Recently, Parmar [5] introduced a new extension of the ${\tau}$-Gauss hypergeometric function $_2R^{\tau}_1(z)$. The main object of this paper is to study this extended ${\tau}$-Gauss hypergeometric function and obtain its properties including connection with modified Bessel function of third kind and extended generalized hypergeometric function, several contiguous relations, differential relations, integral transforms and elementary integrals. Various special cases of our results are also discussed.

The article analyzes the regulations of current criminal law, which ensures the protection and protection of information relations, offers the optimal model of the system of norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which establishes liability for violation of information. The subject of the article is protected information, which should include information or data, the procedure for access to and distribution of which, regardless of the method of submission, storage or organization, are subject to legal regulation in accordance with laws and regulations. For the purposes of criminal law, information as an object of criminal law protection should be classified on the following grounds: depending on the content: personal or family secrets; information constituting a state secret; data included in the official secret; information that constitutes a professional secret; information that constitutes a commercial, tax, banking secret, and, depending on the medium - documented and undocumented.

This study is to be used for research material for pastoral counseling, by analyzing grounded-theoretically how substance abusers' awareness of self and experience of relations affects problems in abusing drugs. The subject of this study was chosen as 9 prisoners who were able to participate in group counseling, among those who were in prison for substance abuse and had more than 6 months of penal servitude left. In addition, in order to indicate counseling research methods through this study, 12 group counselings were carried out during October 24th. 2002 and February 14th. 2003 and verbatim were written out to be used as original material. After the research material was analyzed, they could be categorized into 60 concepts on the whole from 'conflict' and 'constraining thinking' to 'rationalization' and 'avoidance'. When these concepts were organized into groups of similarity, there were all together 20 categories. From this study, it can be found that substance abusers had "problems about self" and "problems about relations". The factor which affected their use of drugs was the area of relations, where as henceforth their use of drugs, the situation in which they could not escape from the use of substances was affected by problems within the area of self. When facing such problems as substance abuse, the pastoral counselor must create a holding environment through counseling, and perform good enough mothering by being insightful and providing active support on the problem. They must also help one's growth into "an empathizing self", "an accepting self", "a trusting self", "a hopeful self", who can empathize, accept, trust and hope, through experience in separation from the problem, conversion, meta-communication, self-rumination, relations and inspiration of hope. Likewise, the church must be able to act as a "place of growth and skill" which aids in the forming of relations and helps to be aware of self through experience in, and understanding of, relations.

For video understanding, namely analyzing who did what in a video, actions along with objects are primary elements. Most studies on actions have handled recognition problems for a well-trimmed video and focused on enhancing their classification performance. However, action detection, including localization as well as recognition, is required because, in general, actions intersect in time and space. In addition, most studies have not considered extensibility for a newly added action that has been previously trained. Therefore, proposed in this paper is an extensible hierarchical method for detecting generic actions, which combine object movements and spatial relations between two objects, and inherited actions, which are determined by the related objects through an ontology and rule based methodology. The hierarchical design of the method enables it to detect any interactive actions based on the spatial relations between two objects. The method using object information achieves an F-measure of 90.27%. Moreover, this paper describes the extensibility of the method for a new action contained in a video from a video domain that is different from the dataset used.

The clustering characteristics for a number of classes, and defining the inheritance relations between the classes is a difficult and complex problem in an early stage of object oriented software development. We discuss a traditional iterative approach for the reuse of the existing classes in a library and an integrated approach to creating a number of new classes presented in this study. This paper formulates a character-istic clustering problem for zero-one integer programming and presents a network solution method with illustrative examples and the basic rules to define the inheritance relations between the classes. The network solution method for a characteristic clustering problem is based on a distance parameter between every pair of objects with characteristics. We apply the approach to a real problem taken from industry.

CNN based object recognitions have reported splendid results. However, the recognition of mobile apps raises an interesting challenge that recognition performance of similar widgets is not consistent. In order to improve the performance, we propose a noble method utilizing relations between input widgets. The recognition process flows from the Faster R-CNN based recognition to enhancement using a relation recognizer. The relations are represented as vector translation between objects in a relation space. Experiments on 323 apps show that our method significantly enhances the Faster R-CNN only approach.

This study aims to identify dependency structures in Korean sentences with the cascaded chunking. In the first stage of the cascade, we find chunks of NP and guess grammatical relations (GRs) using Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers for all possible modifier-head pairs of chunks in terms of GR categories as subject, object, complement, adverbial, etc. In the next stages, we filter out incorrect modifier-head relations in each cascade for its corresponding GR using the SVM classifiers and the characteristics of the Korean language such as distance between relations, no-crossing and case property. Through an experiment with a parsed and GR tagged corpus for training the proposed parser, we achieved an overall accuracy of 85.7%.

Localization of overseas Korean companies has been regarded as one of vital tasks or strategies for decades. However, labor relations have not been the main object of Korean academic researchers. In this paper, I attempt to analyze strategies of localization in labor relations adopted by overseas Korean companies through a qualitative case study of PT. Miwon Indonesia, which has run business successfully for 40 years with recently achieved industrial peace. The company minimized Korean staffs and maximized Indonesian staffs. It pays more than minimum wage, and observes labor law when using outsourcing workers. The managers of the company recognize their labor union as management partner and support union activities through paying bonus for the union head and travel allowances for solidarity gatherings. There is no discrimination between plural unions. Furthermore, collective bargaining is led by indigenous managers according to the musyawarah, a local principle of bargaining. Therefore, PT. Miwon Indonesia could be regarded as a forerunner of localization in labor management among Korean companies in Indonesia. Miwon's case will serve a useful reference when discussing localization of labor management strategies.

In this study, a visual sensor system which can detect I-butt weld joint with height variation and includes a seam tracking algorithm was investigated. Three-dimensional position of an object can be acquired by using the method of distance measurement, i.e., an optical trigonometry which results from the spatial relations between the camera, the object and the structured light by a visible laser. Effects of laser intensity and iris number for the image quality as well as object material were investigated for the optical system design. For the image processing, a region of interest is defined from the whole image and a line image of laser is drew by using the gray level difference in the image. From the drew laser line, the weld joint can be recognized in searching the biggest point position calculated from the central difference method. Through a series of welding experiments, a good tracking performance was confirmed under GMA welding.
