Existing MPEG-4 players have limitation of screen blinks and drops of object rendering speed when user insert, delete, and replace objects on scenes. In this paper, an Object Priority Order Composition operated through the MPEG-4 player is proposed. This composition is the method for presentation user can insert, delete, and replace scene objects more efficiently. Therefore, this composition can show the MPEG-4 multimedia scenes without blinks and delays on MPR-4 player may seem random and natural.

In nuclear power plant, it has been the important object to reduce the occupational radiation exposure (ORE). Recently, the optimization concept of management science has been studied to reduce the ORE in nuclear power plant. In optimization of the worker allocation, the collective dose, working time, individual dose, an total number of worker must be considered and their priority orders must be thought because the main constraint is necessary for determining the constraints variable of the radiological worker allocation problem. The ultimate object of this study s to look into the change of the optimal allocation of the radiological worker as priority order changes. In this study, the priority order is the characteristic of goal programming that is a kind of multi-objective linear programming. From a result of study using goal programming, the total number of worker and collective dose of worker have changed as the priority order has changed and the collective dose limit have played an important role in reducing the ORE.
The advancement of technology for image processing and communications makes it possible for current traffic signal controllers and vehicle detection technology to make both emergency vehicle preemption and transit priority strategies as a part of integrated system. Present]y traffic signal control in crosswalk is controlled by fixed signals. The signal control keeps regular signals traffic even with no traffic, when there is traffic, should wait until the signal is given. Waiting time causes the risk of traffic accidents and traffic congestion in accordance with signal violation. To help reduce the risk of accidents and congestion, this paper explains traffic signal control system for the adaptive priority order so that signal may be preferentially given in accordance with the situation of site through the object detect images.

Object: The aim of this study is to suggest a list of priority chemicals for the Hazard & Risk Evaluation of Chemicals (HREC) controlled by the Industrial Safety and Health Act (ISHA). Method: Screening assessment was done for 642 chemicals whose exposure threshold limit values were set by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL). Hazard data were collected from Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency (KOSHA) and/or other toxicity database. Exposure data were obtained from KOSHA internal database. The hazard and exposure scores of chemicals were listed by order of priority in accordance with GHS classification and exposure index data. Result: From the result of screening risk assessment for 642 chemicals, we extracted a list of 13 priority chemicals for HREC performed by the ISHA. A priority list of 27 chemicals which have carcinogen, mutagen and/or reproductive toxicity but not controlled by the ISHA was suggested for additional evaluation as "chemicals for special management".

The purpose of this study is the making of standard which is optimal region selection for the creation of the naturally favorable waterfront area. We surveyed data of twenty two site in Korea where are managed KARICO(Korea Rural Infrastructure Corporation). Three different evaluation methods, simple score give method, subjective evaluation method, and check-list method were used. We were divided into "the highest priority area in consolidation rank", "the priority area in consolidation rank", the other area in consolidation rank". Thus, the object areas for consolidation of environment friendly canals will be chosen as in an objective manner and they will be good use of the long-term plan for consolidation of environment friendly canals.
In this paper, we propose an energy efficient and multimedia traffic friendly MAC protocol (EEMF-MAC) that controls sender's wakeup period based on the data packet's transmission urgency and the receiver's wakeup periods based on the received data packet traffic loads. The protocol is useful for applications such as object tracking, real time data gathering, in which priority-based packet transmission is required. The basic idea of EEMF-MAC is that it uses the priority concept with transmission urgency of sender's data packet to reduce the transmission delay of the urgent data and it also uses duty cycling technique in order to achieve energy efficiency. EEMF-MAC showed a better performance in energy efficiency and packet transmission delay compared to existing protocols, RI-MAC and EE-RI-MAC.
The object-based reservation scheduling techniques are to solve complex scheduling problems using constraint satisfaction problems and object-oriented concepts. We have tried to apply the object-based reservation scheduling techniques to the flight operation scheduling problems. For crew's satisfaction, we have considered the total crew's preferences board in the flight operation scheduling. To consider the over all satisfaction, the events of every object are alloted to the board along its priority. Constraints to reservation scheduling are classified to global and local. The definition of board and information of every event are global constraints and the preferences to object's board slots are local constraints. Actually, we have made an experiment on flight operation scheduling in order to raise crew's satisfaction.
In this paper, we design and construct a TMO object group that provides the guaranteed real-time services in the distributed object computing environments, and verify execution power of its model for the correct distributed real-time services. The TMO object group we suggested is based on TINA's object group concept. This model consists of TMO objects having real-time properties and some components that support the object management service and the real-time scheduling service in the TMO object group. Also TMO objects can be duplicated or non-duplicated on distributed systems. Our model can execute the guaranteed distributed real-time service on COTS middlewares without restricting the specially ORB or the of operating system. For achieving goals of our model. we defined the concepts of the TMO object and the structure of the TMO object group. Also we designed and implemented the functions and interactions of components in the object group. The TMO object group includes the Dynamic Binder object and the Scheduler object for supporting the object management service and the real-time scheduling service, respectively The Dynamic Binder object supports the dynamic binding service that selects the appropriate one out of the duplicated TMO objects for the clients'request. And the Scheduler object supports the real-time scheduling service that determines the priority of tasks executed by an arbitrary TMO object for the clients'service requests. And then, in order to verify the executions of our model, we implemented the Dynamic Binder object and the Scheduler object adopting the binding priority algorithm for the dynamic binding service and the EDF algorithm for the real-time scheduling service from extending the existing known algorithms. Finally, from the numerical analyzed results we are shown, we verified whether our TMO object group model could support dynamic binding service for duplicated or non-duplicated TMO objects, also real-time scheduling service for an arbitrary TMO object requested from clients.
This study is to make value estimating system to valuate prototype landscape of rural and to derive itemized importance to select priority preservable object The results of the study are summarized as follows, It is examined value estimating standard by analyzing prototype landscape related previous study, law and order. Also, It is derived conclusive prototype landscape value estimating system by doing attribute assessment of preserving objects while surveying the site and interviewing professionals, Value estimating system is classified into five items of physical value which are integration, harmony, diversity, symbolism and aesthetics, The historical-cultural value are divided into four categories which are religious value, originality, historicity and scarcity, The communal values are divided into three categories which are sociality, continuing and regional locality and also divided into three categories which are rarity, primitiveness and diversity as the ecological value, Relative priority of prototype landscape value estimating system result is derived as historical-cultural value as the superior position and physical value, communal value and ecological value as the priority order. In the subordinate, historical categories are derived to be the most valuable and originality, symbolism, integration, regional locality, continuing, harmony, aesthetics, religious value, primitiveness, diversity of physical values and diversity of ecological value in order of the priority assessment The results of the study have the meaning of practical use in prior selection and preservation plan of preserving prototype landscape as practical alternative plan for systematical preservation of damaging prototype landscape.
The object of risk assesment is to prevent the accident from arising. The main reason for risk assesment of construction work is to determine priority order of improvement plan about risky work. Formwork is a complicated process that determines the total duration of apartment construction, and occupies 10∼15% of total construction expense, and 17% of serious accidents occur during formwork. So, formwork occupies very importment roles in work sites, economical efficiency and safety. We need to identify the work type with a high risk of accidents, and to establish suitable safety counterplan and implement intensive safety management.
