한국의 등대는 지난 2003년에 건립 100주년을 맞이하였다. 등대는 본래 천혜의 자연조건 속에 입지해 있고, 바다와 관련된 시적 감흥을 간직하고 있으며, 태양에너지 등을 동력원으로 하는 친환경적인 건축시설이다. 이처럼 등대는 그 잠재적 가치와 개발 가능성이 높은 시설이다. 그 가운데 적절하게 개발된 유인등대는 이제 전통적인 기능과 역할에 충실한 항로표지일 뿐만 아니라 온 국민이 향유하고 체험하는 새로운 시설이자 공간이 되었다. 제주지방해양수산청은 지난 몇 년간의 노력을 통하여 제주도의 유인등대를 적절하게 해양문화공간으로 개발함으로써 해양문화에 대한 인식을 높이고, 지역관광에 공헌을 하여왔다. 본 연구는 해양수산부의 친수공간개발산업이 실시된 이래 제주도의 유인등대가 보다 더 적절하게 활용되기 위해 다각도로 검토되어야 할 논제들을 밝히고자 의도하였다.

Oceanic architecture means architectural space created by directly or indirectly using the features of the ocean in the design. A range of marine structure for residential, leisure, cultural, and industrial uses has been and will be created by adopting these features in spatial composition, program, function, and form. This is a clearly distinct category of architecture which can produce unique and creative environments for man's living. Here this kind of architecture is called oceanic architecture. Nowadays the demand for ocean space is increasing and in the near future the law of oceanic architecture will be established by the government. Even with the present trend in design practice, few academic researches on the new architecture have been executed from an architectural design viewpoint. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the design aspects of oceanic architecture. In this paper firstly the design characteristics and contents of oceanic architecture are dealt. And then the concept architecture is defined on the basis of design characteristics.

대한제국 융회 3년인 1909년 12월 25일에 초점등하여 현재 100주년을 맞이하는 가덕도등대에 '가덕도등대 100주년 기념관'을 건립하여 등대 및 가덕도 섬의 역사와 문화를 해양유물로서 보존하고 가덕도등대를 통하여 주변역사와 해양문화를 국민들이 체험 및 교육할 수 있는 장소로 조성하고자 한다.

The landscape design was presented to a design for the theme park in Honseong. The site is located in Janchuk-li Unha-meon Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do and an area of about $1,594,001m^2$. This landscape design set the several main criteria as follows: an identity of GayanCheon's Picked Shrimps theme park, a cultural and tourist place for people, efficiency of landuse, and an environment friendly design. This GyanCheon's Picked Shrimps theme park is a multiple place for enjoying, resting, learning, and playing. An identity of this park was expressed by introducing the ocean scenery into park area which was devided 5 sub-spaces: a Place of the ocean King, an Entrance space for a Theme park, a Clock tower plaza, a Shrimp village, and a Distribution complex. Each space has the Theme about "shrimp" and is carefully connected with each other in terms of spatial sequence. By introducing diverse gathering and symbolical spaces for many kinds of events, the site could function as a cultural and tourist place of the Hongsung-gun.

수변공간개발 사례를 중심으로 문화예술을 활용한 도시공간 재생의 의미를 이해해 보고자 한다. 특히 지역문화의 활성화를 핵심적인 의도로 가지는 문화도시전략에서 문화예술의 역할을 해항도시의 수변공간개발에서 문화정책 및 그 실현과정을 통해 고찰한다. 이를 위해 수변공간을 둘러싼 역사적 건축물이나 수변 경관 등 개성적이고 매력 있는 도시경관과 지역자원을 활용하여 문화예술공간 창출을 통한 성공적인 수변공간개발을 진행하고 있는 일본 요코하마를 대상으로 살펴본다. 요코하마는 일본의 '문화예술창조도시' 전략의 일환으로 '창조도시 요코하마'라는 문화정책을 펼치고 있는데, 그 중 공간계획정책이라고 할 수 있는 '내셔널 아트 파크 구상'은 문화예술공간 창출을 통해 수변공간 재생을 실현하고 있다. 이 사업의 기본적 의도와 구체적 실행과정 등을 살펴봄으로써 해항도시의 수변공간개발에서 문화예술이 가지는 역할을 이해하고 수변공간 재생에 있어서 문화정책의 방향성에 대해 검토한다.

In this study, presents geographic analysis of Heuksando Island We classified each area of the island according to physical attributes. Then, we derived the meaning of each area as a physical space and virtual space. In order to symbolize the events that happens around the spaces, we set directions and relations for those spaces. In this process, we figured the stages of voluntary experience that originates from the user's actions. This study proposes hierarchical categories of virtual environments from spacial reality, experience and the creation of simulacrum.

최근 국민소득 규모의 증가, 주 5일제 근무제의 확대에 따른 해외여행기획의 확대, 해외여행비용 부담 감소 및 항공노선 증대 등으로 해외여행은 지속적으로 두 자리 수의 증가 추세인 반면, 물가상승으로 가격경쟁력 상실, 국제적 수준의 관광인프라 부족 및 차별화된 관광매력이 미흡함에 따라 방한 외래객은 낮은 성장률을 나타내고 있다. 경상북도의 동해안 지역은 동해를 연접하여 광역권을 형성하고 있으며, 풍부한 해양자원 및 자연자원, 문화자원 등 다양한 관광자원이 동질적 특성으로 분포해 있어 자원간, 지역간 연계개발을 통해 관광산업의 집적 및 시너지효과를 극대화할 수 있는 지역이다. 동해안 지역의 국제적 성장 가능성과 지역의 자원 개발 잠재력을 토대로 지역간 연계를 강화하는 광역관광권 개발사업의 일환으로 전천후 해양관광휴양단지를 추진함으로써 지역경제 활성화 및 국가균형발전 실현, 나아가 동북아 시대의 환동해권 중심지로의 도약에 기여하고자 한다. 여기서는 해양공간개발 및 활용 선진국의 전천후 해양공간활용실태를 조사 분석하고 해당지자체와 어울리는 해양종합리조트단지의 조성으로 관광휴양단지의 신공간개념을 제시코자 하였다.

부산광역시라는 대도심 속의 어촌마을로 자리하고 있는 기장지역은 예로부터 해양문화와 친밀하게 발전하여 왔다. 하지만 다른 한편 역사적인 연유로 위축 상실된 우리나라의 해양성은 필요 이상으로 비하되고 천대받아온 건 또한 해양에 관련한 전반적인 인식이다. 따라서, 과거 2003년 부터 추진되어온 이 지역의 이색적인 등대 개발을 통해 지역문화를 활성화 하고 해양문화를 창출시키는 수단으로서 등대의 관광자원화를 논하고자 한다.

As a follow-up of a study on design strategies to improve Korea's Korean coast guarduniforms, this study set out to propose Korean coast guard uniforms of a new concept that would meet the changing needs of the times and match the advanced technology and work environments. Three concepts of classical, nautical and techno chic were identified from the design strategies of the previous study. Using the results from a prototype show and preference survey, the investigator divided items into design, color, material, and detail and reflects demands for each of them. As a result, design was examined in four aspects of identity, acknowledgement, unity, and practicality and focused its improvement factors on design differentiated from other organizations' uniforms including ground police, segmentation of size system, adjustment of the length of upper garment to consider activity, and changes to the lines and silhouette to give out a modern image. As for color, the focus was placed on differentiated colors from other organizations' uniforms including ground police through dark blue and ocean color, change toward colors that reflect environmental characteristics, and unity in colors between the summer and winter uniform. As for material, the focus of improvement was put on elasticity, resistance against contamination, warmth retention, texture, wearing sensation, and functionality by taking into account convenience for field workers on coast guard vessels and branch offices who have much time in contact with ocean environments in order to make the materials high-grade. As for detail, structural details were added to give out a modern image such as changing the detail lines, efficiency of storage space, buttons, sleeve hems, ironing lines, and neck collars by taking into account environmental characteristics. The significance of the study lies in that it proposed a development model for large-scale uniform copy design by establishing copy design that secures functionality and is proper for an organization's social and cultural environment.
