본 논문에서는 온톨로지를 구축하고 관리하는 객체 지향 온톨로지 관리기(Object-oriented Ontology Manager, OOM)를 이용한 바이오 온톨로지의 구축과 관리를 보인다. OOM은 객체지향 패러다임을 기반으로 보다 정교한 온톨로지의 구축을 위해 다양한 관계들을 지원하며, 다른 온톨로지와의 병합을 위해 다른 언어로의 온톨로지 번역기를 제공한다. OOM은 생명 정보학 관련 온톨로지의 많은 지식을 내포하고 있는 용어와 이들 간의 복잡한 관계를 쉽게 표현할 수 있도록 가시적인 개념화에 의해 온톨로지를 구축한다. 또한, 관계 링크에 기반한 추론 기능을 지원하여 온톨로지 구축과 관리를 용이하게 하고, 질의 시 적합한 결과를 제시한다. 따라서 OOM은 기존의 온톨로지 툴에 비해 단순하면서도 의미적 표현력이 뛰어나 바이오 온톨로지와 같은 복잡한 응용의 온톨로지도 개념적으로 쉬운 방식으로 모델링 할 수 있다. 또한 OOM에서 지향하는 객체지향 패러다임은 표준 온톨로지 언어의 내부 스키마와 유사함으로 의미적 손실없이 표준 온톨로지 언어로 쉽게 변환되어 온톨로지들 간의 병합이 가능하다.

Proposed in the paper is a V-FMS (Virtual Flexible Manufacturing System) model to be used as a prototyping tool for FMS design. The proposed V-FMS framework follows an object-oriented modeling (OOM) paradigm and is based on a set of user requirements for FMS prototyping. The V-FMS model consists of four types of object: virtual device, transfer handler, state manager and flow controller. A virtual device model, which corresponds to a static model in OOM, consists of two parts, shell and core, for reusability. A transfer handler corresponds to a functional model of OOM and it stores low level device commands required to perform job flow operations between giving and taking devices. The state manager and the flow controller constitute a dynamic model of OOM. The proposed V-FMS model has been implemented for a couple of linear type FMS-lines

최근 소프트웨어 개발에 적용하기 시작한 객체지향 방법(OOM:Object-Oriented Method)은 독립적인 소프트웨어의 재사용을 통한 개발 비용과 시간의 단축을 강조하고 있다. 그러나 개발 기술에 대한 지식 부족과 확장성 및 성능을 배제한 설계로 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기에서 소프트웨어 생산성 향상을 위한 효율적인 객체지향 모델링 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안 방법은 Use Case 모델링, 분석 모델링, 그리고 설계 모델링 방법들을 포함하고 있다.

This study was conducted to identify the attributes constituiting Korean social support and to validate the results of the previous study ‘Search for the meaning of social support in Korean Society.’ The informants were 41 Korean middle-aged women in three cities Seoul, Daejun and Daeku. The data were collected through indepth interviews using the interview guide from Jun. 1994 to Jun. 1995. The interview guide was developed in the simulated situations of ‘Stroke attack’ which expected to be in need of social support. The women were asked to answer what they felt and the appropriate terms representing the situations. Data analysis were conducted by content analysis. Consequently, the Korean social support pyramid was modified as follows ; Support is the apex of the pyramid. The four sides of the pyramid are made up of ‘Jung’(Bound by ties of affection, regard or shared common experience, Connectedness), Do-oom(both emotional and material help), Mi-dum(Faith or belief in) and Sa-Rang(Love). The base of the pyramid is ‘yun’(the basic network of relationships in Korean culture) that connote the meaning of Eunhae(Benevolence), Euimu(duty, responsibility) and Dori(obligation).

The orbicularis oris muscle (OOM) is a very important muscle that originate from the second branchial arch and is innervated by the facial nerve. The aim of this study was to elucidate distribution types of two muscle fibers that composing OOM by using enzyme-histochemical examinations and tried to make a basis for a clinical application. The fresh frozen tissues from the superior and inferior portions of the OOM were taken from post mortem 65-year-old Korean male adult. Total five different sagittal sections were used on the midline of the philtrum, the middle portion of lower lip, the mouth corner, and each midlateral side of upper and lower mouth. We used enzyme-histochemical staining such as Periodic Acid-Schiff (PAS), Succinic Dehydrogenase (SDHase), reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide-Tetrazolium Reductase (NADH-TR), Adenosine Triphosphatase (ATPase) in pH 9.4, 4.6 and 4.3, and Modified Gomori Trichrome. There were about 30.24 % type 1 muscle fiber and 65.40 % type 2 muscle fiber in the midline of the philtrum (p < 0.05). Enzyme-histochemical staining is very useful and innovative method to elucidate characteristics of muscle fibers. We expect that chiloplasty and reconstruction of the lip portions for cleft lip patients, based on these results, are better to recovery function and aesthetic. However, we have some problems as an intramuscular variability and the inter-individual variation etc. Therefore we have to make progress these studies continuously to overcome these problems.

전기굴삭기는 배터리에 저장된 에너지로 전동기-유압펌프를 구동해서 유압 에너지를 생성하고 이를 작업에 활용한다. 기존 유압굴삭기의 유압펌프는 디젤 엔진의 운전 효율에 최적화된 레귤레이터에 의해 제어되고, 유압펌프 자체의 효율은 고려되지 않았다. 전기굴삭기는 배터리를 에너지원으로 사용하기 때문에 전동기의 효율뿐 아니라 유압펌프의 효율을 함께 고려한 제어가 요구된다. 통합 제어를 위해서 유압펌프와 전동기의 출력과 효율 특성을 분석하여 효율맵을 작성하였고, 이를 바탕으로 최적동작맵을 구성하고 통합 제어 알고리즘을 개발했다. 알고리즘의 효과를 확인하기 위해 전기굴삭기 MILS 를 구성해서 통합 제어 알고리즘을 적용했다. 굴삭기 작업 시뮬레이션 결과는 통합 제어 알고리즘이 시스템 효율을 향상 시켰음을 보여준다.

This study was to determine the effects of a massage and oro-facial exercise program on spastic dysarthric patients' lip muscle function using an electromyogram (EMG). Three subjects with Spastic Dysarthria participated in the study. The surface electrodes were positioned on the Levator Labii Superior Muscle (LLSM), Depressor Labii Inferior Muscle (DLIM), and Orbicularis Oris Muscle (OOM). To examine lip muscle function improvement, the EMG signals were analyzed in terms of RMS (Root Mean Square) values and Median Frequency. In addition, the diadochokinetic movements and the rate of sentence reading were measured. The results revealed that the RMS values were decreased and the Median Frequency moved to a high frequency area. Diadochokinesis and sentence reading rates were improved.
