channel strategy through a literature review as well as analyzes the Omni-Channel success case of Macy's department store. The findings indicate that the use of the Omni-Channel strategy by Macy's department store has solved the problem of "Showrooming," by integrating on-line and off-line shopping to provide an efficient and convenient shopping experience for consumers. The Omni-Channel strategy offers a means for off-line stores to connect to the online shopping behavior of consumers. The results suggest the need for an organic combination of on-line and off-line distribution channels to adapt to changes in consumer shopping patterns due to a recession in the domestic market.

  • Much time and labor has been conventionally paid for fine adjustment of circuit elements by experience to improve the characteristics of Tap-off for CATV systems. To solve the problem, in this paper, the relations between the even- and odd-mode impedance. Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ of symmetrical 4-port coupled-line directional coupler and power dividing characteristics of Tap-off for CATV system have been derived. After the coupling, the reflectivity and the isolation are represented by Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ only, the fine adjustment of all S-parameters can be performed by controling the elements of Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ only. Furthermore, the validity of the new fine adjustment method proposed here has been confirmed by experiments.

  • In this paper, the advancement in IT technology is not only inducing the multi-functionality of simple products but also changing even the lifestyle, that is, the pattern of consumers' daily life. The actual paradigm for the conversion from off-line to on-line is at the level of threatening the ecology of off-line. In this study, the diversified advancement method of off-line is in functional relationship with the increase in sales revenue and profits not only through the visit of consumers to the sales outlets for the simple purpose of making purchase but also through the application of augmented realities such as 3-dimensional sense in space and sense in reality, which are entertainment experience factors. Therefore, the improvement in the enhancement of sales revenues by applying augmented reality to off-line department store was researched in this study.

  • In the past, consumers sought utilitarian and defensive consumption in an attempt to move to a balanced state. However, today's consumers go beyond this to consume more for hedonic and creative reasons if not for sheer pleasure. There is an obvious shift from the type of consumption that satisfies basic desires through the characteristics, convenience and quality of goods and services to an era of 'experiential consumption,' in which consumers pursue distinctive value systems and way of life along with a total 'experience' provided by such goods and services. Such a sign of the times has given birth to the experience design that aims at maximizing the strategic use of experiences in design. Research on this subject is gradually increasing. The research and application peformed even without the proper understanding about the concepts and purposes of experience design, however, is likely to deviate from the true nature in its process or method. Also, they are likely to cause rather than solve problems. Accordingly, this study examined the meaning of experience from a spatial aspect, focusing on areas that recognize the experience as economically valuable, making the most of it substantively. The main concept of experience practical used on-line is enhancement of the usability of a medium by reflecting the experience of users accustomed to both off-line and on-line environments and materializing the environment doser to and more familiar with the users, thus allowing them to comfortably use the medium. This is to allow the users to feel more comfortable. The experience practical used pertaining to off-line is a tool to fulfill the sensitivity of users, with efforts to create new, future-oriented consumer values. This, based on the understanding of consumer behavior, seeks to maximize the consumption experience of consumers by providing a combination of sensual and sensitive experiences as well as to enhance the existing experiences by permitting users to create new, extended experiences from the fixed characteristics of products. Furthermore, it aims to provide consumers with the hedonic experience of play through the joy, fun and uniqueness of alternate experiences.

A Study on the private education expenditures using on-line education and it교s effect (온라인 교육에 대한 사교육비 지출 실태 및 효과 분석)

  • The purpose of the research is to investigate the amount of private education expenditures for on-line education and the factors which affect on-line education expenditures and its decreasing effect of private education expenditures. The results of this study can provide basic materials to found policy to decrease private education market and private education expenditures. The sample of this study was 484 parents who had an experience using on-line education for their children being in mainly constituted by classes of pre-school over and less than high school student. The results was as follows. First, education expenditures for on-line education are 64,900won and the English and the Mathematics as main reasons using on-line education were that it is available for 24 hours and cheaper than off-line education. The parents got information for on-line education by internet, mass media and their next-door neighbors. Second, the significant variables which affect on-line education expenditures and its decreasing effect of education expenditures were the children's school level and financial related factors.

A Qualitative Research about the CRM Experiences of Apparel Brand Customers (의류브랜드 소비자의 고객관계관리 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 남성복, 여성복, 캐주얼, 스포츠의류 소비자의 비교를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to analyze customer relationship management(CRM) based on the online customer experiences by product types (i.e., men's, women's, casual, sports wear), 2) to analyze CRM based on the off-line customer experiences by product type, and 3) to examine customer purchase behavior of fashion products and internet usage behavior by product types. Survey and 1:1 interview were conducted from January 13th to May 16th, 2005. Six consumers from each brand (i.e., 3 loyal customers and 3 general customers) in a total of 24 customers were selected from each product type. For the data analysis, content analysis and descriptive statistics (i.e. frequency) were used. Among the key study findings first, as a result of the on-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear preferred receiving customized information through e-mail or SMS service. The customers of sports wear preferred receiving a different level of information and participating in customized product service. Second, as a result of the off-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear need to be encouraged to join a membership at a sales encounter and the customers of women's wear preferred receiving quick information of new products and participating in a design development planning of the merchandising process. Third, the purchasing behavior of the customers of women's wear are influenced mostly by the salesperson and the store atmosphere when they purchase clothes and the customers of men's wear are price-sensitive. The results of this study can be used when fashion brands perform strategic planning and decision making on CRM.

Influence of Runaway Experience on Sexual Victimization in Adolescents (청소년의 가출 경험 여부가 성 피해 경험에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of runaway experience on sexual victimization in adolescents. Methods: The data of the Korean Survey on the Rights of Youth and Children (2016) were used. A total of 7,114 middle and high school students were included in the analysis. Descriptive statistics, a $x^2$ test, and multiple logistic regression analysis were conducted using SAS 9.3. Results: About 3.8% of the total students had run away from home before and 4.1% of the students experienced sexual victimization. The results from the multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that adolescents who had run away from home before showed a higher risk of being sexually victimized (AOR: 1.76, 95% CI: 1.13~2.72). Lower economic status (AOR: 1.42, 95% CI: 1.03~1.97), suicidal ideation (AOR: 1.80, 95% CI: 1.37~2.38), depressive feelings (AOR: 1.36, 95% CI: 1.04~1.78), victims of violence by teachers (AOR: 1.56, 95% CI: 1.20~2.03), victims of off-line school bullying (AOR: 5.00, 95% CI: 3.56~7.01), victims of on-line bullying (AOR: 2.61, 95% CI: 1.79~2.80), and victims of both on- and off-line bullying (AOR: 6.62, 95% CI: 4.76~9.22) showed a highest risk of being sexually victimized. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to lower the rate of experiencing sexual victimization in youths, measures should be taken to keep them from running away from home. In addition, if necessary, measures should be taken to prevent secondary mental traumas that may arise from the experience of sexual victimization.

The Influence of on-off Line Information Sources on Perceived Usefulness and Satisfaction in Exhibition and Convention : The Mediating Effects of Affective Involvement (온·오프라인 정보원천이 전시·컨벤션에서 지각된 유용성과 만족에 미치는 영향 : 감정적 관여의 매개효과)

  • Due to multiple information sources, external information search(EIS) is the key issue on smart tourism environments. EIS is more important on experiential goods such as exhibition and convention. Despite the increasing importance of EIS, very little is known about what is the more effective information source in this area. In this paper, we attempt to examine the relations of satisfaction and between both online and offline information. This research analyzes an empirical model including EIS, affective involvement, perceived usefulness, satisfaction to student visitors on exhibition experience. Hence, six hypotheses are developed to test the relations of EIS and satisfaction using the mediating effects of affective involvement. Specifically, we developed a research model by employing the Uses and Gratification(U&G) framework and tested it to understand how student visitors' involvement and satisfaction might be changed according to EIS. Survey data was collected from 203 student visitors on "2014 Expo KCCE" was used to test the model using structural equation modeling. The implications of our empirical findings for both research and practice are discussed.
